Review Jughead's - Navi Mumbai

We went on a busy weekend, however the restaurant is big, even though it’s located in a shopping mall so less waiting time and you will find a spot quickly. Service is quick and plenty of options to choose from, good cleanliness and hygiene maintained as well. Nachos were average but we liked the sizzlers, well priced with the amount of portions served. Much better than finding a spot in food court on a busy day.

One of the best places in nexus seawoods mall to catch up with friends for a pint of beer. Prices are good, food quality is good. Ambience is also good. Overall you can flock with your gang over a pint of beer and exquisite dishes. Live dj also there. Nice atmosphere for couples as well. Nice service as well.

Their service was very fast. In fact so fast that before we finished our soup, main course was there. We liked manchow soup, chilly paneer and bread. The chicken burger was small as well as bit dry But worth exploring

Good food ,Great ambience,nice welcoming staff , quick service . Place is specially known for its happy hours and the do make you happy . You will surely get good cocktails as well as mocktails. Overall Nice place to chill with your buddies.

Have visited this place many times and found always good. They have very nice ambience, music , perfect areas to click snaps📸. They have good service but don’t like the arrangement of seating as they should not restrict using any table unless it’s not crowded. Mock-tails are good, food is too. Do visit it’s inside the Grand central mall in sea woods.😊

Cool place to hangout with friend and family too. They have a lounge and family restaurant area separately. The menu is not huge but easy and compact. Hard drinks seem a little steeper but food prices are ok. Qty is enough for 2 ppl with average appetite. Service is quite quick. We opt for super Nachos, red sauce macroni pasta and sizzling Brownie. Along with their Christmas special Jingle bell mocktail. The taste is good. Super nachos are recommended as a starter.

I loved the place and the vibe. Inside the mall, its is a good place to spend good time with the gang or the partner. The food is very delicious, though I tried only pizza but it was great. It is pocket friendly with good staff and service.

A good place to hangout with your friends, have a good dinner, or listen to good music. We had mocktails litchi punch and emerald Island which were good. Peri peri fries are a must try. Chilly garlic veg noodles are a recommended one. No spicy, proper quantity tastes good. We also had veg manchow soup which is an ok dish I would say. Happy hours are till 9pm which is really good. Overall it's a good place.

It is a good place and the service is also good. I'm giving 4 stars because the repeated drink was not up to the mark. I ordered chicken chili which was good. The fries were okay. Sizzlers were good too.

One of my favourite places in NaviMumbai It’s ambience is so cool and attractive. This place is best for all the youngsters All staff are very friendly They have various kinds of offer in food as well as drink. We frequently visit here. The food quality is awesome. Whenever I visit I have my best experience here.

The Nexus jughead outlet is good. My go to budget place specially for pasta. They have one on one offers on liquor during happy hours, however some brands offers may not b listed on the menu rate card so better to ask manager or staff.

It’s a cool place to visit with friends and family. Happy hours on weekdays extend up to 9pm which is great (1+1 on drinks).Ambience is good, kind of a retro feel to it. There are offers for corporates and citi bank card holders. Food is delicious! However the chicken could’ve been a tad softer. Great variety, from Chinese to Continental to Desserts.

First of all this place will impress you with their colourfull Ambience & decorations. I would like to recommend this place to go for an date with your love ones ❤️. I really appreciate them for their interior decorations it really attractive. There was live screen full of entertainment with background musics. About food it is multicusine restaurant & has almost everything popular dishes in thier menu card. I orderd chicken noodles sizzler, chicken fried rice, chicken lollipops, vergin mojitos n some much more appetizers. I found all the dishes were so delicious. The only thing I don't like is their price range is high. Overall my experience here was very good. Must visit !

Visited this place on 12th March before the entire coronavirus took over our life's.<br/><br/>I have visited the Powai outlet frequently 5 or so years back when I used to stay there. During my visit to seawoods could resist visiting the outlet for old times sake. The seawoods outlet is like any of their outlets with colourful & bright interiors. They have happy hours on liquor during the day.<br/><br/>For food I had the Victorian sausage & salami & nachos. Bother were my all time favorite & I was happy that the taste was the same as I have always remembered. Will be back again if life goes back to normal & God willing. Stay safe & take precautions against this gastly pandemic threatening us all.

Jugheads as they mention it is actually nothing like a restaurant. Went for an afternoon drink. Only few tables were occupied, hence we were getting a quick service. They provide CORPORATE DISCOUNT.<br/>Ordered for a pitcher which was offer of 1+1. For complimentary, they provided us some uncooked cold red pasta. This real enraged me. Rather than serving an uncooked cold food, don't serve it at all. No one is dying for your complimentary food. <br/>So to avoid eating this inedible complimentary, ordered Salsa Cheese Nachos and Spicy fries. <br/>Nothing salsa about the cheese nachos. Spicy fries were the only thing that was holding the table.

