Review Falafel's - Navi Mumbai

I was looking for a healthy meal in a food court of Inorbit mall. But I couldn't find early because all I knew was stores like McDonald's, burger king, etc. Then I got my eyes on Falafel which was totally new to me. I never tried Lebanese food, so I was looking forward to have it. Good thing here is they make it in front of your eyes. So I asked him the name of that dish and he explained nicely. Then I ordered here for Hummus with Chicken Shishtaouk in Hummus platter menu. I didn't expect such healthy food with a great taste. I totally loved it. Food- 5/5 Highly recommended!❤️

Was served chicken for a veg dish!! Absolutely horrible as I'm a vegetarian and took a bite. Please ensure this doesn't happen again. Very disappointed. Not ordering again

We had Hummus with Chicken Shishtauk and 'Hummus with Falafel' .Both the platter were sort of ok.Pink lemonade was like home made sherbat .Chochlate fudge is also another disappointment.Shormas are certainly unbeatable.n yes the staff is generous when you ask for extra sauces

I had Mexican falafel with hummus. Taste was just ok. Hummus was good. Falafel taste could have been better. Don’t have any idea about non-veg falafel but veg was just ok.

Ordered for Chicken Shoshtik Falafel. Was pretty okayish. Not upto the mark as expected. Needs a bit of improvement. Gets a decent 3/5. The vegetarian category is far better than the non vegetarian one.

The food provided to me was stale. Almost 2-3 days old. The pita bread had fungus on it. I almost ate a whole pita bread and then discovered this. How can you provide fungus laden food to customers when you charge so much money? Also I am scared for all the customers who eat at your place in inorbit vashi.

The most amazing tasting Falafels! I must've eaten about 50 till now 😂😂 And the people here are quite generous with their hummus and always help me to a few Jalepeños cause I love it ❤️ I'm a messy eater so I've always been conscious how I eat but I'd eat this anytime. Looking for a healthy yet tasty quick snack, falafel's is just the place for you. A wide range of fairly priced shawarmas and falafels. Customization available in falafels. The hummus is the specialty in both the items. The mushroom shawarma has well cooked mushrooms dipped in a bit spicy hummus, veggies and other sauces. Customized falafel is also a nice option is quite filling. The quantity is really good.

Never been here before ordered the chicken hummus salad. The quantity and quality of the chicken and vegetables was good. It is a good valie for money place.

This chain was great in terms of taste, pricing and quantity... After capturing the market they are just making fun of the customers in terms of quantity and pricing.... Ordered an open shawarma which cost 280 bucks and received an unexpectedly meagre amount of chicken and salads... They have stopped the compartmentalized box for this menu and serving it in normal paper plate with no chips ..... Taste is still ok .. but sorry to say this way they won't go far ....

Located on the food court of inorbit mall. Tried the hummus platter. The portion is very reasonable for the price. Comes with 2 whole wheat pita (breads of your choice of course), a platter of hummus and some pickled veggies. The hummus tastes very simple but enjoyable one. I’ve always been a big fan of falafel and when I found out this particular outlet serves non veg as well, I was on top of the world. After going through the menu I finally decided on the Lamb in khubz. My friend had the Original Falafel.<br/><br/>The Lamb was over cooked and didn’t taste great. It tasted like that generic frozen kebabs you get at the super market.<br/><br/>The Original Falafel however, was just as amazing as I remember, fresh and full of flavour combined with the hummus and veggies it just makes for a perfect dish.<br/><br/>Azad one of the guys behind the counter was truly amazing, always had a huge smile on his face and was ready to help in anyway he could.

Never judge a book by its cover and never judge a shawarma by how it looks, especially at Falafel's. I threw half of it away because I couldn't eat it anymore. The Hummus tasted like curd and it was all about bell-papers and onions. Never never never have a shawarma from this place.

Giving a one star rating because you cant rate any lower. Terrible food. The pickled vegetables were soggy and old, the shawarmas were cold. Paneer was hard as a rock and even the pita bread wasn't chewable. I'm disturbed how they call it "lebenese" food. They dont even know how<br/>to make hummus properly.

Yum, delicious shawarma from Falafels.  This mall food court is not very nice and could not find anywhere to sit.  But food was delicious and staff was friendly, gave extra hummus on the side with my meal.

We were quite hungry after shopping throughout the evening and decided to try this outlet in Inorbit Mall's food court.<br/><br/>We ordered the Original Falafel and The Mexican Falafel.<br/>They were triangular pita pockets absolutely loaded with falafels, hummus and all the goodness there is. The Falafels were perfect in taste and the texture was nice and crispy. The hummus was just delectable and I couldn't have enough of it. The sauce and veggies went together perfectly and we just devoured our food.<br/><br/>The portion sizes are huge and my stomach was full after one falafel. The only problem was that the sauce started dripping from the pita pockets almost immediately. So it got a bit messy as we ate.<br/><br/>But given the taste, I am hardly complaining.

