It's a great place for South Indian food. The prices are a bit high not much but they are worth it. The ambience is also very good and soothing. Seating arrangement is ample with two floors. Service is fast. Personally I would recommend you to try Masala dosa may it be butter/Mysore,etc. and cholle bhature along with filter coffee. Also their pineapple sheera is a must try.

Overall a great place for south Indian food. The ambience is good, sitting arrangement is also good. One may feel that the pricing is on a bit higher side, but trust that the quality served here worth spending that much money. (After all quality has a price). Good place for family & friends for breakfast / snacks. (Had tried Dosa here so cant really comment on other dishes, i presume quality of that too would be great.)

I went here for lunch on recommendation of person who was showing us some places… as we are not from Nagpur The suggestion was really appreciated… Had one of the best South Indian lunch… Paneer sada cheese dosa & Idli was made to perfection Ambiance was decent… service was as mentioned on the menu…

My most visited place for South-Indian food. Loved the service and the delivery is also very fast. Weekends are incomplete without having breakfast at Uttar Dakshin❤️. Do try their Ghee Roast Dosa and Mango Lassi, its Bomb🫶.

Highly recommended!!! The most delicious South Indian food of the town for vegetarians. I like all of their preparations but definitely no one can beat UttarDakshin's vareity of Dosa, idli and filter coffee, this combination is heavenly. Good ambience with delicious food specially for South Indian dishes. Must try their Pineapple Sheera in dessert.

Good food quality and quantity. Tried Masala Dosa and Maysore Masala Dosa. Service is good. Masala Dosa was Delicious!! But Maysore Masala Dosa was not the best. The taste of authentic Maysore masala was missing.

Lovely place for South Indian food Very good varieties for all meals We stopover while going to Tadoba for breakfast. We enjoyed it.

Food is very tasty but costly. ₹100 for 1 plate idli - only 3 pieces. Staff was very calm n polite 3 rating for service due to high cost

The authentic taste of South Indian food is quite difficult to get but at Hotel Uttar Dakshin is Palace where they serve your favorite dishes in their authentic form.

Quite impressive outlet with good south Indian preparation. The service was good and quick. Love the atmosphere, one might need to wait due to rush, although we faced full house at 8 in the morning, but it is worth waiting.

It's a nice place in budget and awesome food.

Breakfast was really good.. tea was also very nice. I have observed one thing, that this restaurant serves best food during early morning hours. In noon and evening you might found deviation in quality

I had ordered Paneer Peshawari Butter Combo with Butter Naan ( as my choice) but when i received the order at home it came with Tandoori Roti . A BIG THUMBS DOWN as the hotel staff should check the order before packing food .

Does not deliver even in Dharampeth. It’s quite close to pratap Nagar branch. May be they just don’t know that it’s not getting delivered nearby also.

The food Standards had declined substantially for the delivery model as compared to the dining experience before. One of my fav go to food item at Uttardakshin was thatte idli which did not tasted even half as good as before.They did not even provided the variety of chutney flavors that they usually do. A serious need for improvement in taste is required now in order to retain back maybe a loss customer.

Please call your 'Paneer Masala Dosa' as 'Aloo Masala dosa with a chunk of Paneer' because that's what it was. You can do a lot better with your Sambhar other than a cube of pumpkin and Please please let your musturd seeds crackle in your coconut chutney. Not my money's worth. :(

This is really good option for good & quality south indian food . Its hygienic & reasonable.<br/>You also have North Indian food options. <br/>My personal favourites are - Thatte idli , onion cheese uttapam & idli wada (south indian) & chole bature ,Paneer butter masala and Dal makhani (north indian ) <br/>Their cold coffee is also good in taste .<br/>When it comes to service its really fast & your other comes within 5-10 minutes.<br/>They also have sweet options of - Rasmalai that is good in taste . <br/>

South Indian from Uttar Dakshin has always been my favourite. The portion size, the taste, etc is really amazing and is worth my money.

Since I’m a typical South Indian from Hyderabad!! Never thought I would be able to find some South Indian food in Nagpur !! This place is serves a better version of South Indian recipes I swear!!!❤️

Heaven for South Indian food lovers. I have ordered many times from this place. Mysore masala, butter plain dosa & Thatte idli are a must try from this place. Also their cold coffee is superb. Food is packed very neatly and hygienically. Only drawback is they while ordering they are representing themselves under grocery section in swiggy so charging 75 rs fees which I think is unethical.

Naivedhyam is known for yummy food. Seen timely food delivery during covid 19 lockdown is amazing. The food delivered was very much presentable in excellent like we eat inrestaurant. Superb 👍

Whats better when u get food from your favourite restaurant home delivered with all safety measures..<br/><br/>I am very regular at uttar dakshin specially for the love of thatte idli. Due to lockdown it's been 4 months I couldn't visit the restaurant. I got a msg from Uttar dakshhin that it has started delivering via zomato.. at first I was sceptical wheather to order or not due to this uncertain situation.. I gave it a try today and oh my. The delivery was within 35 minutes. Hygienically packed. A small sanitizer provided with the bag. And the thatte idli as usual was great. Thank u uttar dakshin for this.

Uttar dakshin food is always 10/10. Our All time favourite, also in such time they have ensured the packaging is completely safe and all safety protocols are maintained. Loved it.

Very nice place to visit for South Indian food. Beside there is veraswami restaurant old famous south food from that area. But this restaurant had made me very happy. Sambhar and chutney taste are outstanding. With family a good experience to go there.<br/><br/>Go and visit eat the real taste of South Indian food.

The whole idea of the restaurant is great.<br/>They have dishes from uttar & dakshin i.e from North & south of India.<br/>When I went the chef who prepares North indian dishes was not available so, unfortunately had very few options to select from.<br/>The food is delicious, presented warmly & medium spicy in taste.<br/>Atmosphere is cool but they don't have parking space.<br/>Over all it's worth visiting.

I was there in LB hotel for about 27 days for some project work.. let me tell you I tried every cuisine there..once I went to uttar dakshin it was like refreshing on everyday basis with awesome taste and good quality.. as am a food technologist .. I grade uttar dakshin any given day 5 star😊👍🏻👌 good going guys

Went here because the previous restraint sucked. It's pretty good, some of the best dakshin-type food. I didn't try uttar-type food, but it's probably good.

This is our go to place. They serve really delicious food whether North Indian or South Indian. The staff is very polite and service is also quick and quantity is also good. It is hygienic too.<br/>Favorites: Butter onion masala dosa andcheese kofta curry.<br/>Special mention to the sambhar, it is authentic.

This review is for Pratap Nagar outlet.<br/><br/>Fantastic food and terrific service. Not only loved the food but also the way it was served. Kesar lassi, Mixed uttapam, pineapple sheera are worth trying. All other south Indian dishes were awesome. Special mention for Paneer butter masala. After a long time I ate perfect Paneer butter masala. 40 minutes of waiting was worth it.

Uttar dakshin has always been my go to place for breakfast.<br/>Lately, I've had dahi samosa, chole bhature and chole kulche.<br/>Dahi samosa was good<br/>Even chole kulche were good.<br/>Felt that bhatura served with chole was little salty.<br/>It happens occasionally, although otherwise it's pretty good.

Uttar dakshin is very famous for South Indian dishes especially dosa,idli etc.I love how well they have maintained their taste so far. Ambiance is good . There is high crowd on weekends. We had plain dosa(89₹), cheese mix uttapam (145₹), rasmalai (79₹).<br/>Overall it was very good price wise. Quality of the food was good. Staff was quite polite and prompt in their service. I would highly recommend this place if your looking for an authentic south Indian meal.<br/>
