Excellent food... Sea food Is Really good and non expensive. Service is fast. They really take care of the customers. Only issue I faced is the seating arrangements, they all are plastic chairs.... Bar menu is limited... They have everything but all non expensive ones... No scotch available.

The taste was good, but there are very few non veg restaurants near the Shalimar area of Nashik, we have to go few mins driving towards Gangapur road area.

Food is just fantastic, we tried paneer tikka, Chicken lasuni, Mutton seek kabab, Chicken laplapa and Bhari.. Awesome taste. Staff is very efficient and attentive. They should improve overall ambiance, that is most important.

A moderately priced restaurant with some above average food.<br/>This restaurant is easy to reach and easily visible from the road. Located near Jehan Circle, getting here isn't much of a problem.<br/>This restaurant has no proper parking space, which is a let down.<br/><br/>Coming to the food, we ordered Tandoori Chicken and Chicken Crispy for starters.<br/><br/>The tandoori chicken had a satisfactory taste but the chicken wasn't cooked properly. The smoky taste of the tandoor was also missing.<br/><br/>The chicken crispy was decent. The quantity was good, taste was decent and the chicken was properly cooked.<br/><br/>For the main course we had asked them to suggest something which is spicy. They suggested 'Chicken Lapalap'. We were in a muddle when we heard the ludicrous name, but decided to give it try.<br/>When I had the first bite, I thought of the taste as satisfactory, but when I kept on eating it I began to actually like the taste, and by the end I enjoyed it.<br/><br/>The ambience is very ordinary, I'll say this branch is more suited to go out with friends than our family.

The place looks shaggy intially, but looking at the menu card and pricing it's not that much bad<br/><br/>A descent value for money place.<br/>Rumali khakra is their specialty. We ordered almost all types of food chienese Punjabi veg non veg (as we were 7 pax).<br/>Loved the taste. Normal authentic taste nothing to complain about. Kaka Dhaba! Went there for Friday lunch with colleagues. It's typical restaurant bar with separate family section. <br/><br/>Recommend for butter chicken! Nice test and very awesome test.<br/><br/>It's not fine dining so please don't expect any proper sliver service and basic hygiene.

Almost authentic Punjabi food. It reminded me of sitting in Amritsar eating with my parents specially sitting in Pathankot. Called for quite a few dishes and was blown away by their simplicity yet awesome taste. The noodles which was not Punjabi was delicious beyond words. It was true Indian Chinese. I have been going here every time I visit Nashik.

Visiting this places from long time but in last visit the taste was not good also quantity has reduced.. but methi Lasoni was very good.. bhuna Chicken and mutton was better before. My favourite at this place is Chicken Malvani with Bajra roti

A good place to spend evening with friends. I have here a few times. Biryani is a must try. Apart from that tandoor starters are excellent too. Easy to locate on Mumbai highway just outside nashik. Plenty of space for seating but ambiance is as good as nothing. Visit this place just for good food. Service is also very decent. Usually crowded.<br/>

The mutton/chicken biryani and tandoori chicken is what keeps bringing me back here. The taste is consistent. Apurva Thakre recommended the Chicken Thai Pan Ki here and I loved it. However, don't count calories when you order this one cause they use oil generously. Alcohol is reasonably priced too. I generally call and book my biryani before going there to dine or take it home and@ suggest that you should too cause it run out of it often.

Two Muscular Punjabi guys on the front desk instills a sense of authenticity to this Dhaba. Service here is great, staff is responsive and compliant. Has AC and Non-Ac( Smoking ) sections. Having gone here for the Chicken( Good chicken is pretty hard to get around here), it wasn't up to my expectations. Chicken Thai pen kai was mention worthy though. Alcohol is cheap and there is a cigarette/pan shop right outside. Good place to grab a few drinks with Chakna.

