Review Spice Route - Nashik

Overall, my family and I had a mixed experience at Spice Route. The restaurant has a lovely ambience and most importantly the restaurant deserves commendation for maintaining a comfortable and spacious dining environment. The distance between tables was ample, allowing us to enjoy our meal without feeling crowded. We ordered Veg Manchow Soup, Honey Chilly Potato starter, Paneer Tikka Masala and Cheese Garlic Naan. The flavours were well-balanced and it was an absolute treat for our taste buds. However, we were quite disappointed to find mosquitoes and a lizard around our table during our meal. This made us feel uncomfortable and somewhat spoiled our dining experience. I suggest the restaurant will take proper steps to ensure hygiene. I hope our next visit can be more enjoyable without the presence of unwanted guests!! 😉

The restaurant has a good variety of dishes in Non-vegetarian side, but the variety is slightly less on the vegetarian side. The dishes which hit the taste Buds were Veg Manchurian and Dahi kabab. But, the Triple Schz Rice was not up to mark. The service was slightly slow, but it gets slower as the rush increases.

Easy to reach. Delicious food test and entertainment are pretty good. Staff are helping very well, good quality of drinks of the prices in budget. Truly satisfying place for eating and chill.

We had dinner here. Fine dine restaurant in Nashik city. The food was tasty, we had chicken tikka biryani and mocktails. The service was fast. The atmosphere is beautiful. Prices bit on the higher side but still decent. Must try if you are in the vicinity.

Quite nice and a good restaurant for family. They serve Chinese ,continental and Indian cuisine. The place was nice and the food quality and taste as well was great. We enjoyed the lunch and it's a must visit if you want to have some yummy Indian veg and non veg food. Not just that Chinese is also good there. We had Chicken Fried Rice, handi veg, chicken wings, garlic naan. Service 10/10

Spice Route is one of the best restaurants in Nashik... had been there with family had to wait for the table for five minutes, food quality & taste was excellent 👌 service was very good & today 31st planned to be there with family once again ... table booked 👍

Fine Dining Place with a Bar. A very good taste and I got to know they change the food menu every 4-5 months. The food is very tasty and service is prompt ! You should try Mutton Rogan Gosht.. it's so yummy !

Tried chicken pahadi and Angara kabab which taste delicious, the main course was mouth-watering and will visit again . Service was a little bit slow rest is all good.

Spice Route Restaurant situated in convenient location no more Hazel to reach with ample parking space. Family popular restaurant for fine dining. Restaurant offer two different dine out spaces *Open and *Air-conditioned that was the best part of this place. The services provided there is commendable and the food is excellent 👌 and with this place satisfactory level for ambience is the best superb. The service and food with cost worth it. As I told you before seating arrangements added to the overall charm and make it comfortable perfect space with perfect meal options.😊

Loved the ambience at this place. It quite beautifully maintained. Food is good and it has got good bar options. You better confirm the kitc hen timings and availability. Probably the kitchen remain closed in the afternoon. So if you are going expecting food in afternoon then that'll probably disappoint you. Got good parking space for two wheelers. Best for family and also with friends. For celebrations.

We ordered Irani chicken, paneer peshawari, roti, naan and butter naan in main course. In starter we ordered cheese roll, nagli papad and chicken tandoori lollipop. Food was awesome. And pocket friendly. Service was good only in the last we received extra naan ordered late.

We ordered mutton soup, honey chicken, chickeb biryani and sizzing brownie. Every thing was good.

