Review Chaat Shaala - Nagpur

I had a delightful experience at Chaat Shala Cafe last week. The Pani Puri was bursting with flavor, the Bhel was a perfect mix of crunch and spice, and the Raj Kachori was a delightful indulgence. The vibrant atmosphere added to the overall enjoyment of my visit. Highly recommended for chaat enthusiasts! Halal Must visit place with family and friends For two person approx charge is 400/-

One of the best Chaat experiences I've ever had. We tried 5 different dishes, and man all of them were Delicious. Do try their Dome Chaat Chaat Sandwich Aloo Tikki Chaat These 3 were phenomenal!

They have a lot of chaat types and other food. Served well. Taste well. Personalised well as per recommendation and are extremely delicious. Place is little crowded sometimes due to small size but it is fine.

Simply in love with this cute little place.. It's basically an improvised version of street style chaats and Pani Puri. A whole new twist to traditional Indian snacks. I specially loved the assorted pani puris 😋 the only problem is- it's a very cosy and small place. Limited seating arrangement. But that's okay considering the fact that it's a chaat Shala afterall. (Much better than an ordinary thela) I loved it here !

If you like fusion food, you should try this. Taste is fulfilling but the desi touch is missing in the chat items.

Chat Shala Have something new in there menu card that is cheese Puri which is really good for a try and there samosa chat sabudana chat is also very good but the pani of normal pani puri is little bit tangy or what we can say its not like regular pani of panipuri some masala was extra in it. But taste wise the Chaat Shaala is reallly good and there packaging was also good loved it. The chutney and the curd and sev all were given in different containers. Basket chat was reallly good.

I'm an Italian gourmand but I came across Chaat Shaala recently when I grok that they serve Pizza Puri. Two way entrance to enter this titsy tiny place. A glance at white color is must before all yellow and black ambience grabs your attention. Decorous interior with bon mot frames ameliorate overall aura of the restaurant, the glimpse at those walls and frames gave a rad feeling! Sitting arrangement is only enough to accommodate 12-13 people inside, but care has been taken to exhilarate the prezact street feeling of chat and pani-puri by affixing granite marble counter top in the foyer! Showy yet not much Gordy lightings glitters the place and good music add a pinch of vivacity. This is self service restaurant employed with polite and courteous staff. Place is tidy and no plastic is used in any form to serve the food. I had a word with an owner as well. Very kind and warm personality; well aware of insights and quality of food. He was open for all the constructive suggestions and was staunch enough to accord them. As it's name suggest 'fast food', speedy service of dishes will help to accommodate more foodies during rush hour avoiding congestion, ceasing creation of bottleneck at the entrance! I've ordered Pizza Puri, Chocolate Puri, Chat Casket, Thick pan shake and cold coffee. As aforementioned by me initially Pizza Puri was all the new concept to blend Italian and authentic Indian Puri into 'Itaindian'! It was just mouth soothing with one sliced black olives on each Puri to make it look rococo! Chocolate Puri was crisp and crunchy- must try for chocolate wooers! Chat basket was crisp yet it was spicy dish with 2 basket per order. Do not miss on Thick pan shake as actual masala pan is assorted to make this shake so real and appetizing! Pan shake is to relish and pacify all items that were ordered earlier! Cold coffee was thick and typic. Pizza Puri and Thick pan shake is personally recommended! They sell Soft drinks and Mineral water at MRP which is noteworthy! PS:- Reasonable and overall good quantity and quality wise, value for money is 4/5. Worth visiting even when you are having shoestring budget! PPS:- Cherish the merrier view of NH6 while fressing an authentic Indian food serve uniquely! Kudos!

A chill and fun place to just catch up with friends and hang out. Their food is great but so the interior of this joint. They serve tasty food in a welcoming and cozy environment which is amazing. Had ordered basket chat, assorted Pani Puri and rajkachori. Chaat and kachori was good but I personally thought Pani Puri could have been better considering the fact that Nagpur has a lot of great Pani Puri options around the city. The sweet chutney that came with the Pani Puri though was a plus! It had a beautiful and unique taste. Over all a good place to unwind.

They started serving Pani puri in normal streetfood style. Still overpriced but maintains good hygiene and cleaness.

This is a good place to have all variety of chat if you are looking for a hygienic place otherwise streets are the best (my fav is new swadisht pani puri, bajaj nagar). They have some fusion dishes like pizza puri (just pizza mix n mayonese are added in puri), cheese sev puri, rava puri instead of the traditional wheat puri. They also serve sandwiches, shakes n desserts. We ordered 5 chat items n pizza maggi and it costed us approx 420 bucks so it's not very costly, same priced like Haldiram but with much more variety. Go there to try there different chats

Very innovative approach on the thought of starting a restaurant specializing on street food, chaat to be specific, and giving it an elevation with various experimentation. Interior is well lit, furnished and maintained. Although it's a small shack for hanging out, the experience of enjoying the food is authentic.

