Review Fionaa Lounge & Restaurant - Nagpur

The ambience and music was really great, I found the music bit loud personal being Saturday night may be. I went to this place just to enjoy the music and crowd but to my surprise there ware hardly any crowd till 10:30. Service & Food was also nice. Overall experience was very good, please keep it up.

This place is for party lovers.If you are party freak than you should definitely visit this place in weekend.The taste of food was good and the mocktails were amazing.I loved the ambience.Music was good

This is perfect place for fresher's and farewell inside Nagpur. Dj will be free, if you are thinking parties at night but need to pay for afternoon. The food and staff both are tremendous one. One must think about this place for small parties.

This place is really nice for small parties they have ok ok food and good drinks collections. Staff is really helpful. You can dance also if u want to there is space in between. They also have special parking. For there costumers

They charge service tax even after GST. When we tried to discuss this issue, the incharge said, "I know it's illegal but it's the policy of the restaurant and you can take the issue in the consumer court if you want."

They charge 5% extra for service, if we argue that we have right to pay, they threaten their customers with bouncers. Worst place to visit in Nagpur. Just avoid it and save your money and time.

The ambience was truly great and appealing. There is space which is Open air also in addition to covered dining seats. The hospitality and service was pretty fast and food was enjoyable as well. Truly great place to visit during the winter months.

Very hopeless service. I am writing this review in middle of my food at fiona. All the waiters are interested in match. Not at all interested in serving food. They dont know about menu. Giving wrong guidance when asked about items in veg tandoor platter. Service is very slow. Food served is not at all hot and is tasteless. Better to try some other place than fiona. ACs not cooling. Staff not ready to give feedback/complaint book. When i asked them the owners contact number,they denied to give that also. This shows that they have regular complaints. Hence they are not willing to give complaint book.

The best part about this lounge is that they have separated the area for restaurant and lounge which makes it more of a comfortable zone for people according to their taste and preferences. The place is way more happening and you can enjoy to the fullest with your squads. The food quality is also good. The only thing that needs improvement is order time, there is a bit delay in serving food. The DJ hired has to be a professional. Overall it is the best place to have fun around!! Do visit !!

Place is really very beautiful , ambience is nice , perfect for any party , staff is also friendly ,they provide complementary dessert if u "check in" on Facebook (different), cost wise the place is little costly as per the quantity they serve but in all the place is nice , food was tasty, we ordered veg food. I visited the fine dining part of the hotel. We ordered veg minestrone soup. It tasted okay but was served cold. For starters we ordered Vegetable bullets which tasted good. Kadhai veg was not good and rotis were served cold. Service was poor. Staff almost not interested to serve was busy watching tv. All in all a forgettable experience. Not at all worth the money we spend.

Well well well today was the chicken craving day and I trusted the place I have been before to that is Fiona.<br/>This was my 3rd visit in last 2 months and I was not disappointed.<br/><br/>What I ordered? :<br/>Starter : chicken Lebanani and Grill chicken sizzler in white mustard sauce (I chose only rice as an option)<br/><br/>Chicken Lebanani : The taste was good. Nicely done, but was not up to my expectations. My friend loved it, me not so much. So basically what I'm saying is it's only personal choice and taste you may like you may not like it. Should give it a try to know.<br/><br/>Grill chicken sizzler : I loved it, I love mustard and I tasted white mustard sauce for the first time and I'm love with it as well.<br/>The sizzler has stuffed capsicum and tomato plus fries. Now if you want to make the sizzler sides more interesting I would suggest barbecued capsicum and tomato cause what I had was not properly done.<br/>The stuffing of tomato although was good.<br/>Fires were just the way I like them. Crisp and not to salty.<br/><br/>The staff is polite and courteous. Today's menu was a staff suggestion. Been to both the fine dine as well as the lounge area of this place. Both the areas are good, both in terms of food as well as ambience.<br/><br/>Coming to the fine dine, the place is great for both family as well as friends to share some good moments with obviously good food. Try Afghani Chicken at this place. It's great. We also had a Budweiser Beer tower at this place, which is great anytime.<br/><br/>Coming to the lounge, there is separate seating areas for separate parties. We celebrated the birthday of one of our friends here. One of the good places to dance and enjoy the night. The buffet served was great.

If Zomato allowed me I would have rate it less than. Extremely poor service. Staff don't know to greet their costumers and busy in passing comments. Decor was also good, though they need to maintain the furniture. My sofa's leather sheet had a slit. Coming on food. I ordered panner mumtaz,hara bhara kabab, and Hot paprika Hakka noddles(noodles did no justice to it's name) & Black magic moments(non alcoholic) And my billing Amount was Rs. 2159(including beer Amout which was 885) Overall it was good 😇 A bit expensive but good.

