The owner / chef is very friendly and explained the menu really well. Something different to try. All the burgers are made freshly (from what I’ve seen) Lots of options to try. Ask for chef’s recommendations he’s guide you according to your taste. And it really is not a place for vegans 😜

The Food is prepared with love, however, just a note to the owner not everyone will like lots origano on chicken popcorn try less cornflour and more chicken instead. The food was less oily and felt genuine love towards cooking. They provide Korean sauce along with their chicken popcorn. Burger was best and I choses cheddar cheese which goes perfectly with burgers, they also have burgers with mozzarella cheese which fealt alien to me so I didn't try. The staff is friendly so it's worth trying their burgers

Visited the new outlet and was greeted with a warm welcome by the owner. The experience was as always top notch and satisfying. Definately a must visit place for their fresh and juicy burgers. We tried the grilled chicken burger as it is our favourite here and the taste is still the same as it was few years ago.

Four stars assuming there's a scope for improvement in the taste as well as the ambience. As the name suggests, it is a little secret, you might spend time finding it in the shewalkar complex. Ambience is next to zero. But the place makes up for all of it with its unique taste of burgers. Never had a better chicken burger than here. The Ron Swanson is to die for. But it is Pure Non Vegetarian and all Vegetarians will have to settle for french fries :p

It's been a while since I've acquired the taste of this place and I still can't find any other place to match them! Ordered 'The Ron Swanson' and if anyone is ordering for the first time here, I urge you to give it a try. The chicken was tender, the egg was perfectly cooked and the sauce is as usual rich with flavours. The most delicious and juicy patties. Tried the grilled chicken and fried chicken burger. Easily the BEST in nagpur. Hats off to the chef. <br/>We placed an order directly and picked up the order. Took 10-15 minutes to prepare. Was absolutely fresh and amazing.

Been frequenting this place often lately. Came to know of it through a Facebook group. Must say I'm really happy with the taste and cordiality of Harshal and his better half. <br/>I've always just had the Ron Swanson and Masala fries. The Ron Swanson is nothing like you've ever had before - It is a Burger with no bread and instead you have crisp chicken over the patty. Proper meatlovers delight. I honestly can't get enough of it even if it means an extra 30 minutes on the treadmill. <br/>My friend swears she hasn't had better fries anywhere in Nagpur.<br/>Harshal is very cordial and accommodating.<br/>I'd love to see these guys diverse out of burgers though, they are honestly excellent cooks. <br/>Here's to hoping a lot more trips to the joint, I hope they can maintain the quality

This is a favourite from grad school days when the shop was actually a secret. Now that the cat is out of the bag it has just added to the delicious food these guys send out. The chicken popcorn is a classic love for me, but the fries were such a lovely surprise. It was extra crispy and not bland. We are able to eat it almost after 1 hour including delivery time. It was still crispy and not a bit burnt. The dip is to die for an oregano lover like me. Loads of love Harshal Bhaiya and Secret Shop. This place is by far the best burger place i have ever tried. The tagline no place fr vegans is best. I have tried almost every burger on the menu. But my personal fav is grilled chicken with mozzarella cheese. Even tried there new machette also n it was fab. The cheese inside that wrap was very mouth melting. Its awesome. And yes, it’s strictly for non vegetarians only... or for chicken burger lovers we can say. Burgers at this place are simply amazing , and super juicy and satisfying,,,, bla bla I can go on. Seems like classic American style burgers. There is not much variety , but every single burger on the menu is must try. They have choice for cheese as well. Add ons are the best part , as it lets you customise your burgers as you want, and yes they also have BACONS in add on!! My personal fav is grilled chicken burger and Ron Swanson, both with cheddar cheese. The ambiance is quite simple and good hospitality. Ingredients used are quality and fresh. Let me not get into it since it's a really long story, will jus speak abt my take of this place n the yummilicious burgers they serve.<br/>First I ordered the chef's recommendation, 'the fried chicken burger'. Have u ever felt that depressed in your life that u need some time off everything( little exaggerated😎). That was my mood when i first ate this burger n boom..i suddenly had the urge to get back to all my problems. I had this burst of flavours in my mouth, the mayo was something i had never tasted before, the freshness of lettuce n the sweetness of the buns added to my taste bite after bite..n in like four bites exactly i finished it off, who would stop eating it once u know how good it tastes. I didnt let any of my friends who accompanied with me to have a single bite, m not 'Joey' always, u just need to be at times. Drooling over my burger my friends ordered too.<br/>'The pan fired chicken burgers' n 'the grilled chicken burger combo'. They turned out great aswell. I loved the juicy patty both the kind served. The mayo here they used was different which blended perfectly with the patty n of course the sweet taste of buns, just adds in flavour. One of my friend didnt want the burger with the sweet bun, the chef was very humble to serve her with the non sweet bun. The fries were good. Not too oily not too salty n they served it with some different sauce again. Not as good as kfc's double down but can be called as a nice effort by the secret shop. Will be more worth it if there will be more of a chicken breast quantity in ron swanson than just more of a coating of batter over a very thin chicken layer. It was just a lot of coating of batter over a very minimal portion of chicken & because of which, it doesn't even feel like eating chicken burger. Even the size of burger is very small...not worth 220rs...