Best place to be in nashik. Classy, hygienic, friendly staff. Authentic food i had to wait 15 20 mins but its ohk, that much time is much obvious for the kababs or any other starters to get prepared and served... had a great time today. Must go. No more a great place as on march 2020.  The manager keeps yelling at his staff, he doesnt pay attention and seems to be just bossy.  The same anger energy is felt in the food.  Its horribly spicy.  Staff is not trained or they are just doing the job because they need to survive and the manager is bad.  Pls do not trust the managers recommendation on food, u will regret it.  There are no sizzlers.  Veg has very few options.  Looks like its been handled by frustrated people.    Staff serves food as if they are doing us a favor.  They dont even smile. Fighting with each other.  The staff that is nice is being harassed by others.  STOP UR INTERNAL POLITICS AND OR JUST REFUND UR CUSTOMERS><br/>The staff wants to help, they want to serve, but I think they lack basic etiquette training.  When a customer says something is not good, ACCEPT IT please.  Its not good as per customers standards n expectation. It doesnt mean we hate u.  And you must change the dish immediately if its made over spicy.  No courtesy shown.  One of the waiter also frowned angrily.   The ones who are polite are being troubled with politics in the restaurant.   Washroom is unhygenic and stinky.  Very bad place. its like a 2-star joint now.   We dont go by the looks, we go by Food, Hygiene and Service.  I think its been handled by a manager who can only hear his praise.   The half plates serve hardly a kid.  Its not worth at all. All koftas and kababs or panners are too small.  Not worth at all. Do not waste your time, money and energy. These people are too good at insulting their customers. I fell sick the very next day.  Dunno if they put something in the food to take revenge.

Very poor service. They cannot serve for the sunday rush. I had my 1 year old baby with me. We could not get simple chair for baby for 30 mins. Waited for 1 hour for the main course. Finally we left restaurant with parcel.<br/>I don't recommend this restaurant

This was such a juicy mutton preparation, just lovely!<br/>Tandoori Prawns, Mutton Rogan Josh, Tandoori Chicken (was a bit uncooked but very tasty) and there was some chicken tikka plate.<br/>In rice, we had a chicken biryani.. which was nicely layered with good aroma and taste.<br/>There's this item, Cheddar Cheese Sticks.. it's something different. You might want to give it a try.<br/>Also I liked a mocktail.. something like Guava Chilli Margarita I guess. It was spicy and so refreshing.<br/><br/>BTW They need to work on the Caramel Custard. Food was OK not commendable or excellent. But the service level was really low. Not recommended at all to the people who want good food and good service

Visited this place for the 1st time. The restaurant looked pretty good. We ordered the the Apple Mojito, Chilly Guava, Rumali Khakra, Veg Handi and Naan. The quantity as well the quality of the Food was nice.<br/>But the service was pathetic. The waiter almost took 20mints to take the order and the Food was served almost after 45mints. The service was slow. Personally very disappointed with this place, as it has got good review on many places.

We tried the Chicken Matka kebab which was the best to my taste, Mutton Galoti kebab was great too but the Irani Handi could've been better.<br/>Overall the Ambience and service was on point. Would visit again.<br/>

Great place to devour sumptuous food. No, but literally all their dishes were amazing.<br/>The service is a bit slow though. Also, there will be a huge queue on weekends. Expensive - yes. But the ambience and food quality is a big yes as well.

Empty plates is the service here, waited for more than 1 hour still the food is not yet served!! when I asked the manager he was like please wait for more 7min for roti to be prepared!

I come here often, it has a nice ambience and good service. Easily one of the best fine dining restaurants in Nashik. They have a good range of starters in poultry and lamb and some good tandoori fish. This place has the best lamb in town. Absolutely love the Mutton Rogan Josh which is so tender and well cooked mutton pinkish from the inside it literally slides from the bone. Same for the Biryani, it has the perfect mix of spices with well cooked rice reminds of the Delhi authenticity. Two starters and a main course is approx 1200 for two people. Absolutely worth the money.

I don't like everything on the menu, but there are few dishes which they make the best, Tandoori Chicken Masala which goes well with Naan or Kulcha and Tandoori Prawns in shot glasses with spicy mayo dip.

Good Taste. I have been there for couple of times and really enjoyed meals except yesterday! Usually it is a very decent place however yesterday OWNER himself (we got to know when we asked outlet staff) was sitting with his few friends and playing PubG with very loud music which was a huge disturbance as we were sitting on very next table. It was so disgusting to realize that he was OWNER himself and still doesn't care about guests. While staff is very helpful and friendly, OWNER should also care about time and money people spending on his outlet apart from his own friends who were playing PubG along with him and screaming loudly with high volumes on laptop and phones.

Not much variety to food . Taste was nothing great to talk about . Very poor echos tics planned . The conversations are seemingly loud becoz of poorly designed architecture . We had a harrowing time when a family of 12 spoke soo loudly that it irritated us . The manager was not even in a position to do anything about it . Tried manchurian - spongy. Beer turborg given was 3 months old and was sent back . Rest all was ok . Not a place I would come back to again .