Yesterday group of my friends visited seewoods central Mall near the railway station and we were a little bit confused about where to have lunch and where to do a birthday celebration. then we asked the people they said jugheads.<br/>.<br/>.<br/>We went inside jugheads and had lunch there the lunch was awesome the Virgin mojito I had taken was awesome for refreshment, chicken Milanese is good for nonvegetarian and that corn pizza is the best one. try anyone want to explore jugheads it will gove you good experince.

Visited this place after a longgg time ..the seating area is huge with ample of space but looks kinda dull.didnt really enjoy the vibe of the place.<br/>We ordered chilli cheese balls, which were fine the cheese was a bit rubbery.<br/>The carrots given with the beer were not peel properly, they had given the green part of carrots too.<br/>Then we ordered veg shezwan rice which was nice.<br/>The service of this place is good and quick.<br/>The rates are quite affordable.<br/>Overall I would rate it 3.5/5

The place was extremely disappointing with their services. The food was below average, the service was delayed, the staff was extremely rude and uninformed about what they were doing as well. They did not even have enough hospitality manners on how to serve dishes- sometime the cutlery would fall or the food would spill over our clothes while serving. The pizza my sister ordered, never came. The billing also was a hassle- wherein their systems wouldn't be properly linked and that irritated us enough. Never coming back to this place.

My maiden trip to Jugheads today afternoon was a mixed bag of experiences. The ambience attracts you instantaneously and sitting arrangement is pretty cool. the music was a bit too load for the time of the day. The waiters are prompt but not very good at guiding about the dishes . We ordered a fruit punch and an Emerald island which was really satisfactory. The fried rice that followed was fine but Chicken chilly oyster failed to live up to expectation .The chicken lacked softness and the diah was too dry to go with rice. The dessert ofcourse made up for it. The sizzling brownie was just perfect.Overall, the place is a good one with its very convenient location near the mall food court but away from the noise and crowd.

Been wanting to go to this place for a while now.. Finally got the opportunity on 'Dassera'...<br/><br/>The first thing that struck me was the ambience. Dim lights and beautiful candles, perfect for a date night with my husband. Also there were very few occupied tables due to the festival, so that may have enhanced the experience.<br/><br/>The food was alright.<br/>We ordered a lamb started in creamy mushroom sauce. It was great and the portion was good too. But very few mushrooms.<br/>For main course we ordered Hunter chicken sizzler. The quantity was good, but the food was not that tasty. I would not recommend the mashed potatoes.<br/><br/>The staff was polite and courteous and service was quite fast.<br/><br/>Overall had a good time and looking forward to exploring Jughead's at other locations.

The taste was above average & you can try it if you like a little spicy food.<br/><br/>2.Exotic Veg Pizza - This pizza was not really tasty we should say. The pizza had a layer of cheese over veg topping & on top of the Cheesy layer there were Broccoli.The pizza tasted very simple & was not exotic as we expected it to be.<br/><br/>3.Had Black Irish Cocktail - This drink doesn't taste good at first but the aftertaste it leaves is so amazing!<br/>It consist of Vodka, Coffee Liqueur,& Vanilla Ice-cream which gives a perfect combination to get tipsy with a good taste to your tongue.<br/><br/>4.Apple Pie with Ice Cream.<br/>Personally we didn't like the taste of Apple Pie as it had lot of cinnamon taste to it. It wasn't sweet and taste of it was not very intriguing.<br/><br/>5.Fries -There is nothing much to talk about Fries as they go with anything.<br/><br/>6.Fish Fingers - This is the dish that we really liked.<br/>This dish had 3 Fish Fingers, some fries & some corn with boiled vegetables. Chicken Lollipop - A non-veg lover can never say no to chicken lollipop. It's a all time go dish for a non-veg lovers & to describe Jugheads'd lollipop they were the best! Jughead's has pulled a good crowd since it's entry in the Seawoods Grand Central Mall. The place is vibrant, serves amazing food and offer great discounts on alcohol.<br/><br/>I visited this place with a friend on a weekend and ordered everything from mocktail, beer, salad to food.<br/><br/>Starting with the mocktails, we had Giggy's - a guava based mocktails and it was great. Flying Rocket, a black currant and ginger ale mocktail which was okay.<br/><br/>The Draught Beer was not the best quality compared to other places serving it under the same scheme.<br/><br/>The food included Chicken Africano, Super Chicken Nachos and Green salad.<br/><br/>The taste of the food was fantastic, the quantity for the price is good. Worst ever service... Drunk people will block the restrooms...<br/>Promises you a discount of 15% discount on food with axis/Citi bank cards.. when asked for bill they will not add any discount and if you ask about the discount there Managers will start fighting with you saying you have to inform them before bill ...<br/>It does not matter even if you inform them about it before your order but you have to inform them again about it before billing.<br/>There so called Manager 'Ranjeet' is cherry on the cake... As I said before worst service ever...!!!

