Review Meeting Point - Nagpur

I stayed at center point for business trip recently. The overall experience of stay was good, but special mention about meeting point has to be made. I found the restaurant to be hygienic and the service was prompt. I really liked the food as it was well balanced and had appropriate amount of portion. I had dinner, breakfast and buffet lunch here. Buffet lunch was priced at 799++ and had both veg and non-veg options.

Food is very good and especially the staff. Mr Rajendra rathore was very helpful and kind. Got the best service and ambience is also good. Must visit 💗💗

Its a brand franchise of hotel CENTRE POINT , i love the ambience, the food was very good and delicious and the service was also good and prompt . I ordered - Chicken Kebab Three ways -555/- Veg Kebab Platter - 485/- Drums of Heaven - 505/- Murg Nawabi Biryani -575/- Cajun Cottage Cheese Stea - 525/- Dal Biryani -470/- Chicken Maryland -580/- Baked Alaska -285/- We used 4 zomato gold here

The ambience is pretty cool but the food taste has started to decline a little along with slow service but maybe it was just one day, otherwise the place is really good for some quiet fine dinner and lunch. The butter chicken here was very sweet do ask them to make it spicy if you like it that way.

Food was good. Not spicy, just the right flavour.Md.Siraj served us well.

Exceptional customer service by one of your staff member by the name Sahil. He was courteous enough to recommend me the best dish on the menu. He is a great asset for your organisation. His knowledge of local cuisine is exceptional.I would highly recommend to visit this hotel for breakfast and be served by this young gentleman.

Ashutosh was very cordial and served us well. He made sure we had a good experience. The food was good, not too spicy, but flavourful. Would surely come again.

The fish fingers were all broken, it was rather mashed fish. The box was totally intact so it wasn’t spoilt during the delivery, and the taste has degraded ten times

This place is really good and fancy. Ambiance is very cozy. Staff members are also polite and are professionals. They have a buffet system. Taste is also good. You get a variety of options here. Look at all the photos of desert and starts that I have posted they are as they look, very good in taste. All the dishes are very nicely presented. This place is really expensive but worth it. I absolutely love this place.

We were 6 people and had already called them and confirmed the table and about the Zomato gold benefits beforehand. When we went there, a manager who took our order noted down the 3 gold unlock ID. Then came another manager saying that zomato has now restricted the use of gold to max 2 per table and they had issued a "letter" mentioning the same. Even though We checked the app and it clearly stated that there was no cap on no. of golds per table. We connected to the Zomato customer care and they said that there was no such restriction and we could avail all 3 golds! Bad experience in this respect.<br/>The staff is not aware of the policies and aren't quite friendly. Very poor response.<br/><br/>Food was a 3/5. Veg starter menu was very basic n restricted. No variety. Veg crispy didn't meet expectation. Paneer 65 was tasty. Main course was oily.

Very costly place with respect to the quantity. Taste was good. It's not worth it even though it has ambience but in that price there many other places with even better ambience and food.

Well, I am a big fan of this place, but sadly we spotted a big rat today. How sad is that! I am sure they will get the pest control done, yet rat inside an upmarket place like this is surely avoidable.<br/><br/>The food tasted good today, yet somehow it left a bad taste.<br/><br/>The rat was spotted going out from a cupboard near the entrance of the buffet area to the billing area. After the Haldiram lizard fiasco, I hope the management takes care of pest control.

The place is good. The crowd is good for family visit. Food was delicious especially non veg. Veg was also good but not much as non veg. You can get a variety in food and drinks. Staff is also good and the place is clean.

You can order almost anything in paneer and you wont be disappointed. Do not forget to try the black daal. One of my favourites in Nagpur for sure.

Horrible service and sub-standard food.<br/>Grilled salmon was stale. Took an hour to come and I had to repeatedly tell the waiters to bring it. Paneer 65 was good and my family liked it. Whenever we used to order baked chicken at home from there it used to be delicious but today when we ordered it at the restaurant it was having a stink.<br/>The service was horribly slow and a hotel staffer called 'Bhaskar' was very rude and arrogant. He would talk to his fellow staffers well and to us arrogantly, it was good that he was treating his fellows well but why was he being rude to us we didn't understand.<br/>When my family spoke to our opposing table their experience was good. Why this hotel is so inconsistent with its service we don't know, when my family goes to this hotel the next time we would like a hundred times better service and food quality but today's experience was very bad.