I remember this place very well as during our college times at Nashik, we used to visit it often. The place offered tasty food compared to other options available in Pathardi Phata and therefore we used to hop in here every now and then... Hope it still remains one of the places creating memories for college crowd coming in big groups! :)

Was on mood of having Drinks with Tandoor as snacks and based on ratings went there yesterday. After seeing the crowd was much convinced that food will be best however it was a complete vice a versa. We ordered for Chicken kebab tossed in white sauce for which waiter ask for 15 mins wait time. In the meantime we asked for Nangli which burnt from side. Kebab was served after 30 Mins that is also it was cold.. Very disappointing. We canceled our plan for dinner. What I found here in Nasik that most people rate more where price is less.<br/>This was first restro in Nasik which I rated so less . Not for second visit.

After a long time i visited kaka da dhaba hoping to have loads of fun but nothing happened as such. They had a huge menu. There is nothing to praise about this place. The food tasted average. Chicken dum biryani and mutton dum biryani are specials of this place. I ordered both the biryanis. It was good. The service provided here is poor. The only good thing i observed here is the seating arrangement.

Kake da dhaba is my famous dhaba as and when I was in nasik I visit this place. I was their customer when their dhaba was at cbs taxi stand.I ate muttter paneer that was very exellent. Fish and mutton is supreme.<br/><br/>

Very good food. Especially non vegetarian. We have come here more than a dozen times and every time we have fun. The place doesn't look like much, no ambience to speak of and only moderately clean, if that. They have separate seating arrangement for families and bar area, but ladies will stay advised to avoid this place if not with male friends or relatives. Staff is quick and polite. Food is delicious. In winter, a must have is Paya soup. It's spicy and filling and warms you. Otherwise, prawns koliwada, mutton bhoona and mutton biryani are excellent. Chicken pahadi and chicken banjara kebabs are tasty. This is kind of our fixed menu when we visit because we enjoy eating it. Alcoholic beverages are reasonably priced, for those who wish to drink.

My all time favorite resto-bar in Nasik. <br/><br/>Positives - Cheap booze and food, good starters (Chicken tikka and Kebabs are awesome) and amazing mutton bhuna for main course. Biryanis are average, but come in huge quantity.

We had been to kaka da Dhaba a few years back when it was a fairly run down place. Therefore, it was not our first choice of place for dinner. However due to bad experience with other restaurants in the vicinity, as well as the fact that we were running out of options at 10.00 pm, we pulled into the hotel.<br/><br/>The ambience is not greatly improved. But it is clean and functional. My misgivings on taking my family were soon put at rest as the place was full of families only. The cutlery and plates are again strictly functional, but were clean. At no time did we feel unhygienic.<br/><br/>The food was very very good. We initially ordered Chicken Tikka and Chicken Malai kabab. The chicken tikka was (surprise surprise) in its original meat color - not red colored as we are conditioned to eat in other places. But the tikka was soft and juicy - well done on the outside but just about. The Malai kabab was done very differently - the malai preparation was wrapped in egg whites and with a candy stringing on the outside. The egg whites went very very well with the soft kabab. It was a novel preparation.<br/><br/>We were still hungry, so we ordered the Mutton biryani - since this was the only Biryani that came in a half portion. The biryani was a surprise knockout package. It came with a nice layer of crispy fried onions. The aroma was overwhelming and brought juices to our mouths immediately . The rice was nicely infused with the flavours of the whole spices. Mutton was very well done and quite juicy. The Mutton masala was a delightful blend of spices - but held back just a bit so that the effect was that of the spices playing in your pallette but not overpowering the senses. So impressed we were with the biryani that we ordered 3 more for takeaway.<br/><br/>Overall ... a great place to dine out, especially if you are not the one to hanker after designer ambiences and plush sofas. The food is cooked right outside the eating area and one can see it being cooked from the dining room. Drinks are real cheap - imagine Rs. 135 for a 60 ml of Smirnoff Vodka !!! The bill for whole meal, including drinks came to Rs. 1300 only. A must visit for me next time I'm in Nashik.
