Good place. Good service. It's pure veg restaurant. Ambiance and hospitality is great. Can spend some good time with friends or family. Taste was good and worth for money. They do accept cash, cards and UPI as payments so no need to worry. The price here is bit average. Do visit this place once.

it's a rooftop restaurant, lovely ambiance, well done theme and decoration, food menu is continental menu, pure vegetarian menu (which isn't mentioned anywhere, but it is), good for vegetarians, starters are awesome, loved the mock tails, i'd recommend you to try some cool mock tails out here, menu is little lite expensive but the experience is worth it. excellent service, there are only very few staff but they managed it so well delivering the food on time and and ready to listen to any of our requests. they only accept only cash / paytm, no cards accepted so keep that in mind.

It is a nice and cozy place for good snacks and even a small meal with your family and friends. A really attractive decorum with kind staff. The food is tasty and priced at an affordable rate. A nice place to spend time in peace. It has good backgrounds to click pictures if one is photogenic.

Place is on the roof top, simple and aesthetically done. They have good menu options and numerous options with fusion types. My kids were having tough time to choose :) we liked most of what we ordered and service was excellent. Just a note for parents: if you are taking kids, get some jackets as the place can get bit windy, based on the season.

Roof top cafe , probably the better reason to visit and with a glimpse of hill and ambience is one of its kind. Great . The food I feel to be bit more than average and the cappuccino too. Service was quick and since its in mysuru , service can be provided in Kannada. Service was very quick and kinda pocket friendly. The place and the set up is brilliant for me.

Very nice place in white and blue theme and little plant pots decoration. Cool breezy air flow make our meal so chillax and has a little beach feeling 😁 Food is tastey and comes in a huge portion.😋 I love the coffee here, masala chai was nice but not that rich. Brownie with ice cream in a hot plate presentation was nice but brownie texture and taste was moderate. Fresh lime and mojito are amazing!! Good service! All in all the it is worth coming back and recommending. :)

The best place for pizzas in Mysuru. It's a hidden gem of this city few know about. But those who are visiting our city from abroad or from anywhere really need to visit here. The Mac and cheese bake is to die for. And so are the nachos and mozzarella sticks. The pizzas are average. I particularly feel they have a lot to improve here but other food more than makes up for the lack of one thing being average. I advise you if you visit the place and give a order, tell the waiter to get your food quick as you need to rush just to make the dishes come faster as they have a reputation for being slow with service. They have a awesome shakes and drinks selection. My recommendation is : Mozzarella Sticks for starters with French fries. They have good dips. Nachos with feta cheese and salsa and The famous White Lantern Mac and Cheese Bake for Mains. A Nutella shake for dessert. It will be the most decadent meal you eaten in a while. Don't go here if you work out or want to lose weight. It's not the place for it. 😋 But if you want tasty food and a cool picture with the iconic " I ❤️ Mysuru" board. Then by all means come here and experience classy and tasty food. "Bring CASH as the Paytm, paypal, debit and credit card options don't work at times." Something I hope they improve. Been there twice and both times it hadn't been fixed yet. That said. Over all a near 5 star experience. Improve your pizzas and get the billing sorted by adding Paytm and a dedicated card machine and you get 5 stars in the future. Kudos on the place though and ciao. 🤑👏

Pleasant ambience created without much expenditure following blue on white theme, feels good to be here with loved ones, openness of terrace retained with creativity impresses differently during day and night, not too high in cost for the food, ambience and hospitality, nicely responding staff standout, starters are in good variety and served well, frizzy drinks have appeal even not naturally made but using ready-made commercially available drinks, milk shakes are also good here even they are not natural, rice sizzlers with different mild aroma are impressive and a hit here

When we entered no one was there to receive and show us to the table. We tried to order pizza and waiter told no pizzas as it will take lot of time. When we chose Mac and cheese that also was not available, reason being the same takes a lot of time to bake. We ended up ordering a starter and mains that were not any of the pizzas or pastas. Now we expected it to be given on time. But when the starter came it was nit what we ordered, the food was cold. No plates , cutlery was given. We had to ask for it. No salt and pepper on the table . The mains came after 40 mins.<br/>While we were waiting, another customer yelled and cancelled their orders as they had been waiting for their food since 1 hour. Another group who entered the restaurant left after 20 mins without ordering<br/><br/>It was just a one man trying to handle all the tables

