Situated right at the reliable tech park. This is a beautiful place and the food over here is damn tasty. If you're looking for good Chinese food (veg and non-veg) then this is the place i would recommend you to come. Also on lunch breaks they have unlimited buffet food for ₹565 (+5% GST). We had took the buffet option and I've posted the food pics below.

With not a lot of options in Airoli, Zayna stands tall among the ruins. Ambiance: This probably is the only option for business lunch/dinner in the Airoli area despite many tiny eateries popping up in and around Airoli. Service: Having tried only the buffet, the scope for service is pretty marginal. Nevertheless, prompt refilling, and a welcome drink upon confirming the order made up for a good service. Food & VFM: Quite an impressive fare both in terms of quantity and quality. A wide range of options to choose from. Palatable not just for us but the firangs alike. At 550 odd, the buffet is absolutely value for money, far cry from the sky high prices in the suburban business districts.

The place is really cool in area in AIROLI. Classic environment and with very good ambience. And the food is really good and service too up to mark. Liquor is also served here. And there cocktail taste awesome. A must visit place!!!;

Had been here for a team lunch. You have option to choose between Buffet and Ala-carte here. Lot of varieties in starters in Veg and Non-veg if you choose Buffet. Though there are limited options in Main-course and deserts which is a bit of a turn off , the overall menu is good enough.

Been here twice for dinner now. It is a fine dining resturant serving Indian as well as some continental food. The ambience is nice and pleasant with warm, medium yellow lighting. It is perfectly suitable for corporate dinners or family dinner parties. Plenty of seating with big tables and good prompt service just as expected from a fine dining place. For starters, we had Masala Khichiya Papad, Babycorn and Indonesian Cottage Cheese Skewers. For main course, I had some Subz Dum Biryani. And we topped it off with some Signature Tiramisu. The Masala Papad was topped with veggies like tomatoes and onions and also a couple of sweet and sour sauces. The sauces were overdone - tasted too sour. Babycorn was fried well and crisp to a perfection. The cottage cheese skewers though soft, lack a certain flavour. The accompanying sauce is a thin, sour, red sauce; the sourness fails to compliment the skewers. Overall, it is an okay dish The biryani was where their specialty of being a north indian restaurant shines through. Soft, crisp and tasty with the right amount of everything; was a delight to eat. Overall, the food is okayish to good. I would recommend this place as there's still a lot to try on the menu and some of the North indian dishes hold a lot of promise still

Dined at Zayna with my Office Colleagues for Lunch. This has both buffet and A-La-Carte menus. They have good varieties for both Veg and Non Veg folks. Veg Options included Barbeque Paneer, Baby Corn Chilly, Hara Bhara Kabab while Non Veg options included Fish, Prawns and Chicken for starters. I particularly liked the Ghee Rice with Dal Makhani. Definitely recommend this place.

The nicest thing about the place was the exceptionally warm and helpful staff. Variety to eat. Starters are delicious. Properly fried cheese balls, which melts in your mouth. The main course is simply amazing. Variety in desserts as well. Ambience is quiet and clean.

Good food. Nice interiors. They don't allow reservation. It's first come first served basis. Go for buffet.

Great food. Must try Kukri for starters and Darsan for Desert. Don't try Buddha chicken if you have Indian taste. All prices are at reasonable rate. Ambience and silent music is here.

Had a good time as we celebrated the Birthday of our niece. Ambience is good as the customers are mostly corporate customers. Service is excellent and food quality is amazing. Would definitely recommend for a family get together.

Serrao hospitality Rocks. True to its name Zayna the ambience and decor is beautiful. The food was delicious and the staff was good. Raj the Manager was courteous and good with his recommendations. Their veg kurkure was yummy even though I am a hard core non vegetarian I would recommend that everyone needs to try this dish . I love the place .

The service is the best undoubtedly. Crispy chicken was one of the best ones I have ever tasted. The rest of the dishes we ordered we good but not that great. But over all the ambience, the service and the over all experience was amazing. Especially not found a place like this in Airoli

It is an awesome restaurant to celebrate special moments with your loved ones.I loved the ambience and a soothing environmental of the outlet.They have a friendly staff.They have food with less spice so some dishes feels like no taste but they have a very good taste with biryanis😄.

Average food quality. Less varieties of starters, very less variety of main course, food served was not hot, pathetic deserts. Overall poor show with regards to food. Ambience is good but, I have been there to have lunch and don’t think it’s justified.

Had opted for lunch buffet which is priced well, however some things they need to improve are the welcome drink and soup. Main course and starters were good enough. Overall good for casual lunch occasionally.

