Review Poojari Fish Land - Mysuru (Mysore)

Great place for fish food in Mysore. The taste of all the dishes that were ordered were good. Seer fish masala fry was good. Prawns ghee roast was also great however the size of the prawns were really small. For the amount they are charging for the dishes especially prawns ghee roast, the quantity should also be appropriate. Hence only 3 star for the food, even though it tasted good. Bottom line, great place for fish dishes but overpriced dishes

Very good atmosphere and ambience. Some fish items were very tasty. So were the veg and other chicken dishes. Service was good but veg dishes were delayed, maybe due to less demand and readiness. Overall worth visiting the place. It's located next to the highway for convenience.

It was an excellent experience. First and foremost, the ample free parking was a huge convenience, making it hassle-free to arrive and depart. The restaurants seating arrangements were impressive; there were plenty of options to choose from, whether you wanted a cozy corner or a lively atmosphere. What stood out to me was their consideration for guests with different preferences – the separate spaces for those with and without alcohol were a thoughtful touch, ensuring everyone felt comfortable and catered to. Now, let's talk about the food – it was an absolute delight. The dishes were not only delicious but bursting with flavor, their menu had a variety of options to satisfy any palate. Quick service is a crucial factor for any traveler, and this restaurant did not disappoint. The staff was attentive and efficient, ensuring that our needs were met promptly. In summary, it checks all the boxes for a memorable and enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good meal

The best ambience ever I have visited. Food taste and quality is also good. On time service. Best place to dine while returning from Mysore to Bangalore. They also have a uniqueness of showcasing things like old retro cars and bikes. They also have a farm outside the hotel.

Had shortlisted this place well before our trip to Mysore after watching few Youtube videos talking about it's for And ambience. And I must say the place didn't disappoint us. Right from ambience, service and the food taste are all excellent. The rich ambience just adds to the overall vibe. A must visit place if you love to have good sea food. The place has ample parking space as well.

This is a nice restaurant to have sea food. Many varieties of fish curries. You will find lot of options to select. Service is very fast. Atmosphere is really nice. They have lot of sitting place to have food. Atlist the day we visited, it was crowded but still easily we got place to sit for 5 people. Environment is really nice where kids also will enjoy. Near to parking there is Pan shop where you will get different flavors of pan. They have well maintained parking place for cars. Place looks like a tourist attraction..

Good food and outstanding atmosphere/location. The restaurant located in a huge space and has a theme. Their billing took enormous amount of time for many ppl. They need to sort this process. I had to go to the counter few times to remind them for bill. Hence 1 star less.

Fish gravy and fish Manchurian was too yum here, posh atmosphere, with carvings all over and well decorated. A very good place to visit with family.

It's a good place to have food (lunch or dinner) if you are near Mysore. You can go there with your family or friends, definitely you'll enjoy the atmosphere and the food as well. A special attraction is their showcasing of vintage cars and bikes at the entry. It's not a fine dining restaurant but definitely the overall ambience and decoration is very good.

One of the best Non-veg restaurants in mysuru, mainly fish items are yum. It will be crowded anytime. We enjoyed the food and service here, and you have huge parking space. The restrooms are maintained well by the hotel staffs.

Good food especially sea food items. Lots of parking space is available. Price seems to be bit high for certain items. But overall it is a good place, especially for family.

Firstly the ambiance is next level and they have ample amount of parking space. They have a good display of antique cars and bikes in the entrance. The food here is just amazing and the price is little higher but overall a good experience

Great experience with the fish fry. The food comes at a great pace and we will expect it cold but to our surprise it was hot. They have a seperate area for drinks as well. They have drop sevices for people who go overboard drinking. Overall a nice experience and value for money.

Unique place catering to everyone from people on roadtrips to families on vacation to someone just on a bike ride out to enjoy the outdoors. There's different sections of the facility to cater to different crowds. A visual treat at the entrance from heritage sculptures to vintage automobiles to a domestic animal farm! There's something for everyone to see! The staff are extremely courteous and friendly and ready to help with your order. Food is also delicious and representative of coastal cuisine. In all, a great stop on your journey between Bengaluru and Mysuru.

Great ambience and a must visit because the place itself has a warm & lovely charm!! Coming to food, do try out Prawn ghee roast and the lime soda. If you really love Kerala style dishes, this place has lots to offer from wonderful king fish fry to Kerala style fish curry.

This place was on my bucket list for a very long time. I had been once to meet a friend but could try food. Yesterday I visited and the ambience is so cool and the pace is maintained so well. Service is also great. Add the name says fish land this place is good for trying sea foods. Ghee roast with neer dose is never to miss. Lot of place for seating so no need to worry if your family or friends group is big. Friendly staff. The only thing I didn't like was their biriyani, very bland, less masala, spices and flavourless, even in chicken in biriyani was like just boiled in water. Do not try if you are a biriyani lover. Need improvement in Biriyani. You get to see some vintage bikes and cars. There is also a dedicated parking space.