If there was a 0.5 I would have rated this place that. The worst and I simply mean the worst staff I have ever seen. We ordered a portion of tangdi kabab at 7.55 and repeatedly checked on its status only to get a reply that order toh time lagta hai. At 9.10 when we asked them to cancel it the supervisor replied cancel nai hota and walked off. This was followed by them accusing us of not having placed the order on time and not being cooperative enough and actually having the audacity to show us their kitchen order ticket timing as a proof, while in plain truth the waitstaff just forgot the order the first time we placed it.<br/> I do, I do sincerely apologize for having come to Fiona when there were multiple places in the city to head to. Never again. Unless I have a craving for heavily paid insults of course.

After the first round of drinks they tried to cheat us by reducing the quantity of drinks in our sangria and tequila shots. Unfortunately neither were we drunk and there are 3 people in my family from hospitality industry. Then at the end of the payment they again tried to cheat us by adding 1 extra food item in the bill and making it 6 chilly chicken when we had only ordered 5. We again highlighted it to them. Then in the end the waiter comes and asks us for tip. We do not mind paying the tip. However the experience has been a painful and non enjoyable one. And on top of that there is VAT.

Been to this place so many times. The interiors are plush and the ambience is good. It is also a great place for private parties with great music! The non veg and veg platter is exquisite! I had one of the best virgin mojitos over here. Chinese and main course is nothing different. But the garlic naan is really soft and fluffy! Sizzling brownie is amazing.. great memories at this place! I just have a few complaints.. why do they have a tv in each booth when they have such a loud music playing always and why are the couches in the booths so ultra bouncy! Apart from that no other complaints 😁

Firstly it's the first choice of everyone for a DJ party being located in the heart of city. Food is very delicious. The Paneer shaslik is a must try for all veg lovers and to my surprise the garlic naan served is by far the best I had in Nagpur city, as mostly restaurants fail to serve such light and tasty garlic naan. Beverages good but highly priced.<br/>DJ is great. Just found it bit expensive.

Lounge can be booked for private parties. Ordered two mocktails here-one with coconut cream and other a sour raspberry tangy flavoured one. Ofcourse the names of these drinks are way too big to remember n mention here. The coconut cream one was not so good, the raspberry one way better.<br/>Coming to food i ordered a 'too big name to remember'kinda continental veggy broth which was basically amazingly cooked, creamy moong daal. But I wish to write a negative review for fionaa lounge, because next time I am going to visit here with a hockey stick to break necks of the staff!!basically from staff to manager along with dj are hopeless and rude(dj have no taste of songs at all) A/c were switched on after we finished eating ,at the time of payment, valid RBI bills of 500 rs was given to the waiter,after some time he returned one bill with holi color on it!! Saying we can't take this bill, exchange it now!! That 500 bill was not mine at all!!because I was aware of their frauds and tricks I already took snap of the bills in front of my colleagues before paying,<br/>request to all of you guys: Fionaa staff(failed to play tricks with us) but I appreciate their techniques of practicing frauds effortlessly,they know the timings to play tricks with people,they throw frauds,they trick people, be aware of fionaa lounge staff! <br/>

The ambience here is damn good. You can be here with anyone. There is a separate area as a lounge. You can even organise parties here. The taste is also fine.... Atleast I did not find anything bad about it. Its just that it costed me a bit more than other restros. Food is average n so is the service. But then looks are really rich class.

Yes, it really have very beautiful ambience. It is the first time my ex got drunk. We had lasagna( I don't remember its full name as the name was very long) and then we went for drinks afterwards. As it was weekday, there was not much crowd. And the ambience aroused her such that we started things there itself, then lift, then kitchen...<br/>I think I should have not written this.:-p

Enjoyed valentine day with my family here. Food here was just OK,nothing special. We tried tandoori chicken, garlic chicken,non veg tandoor platter in snacks & murg mussallam with butter chicken in main course. All snacks were relatively good in taste and looks but b.c and t.c seems to have lot of red colour in it. Chicken wanton soup was very bad . All dirty dull blue chairs top edge looks very very bad. Been hearing about this place since long. Finally decided to go today for dinner. It was a great experience. The food was good and quantity more than adequate. In fact we ended up ordering much more than we could have. .. got it packed home!!! But the stewards require to pay more attention. .. replacing spoons, forks, refilling water, etc.<br/>But overall great food... will surely visit again.

Made an impromptu visit to this place with a couple of friends and it turned out really great. For soups we order cream of chicken & tomato soup, which were delicious. For starters & main course we ordered afgani chicken, crispy chicken, chicken rara, chilly chicken gravy and naan's. But I must say all the dishes stood out in itself. The food & ambiance was good. To wrap it all we ordered a sizzling brownie, which completed our experience.

