I order 2 mutton biryani each biryani having 1 Small piece and tasty was not good

I ordered 4 chicken shezwan friedrice,1 mutton biryani & 1 chicken 65... The taste was disgusting it was horrible we gotta bill of 937rs ... Mutton in biryani was like the small pieces of chicken in fried rice n very less..we are really disappointed.. I'll never try this restaurant again they didn't even give respond to the calls

First of all, my one star review is not the result of one poor delivery and how angry I got by it, I am an ardent food lover and I maintain a page on Instagram (@thedoctorhippie) dedicated to food, I have been having food from this restaurant over many years, I stopped dining here because both the owner and the staff have absolutely zero courtesy and are very rude towards their customers, however since Mysore doesn't offer many options for a decent Hyderabadi Biryani I continued having Biryani's from here through deliveries, over the years the quality of their food has drastically dropped and the delivery quantity is a joke, it's more of a scam I should say, their typical special Hyderabadi Chicken Biryani (dine in) comes with two pieces of chicken (one quarter piece) some chilli chicken, an egg, raita, groundnut chutney and enough rice for two people to eat but if you choose to deliver this you will be given literally half the quantity of everything and no raita or the chutney, I have raised this issue with the staff repeatedly and since I didn't have any more options to resort to, I decided to put up this one star review (if you check my previous reviews you will know I never rate restaurants one star), very disappointing and absolutely hopeless behavior!<br/>This is opinion is a result of multiple horrible experiences that I and several of my friends have faced!

The biryani had a burnt taste, could not eat at all.

I ordered spcl veg curry but when I got I disspointed to see that no vegetables at al in curry...they have only put 3 beans and peas...I v to give 2 stars for that but packing nd curry was somewhat good so given 3 stars.... totally disspointed....

sp chicken i ordered is a way diff from the style it used to be. i feel i got jst a dum biryani also have not got salan nd onions

First of all AMAZING mutton biryani, I mean I went just by the name and to my surprise the Biryani was amazing the right amount of garam masala and the mutton pieces were really tasty the rice was also good also ordered a double ka meetha which was served cold. It was ok not bad. 4*

Food is expensive and parota tastes awful. Staff is unprofessional. Delivery is the worst with 45mins minimum. Dey miss to deliver each n every time I ordered from.them.

Happened to visit this restaurant for lunch during my trip to Mysuru. Was there as a solo diner. Ambience was pretty OK. Ordered fish biryani and mutton fry boneless. Biryani was flavourful and spiced to near perfection. Mutton fry was good. Quantity was OK for 1 person. Service was excellent. Price was little higher.

We ordered butter naan and chicken tikka masala and one chicken Biriyani. We waited for one hour.<br/><br/>For butter naan they served paratha and when we asked they told within 5 mins they can give naan so we told ok we will wait ...<br/><br/>Biriyani is actually plain rice ... No spicy nothing ..<br/><br/>Ok now they served naan...but this is rotten and it's not even cooked properly (semi cooked) and coming to chicken tikka masala ( it should be spicy but here it's sour) <br/>This place gave me a really worst experience eating in hotels chain

Have eaten food from this place multiple times. One of the best places for Biryani in Mysuru. I personally love the Special Chicken Biryani and Chilli Chicken. One biryani is sufficient for 2 people. And once you try it, you will get addicted. The ambience is pretty poor but their food makes up for it. I have had the food door delivered mostly though, and their service has much room to improve on in that aspect. But their biryani keeps me coming for more, all the time!

Food is okay. But home delivery took 1.5 hours twice. And worst had happened when the gravy of Malai kofta ordered was spilled all over the cover from tub. Management didnt even care to replace or refund. Worst

During my mysore visit, I had been with family ordered startrets hyd Barbeque special with fried rise and noodel and shwarma roll. <br/>Honestly the food was not worth what paid for with very less quantity<br/>

Ordered butter chicken, chicken drumsticks & plain kulcha along with sweet lime juice and salted lime soda. The kulcha was so hard that we didn't understand if it was kulcha or tandoori roti. The lime juice had too much of water. Lime soda was so salted that we couldn't finish it. Not good.

Went here after work as my friend wanted briyani and when we left work , he took me with him saying this place gives out the best biryani and i would totally differ.<br/><br/>He has chicken biryani and the veg obviously. This restaurant has literally lost all that it had: Respect, Charm and Quality.<br/><br/>This is probably the first time I've give such a low rating to any restaurant. I started with being the biggest fan of this restaurant when I tried the Hyderabadi Haleem (during Ramadan season) and Chicken Biryani here. Both of them were great. Since it was far off, I generally used to get a it home delivered, which used to work out fine. <br/>I, then came here the next time with a friend and ordered Mutton in main course and some starters - This was the worst experience we had at this restaurant. We ordered Mutton and the portion wasn't apt. We called on waiter and asked him how many pieces they serve and we realized that we were served less. When we asked him to add/change it, he just stopped attending us, despite of constant calling him back. He simply ignored us for strong half an hour and then another waiter came who simply replied "Sir, that's something you need to check before you start eating, we can't do anything now". I was for sure flustered but I thought I'd talk to the manager during billing. <br/><br/>When we talked to the manager and told him about it, he said "Sir the waiter didn't come back because it wasn't his table and we'll make sure that next time it won't happen, this time we can't do anything". With no remorse or apology in his words, it was clear where the waiters were trained. <br/><br/>The last time I ordered the special Chicken Biryani to be delivered at home, the guy told that it would be delivered in half an hour. After about 1 hour 15 minutes was it delivered. When I questioned the delivery boy about the delay, he simply replied saying that we should call and ask the restaurant instead. Quite evidently even he was frustrated with the complaints he's been getting. To make the matters worse, the Biryani was bland.<br/><br/>The restaurant has a great potential and I'd love to go back there if they improve their quality and mannerism.

I always prefer to have the chicken biryani at this place. The ambience is pretty decent for the avg menu price they offer for their delicacies. The service is average both in terms of promptness and courteousness. Their chicken biryani is the best compared to all other that I have tried in Mysore.