The food is good. 4 stars to it. Ambiance is moderate. If you are a non veg lover, visit it once.<br/>Khakra wasn't grear enough. Lacha paratha is okayish. The size of breads is small.

Ambiance in the restaurant was good. Service was very slow. was there to celebrate wife's birthday but it was just a waste of money. Ordered for a cocktail which was pathetic. Entire cocktail was thrown but the restaurant was happy to charge, not even asked for a replacement. Starter was named by the manager as "kakoori kebab" which has no connection with the authentic kakoori. Despite of requesting for a birthday cake it was not served. May be the manager thought i am asking for free. suggestion towards the management that please evaluate the level of your customer. Do not consider every body as free-bee.

Had High expectations from the place, however the staff is rude, food is average and they wont even turn on the Air Conditioner at 43 degree Celsius. Had tough time having my lunch and definitely not visiting here again.

Visited this place twice till now and experience both time was just amazing as it should be. Recently I visited this place when the Pasta fest was going on. I tried Pink Sauce Pasta which was perfect combinations spiciness of Red sauce pasta and Cheesiness of White sauce pasta. And the cocktails I tried were just lit and best thing. I had three cocktails but the one liked was Guavatini. Its just best, made of fresh guava juice and Martini. Do visit this place in your next cocktail party. Papad sampler was also class apart and dips were amazing. Chicken Tandoor was perfectly roasted. And prawns was just of perfect size probably the best and big sized prawns you will get in Nashik. Should definitely try if you are a sea food lover.<br/><br/>Service and staff were prompt and helpful. Place has a nice look but food is below par. There is absolutely no spice in food and we regret ordering Chinese because of poor dishes. Bar menu was the only plus point.

Was searching for a place around Nashik city which served great vegatarian and non vegetarian food and chanced by sheer luck on this place. Food was excellent, ordered a nice huge rumali khakra which was something I had heard of and tried but is only available in Nashik! Had another speciality of this place called matka cheese chicken and was very happy about the choice too. A good combination that went well with beer. I wish there were few more beer choices but overall I am very happy to have eaten here. I have put a single picture only because I was busy relishing the food. A good place, hygienic. Kind of a family restaurant. This restaurant does not decimate taste but is bit on the pricier side. The food is great, ambience is equally good. The Pot Chicken is the highlight. From presentation to the garnishing, everything is well off.

I recently visited this restraurant with my family. I found the experience to be underwhelming. The ambience was good and there was almost nobody around. BBQ chicken wings and Paneer Trio were good but nothing extraordinary. The service was good. I hope they make some additions to the menu.

I'm not from Nashik, but i used Google Map to visit Spice Route and it's on gangapur road easily visible for new visitor/tourist. I visited on 26 Jan which is Republic day of India. The first thing I noticed was there are many restaurant on that road and many of the restaurant was having theme of republic day and i was expecting the same from Spice Route but restaurant didn't have that theme on the day.<br/><br/> For ambiance I personally can give rating of 5/5. Spice Route is having a good amount of space and restaurant is having valet parking.<br/><br/>Spice Route got good staff, Mr. Kulkarni is manager over there he given me information regarding places to visit in Nashik.<br/><br/>I've seen a special dish #RommaliKhakra in Spice Route which was very crispy it's a huge Khakra and it cost only 160 rupees when I visited.<br/><br/>What I ate:<br/><br/>Basil Infused Soup<br/>I liked it and I personally want to rate 4/5 for this dish<br/><br/>Veg Mix Paratha <br/>I didn't like it. We went to Nashik on a trip and through Zomato, I searched this resto, which was located nearby our hotel. It is easily accessible and was crowded, maybe due to weekend. The staff was courteous. Decor was good and place was clean. They had indoor and outdoor seatings. The menu was elaborate and we ordered as per recommendations. Food was good. I will not say that the taste was something extraordinary, but it was worth the money. I loved the concept of assorted dips and papads. Will definitely visit again.

I found this place really beautiful specially the outdoor seating. The staff is polite and courteous but there's still scope for improvement.<br/>The food is delicious. We found the quantity to be a bit less.<br/>We had all vegetarian dishes without drinks and it costed around ₹400 per person. Starters are much better than main course.