The person at valet parking asked us where we want to go ,retro or lounge, He said wait and subsequently he answered whole restaurant is booked for private party , I mean it's perhaps only in nagpur that some one gives the whole restaurant for private party and the entry of regular guest is barred. Than I asked for lounge , again I was given horrible answer that lounge is also booked for private party and entry was barred for regular people . I request to management usually good hotels have separate area for private parties and even if you have private parties , keep some place available for other people also. The kind of satisfaction I derived when I reached this place is beyond my words, not because of anything good but the sheer struggle I had to go through to locate the elevator that took me up there, as there are no stairs. The ambience is fine which made me kind of forget what happened earlier and I quickly ordered a serving of chili potatoes for the starters. When they were served, I couldn't believe my eyes as I was not able to recognize them. In the name of chili potatoes, i was served unevenly diced pieces of potatoes appearing to be dipped in some yellow Indian curry. The veg main course was not awe inspiring by any standards but the non veg was just about satisfactory.

Its a good place to go but do not expect more. You can spend some time woth friends and have some drinks. They mostly plays hindi songs but the music system is good.

Honestly, I was surprised. Pleasantly, that is. I've spent my childhood in Nagpur and all the restaurants we would go to back then had the SAME menu. And this isn't an exaggeration. <br/>So when I came back to Nagpur after all these years and my friends decided to meet at this 'lounge', I came here expecting more or less the same menu, service and ambience. But I was happy to note that not only do they have a lot of variety in terms of the dishes offered(the pastas in white sauce are particularly good) but they also have amazing ambience . Separate entries for the lounge area and the restaurant. The dishes I had were the ravioli and the bruschetta chicken and both were good. Side note: if you plan on drinking heavily, enter the lounge area. The restaurant monitors how much you drink (yes).

The light blue colored theme in their restaurant is soothing and makes the place pretty classy. Very few places in Nagpur serve continental food as good as them. It is slightly on the expensive side but the services and food are worth it. Do try the power lunch option to have a feel of this place without having to spend much.

It's not worth the price. They need to understand that when you have prices so high, the quality too has to be uncompromising.<br/>I felt the alcohol they are serving is sub-standard as well.

Horrible service, inspite of the fact that restaurant was not full. Below average food. Disappointed. Paneer in starter was hard and appeared stale. Crispy corn was average and spring roll very oily.

Fiona is good restaurant and lounge situated in Dharampeth, Nagpur. The taste is good, service is good and Ambiance is also good. They have a separate lounge for parties. Cost is also reasonable.

This is my favourite restaurant in Nagpur. <br/>They serve Indian, Continental and Chinese food. All three are good and nothing disappoints. <br/>From continental my favourites were Paprika chicken and chicken lasagna. Their lasagna is just so cheesy and tasty! Hunters and Hungarian chicken are also good :) <br/>From Indian dishes chicken patiala was my favourite with naan 😃 <br/>Their Chinese food I have tried chilly chicken, fried rice everything is amazing.<br/>Would recommend this place to everyone.

A pretty place (with a blue feel) which serves good lunch combos, which is great value for money. I like their restaurant more than their lounge. Their chicken lasagne is really good, one of my friend swears by it. :) The veg one is good too.

One of my fav restras in nagpur. Its having one dining area and other is lounge(only after 7 pm ) . <br/>And i love both. <br/>Food is delicious ! everything available in the menu is tasty ! Right from pasta to sizzlers to butter chicken. <br/>A place which can b visited both with family and with friends.<br/><br/>Really like their seating arrangement as it's very comfortable and gives privacy. <br/><br/>Owners are very vigilant annd personally look after everything.<br/>

The restaurant area is fine but the lounge section is just loud and tacky. The food quality has been retained consistently (have been a regular here since my childhood to the now closed Temptations at Ramdaspeth. Same team behind Fionaa I guess) I usually go for a chicken steak sizzler or chicken maryland.

A great place for people who like to party. The ambience has been created according to that and the music is also decent enough ( I personally hate DJ, bollywood and trance music). The food isn't up to the mark taste wise. But it's a good place to go and have some drinks with your friends (that 2.5 rating is just for this point).

One of the finest fine dining restaurant in Nagpur. Everything right from ambience to food is perfect. A bit costly for Nagpur but worth it.<br/>Do try out chicken biryani here, they prepare it in desi ghee. Good ambience nice crowd better service in all a best place to have "tamasha". A perfect blend for party and peace u can get them both.

Have been here a number of times. <br/>I am in love with their smoked chicken salad!<br/>There's no giving second thought to the fact that their quality of food and service is great. <br/><br/>The DJ pelts out great numbers while also plays on request. It's a good party place!