Good ambience, food is ok, if u need spicy, you need to tell the waiter it needs to be spicy. When its crowded, their service goes for toss. You will have to trace the waiter and water boy. Our main course was delayed and it was served cold. We were in hurry, so didn't complaint.

Worst ever experience. The manager RAJ is the most rude person i have ever spoken to. The food never got delievered and the payment has been already cut in my zomato. Never order food from this restaurant.

It was my first visit to zayna, good ambience but food quality was not up to the mark. Starter is somewhat good, but need to improve main course. Desert variety & quality need to look at. Taste need to be improved a lot.

This review is entirely for Raj Sharma & his courteous team. I landed in this restaurant on a day with an upset stomach & major acidity as it was a team lunch meeting which I couldn't avoid. So while my team was going to feast on the lovely buffet spread, I was left to choose Daal Khichdi or Curd Rice (or at least that's what I thought before entering the restaurant). However the foodie in me made me take a quick glance at the buffet spread & was repenting on my faith. That's when I noticed the soup of the day was Cream of Mushroom which also I couldn't relish as have recently developed an allergy for Mushrooms. Looks like my disheartened feeling could be very well read on my face.. which Mr. Raj Sharma (Manager at the restaurant) read it very well. He checked on my preferences on soup & said he'll arrange a Veg Chinese soup (of course with no Mushrooms) less spicey to be delivered to my table. Further when he & his team saw my plate fairly empty in spite of me being in the buffet area took effort to know the reason & upon hearing suggested me for curd rice with nice tadka. So on the table, was my Veg Chinese soup... Which tasted so apt for my tongue & even better for my tummy! & The curd rice giving it's coolness along with Dahi wada & Dahi Raita... Just stuck for all the curd delicacies. Upon finishing my starters & main course, the team checked it Gajar halwa is my preference & I jumped at the suggestion. They were courteous enough to mention to avoid the Icecream but added Gajar halwa is healthy. And what a superb taste it had!<br/>Although the taste of the delicious food lingered on my tongue... I was more pleased with the service. In an area like Airoli where there are not many options of restaurants.. the staff in Zayna ensured that all guests are treated in the best way!<br/>Atithi Devo Bhava... seems to be the way to summarise my experience! This place mostly caters to the offices in the vicinity and thus serves as a good place to head out for a team meal. We were 4 people off which 2 were veggies and 2 non vegetarians. The dishes were also ordered accordingly. I can tell you about the veg dishes which were awesome. Veg kurkuri and mini nan bombs were absolute delight. We ended up repeating these orders. The non veg dishes too were great is what I was told. The service and ambience also deserves full marks. For 4 people with alcohol and food, we paid 5.5 k which was very decent for the place.

Food was delicious and worth for the rate. Service is also good and washroom is also clean. Good Environment. You can eat peacefully or else you can dance while eating. Had a great food over there.

Uber dining- a big eatery place specially for the one who visit bbq should visit here. Offers buffet at Rs550, worth the money. Has a good spread of veg & non veg options. From soup, starters, main course & desserts. All in all a good place for some lunch with office colleges.

A place which serves awesome food. Had been here for my business meeting and honestly the food served was mind boggling. Yes the services are bit slow however the taste is awesome.

Quiet place with a great ambience, the perfect build up for a fine dining experience. The staff is prompt and courteous, staying at the right place at the right time.<br/><br/>We ordered a dal makhani and paneer lababdar accompanied with butter naan. All of them were made just right, and our taste buds validated it. Special shout out to the dal makhani which, without a doubt, was one of the best dal makhanis I've had in Mumbai.<br/><br/>Great place to come with your significant other, or an outing with your family.

After my numerous visits to their sister concern Barworks, one fine day i decided to go to Zayna instead. The place offers a really fine dine experience. Although I didn't like their buffet much, the a la carte options are really worth checking out. The place has really cosy and comfortable seatings. Was here for lunch last week and i ordered lamb seekh kabab for starters and chicken dum biryani. As i mentioned before, the food is worth. The place is nearby office so makes it a go to place for good food and great ambience.