Worst experience I have had when it comes to service. tried to order pizza and was told that it is not available as it takes too long to get it ready. When tried to take Mac and cheese pasta , waiter again suggested it also takes very long order from the other choices of burger,sandwich and remaining options of the pasta. Even though we felt weird about it , we managed to order a starter and mains thinking it will be given much earlier than the pizzas which they claimed to take lot of time. When starter arrived , first of all order was wrong , the food was cold. Had to wait for the plates and cutlery and had to request to give us plates . No slat and pepper on table... It took them more than 40 mins to get our mains. While we were waiting I saw another customer yell and cancel their orders as they had not received their food as well. I also witnessed another group of people coming in and waiting for the menu to be given and they finally got up and left as no attention was paid to them either.<br/><br/>I would not recommend this place . Whatever good reviews were there that I read was a shocker to me .<br/>It was just a one man show at the front house. Painful to see one person trying to handle all the tables and messing them up.<br/><br/>They really need to make the service better. You cannot keep the customers happy when u tell that the dishes aren't available because of late service and still have to wait 40 mins for the service even after placing an order according to their suggestions.<br/><br/>Guys!! Hire more people to help you with the business.

This place is located in the third floor of a building and has a small logo posted at the bottom. Surely that isn't enough to gather popularity. Please be more loud on that!<br/><br/>As I entered the place by opening it's cobalt blue doors, I felt as if I had entered a Mauritius wedding hall. Draped with blue curtains and adequately complimented by the greenery, the place looks like how a fine dining place would be in heaven. The white and brown combination of the furniture add to the appeal of the place. True to the name, there are lanterns hanging in the wall as well. This is a roof top restaurant and the winds hit you pleasantly. If you've a crush on someone, bring them here and propose? It's a guaranteed Yes!!<br/><br/>Had ordered a Cool Califronica, a blend of black current and strawberry. As described, I could get the hint of both in the drink, but it was pretty much an ice blend with concentrated juice. I liked the taste, but if only it was more juicy and less icy. <br/><br/>Grilled Paneer Tikka was next in line. The paneer was babybum soft and marination was excellent. The tomatoes and capsicum went well with the grilled Paneer. This was accompanied by a mix of layered onions/tiny coriander leaves/chilly which itself is mildly covered in chilly powder. Simply put it was just out the world. Easily the best ch<br/><br/>For main course, I had tried Mexican rice with Cottage cheese. Did not notice that this was a sizzler. But the rice was amazingly flavoured and gave it a Mexican touch, especially with the sauce. The rice would have been prepared In a sauce and that's served on a sizzler platter. The sticky rice comes in huge quantities and would recommend for two. The sauce adds to the taste and makes it even more fabulous. <br/><br/>Definitely recommend this place. One for the ambiance. I was visiting Mysore this weekend and happened to look up this restaurant since it was near by and visited the place.  Right away I want to tell that they serve some amazingly tasty truly Italian food here . We ordered Jalapeno cheese ball to begin which was good . But whatever we got next were all superlative . The cream of broccoli soup was amazing , the soup definitely looked like  it was made fresh and served. We ordered baked cheese pasta which was done perfectly . Best dish was the veg meatballs with spaghetti , the sauce and the meatballs were heavenly . I wish we also tried the pizzas but could not . Coming from Bangalore I haven't found any restaurants which come close to white lantern  . I am sure the chefs prepare each dish individually with lots of love and care with fresh ingredients . Obviously the service slow it takes time for dishes to be served because I dont think they are just mixing and heating up their dishes. Ambience is fairly good but with this kind of food I wouldnt care .

I had ordered pesto pasta. It was fresh and delicious and one plate can feed one person. but It was too costly, quantity was less. Overall it was really nice and the pesto sauce was an add on.

