Lalith mahal restaurant is a royal hotel in the palace of lalithmahal,mysore TIMING- 9am-9.30pm AMBIENCE-open seating available as well as inside the palace available. LOCATION- Inside lalithmahal palace,mysore Here the ambience is of royal in nature with high ceilings and dome shaped roof, high ceiling lights and chandeliers. This restaurant even has a stage meant for performance in one end. For inhouse guests,there is a morning breakfast buffet with n number of dishes. Idly-chutney and sambar Vada-urad as well as pulses vada Pongal/tomato rice with raita Chapathi/poori Bread Upma Moong dal halwa Fresh fruit juice-muskmelon/grape/pineapple Fresh fruit juice varies on daily basis Coffee/tea Cupcake Croissant Eggs Butter/jam Apart from these,room service is also available. However the prices are over the roof. Tea/coffee-140₹ Kichdi-260₹ Lemon rice-310₹ French fries-190₹ Manchow soup-190₹ Veg Biriyani-360₹ Special thali-660₹ Veg pulao-360₹ Curd rice-310₹ Coconut rice-310₹ Greek salad-180₹ Mix veg pakoda-210₹ The prices neither justify the dishes nor the quantity,however the ambience is what makes it worth the cost.

We went for dinner on 9feb2023; the food we ordered was amazing. Tbh, the masala papad, mushroom manchurian, brocolli almond soup and schezwan egg fried rice were simply superb! Our service provider here Mr Maadhu was so courteous and also the staff here flag you if you’re ordering more than what one can eat. P.S: people have written such stupid reviews about this place, I feel that’s because they expect low price points because this is a govt owned institution. But this is a palace hotel with years of history that has been maintained so well and even the food is perfect!

A delightful experience.. Had a great time. Subbaiah and team were extremely courteous and gave a exceptional and excellent service. It was a wonderful dinner time for me. Loved the food especially the way the respond to ur requests is far better than any of the hotels and restaurants that I have been .. It is a heritage property so can have the vibes of the king and the queen and even their service makes u feel that u r one.

Tonight our family - my wife & my son had dinner here on occasion of son Aditya's birthday. Tasty food - excellent service - wonderful ambience. Staff were very well behaved. Prices are reasonable. Please visit once to know it for real. Excellent service.