The place is great and the food and the menu is soo innovative and creatively presented and so is the menu... All the food is sooooo Yummmmmm... The chocolate puri is the dessert i'll have again and again.. It's a great place with innovatively presented food with great taste... I'll suggest you to visit this place again nd again... The place is small but cute. Loved it!!!

A paradise for chat and sandwich lovers!! I liked and loved everything but when it comes to choosing the best I would blindly vote for Chat Sandwich. It's the best thing that can happen to you. This place is budget friendly and has a nice Staff. Overall a must place to visit!

well first time i visited to chaatshaala they have huge range of pani puri with finest ambiance sitting arrangement was not ample enough and taste was okay. there was not ashtonishment while tasting this but there gulab jamun was amazing it steal my heart

The very first Chaat cafe and it is just amazing everything is so tasty and worth for money. Maintaining hygiene at it best. I am a big fan of Raj kachori and kudos to you guys when I talk about Raj kachori I loved it more than haldirams #Best

Staff needs to wear gloves while preparing the food! Secondly feed the staff before start serving! Right now I m here and I saw staff inside preparing food and eat at the same time! Not acceptable at all! They use phone and same hands to food!!! Please maintain hygiene!

They have over 35+ varieties of chaats and have truly transformed the chaat eating experience! The veggies were good and cooked.<br/><br/>Basket chat -<br/>They provided two fried baskets containing filling.<br/>They provided sour curd, oregano, chilli seeds, sev, boondi for garnishing and a purée of tomato, chilli, garlic etc.<br/>They should have provided imli chutney instead of the spicy tomato purée.<br/>It was good. The place is very much hygienic but the smaller one in size,, I had been here in on friendship day, waited for 30min outside the room for Dahi Bhalla Papdi as there was a lot of crowd n there is not enough proper sitting arrangement.. But we've been waiting and then when we got the food it was like why we are standing here n that for 30 min?? The taste is not at all good. After hearing a lot from people n when I visited there and it disappointed me..

Food was average, sandwich not properly baked and paratha quality is also average , service is quite good as compared to other food vallet and restaurant rating i want to give is 3 out of 5

I had pani puri here which was awesome. And also aloo chaat which was on the spicier side. Hygiene here is very well maintained. They have assorted chaats with some new inventions of their own. It's my place to go for chaat cravings.

This place for Chaat lovers..they serve very unique dishes..i tried their Parle G shake..it was amazing.. assorted pani puri, chaat Sundae, and pizza puri..this is amazing..also try their chocolate puri and gulab jamun puri.. superb place..

I love the chat menu.Small place but the food is good. A possible improvement could be adding a bit more savoury side to the chutneys as most of them are sweet.Ordered delivery once and the way every portion is packed to retain the dish's integrity is praiseworthy!

Amazing!!! Amazing!!! Amazing!!! Those are the 3 words that come to my mind when I talk about my experience at Chaatshala!!! The place has a positive aura with mouthwatering street food served in a unique style!!! Pizza panipuri is the pick of the dishes for me... Stuffed with cheese with a topping of Olive. Chocolate panipuri with chocolate shots was something that I have never heard nor tasted. All the dishes were unique and out of the box. The think tank of Chaatshala have put in a lot of brains and efforts to churn out really creative dishes to cater to Nagpurians. Highly recommended!!!

Chaat Shaala has been always my favorite when my taste buds demand something crispy and chatpata at the same time. Best dine in and also online orders. The hygiene maintained is best.

I ordered Raj Kachori and Basket Chaat. All items were prepared well n tasty. However, when compared to other places for same items, Sizes of Kachori n Baskets were quite small than expected. Quantities of all accompaniments dahi chutney mixture were way less...just a small cup of dahi for an item like Raj Kachori!!!<br/>They should take a cue from Haldiram at least for quantity.<br/>For Quality, Taste, Quantity, and Packing all together I'll give a 3/5.

This place deserves all the fame it got, absolutely loved this place, even their menu is interesting with lots of fusions. My personal fav from this place is chocolate puris, hot chocolate goes perfectly well with the puris and the choco chips n other things inside the puris makes the puris crunchy and tastes even better in mouth.<br/><br/>I also tried their basket chaat, they serve 2 basket chaat which is worth the money.<br/>#highly_recommended

I have visited this place for almost 6-7 times n still didn't get bored of it. The quality of the food, there various chats and of course my favourite gulab jamun is just too good. One of the best chaat places in nagpur. Gulab jamun, katori chaat, rabdi gulab jamun puri are the must tries here if you have a sweet tooth! Please do visit it's my recommendation.😄

It's an okay place. I had bhel which was a little on the sweeter side. Also aalo tikki which was very spicy. Would recommend dialing down the spice a bit. Dahi puri was rich and delicious. The ambience was good too.