Went to Meeting Point here. The ambience is elegant. They have come up with 3 cuisines. Thai, Lebanese, Indian(North Western delicacies). Each Cuisine has a fixed menu of Veg and Non Veg starters, main course and dessert. The dishes are beautiful presented. <br/>.<br/>.<br/>Out of the three cuisines I enjoyed Thai the most. The red curry and dessert were the appetizing highlight. <br/>.<br/>.<br/>Indian cuisine had really delicious Kebabs and Tikkas. And in dessert there was Gulabjamun stuffed with gulkand. So here the taste of even a humble Gulabjamun is elevated by using something unique. <br/>.<br/>.<br/>This is the first time in Nagpur that we can experience Lebanese cusine more than Shawarmas and Falafels. The starters and main course give you a delicious insight into this cuisine. Again , the dessert was phenomenal. So overall a great experience.

Best continental grilled fish and fried fish in town that I have had in Nagpur . The Indian cuisine is also ample good and the daily buffet at meal times are scrumptious.

Worst dinning experience in a long time. Went here with family and friends was nothing less than embarrassing the kind of substandard place this is -<br/>1. Servive below par - the waiters are lethargic and non responsive. To add further they are not cooperative and have no idea on what to suggest.<br/><br/>2. Food nothing worth to talk about. Taste was below par.<br/><br/>3. Rotis served where not fresh.<br/><br/>4. Cocktails where bad. Alcohol content less and taste no there.<br/><br/>5. Soups didnt have a body and flavour.. they were just warm water with seasoning <br/><br/>6. Air conditioning made so much noise and we had to request 4 times to turn it on. <br/><br/>7. Decor is the icing on the cake.. the walls are fungus loaded, the table cloths have stains and the water classes smelled. <br/><br/>At this price you can well go to radisson, ashoka, sanjha chulla or le meridien.. <br/><br/>Avoid at all cost!!! <br/><br/>Me not going here ever again!!!

It's a cute place with a great new interior. Mocktails are great with their speciality being tandoor and continental.. the ambience is just too good.. you won't feel like you're in nagpur at all. Obviously over priced but good value for that money!

Pretentiously fancy this one!! .. the ambience looks much better in the pictures of this place.. as far as food is concerned , the taste of Thai curry is very authentic ..just lovely.. quantity of food will never disappoint you ( it will actually make you feel full beyond your expectation) .. paneer hariyali tikka is really good ( and oh yes very filling!!!) <br/>But prices are quite exorbitant (and don't even look at the tax section of your bill) it feels like we pay more than any other comparative restra..must go only if your pockets are heavy:D

I've been here for buffet lunches, which are occasions marked on calendars. The buffet has a large spread of dishes across cuisines all under one roof. The heat of the city is forgotten once inside. <br/>The intimate seating arrangement allows privacy for meetings of any kind. The service is prompt, wherever required. The food tastes wonderful, leaving you wanting for more, for which you would have to make another visit. And since the mobile network is iffy inside the restaurant, everybody gives the food and people the attention they deserve.

The ambiance is good and enriching, it will take half the load of food hunger. Beautifully crafted and planned the area, food spread one side with live counters in one corners. Trees and herbs all over the place giving a absolute bliss of natural feel.<br/>Food is okeyish to slightly good side. It can improve vastly, the problem may be very few people coming to enjoy the place.

Have been here quite a few times but recently visited and was surprised to find out that the quality of the food has gone done horribly. We had ordered two veg starters and to much surprise they are absolutely not up to the mark and specially after ordering chefs recommendation. <br/>The service was very slow. The waiters didn't really seem interested in taking the order. It took 15mins only for the bill to arrive. Finally after I lost my patience I asked for a feedback form wherein I gave my actual reviews. Also walked up to the reception to inform the manager to check my feedback form. <br/>Definitely not going here again. <br/>A super no no from my end...!!

Been eating here throughout my childhood...teenage and now adulthood. <br/><br/>Absolutely flawless in service and taste. Been to this place twice and both the time loved the food, especially the staters. we ordered some coconut flavoured mushrooms and they were super yum. To the extend that we were licking our plates. however the main course was not that great.!Amust try pace on your visit..!

On a business trip to Nagpur, had couple of drinks along with starters in this restaurant which is in Hotel Center Point.<br/><br/>We had ordered for Chilly Paneer, Chicken tikka and Thai fried Fish. All the three dishes were good but the stand out surprising was the chicken Tikka - extremely juicy, tender and tasty as well. Very well made indeed

I had a stay here at the hotel and I have had all three meals here, Breakfast - Lunch and Dinner. Needless to say, the bar is also operational here but the food is what we had here all as a buffet offering. The food is always rich and good here. The price is a little highly priced but with the quality what they give makes the end customer happy.
