Too much rush, might be because of Independence Day. Service was good but as I said due to heavy rush 20 mins waiting for just taking the order after allocation of table. Food was very delicious as always,no complaints in that. Indoor is seating is much better than outdoor . Also table, salt & pepper and glasses were not clean. Nevertheless must try Chinese starters!

The service was excellent. Our waiter was attentive and knowledgeable, and he was always available to answer any questions. I also found the pricing to be very reasonable.

The quantities are extremely good. The food is well made too. The sit down buffet chicken thali at Rs 400 each is a steal. Manchow soup, chicken chilly, chicken masala, dal fry, mix veg, jeera rice, ice cream... they spoil you by their delights. I am just concerned about the quality, their open kitchen didnt inspire much confidence. Not bad bad, just not extremely good.

So, basically from the last experience I again chose to order food from Step Inn, Law College Square. But as soon as I started eating i found a dead cockroach in the biryani. So i had gone to this place today for power lunch. On asking the waiter about the menu he tells us that there are âtwoâ soup options - a tomato and and a manchow soup and then the remaining. So i tell this guy that i would like to have a manchow soup and the remainder would like to have tomato soups. He denies telling us that all four would either have to take a manchow or a tomato soup. On asking him why he tells us that the billing shall occur in one bill. We told him that we will pay by four different bills. From my inference of this incident this guy is trying to tell me even if i pay a good amount of money i cant have the the soup of my choice ? On follow up of the incident the guy tells us sir there is only manchow in the menu today. So wht the hell was the previous waiter blabbering about ? <br/>This kind of âchindichorâ behavior for saving some making cost is not acceptable for the restaurant of this prestige. <br/>Though the food was exceptionally good and the waiter who served us later was really well mannered. Nothing bad about the place but just that one person.

Step Inn restaurant place is very appealing ambiance is good and location is also nice that's the reason for 3*, else food and service expirience was more than worst. We ordered masala papad (1st you can check image) masala on papad was too less or nothing even they forgot to put salt on it. Than come to sabji Paneer hari mirchi masala or something was the name but it was very so so. With it I ordered tandoori roti 1st than only told waiter to plz bring Garlic naan also but plz be quick. So it came after 15 to 20 minute and garlic on it was so less. They should improve service and taste as well.

Had a Sunday evening dinner at this place. Firstly, I wish to mention about the food. Had Manchow soup which was good in taste, followed by Crispy Veg(There is a fancy name given to it on the menu which I don't remember at the moment) and Chilli Chicken in starters. There was nothing special about the taste of both these dishes and were very average. In the main course, tried Chicken Tikka Masala and Paneer Nawab Kadhai with Butter garlic naan. The taste was again, not really satisfying. The standard of food in terms of taste must be developed. Secondly, the staff service was disappointing. The way they served food, their communication manners, their way of attending us, wasn't positive. Ambience of this place is simple. Overall, improvement is required.
