Review Malvan Tadka - Navi Mumbai

It was my first time at a proper authentic Malvani restaurant, and I loved it!! We had Surmai fry, AgriChicken with Bhakri and Vade and it was to the point. If you love spicy food, it’s a good eat point!!

Ashok Dube captain very good and service also very good. Behaviour also friendly and treat like a family member.

The staff was good and polite to customers, service was quick and the food taste was amazing. The restaurant ambience was good and it was very clean. Its a nice place you can enjoy with your family and friends.

It was a good family restaurant, nice ambiance, Service was good. Food taste was good, we ordered chicken lolipop and mutton masala and mutton wade.. lolipop was crispy mutton was ok also mutton wade was like Puri so instead of mutton wade try chapati .. this restaurant specially for sea food. Overall experience was good 4/5 star

Awesome place for family, friends, someone very closed. Here you can choose the option like how much you wanted to pay by selecting the place like air-conditioning or family dining or rooftop balcony. Taste is 10 on 10 price is like 8 on 10. But one thing is sure, you can enjoy and never feel like heavy pocket

I really loved the atmosphere and service provided by the staff. They are well trained and mannered. And if we talk about food, Yes food quality is at supreme level with taste and quantity.

Nice restaurant for Seafoods we had bombil fry and prawns masala and chicken spring roll. Ambiance is also good. About price point its bit high.

If you want to enjoy some authentic malwani dishes then this is the perfect place to grab some malwani style dishes with your friends and family. Situated in Kamothe which is surely a landmark in the locality. Been here with family quite a few time and we really loved the place(food and ambience). Experience being here was pretty awesome. A recommend place if you are from Kamothe or nearby place and love Malwani Food.

Very disappointed with Malvan Tadka. Many people call it the best restaurant in Kamothe so I tried their food yesterday.<br/><br/>I ordered Chicken Matka biryani for which I had to wait for around 50 minutes even though Malvan Tadka is just 2mins away from my apartment.<br/><br/>I was very excited when the food was delivered. As soon as I opened the bad, there was the biryani container, raita, salan and salad. The portion was so small!!! I specifically ordered Chicken Matka Biryani so 2 people could share it but quantity was enough for 1 person only. This is how they fool us 😡.<br/><br/>Also, about the biryani, the Biryani was ok ish, I've had better. There were only 4 chicken pieces which were dry af! <br/><br/>This is the last time I'll ever order anything from here and I'll sure as hell warn other people too :)

Malvan tadka has various branches across Navi Mumbai & is famous for it's authentic sea food,so I alongside with my friend visited this place.There are 2 seating options available A/C & Non A/C.The non A/C seating gives you a feel of typical Malvani restaurant and the A/C seating is very much like a regular fine dine.The ambience is a bit dull I would suggest them to make it a bit interesting.The service was really fast as it didn't take more than 25 mins to come no matter what we ordered.The starters were just perfect,the Tandoori Ravas was just perfect I had never tried ravas in this style it was simply amazing it was my favorite of all we had ordered,the prawns hot garlic was also good as it had a bit of Chinese twist.The main course was really good as well,the chicken rajdhani can still needs improvements but the prawns masala was perfectly done.The sol kadi was really authentic and tasty as it is expected to be.I would suggest people to order more of sea food here as chicken dishes need bit of improvements.overall 4/5

They have many outlets across the city.<br/>They have AC and Non AC seating arrangements .<br/>So talking about ambiance , it's a quite small and well arranged place . Can accommodate 50+ people easily at a time. They have small good bar section also. Walls are painted beautifully , hanging frames were looking nice.<br/><br/>Now talking about Service , Mr.Arjun served us amazing hospitality. We took suggestions from him while ordering food . Very first about the atmosphere of the restaurant;it is located very closely to the mansarovar railway station, navi mumbai..one can go by walk in 10-15 mins or can take rickshaw to reach there. The ambience is so good and cheerful. The peace around the restaurant gives another way of satisfaction as surroundings is lovely and delightful.<br/>About the service; the attendants & restaurant's staff was very polite and humbled to us. They immediately came once we called them and took our orders and the the orders came earliest.<br/>About the main thing FOOD, We had ordered mocktails, starters, main courses and desserts as well. The both quantities and qualities were quite good. The taste, the aroma were amazing and the presentation of the food items were really appreciable.<br/>We really satisfied with the service & food we got.

Malvan Tadka, Kamothe better than Panvel Branch. They serve one of the best malvan food and seafood. I visited there with my family. We ordered kombdi vade, which was outstanding as compare to Panvel Branch. Talking about ambiance, it was good and the price was also reasonable.

Great sea food. I tried all other places in my area but they are best. I love to order mandeli which is my all time favorite. I stopped eating bangda but once I order from Malvan Tadka and later on I became fan.

I had very bad experience with this hotel. Sitting arrangement were very bad as compared to price what they charged for. Food quality was also very bad. Service was extremely bad and they took almost 15-20 mins for bringing one beer. They charge very high for alcohol. Price range is differ when we compared with other bars and hotels. Very ghatiyaan hotel.<br/>

Traditional gravy items (Malvani) are tasty. Little bit expensive but offer good quality grub. Waiting time can go off limits especially on weekends. Parking is an issue as it is located on a busy street.

The chicken tastes fresh and the taste of kabab is unforgettable.<br/><br/>Soups: we usually order chicken manchow soup or veg soup . It's good appetizer<br/><br/>Main course<br/>Murgh mussalam : last time we ordered full quantity of this. This is obsolete delight. The taste and smoky flavor of chicken is yum.<br/><br/>Chicken lapeta: at least try this dish once. Experiance was very bad. We had beer and bombil get which was the only good thing. Rest main course was very very bad. We ordered kombdi vade and prawns masala. Prawns masala was just overspiced with HARAM MASALA . On request he change it to Prawns Curry but it was the same. Really her bad experiance.

I ordered a chicken dish. However it smelled strongly of fish. Zomato service was quick and the delivery was on time. However I am not sure of the restaurant. They did not even include bill for the order. I am not sure if it is the online delivery. Food is also expensive for the taste. The worst was I could smell fish in the rice as if it was mixed up in the same vessel or in the rice as they could deliver it within ten minutes of order. And the accompaniments were too spicy to eat. But I would give 5 stars to Zomato for their quick response regarding my complaint.

It was so so... nothing special...

Below average food considering the price. Too much spicy food. All gravy items taste almost the same, be it veg or non veg. Chinese items are more Malvani than Chinese.

It's a very good restaurant with lots of food variety specially seafoods also is available.........I have always been there vth my friends n has experienced a good service.................😉

Good option in family dine in.. but over priced.. bar section is very dirty.. always full with dust..service is also slow for bar section..taste is good so giving 3 start.. but 600 is too much for prawns starters

First of all they delivered late,which I can understand as it monsoon season, secondly the taste, I don't understand why they have used name as "Malvan" tadka , there's nothing malvani about it, it's just regular tadka curry which every other hotel serves, there nothing spl about it. Lastly I would say it's expensive hotel without a worth !!