Zayna, a fine dine restaurant, another one from franchise of Barworks, a popular Bar and resturant in Airoli area. This restaurant is located next to Barworks, next to Reliable plaza, on Thane belapur road strech. This place has a very sophisticated vibe, calm ambience, yet rich descent decor. The walls are wooden work done with glass mirror panels fitted. Dim yellow light bulbs, multiple comfortable seating, cushions n chairs. We had visited this place on a weekday, so place was nearly empty and not much crowd, being just beginning of the evening. Nevertheless, we started off with our own dining, it was a team dinner, but a casual one, with all my buddies together and thankfully place was not crowded. Otherwise we would have been kicked out sooner. I think there are options of Buffet and a la carte. We chose to have from the menu, because buffet limits the choices to have.<br/>To start off, we decided to try out items from each course, and from veg and non-veg to chose next dish accordingly. So, from veg, Veg kurkuri, cheese stuffed rectangular rolls, given thick stick like shape, like stick rolls, were delicious, nicely presented as well, in shot glasses dipped in tangy chilly chutney. Next were dahi ke kebabs, surely cooked well, dahi not hardened or lumped inside, still very evenly cooked outside cover and can surely be tried if you haven't had dahi ke kebabs. But if you wanna try best, not here. Go n try from Masala library or Punjab grill. To not make it too exploratory, we also ordered very common starter, paneer chilli dry, and it was very good, both in taste and texture. Fresh paneer cubes, well tossed in sauces, and soft as well.<br/>In non-veg, fish fingers was our choice, the reason simply because this is in same alignment of Barworks, and same menu as well, more or less, and fish fingers of Barworks is one of better dishes to have. And, we were correct, they do have same, and it was yummy. Rectangular fish stripes to of basa fish, fried with thin bread crumbs, and served with tartar sauce, if I remember well. Other dish from starters, murgh gilafi sikh kebabs, not good. Though chicken was fresh n tender on first bite, it certainly lacked flavors expected. Cheesy garlic bread, again ordered on recommendation of one of our friends, was a complete disappointment. Completely lacked taste, not even felt cheesy, even though was topped with cheese layer.<br/>To go along this food exploration, needed mocktails, and there were enough choices available, along with their big menu of cocktails as well. Ones we chose, Spiced Guava, virgin mojito, green hornet, Barworks punch which was typically fruit punch and last but not the least, sweet lime soda. All the mocktails were good and had enough quantity to some what justify price tag.<br/>Coming to the next part, main course, from veg side, nobody was interested in having north indian cuisine, but Chinese instead. Even so, dishes ordered were also very typical n regular ones. Veg hakka noodles, veg munchurian gravy, veg fried rice. All were fine in taste, nothing special to speak about. Noodles had a tad bit more oil, but otherwise it was fine. In non veg, bhatti da murgh masala, thick boneless red chicken gravy, good in taste and moist tender bonless chicken pieces and went really well with all breads we ordered, rotis, naans n parathas,which were bit dry.<br/>Finally comes time for desserts, and Malai kulfi n sizzling brownie were chosen ones. Malai kulfi was yummy, had enough flavors and very well served. Sizzling brownie not upto the marks, still okay.<br/>The staff is courteous, and henlful, but it takes time to get ordered dishes on table, so order accordingly, being a big dining place. Prices are on higher side, certainly, being a fine dine restaurant, but can surely be visited at least once.

This is one of the few fine dine restaurants in Airoli. Wasn't crowded on saturday eve. Place is very big, seating is decent. Ambiance is ok. Peach ice tea was really nice. In starters veg Kurkuri was different, cigar shaped deep fried with cheese stuffing served with nice chutney, but was but oily. Veg bruschetta was with decent Veggies , we ll presented, but spoiler was bread which was served cold. Veg hot pot noodles were authentic with generous veggies. Veg fusilli Alfredo pasta was not so great. Overall quantity was less, overly priced. Worth visiting only once.

Even though this has been one of my favorite restaurant, was taken aback with shock today when entered inside. I was here at 3.20pm and I am aware that kitchen is closed at 3.30 pm till 7pm.. I proactively asked the person at door if the last order will be taken. Upon his YES response, we entered in and then this dumb waiter comes and denies us seat in very rude way.. treating us this was not acceptable at all. He could have told us in a better way that kitchen is getting closed.. any negative ratings here.<br/>

Celebrating birthday here of one of family member was great .awesome service and food ,they have happy hours menu differently,been regular visits at BAR WORKS hence food is from same kitchen we can know that so is menu but differences are of service which is pretty good for fine dine keep it up

Had a nice experience here but the 5 star rating is more because this is only one of the couple of places which is huge and a proper restaurant where you have enjoy scrumptious meals. Being close to office areas, this place is always full of lots of office teams. The food menu is extensive and the food quality is good too. The staff is courteous and the ambiance is well maintained.

We had a team dinner at this place friday night. Few friends recommend it and at the same time few warned us as well still we thought of giving it a try. First point, the price is too high for the location. Second, the service was slowly we had to wait foe 15-20 minutes for any dish. Now I come to the last and most important part the food, service was bad but the veg food ,being a vegetarian i can comment in veg only, was worse . Except one or two items in starters everything rose was bad. Veg platter was little bigger than a usual starter plate and cosy a bomb to us. In main course we ordered veg bhuna which was nothing but a beans bhaji that too under cooked. At the end we thought of giving a try to desserts thinking it might come good but we were proved wrong. I would not recommend anyone to visit this place at least for veg food.

