The first thing I wanted to write a review was because of the staff service and response. I don't know the guy's name, but customized the order based on our need and helped us in getting the best experience. The service was instant. Sometimes the ambience and the service team behaviour will enhance the experience than the food.
So this is a thank you note to the store and the person in the picture i posted along with the review.
Good place to hang out with friends or for a short meeting. Nearly, each CCD store here in nagpur does have quick service and cost of food and beverages are acceptable.
Whereas, it seems they are reducing the numbers of efficient staff and they should take care of their furniture. As they have unstable tracks and worn off table surfaces.
Else, everything is fine and as cool and laid back as usual for customers.

Good snacks and coffee, Best place to hangout with friends and the most important Covid precautions is also taken here very seriously, must visit.

Had a fun time with friends and the girl at the counter Mrs, Swati was very friendly and well mannered she made over cappuccino very awesome and we loved the overall food.
Its a must visit place to have a fun time and have a quick bite as we got our order really fast and it was perfectly made.

Clean and good environment. Staff was friendly. My first day in Nagpur , I just wanted to spent some quite time and read a book. I searched for CCD. out of three CCD near me only one was opened. So I went there and ordered Americano, Spent few good hours read my book and came to hotel.
The coffee was good, but the burger was surprisingly awesome.
This place serves a variety of cold and hot espresso-based coffee beverages, as well as teas, smoothies and other cold drinks. They also have paninis and pastries. It's a good place to grab a coffee to go, but if you have the time to sit down, the service makes the experience a great one.
It is one of the outlets that opens late in the night. takes the last order till 11:45pm. It also has outdoor sitting which allows you to enjoy your coffee with smoke. But the cleanliness of surrounding is an issue as it's very clumsy.
I tried the Toffe Cafe and it was superb. Service good, Ambience good, Kitchen was a bit noisy, Overall superb. CCD is Your favourite hangout destination for coffee and conversations. Any CCD nearby serves you Hot Coffees, Cold Coffees, Sandwiches, Pizzas, Desserts and more. They wont bother you for hours if you sit for work also.