I went to try the "best burgers in town" with a friend, on a rainy evening a few days ago. We were the only customers and hoped the 150 rupee cab fare would be worth it.. After ordering what the owner recommended (The Pan Fried Chicken Burger) and a 15-20 minute wait, we were served the most disgusting burger I've ever attempted to consume.<br/><br/>The burger was tiny. The patty, which I heard was USP of the place, wasn't meaty at all and tasted like overspiced vegetable mush. It was crisp though. Gotta give them that. The cheese tasted like cheese normally does; well done ! The sauce was an insipid whitish light greyish substance that should never be used for burgers or for any other food. My annoyance turned into outrage when I realized that the only "authentic burger place" in Nagpur used FRUIT BUNS. The only thing worse than pineapple in a pizza is tuti fruti in a cheeseburger. <br/><br/>Thankfully, we ordered only one burger.<br/><br/>The Fries had enough oil to kill a horse (by drowning in it). <br/><br/>The Chicken Popcorn was decent.<br/><br/>The one good thing about the place was that the owner was polite and courteous.<br/><br/>TLDR : Lousy Burgers. Oily Fries. Decent Chicken Popcorn. Polite Owner.<br/><br/>PS : I had heard great things about the burgers served @ The Secret Shop, from my friends, and hope that I ended up there on an off day. A really off day.

we ordered a couple of pan fried chicken burgers and a chicken popcorn. the burgers were great and i can now tell that they are the best in the city. the chicken popcorn was hot and crisp when delivered. can be a great side dish with drinks. will order more soon.

The secret shop, located just opposite VNIT, is a hidden gem in Nagpur. With a very very small menu, it serves some of the best burgers in the city. The place is quite small, can sit around 12 people at one time. Even though the service time is slow, but the wait is worth it. The Mayo, the cheese, fried eggs and bacon - each of them is excellent. Go for fried chicken burger if you don't want traditional minced patty. The owner is extremely polite and caters to your needs. Overall, if you are looking for non-vegetarian burgers, this is the place to be in Nagpur.

The best burgers in Nagpur at a reasonable rate, hands down.<br/>They know their burgers, they know their fries, they know their chicken popcorn, and they have a secret- their secret sauce, which is quite unique.<br/>The patties are cooked to perfection. The DD is an egg burger, and is amazing for its price. The fried chicken and grilled chicken burgers are scrumptious. The taste is unlike any other burgers I've had at burger chains. Also, the chicken in the chicken popcorn is flavoured, unlike quite a few versions of the chicken popcorn.<br/>Downsides - secret sauce quantity is less. Also, would be better if they provided water for free. Service is a little slow, but the quality of the burgers compensates for it.

Excellent place for non-vegetarians, great food, reasonably priced.<br/><br/>We visited The Secret Shop for snacks. It is located in a hard-to-find corner on Gayathri Nagar, just near Reliance Fresh. The ambience is below average. No real thought was put into it, just some chairs and some tables. Seating is minimal, there is space for just 2-3 groups. Luckily, we managed to find a seat.<br/><br/>We ordered a Grilled Chicken Burger and a Double Cheese Sandwich Burger with Chicken Popcorn and fries (and a Coke, which the owner popped over to Reliance Fresh to get!). The burgers were divine, with a delicious patty and tasty dressing. The chicken was perfectly minced and tossed with vegetables and spices. The Chicken Popcorn was similarly excellent. It was just the right amount of crispy, not too little but also not too much, with the chicken inside tender and juicy. The fries were decent, but the sauce which accompanied the popcorn and the sauce was commendable. It was a honey-chilli sauce which is usually used to glaze chicken. It provided a unique flavour, certainly better than if a simple ketchup had been tossed our way.<br/><br/>The owner himself does the cooking and serving. Service is reasonably fast.<br/><br/>The price is very reasonable. Repeat visits here are possible and encouraged.<br/><br/>I highly recommend this place for non-vegetarians.

Me and my friends tried pan fried, fried and grilled burger.. all of us liked pizzenias' burger over this crap.. personally i felt that the owner have ego issues.. This place is heaven for burger lover if you are non vegetarian this place is not for vegetarian people. Burgers here so juicy and amazing in the taste. No other burger place is better that this in city. <br/>Serivce is quick owner himself prepear all the dishes so you get it quick and uniform price.<br/>Ambiance is average but you can compromise that for the great taste.