I often come here alone or with friends. the ambience is dark and cool with mostly office going crowd. their service is great with attentive and courteous staff. the food is delicious and in huge quantity. My recommendations: sizzlers, pasta, potato wedges, mocktails.

I absolutely loved the entrance decor. Vibrant and classy at the same time. I went there with my friends when live streaming of world cup was on. Located in Seawoods Grand Central Mall, Navi Mumbai.<br/><br/>A OK kind of a place to be with friends and family.<br/>Food was quite good and sufficient though the presentation wasn't up to the mark as such.<br/>Ambience isn't that great too and staff were just good enough to know about the menu.<br/><br/>Tables are very small and not enough space to keep other stuff.<br/><br/>To our surprise a piece of calamari fell on the floor and eventually cockroaches came on to it. Felt disgusting but forgot to mention about it to the manager in charge.<br/><br/>Food tasted good overall.<br/><br/>Thank you for having us.

I had the most horrible experience at this restaurant. I went here on my birthday with two of my friends. Some men who were sitting on the table next to us kept staring at us constantly. We even caught them pointing their phone cameras at us and taking our photos or videos. At one point, one of the guys even got up from the seat and pointed his phone camera at us. Two of the men were leaning back on their chairs to stare at us. We told the waiter about this who said that he can move us to some other table but we told him that we didn’t want to move as it is not our fault and that they should take strict action against the men who were misbehaving. The waiter then said that he would call the manager. The manager kept telling us that he would move us to some other table and told us not to create a scene. We told him that we didn’t want to move and that he can either move those men to some other table or kick them out. We asked the manager to take actions against those men instead of trying to suppress the issue but he kept telling us to change tables. After a lot of argument, the manager finally decided to talk to those men. We told the manager that we wanted to check the phones of those men whom we had previously caught pointing their phone cameras at us multiple time. The manager got one of the guy’s phones for us to check and we couldn’t find anything on it. The guy tried to cover up by saying that they were on a video call. However, it was clear that they were lying. We had only checked one of the guy’s phones while there were so many other men with phones on the table. One of the guys who was super drunk walked towards us and threatened us by saying “tumlog ko mai bahar dekh lunga” (I will see what to do with you all outside). Most of the staff of the restaurant heard the guy threatening us but didn’t do anything. The restaurant staff and the manager kept telling that it’s better not to create a scene and that we should move to some other table. This is a form of victim blaming. Instead of taking strict actions against those men, the staff kept telling us to not create a scene. They were more concerned about the reputation of their restaurant than the fact that we felt unsafe with those men around. The staff and manager failed to help us and we had to walk out of the restaurant because they wouldn’t do anything other than suggesting us to change tables. I’m really disappointed with how the manager handled this situation. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

This place is one of the most amazing restaurants i have been to in a long time. We ordered 2 mocktails - a peach margerita and a blackcurrant, lime,etc. one... Both were good but the peach margerita was just yummy. Next we ordered starters - fish fingers and super nachos... Absolutely awesome. We ordered fish fingers and got a really tasty dinner and perfect fries with the fish. I am a person who does not like nachos, but i have to say that it was good. A little less kidney beans and a lil more chicken would have made it outstanding... As a main course we ordered a chicken sizzler... And i have to say that it is the best sizzler that i have eaten in my whole life... Everything on the plate was just full of flavor... For a person like me who does not like salads, even the salad vegetables like carrot, beans and cauliflower was tasty tasty tasty... The chicken was yum n juicy... The staff was absolutely amazing with their service... Always kept the table neat and clean and prompt service ever ready to help... Special shout out to Mr. Raju who served us, amazing service... And the manager Mr. Srinath was extremely polite, personally asked us for feedback, always ready to help and he also threw in a tasty caramel pudding at the end with the bill that was on the house... Who does that!!! Overall amazing place, must visit!!!

Very good ambience. Staff and their service is also very nice. Happy hours are what attracts a lot of college crowd here. Its a go to brewing place for us.<br/><br/>The smoking room is available. Pizza was a bit dry. Mocktails were awesome. And the one thing we go here for the draught beer which was picture perfect.<br/><br/>In day time the place seems a bit pale but as tge night rises the vibe spreads all over.

We came here for casual dinning on Sunday. Interior decor & window view is really awesome. I really enjoyed the view of the bar which was very close to our table. Drinks were good but the only part I am disappointed with is Food.... We ordered 2 starter - Fish and chips & Sizzler & 1 Singapore Rice Bowl which was not good. Everything is superb but I think Jughead's should change their cook because road stalls even serve tastier food than Jughead's. Did not take the Pic of Food as didn't feel like taking it.