It was really tasty and served in different style container.<br/><br/>Then I had roti with main course ie Bhatti ka Murgh Masala. That was also tasty medium spicy.<br/>L<br/>Staff was very professional and kind.<br/><br/>Ambience is really nice for and suitable for any kind of meeting.

Place is undoubtedly good, staff is polite food is delicious. Just one thing is annoying which is the noise coming from the adjacent bar. Otherwise I enjoyed this place.

The place had great ambiance and friendly staff and fast service. Good place for just a corporate meal or families. The Bhatti ka murg was bang on with the spice and flavour. And the chicken was perfectly cooked. The Dahi ke kabab could have a little more flavour packed to it. tandoor is a must try here. The cheesecake was also good.

Brilliant lunch buffet! One of the few good eating places if your office is in Reliable or Mindspace or Empire Tower. Great service by Devendra. Thumbs up!

Was here for a project dinner party and the experience was good. <br/><br/>We went for the buffet. Booked seats for 40 people but only 30 could make it to the dinner but they would still charge for 40. There was long argument regarding that with the management but I won’t let it in my food review. <br/><br/>First we were given the welcome drink which was a raw mango drink. Cold and refreshing. That was good. <br/><br/>To begin with there was soup and two starters for each veg and non vegetarian and which were great. Great work there. <br/><br/>I am disappointed with the main course. The rotis and naans weren’t fresh. They were doughy and hard. There were two sabjis, Paneer Kashmiri and mix vegetable. Paneer was hard and not fresh. mix vegetable was decent. <br/><br/>I took another round of starters since I didn’t like the main course. <br/><br/>Then to end on a high, there was Gulab Jamun, which was great, vanilla ice cream and pastries. Which was fine. <br/><br/>Overall, decent place for such an event.

Food is good. It's a small restaurant. It's only good option in airoli. Try once. Drinks fine. Too much disturbance of dance floor beside. Avoid Friday if you need calm place.

Visited this popular restaurant for team lunch. The ambience, service and the food quality was good. We had the buffet lunch which a total delight with limited but good variety of dishes.<br/>Recommended for team-outing at airoli, if you want to indulge in buffet!

Lovely place to dine out after a hard day's night. They have a good bar menu and a good choice of appetizers that go with it as well. My experience of the main course was good as we had enough room to share a Biriyani. In starters the veg kurkure is something unique that one must try.

Good for having quite lunch buffets. Try to book in advance on weekends as alot of groups visit from Airoli area. There starters are excellent and alot of variety is there. Preparations of Chicken are awesome.

Zayna is a very good place for lunch. It has great ambience and amazing starters and desserts. One can go just to eat starters and desserts there.. Possibly the worst buffet in town. I frequent this place for office lunches...however we have always gone with Ala-Carte which is okay. Happened to try their buffet today; never again. Cold, bland and tasteless food; horrible deserts. Of course except the vanilla ice cream which they could not make any worse. Only if there was another restaurant in the vicinity, I would never visit this place again.

Went here for team lunch as part of Independence day celebrations. Ambience is good, and food was good too.<br/><br/>We ordered tandoori items and they took so long that the vegetarian people were almost done with eating while we were still waiting for our starters to come by.<br/><br/>In starters, chicken and mutton were good, but prawns were a bit fishy. Main course was yummy, and the gulab jamun-ice cream combo of a dessert was great.

Zayna one of our family favourite. We ordered Barworks special Non Veg Pizza for the kids. Square cut thin crust and light pizzas a favourite for my kids topped with minimum spicing and a chunk of mayo. We ordered Zayna e Khemma with Butter Naan and Roomali Roti and Gosht Biriyani with pomegranate and Pineaple raita. The Kheema was tasty and slightly spicy in red gravy. We also ordered finger food which came in from the pub next door. Ordered a hunters chicken which was a breast with mashed potatoes and veg boiled. Was yum to taste. To sum it how can one stay without desserts. Had Gulab Jamun, Darsaan and blue berry pastries. Well to sum it up - a must visit for families or friends.

Literally everything veg we tried was average or below average. The price though is not. The place was crowded and the waiters were flustered. They were in a hurry to take the order and to serve us. What we tried and what you shouldn't in veg - kurkure , budhhas delight , tiramisu, manchow soup. This place may be for non vegeterians..but for veg it was average and expensive.