The food was hot when delivered and tasted great. I ordered a bbq chicken falafel and mix bullets. They didn't send the hummus apparently which is weird because when I had the bullets at the dine in, hummus was served. It tasted good anyway. Worth the wait. :)

Visited the vashi outlet recently . Had the pita pockets one fire crack and one shish touk both were awesome . Well done and well made . Was awesome and had fun eating . Only negative was that it took time to prepare when there was no customer waiting . So dissapointed otherwise taste was right on .

Had Original Hummus with falafel. Had never tried Hummus before so didn't knew what to expect. But overall didn't like it much (personal taste preference). Presentation and veggies were good.

Had a hummus with falafel, nothing over the top. The side dishes(pickled vegetables and pita bread) were great. Tried the Paneer shawarma and  American cheesy falafel . Not so spicy ,with good blend of spices.  Paneer shawarma was OK in taste. Americak cheese falafel was awesome. Good quantity. Service was quick and the staff there was so helpful. Recommended!!

I loved the combo meal which consists of nachos, shawarma and a minty drink. The nachos was awesome which hit my taste buds instantly. The sauces blended well with the crispy nachos along with kidney bean. The shawarma had the perfect roasted chicken taste with perfect amount of sauce and salad. Loved the food. It's always good to go to this place when you don't want to have junk food or typical Indian meal. They have never disappointed me. Most of the times I order my all time favorite dish ..hummus falafel meal which serves you 2 slices of brown bread .. Lot of hummus.. salad ..sauce and of course 5 pieces of falafel so it can be quite heavy on your belly. I have also tried their chicken shawrma wraps but nothing beats their hummus falafel meal. So totally recommend this place.

Falafel stores are hyped in mumbai but for me it was a okay experience, i ordered a combo of shawrma and grand fries with a beverage, shawarma was top notch but grand fries were total khakra gujarati stuff and nothing lebanese plus beverage was just soda water with bit of lemon taste. <br/>In a wrap i would say choose ur dish from menu wisely and dont rush for combos<br/>Peace

Perfect restaurant for cheese lovers!! Must try grande nachos, the cheese sauce in it are jst delicious! We ordered paneer sharwama with it. Ultimately the person suggested go for combo rather than ordering individual items because it costs same. So we told him to make it as combo which added pink lemonade, it tasted very bad like a corex syrup (medicine for cold). Overall food was good.

Having grown up in the middle east , I have had shawarma, falafels like chaats regularly. So, having found this place I am satisfied with their original falafels, hummus platter and chicken shawarma. However, I feel their prices are slightly high for the food served. Service is okay.

Falafel serves the freshest of foods. The grande nachos and crazy fries are worth more than you pay for it. I personally am no fan of falafel and hummus but the one who has taste for it would enjoy the platters. Salads that are served by them are savoury.

Pathetic...order received way beyond 90min and was too cold instead of even warm...will never order again. Not worth a penny. If u guys are short of staff please don't provide delivery. Atleast we know to order from elsewhere

Ordered Greek Falafel. Mixed Greens only consist of lettuce and no olives and cucumber. They think the people are fools? What is Greek Falafel without olives? Also, when asked why no cucumber, he says they don't put cucumber in wraps. They put pickles instead of Bell Peppers. Stop cheating people! Please make sure to ask beforehand, if they have all the stuff that is written in the menu. They give you rubbish and see, if you complain or not, like I asked for olives they said we don't have, then I said, what is Greek Falafel without olives then? He came to know the customer knows a bit more, and went inside and got the olives. Also, before us there was a customer who had similar experience.

Falafel serves some really good lebanese food. This is the best place to eat in the food mall. The outlet is well made. The Hummus platters over here are really good. Roast Chicken Hummus platter especially.The pita bread is a bit too thick . The falafels esp the classic one are cheesy and nice. Even the Chicken shawarma is good for a quick bite. Staff is helpful and service is real quick. Prices are decent. When u are really hungry and looking for something filling this is a good place.

Labenese food be life, on an honest note i found the mezze platter good. Pita bread was a bit much thick yeah but hummus was perfect. Falafel were good too, salad was a bit sour.

I love Lebanese food and this is the best Lebanese food join in vashi! Their chicken sharwma is amazing. Ther hummus with felafel is good too. I love the basil hummus you much try that! The hummus with chicken is like an open sharwma definitely a must try!

I was so damn hungry and I wanted to try something else other than pizza, burger or shawarma. Was at Inorbit vashi saw falafel outlet there so thought of giving it a shot and believe me it was lip smacking. I had american cheese and mexican falafel both were veg. I liked american cheese falafel more, it was more cheesy. First experience and it turned out to be pretty good. Would like to try something else and now in non veg. Rates are not so high.

Tried Falafels for the first time. Really amazed with quality. The food is ravishingly tasty. Ordered Mexican Falafel and Hummus salad. Both were perfectly mixed and left a beautiful after taste in mouth. The bread used in Falafel was a little hard like the one I had in Egypt. Basically middle eastern bread. Maybe its supposed to be a little hard but personally if they make it a little softer, it would taste really good. <br/>Price was really affordable and good to see that quality is much better than price!<br/>

We opted for their combo of Chicken shawarma+Nachos + Lemon mint cooler. It was economical. The chicken shawarma was really yummy with the filling of roasted chicken , lettuce and creamy sauce. The nachos could have been better. The sauce they were topped with was also tasty. But the nachos themselves were pretty thin. The lemon and mint cooler was tefreshing .overall a decent experience.