Had a pleasant evening at jughead’s with family.its a kid friendly place and it’s loud so nobody is bothered by ur kids which could be a concern in other places.The food is on point and well made.kids spilled a drink ,was replaced for free .In all enjoyed the experience!

While I had so many expectations from this place it was a disappointment. Firstly it was way too loud, and unfortunately, had a sighting of a cockroach. I’m sure this doesn’t happen often, but it did make me uncomfortable. Otherwise, the food was ok. We ordered a pasta, while that was alright, the garlic bread was not toasted well and felt a bit stale. <br/>Would definitely hope the service improves and these changes are addressed. <br/>

If you are a music fan you will enjoy the place a lot. The combination of Loud music and the scrumptious food will take you into different zone altogether. Very nice outlet, tucked away in a corner of the huge Grand central mall. Seating space is quite large even though doesn't seem like that from the outside. There's lots of breathing space. Coming to the food, we ordered a large oriental chicken pizza and grilled chicken. The pizza was very nice, even though the crust was a bit thick it didn't hamper the taste at all. The chicken came with a side of mashed potatoes and a peri peri dip. You've the option of getting fries and garlic sauce as well. The chicken was nice and the potatoes were just yum. Service is nice and helpful, we were given complimentary fries as well 👍🏼. Overall a lovely experience, great alternative to the staple food court fare.

We ordered chicken lasagna and postman's seafood sizzler made of basa fish. The food was really okayishh. Same goes for the black currant iced tea.<br/>Had expected better.

We went in a group, we ordered 4+4 Pitcher as there was a happy hour and to be Frank the food was average.<br/>Staff were not trained about the dishes, staff were looking surprised when ask them about the dish.<br/>We also ordered Virgin Mojito half of the glass was filled with Ice it was very mild. This place we really not recommend as food is average and even mocktail that virgin Mojito was not that great. Service was also not upto the mark.

This place is situated right inside the great Seawoods grand central mall on the 2nd floor. A place with pleasant ambience and music. Also, love screening is always going on here. We ordered chicken shaslik sizzler, cheese nachos with italian spice, French fries, sizzling brownie etc which were really yummy except the sizzler. We found it average. Also, we ordered drinks and got buy 1 get 1 offer due to happy hours. Over all, must visit place. Cheers!🍻

One of the Jughead's outlet which is located in the Seawoods Grand Central Mall.<br/>We had their:<br/><br/>CHICKEN LOLLIPOP<br/>The flavour was really good and the chicken was nice and tender.<br/><br/>FISH FINGERS<br/>As a sea food lover, we really feel in love with it. It came with a side of fries, corn and some veggies.<br/><br/>PENNE PASTA WITH COCKTAIL SAUCE<br/>The pasta was scrumptious and and flavourful. It came with a side of Garlic bread.<br/><br/>BLACK IRISH COCKTAIL<br/>The drink was vodka based with some coffee liquor and vanilla ice cream.<br/>It was a really good combo and super refreshing.<br/><br/>Hope to visit again and try their other delicacies.

Well to be frank the place is good, but the ambience is dull. While we were there, we ordered a jar of beer and chicken wings. The pizza which we ordered was good.. but most of the things which we wanted to have were not on the menu. If you are looking just to drink and spend couple of hours, this place is the one only if you have no other agenda

Went to this place with a friend with a vision of sitting and enjoying a good meal. However, the starter itself was not great and there was a weird smell to it. We couldn’t really eat that. The mocktails we ordered were also ok ok. We literally asked the staff to cancel the order for our main course as we both no longer had the urge to eat anything. The place was pretty full when we went and staff was also good. However, the most important part of their business, food, was disappointing.

Quite frankly, the food is shit. It's overpriced and totally not worth the money they charge for it. We ordered a margarita pizza and I paid 230 bucks for something I could easily make at home and it would still have more taste in it. The entire place smells weird and I feel, the only good thing in Jughead's is their booze. So if you wanna drink, go for it. But if you're looking for food, you should really consider some other place.

Located at the top floor at Grand Central mall with cool and nice ambience. We had ordered exotic veg pizza and fruit punch when we visited the first time. Since then whenever we go to Jughead's and order whatever these two are definitely there on our list.

Amazing food!!! We ordered Africano chicken which was lit. The saute mushroom was good and the pizza chicken mix oriental is to die for. The drinks during happy hrs is cheap and the ambiance is also not bad at all.

A planned evening with college buddies turned out to be great.<br/><br/>The place is quite huge, they have two separate seating areas, and also a smocking room.<br/>The place is very eye catching, vibrant colors all over the walls. My friends decided to take me at this restaurant on my birthday. It was just perfect to spend my time there.<br/>I was amazed by the ambience and the setup.