A cute little chic vegetarian cafe! The ambience is great! The color selection looks so sophisticated and simple with just white and blue! All starters taste yummy! Especially the cheesy smileys and potato wedges. Cold coffee and virgin mojitos are refreshing. Nice place to hang out for quite lunch date with friends and family!

Amazing decor and ambience . We ordered Garden fresh pizza and litchi peri peri . Pizza was topped with lots of fresh vegetables but the base was too crispy which we didn't like . But you should definitely try their litchi peri peri , concoction of litchi and chilli powder . Overall a very good place to hangout .

This is my go to place as it is located in a very convenient area of the city. Their decor, live music, food and a very humble service makes it one of my favourites. I’ve recommended it to many people and none of them were disappointed. It’s a must visit place restaurant in Mysore.

We were delighted to find that we had the place completely to ourselves on a Saturday afternoon. Pretty soon we found out why. Either their entire team including kitchen and wait staff had all changed when we went there, or the other glowing reviews here are duplicitous. Based on the experience we had, I cannot imagine anyone rating this establishment positively for anything except the ambience.<br/><br/>The nachos that were described on the menu as accompanied by guacamole, were served with no guacamole, and they had none to serve even after we asked for it. The nachos were soft.<br/><br/>The garlic stir fried vegetables with rice had almost no vegetables. The portion of vegetables literally only consisted of ONE julienne of green bean, two slivers of carrots, and two paysannes of green peppers, and three florets of broccoli. And the entire thing was extremely greasy, floating in more oil than you might expect at a street-side "Chinese" Gobi stall.<br/><br/>The wait staff was not well trained. When I asked whether the portion size of a dish was enough for one or two, the first waiter replied that they serve only vegetarian food (?!).<br/><br/>On the plus side, the ambience here is pretty good. White lantern, a unique name so is their menu. It's a veg place located above lollipop store. This place has good options from Indian, Chinese, Thai to Italian. I tried their jalapeno cheese bites and fusilli el Blanco. Jalapeno cheese bites were served with chilli mayo dip, which was really good. I liked their balance of flavours. And when it comes to pasta I would have liked a little more sauce. Quantity and price are decent and affordable. The overall ambience is cute and welcoming.

Was planning to visit the place since long, finally Ordered Mexican Pizza, the pizza had NO CHEESE, it was dry and the taste was also not great. No value for money. The crust was extremely thin and the pizza had a burnt smell.  (Wood Oven baked Pizzas doesnt have to smell like charcoal).<br/>The toppings were also dry, did not like it.

Went to this place on Christmas eve. The place is quite and beautiful. It’s simple yet different. Service was okay. Food- we tried two starters, like the cheesy baked smileys. food was good. It's so yummy and they prepare square pizza...and many new dishes evn place is also good it's a best hangout place. They have fee options in French fries..nd they prepare mac nd cheese pizza it's so so yummy.

If you want a quite getaway on a rooftop with genius lighting, white and blue surroundings and awesome food, well this has to be your pick. This place has quickly become one of our favourite hangouts. Do try the Nutella peanut shake, Mac and cheese pizza (Mac and cheese on a pizza! Wow!), Waldorf salad and penne pasta in white sauce. Also the rodeoo drink if you are a cinnamon apple kind of a person. Had to mention that the Waldorf salad had the most perfect caramel roasted walnuts in it. With really helpful and friendly staff, perfect decor and yummy food this place has a big thumbs up from my side.

Very nice for a relaxed evening out. This isnt your crowded, noisy, full of 20 year olds. It's for the more discerning. Tastefully done up in white and blue, reasonably priced and with delicious food, White Lantern was a pleasant surprise. We went with friends, and were sceptical about the all veg menu. But the feta cheese & mushroom pizza was EXCELLENT - crisp and flavourful base, too. Our pizzas were the 8.5 in (smaller) sizes, but they're more than enough for one person. The burger buns are a winner - large , just the right texture and tasty. The fries are crinkle cut and again, very good. While the mac and cheese was yum (yeah, I tasted everyone's food!), the portion could be a bit bigger. Our friends said the service would be slow, but it wasn't - we got everything in about 10 mins. The sizzling brownies were great, you'll need one each tho. The bill for 5 mains and 2 desserts was Rs 1300, well worth the money. Surprisingly, and this is not good, they don't accept cards.