The ambience of spice route is soothing and is awesome to have a laid back evening. The papad platter is the most versatile and has amazing selection of papads and chutneys! Must try this here. The taste here is good.

I am going to give extra 0.5 for its ambience and space.. This place is huge.. especially outdoor seating arrangements.. It is beautiful.. And since it was raining, it was a add on for the ambience..<br/>Now coming to service and prices .. Service was quick and good.. Staff is polite and generous.. Prices are reasonable.. Quality and quantity of food is really good..<br/>We ordered chicken tikka trio for starters.. It had tandoori kebab , malai kebab and pahadi kebab.. All the kebabs were tasty and well cooked.. For main course we ordered Kashmiri mutton gravy and butter naan.. Mutton was properly cooked and flavored.. Only turn off was mutton gravy was lil oily.. Butter naan were just perfectly buttered..<br/>Overall our experience was worth.. Ambience, food, staff, service is really good.. And place is easy on your pocket..

If you want to try something good you can go for this restaurant though menu is very short . Food , ambience , service all are very good. You don't have to wait long after order is placed. Spice Route is in a Prime Area on the Main Road itself & has a very good frontage. There is some parking available outside the restaurant, which is good. The restaurant is fairly large & has a good selection of Indian & Chinese dishes, catering to both the Vegetarian & Non Vegetarian tastes as well. The place is tastefully furnished, has an extensive Menu, the Waiters are well trained and knowledgeable, the Service is Good, the Food is Tasty and the rates are reasonable too. Indeed a good place to eat at when in the area or when passing by.

Went to Spice Route yesterday with one of my friends.. this is the first restaurant I've visited in Nashik. The food was very tasty or may be I was hungry :) Value for money and a good fine dining place.. We had paneer subji and egg bhurji. Really tasty.. definitely recommend this place..

Considering the fact that we live in the area right across the restaurant, it's obvious that we have tried this place multiple times. And guess what, after our fourth visit we have exhausted the entire menu leaving absolutely nothing new to try on. No need to say that we didn't feel like repeating anything from the already tried menu either. The food was almost always very average for the price you pay. And the newness of the place and creativity displayed while designing the menu worn out after just two visits. Outside sittting and ambience is good but service is pretty slow and chaotic leaving very little incentive for us to go there. Spice Route does not feature in our go to list anymore.

Jus awesome food .. both starter and main course r awesome.. ambience is calm and soothing.. i would love to give 5 stars but they loses 1 point becoz of slow service.. guys ur food is really yummy .. bt such tasty food only worth if it comes on tym .. dat disappointed me .. other wise must visit place..

Well ...we went to restaurant by judging look from outside. but got disappointed badly as there is no Indian Chinese items available in their menu.Also menu is very very costly as you pay around ₹350 for panner tikka masala and over ₹300 for kingfisher beer.....<br/><br/>go if you have money to spend.....thats what i can tell

To begin with ambience it was absolutely lovely.<br/>Wat a lovely food presentation ,not a single dish disappointed us.<br/>Right from the lemon coriander soup to tandoori prawns to matka kebab to kashmiri ghost everything was delicious.<br/>The staff was courteous and made us feel great.

Big no for the foodies...very expensive considering proportion and taste ..service is very slow .I have tried lemon coriander soup, whole chicken, thecha chiken tika, assorted papad plater ,rumali khakra in starters and in main course we ordered as per their sugetn irani chiken handi evrythng was okay nt satisfactory.. will never visit agn... If u r true foodie n ambience doesn't matter u thn dis place is nt gud to visit..

New place in the town!<br/>Recently a friend suggested me this place..<br/>Nice ambience with comfortable sitting options, staff was polite but food wasn't upto the mark.<br/>we had ordered Panner tikka masala, which we had asked them to make medium spicy, however it turned out to be sweet.. that was a big disappointment.. butter roti was properly roasted, masala papad, jeera rice chaas and drinks were upto the mark.. Too expensive..!!

The food, the hospitality, the uniqueness, the taste, the price, the quantity, the ambience, the music, the service<br/><br/>All of the above was outstanding. The experience was so overwhelming, we had to come here thrice during our stay in Nashik. <br/><br/>Specially the food is just amazing. Have heard that they change their menu every 2-3 months. This is tempting me to visit here again soon and am excited to try their experiments with foood.<br/><br/>Will love to visit again.