Agreed, Nachos and French fries are my faves! These cheesy ones from Falafels were really good. It's filling and you feel really good when you platters empty! Would prefer this over McDonalds (their fries seems to be degrading day by day). Anyways, I have a saviour! Thanks Falafel's.

Quite a nice place especially if you are on a health kick, though I think they had more preference on health earlier and now here also we have options of delicious stuff full of cheesy calories :D Well, the fact is that most of us pretend to be on a health kick while when we go out,especially in a group with friends, we just cannot help but create a cheat day for ourselves :D Falafel is a bit bland compared to our spicy and saucy Indian cuisine or Indianized chinese. I like the original falafel as the hummus is very cooling and refreshing :) <br/><br/>We (meaning me and 3 of my office colleagues) went for Veg mezze platter and loved it. It had the cooling hummus, delicious and warm pita pockets, sour-y pickled veggies, refreshing tabbouleh salad and some more stuff (I am not very well versed in middle eastern food :P) It all tasted good, not very heavy on the stomach (which is preferred in summers!). Price is a bit on expensive side though. They have got Turkish pizzas which looked very tempting but we needed to rush to a meeting so could not taste them. Will do some other time for sure :)

It was filling.... 7 on 10...<br/><br/>Taste wise was ok.... Veg falafel pita pockets have more flavours....

I found this place slightly overpriced..<br/>Shawarma taste was also not very appealing, chicken should have been more juicy and the roll/wrap should have been bit thinner..

Wuld have given a 3.5 but the -0.5 fr the unenthu staff. Seems like they really didnt love what they were doing. Never the less its a self service so chuck it<br/><br/>Had the humus chicken salad n loved it. Just the right stuff to awaken the dormant taste buds of some one on a diet<br/><br/>Skipped the falafel as its fried but have had them earler n they culd b better<br/><br/>

Shawarma wrap was a pathetic experience. The wrap was thick and stale. When we politely requested to replace the product they made faces like aliens depicting they are not allowed to listen customer complaints. I will never ever look at this franchise. They are charging high and giving tastless food. Worthless

Been here couple of times and so far it's been good. Try their Shawarma - both veg & non veg. Service is fast. Price are a bit expensive though.

Their nachos were the good ones i had until recently when i found even better ones 😁 but i do recommend to try these if you are at inorbit mall, vashi. They are good but not the best. Their prices are high for the quantity they serve. They have other good stuff on their menu but sadly i don't prefer eating it because i don't like bland pureed beans in my food, but i have had friends eat the shwarma and other stuff and they seemed to like it so people can go check it out

This place is located in the food court of Inorbit mall, Vashi. If you are looking for something healthy, this is the place to be. I had a whole wheat pita pocket chicken falafel and mint lime cooler. The falafel tasted good and the cooler was refreshing

Tasted their Mexican falafel and was not impressed. Go for their shawarmas which are lot better. Service is quick and not so overpriced too.

It's a Lebanese food joint in inorbit, vashi food court. <br/><br/>The shawarma is very tasty and the humus salad was also great but the quantity of the salad was bit less then that in other restaurants.<br/><br/>The service was quick and nice.

I never tried this place before untill my birthday this year with a good friend.. Coincidentally even my friend tried shawarma from here for first time. It is one counter on food court in a mall... So nothing much to be said about ambience.. Did had to wait for a long time to place our order though due to long queue. <br/>We ordered one Spicy and Tex mex in chicken along with one crazy fries. Our order was not delayed.. A good thing.. And the food we enjoyed it especially shawarmas.. Chicken cooked properly and it was quite a filling..The taste was yummier...the crazy fries were ok.....<br/>For Lebanese food..it really is a good outlet to try out for.

Good falafel (India standard), I rated it 4 as it's in Vashi & really works for us as middle eastern people. Of course it has nothing to say if compared to falafel outlets in arab countries, but anyways thanks God, we can have some falafel, hummus & tabbula in Vashi.

Visited this place recently in Inorbit mall, quite interesting menu. Tried shawarma which was really yum but overpriced (₹170). Service is quick and warm. Overall nice experience.

The wraps are yummy. The spices are to the point. The shwarma the new thing of their is quite priecy but too yummy. The hot spicy section of their menu is the best as compared to others.

Went to this place in inorbit mall food court, quick service ...had shwarma which was definitely yummy..bit runny on the sauce which was dripping but the taste was great. Tasted of hummus was nice pita fresh. French fries were regular but nice fried in fresh oil. Lemonade was also good.

Located in the Food court of inorbit, this place is my saviour on the cheat days. <br/>When I want to cheat with something really yum, but not very unhealthy.<br/>One hummus platter is huge for one person as they give you a hummus with pita along with shawarma/nachos n a cooler for only 250. Have had almost everything off their old menu n love each thing, haven't tried the new additions except the nachos which were great too.