It says it comes with feta cheese on top but as you can see in the photo, you can't see much of it. Also, I don't eat mozzarolla cheese, and they don't mention that they add that (a lot of it).<br/><br/>They've said that they have Moroccan mint tea but it's no different that normal mint tea.<br/><br/>My friend's Espresso cup had dirty edge.<br/><br/>Music is too loud when we arrived to an extent that we couldn't hear each other speak and when we were leaving it was very low and relaxing. I suggest relaxing and lively music which goes with the ambience.<br/><br/>The ambience is fantastic with a gorgeous Chamundihill view.

Awesome place to hangout with friends...great ambience...a perfect rooftop place being at the 3rd floor... the staff is friendly...and the food is awesome...i have tried pastas and burgers...just for such a big place, cards are not accepted!!!

My friends and I had visited this cafe a few weeks ago. The ambience was quite good, albeit not charming. The staff was polite and humble. The food was the worst of all. Pasta was not cooked properly, and the brain freezer mocktail had a mix of ridiculous proportions.

Great food with a pleasant ambience. 3rd visit and it doesn’t disappoint. Ordered the Hummus which was yumm.. Chilli mushroom which was crispy and spicy. The Sesame garlic rice sizzler was tasty. A must visit for vegetarians!!

The cafe that's located on the third floor is worth a climb. I've been here a couple of times and was never been disappointed on the service and food at the cafe. If anyone's gonna ask me to suggest a nice cafe, this is the one.

My friend and I visited this place. This place has a very nice ambience. Food was below average and they even got the orders wrong. Though it's small,it is a cute place.Had been here with a bunch of friends.To start off we ordered the starters being fried mozzarella sticks,honey chilli fries and jalapeno cheese balls.Then we ordered corn burger,some sandwiches,paneer salsa wrap,curry potato kathi roll,lemonades and strawberry frappé. Lovely place. And that's it. I wanted to make the evening special for my mother on mother's Day. Looks can be deceptive..and here is the example. Below average food and service. Had ordered nachos, sad dressing, ordered paneer tandoori on recommendation by the manager, turned out pale, order pav bhaji, felt like mix veg sabji. Finally got fed up, thought I will order hot chocolate and cafe latte as it was raining and I couldn't leave. Know what? Bad decision. They tried to be too sweet with hot chocolate, and not with good service and quality.

New cafe in town gives you feel of a beautiful and refreshing ambiance located on the top floor.<br/><br/>As name suggests there restaurant theme and deco is based on lanterns and have blue and white color theme.<br/><br/>Coming to food we ordered spicy cottage cheese and pineapple pizza,nachos and beans,honey chilli fries.<br/><br/>Nachos & Beans was completely a turn off din't taste the way it should have.Quantity of beans and cheese was really not balanced.<br/><br/>Honey chilli fries was good and the best dish was the pizza which was thin crust with great lipsmacking taste.<br/><br/>However we did feel that it was bit heavy on pockets.<br/><br/>Ambiance - 4/5<br/><br/>Food -3.5/5<br/><br/>Pricing - 3/5<br/><br/>Service -3.5/5

Had a great time there with my best friend... The place seems so peace might be because of the white everywhere concept... Had pink lemonade and bunty bubbly the shakes were really good... VFM 3/5 ... Felt too expensive... Other wise everything is cool...

Well, to start with the positives, the ambience is spot on. It’s very serene. Service was average. Chilli mushroom is a must try. The garden pizza should be improved, I couldn’t even finish it cause it was that bad. The burgers are pretty small. Milkshakes are decent enough! Average place altogether

I personally dint like the pizza but I loved the burgers, do try the mozzarella sticks, best place to hangout with friends and loved ones, sometimes they have candlelight dinner, ambiance is good.