If you love Chaat and fusion dishes this is definitely the place to go. I really loved pizza puri. Every Puri is lipsmacking and delicious, the moment you take a Puri in you simply love it's Creation 😋 the same with chocolate Puri. The chocolate blast you feel it's just amazing, you can't miss this dish if you love chocolate. Overall the place is really nice and I would love to go here again and again. For shakes do try the gulab jamun shake I found it amazing. Pizza Maggi can have an improvement as in.. comeon it's pizza Maggi there shouldn't be option for with or without cheese pizza the word says it should have cheese in it 😛

I did hear a lot about this place and so thought of trying it and it was all worth it . They serve sham wali Chaat and snacks in a different and delicious way. Been to chaatshaala n must say one has to visit this place.. Simply amazing with the variety of chaats on available. Must visit😄 must try the chocolate pani puri..

Best place to experience the street food the gentleman's way.<br/>Only dent is the lack of seating space otherwise highly recommended from my side.

Chat Shala Have something new in there menu card that is cheese Puri which is really good for a try and there samosa chat sabudana chat is also very good but the pani of normal pani puri is little bit tangy or what we can say its not like regular pani of panipuri some masala was extra in it. But taste wise the Chaat Shaala is reallly good and there packaging was also good loved it. The chutney and the curd and sev all were given in different containers. Basket chat was reallly good.

Best way to try chaat and other indian street food just in a cafe style one of my favorite places do recommend PIZZA PURI that's completely awesome and test like a pizza there mush more exciting mouth watery dishes out there to try do check them out

I enjoyed cheese sev puri.. too good place too good food stuffing, but I found place little congested, chocolate cheese puri was extra chocolatey and sweet. I like it.

Had been here a few days ago . There is no space for people to sit . They do not even respond to the customer if there is no space . Didn't expect this kind of response .

The chaat roll was something new to us, it was amazing and lip smacking .<br/>Paneer tandori sandwich was really good, it was full of flavours n juicy. Enjoyed the every bite thoroughly.<br/>

Assorted Pani Puri: I chose to eat the semolina (Suji ka Puri) Puri platter which had six elliptical puris, some potato mash generously sprinkled with Chaat Masala n Cumin Powder and a dash of onions by the side. In the tray housed six shot glasses out of which four was with Theeka Pani and Two With Khatta Pani. The shot glasses looked so good with those golden boondi afloat on it. Chaat Roll: A bed of mix sago and potato mash, topped with some spicy, tangy and fresh onions as a filling mixed with some gela bhej, wrapped in a roll is how I would define the chaat roll. Cheese Corn Sndwich: A grilled sandwich generously housing cheese and sweet corn curnels in it with some pizza dressing. It's absolutely delicious. The sandwich comes in a two option of white bread or brown. I opted for the white one as I am not very fond of Brown Bread.<br/><br/>This dish definitely gets a 04☆ rating.<br/><br/>4. Pizza Puri: This is one thing I adored, would love to eat at least 3 plates in my next visit. It gives you all the rich flavours of pizza, but you don't have a crust to chew upon. Ultimately superb dish on the menu card. This dish was order just looking at "samne wala kya manga raha hain".<br/><br/>This dish gets a 04.5☆.<br/><br/>5. Rabdi Gulab Jamun Puri: This is a dish where a puri is stuffed with Rabdi, sweet boondi and topped with a big piece of Gulab Jamun. This definitely was #foodporn<br/><br/>Undoubtedly would give it a 05☆.<br/><br/>6. Gulab Jamun Shake: Here was a thick shake flavoured with Butterscotch, chunks of Gulab Jamun and a huge well cooked Gulab Jamun to munch upon. In my words if I would like to describe it, after sipping on to the shake I knew I attained a #foodgasm.<br/><br/>Goes without saying I am giving it a 05☆ rating.<br/><br/>

Ordered Pizza Sandwich and Gulab Jamun. The Pizza Sandwich was so delicious and yummy, and was a perfect amalgamation of pizza and sandwich concepts. It was meticulously crafted with veggies, cheese and sauce placed between two whole wheats and was grilled to perfection and optimum taste letting the contents embed in cheese while staying between breads. It was really unique! Gulab Jamuns were large, generously coated with sugar syrup, soft and fluffy and tasted great too. 🥰