If you are a foodie....the perfect destination for u in Nashik is SPICE ROUTE.... its hard to count the incidences wherein your expectations will not be met as it goes unsaid that if its SPICE ROUTE you will be served beyond your expectations. In true sense,  it is a treat to all the senses.... and every part n parcel of the food n service industry is well planned , implemented and looked after most importantly UPGRADED everyday..... what else can one ask for when it comes for fine dining??? where you are served tasty progressive indian menu with a twist , where the service makes you feel so comfortable .. where you treat your taste buds in the best possible ambience ....... It a complete YES YES for SPICE ROUTE ALWAYS......

Had a great lunch yesterday at Spice Route! Served with a smile throughout by Bhushan Patil (who took very good care of us). Particularly enjoyed the Tandoori Prawns (refer to photo to be left amazed!) And the BBQ Chicken Wings with Paprika. . Over all, it was a great experience. . Thank you team Spice Route!

As the name suggests it's a new property and a let me tell you people a new Star in the town has born which is going to attract all all of us.<br/><br/>2.This property is Located on the famous Gangapur Road which has lot of options but ladies and gentlemen this restaurant is the place which attracts the cream of the city which is youth.<br/><br/>3. It has the option of fine dine and the casual or progressive dinning ......Has a variety of cuisine to choose from......And the prawns one of my favorite..... With Pahari chicken....<br/><br/>4. And let me tell you guys and gals the variety of mocktails and cocktails they have you will not find it any where else.....<br/><br/>5. The mouth watering treats they have which I believe no one will resist.....Hmmm yummy.....<br/><br/>6. The staff here is very courteous to help you in choosing from the wide variety of food ..... Strongly recommend for you all.... All of you PL try to visit to this place and believe you me you will not regret..... Thumbs up team SPICE ROUTE....KEEP TREATING US WITH YUMMY CUISINE....THANX.

The food quality is really good as compared to other restaurants in Nasik. Although, I was disappointed with the size of the portions as it is a bit overpriced. The Tandoori Prawns is a must try. The meat ordered (don't recall the dish) was very fresh, tender and properly cooked. I hope they maintain the quality. The ambiance is also quite good. Overall a good place to have dinner with your family.

Went to this place with family for a small anniversary celebration. Ambience is not too fancy but nice and comfortable. Food served was really delicious along with a good presentation. Service was polite and courteous but a bit lousy too (scope for improvement).<br/>Also the bar menu is limited and not everything menu is available. Beer too fresh stock was not available for all brands.<br/>Overall a decent place to hangout. Will surely recommend to others and visit again.

Food not up to the mark.<br/>And the restaurant is very very EXPENSIVE as compared to the service and food served.<br/>Didn't like it.<br/>Won't be visiting the place in near future.

It's a great place. By Nashik standards, it far exceeds every other place that I have been to in the past. The service is what you miss dearly in Nashik, but not at Spice Route.

I loved it.... dont have words to express the taste... jssstttt awesome...<br/>We ordered Tandoori prawns, Chicken matka ... in starters.. They were yummmm.... For Meal we ordered irani chicken handi... which was something different & delicious.. never had before.....

A place which is beautiful and smartly done from the start to end wins your heart with its decor and ambiance. You can not help but admire small details like the overhead LED lamps in the passage or the bright bar. <br/>Where Spice Route lets you a down a little is in its food taste and slow service. Though our captain Rahul was  polite and communicative. <br/>The papad sampler was good with six different dips though only 4 are tasty!! <br/>They do not serve salad or chutney with their kebabs and tikka's which came as a shocker.<br/>The main course was pretty decent nothing mind blowing in taste..<br/>Pricing is on the higher side with respect to Nasik but Spice Route is a plush fine dine catering to the class of people to whom its not a big deal.<br/><br/>A little improvement in service and food will definitely establish Spice Route as a must visit place for everyone!

My first visit to this place today on my birthday and I must admit ṭhaṭ I enjoyed each and every bit of the food served there. Plus the place has a very soothing ambiance and very polite and prompt service. One of the very few places in Nasik which have style. One star less due to the limited choice in food menu but the drinks menu has one of the best collections in Nasik. <br/><br/>Will be back for more.
