Not different from what one expects from a South Indian restaurant. Its a cozy place and good for someone who likes South Indian dishes. The mendu wada was crisp and to our liking. The podi idli was real good. The ragi dosa and beetroot dosas were also nice and their accompanying masala & sambar were not spicy. Their filter coffee is the best We have had in kharghar, so is a must try. They had a good instrumental music on. The staff is good & the prices are decent. Overall a good place to go for breakfast.

It’s a delight for South Indian food lovers. We had ordered onion rava dosa and butter Sada dosa. Both the dish were good. The red chutney could have been better. Good location and decent food.

Udupi or south Indian restaurants can be judged best by their white coconut chutney. We will get the best & fresh one here with right consistency and not watery. The price & quality are both good. A plate of two crispy medu vadas and a plain crispy dosa with smabhars & chutneys will cost less than Rs. 200. Ambience is good. Service is also good. Mysore masala dosa is perfect in taste. Parking available.

My second visit to this place. Impressive south Indian breakfast menu and express means the food comes on your table way faster. My favorite would be ghee roast masala dosa & upma-sheera. Also accepts Paytm as payment.

Udupi Express serves one of the most authentic south Indian food. The taste is WOW. I tried their spring roll dosa & their Idli Meduwada plate. If you love south Indian food you should visit this place. Perfect for breakfast!

We took takeaway from Udupi express which consisted of goli bajji which they serve with chatni only but the scrumptious smell of sambhar that we couldn't resist standing out tempted us to request them to some sambhar as well which they deliberately did... Coming to food. Packaging was extremely good. Spill proof. Taste was very nice. Sambhar was superb with a bit strong flavour of asafoetida. Chutney was fresh.

Your food taste is good ,using fresh vegetables but it's too expensive. If you justify your price , value for money.your sale is definitely grow like a rocket 🚀

If you are craving south indian food, this is one of a few good south indian joints in kharghar. Ghee roast masala dosa and filter coffee are to die for. Dilkhush dosa is a good option if you want to try fusion dosas. Has a clean and hygienic seating space. Small but nicely maintained.

Food was excellent. Service was good. Atmosphere in the sense ambiance was not good. Told the manager that the chutney we get in parcel is not so tasty as we eat in hotel. What we get is stale taste in delivery. It was our first experience eating at Udupi outlet. But seems eating food at outlet is tastier than the food delivered.

Few varieties of dosas are available true to its Udupi authenticity. It's located in crystal plaza, Kharghar. Have been to this place since two years, Although the prices are fluctuating, tastes are delicious. The interior is the small space with bright yellow wall and there are seating areas. Have ordered a numerous times from this restaurant, making it a recent favorite of the family. Have consistently received delicious sambhar and chutney with freshly made medu vadas and idlis.

As the name suggests, its a place where you can enjoy South Indian Delicacies.They have decorated the walls with paintings which is actually drawn by artists from Mangalore. Very nice painting and inside is neatly maintained. Quiet a nice place to have a breakfast,dinner or lunch with family. You will get all varieties of Dosas including fusion dosas, Uttappams. Very cordial behaviour by the staff. Its near to the Kharghar station almost at the heart of Kharghar. I felt the price is also reasonable. Just now I realised their price have increased recently ( they gave me a menu which is actually showing old rates). They aae available in swiggy and they deliver at Nerul as well.Parking during the weekends may be a problamatic episode otherwise it will be a nice experience altogether.

Good south india food. The biggest +ve is it was open in mornings. Would rate food taste 4/5 Ambience 3/5 It does not have restroom, in case you are planning to stop during a long highway journey

Udupi has a lot of variety and good quality food. It has a decent crowd and good service. The prices are reasonable and worth the dish and quantity. Highly recommended to all!! The best uv had is finger chips. But everyone had it own taste so go and try their varieties!!<br/>

Medu wada was too sour may be because the batter was over fermented. Liked the ghee roasted masala dosa. Even chutneys and sambar was good. Sufficient quantity.

Udupi Xpress is in khar near hiranandani. Ambience was quite small and awesome. Food was yummy and tasty. The way they make their dosa gives a heavenly flavor to it

We ordered fry idali and masala dosa from Udupi express for breakfast. They have delicious food item in their menu. Their food quality and quantity is superb. In delivery they use perfect packing things which is leak proof and keep food hot.<br/><br/>Fry Idali - Idali is crisp and hot. It's sufficient for one they served with red chutney which is just delicious.<br/><br/>Masala dosa - nice taste with sufficient feeling of batata bhaaji and served with coconut chutney and sambar.

Out of curiosity to try South Indian food in kharghar, I went to this place after searching on Zomato. I would simply say that the food here had a real good taste. Place to sit was a small one but the taste of food compensated for the shortfall. One thing which I don't like was the stinking smell outside the restaurant. We tried dosa there and it was a real good one. Sambhar tasted heavenly. We tried masala dosa because I feel it's a safe bet to try a new South Indian outlet.

This place serves some amazing breakfast. They provide lot of healthy options to choose from. I have tried many items from the menu.<br/>Aaloo paratha - Big size aaloo paratha. They also give option of butter and ghee. I opted for ghee aaloo paratha. It was delicious<br/>Poha- Poha was average in taste. Quality was generous.<br/>

An early morning meeting in kharghar calls for some good south indian breakfast. Udupi express seemed liked a good option to hog some idli and medu wada early in the day like my every day routine. Soft and fluffy idlis and good medu wada was a good start. Oats dosa can be a good alternative but frankly I found it to be really ok. Sambar and chutney were good. It is a good place for a quick breakfast.

I got attracted by the name of the restaurant but it was not upto the mark. All chutneys were outstanding no comments on that. Got upset with the taste of Sambhar & mysore masala dosa. Both tasted kinda dull. Taste can be better.

This is my go to place for ordering in breakfast everytime in craving for a Mangalore/Udupi style grub. It's simple fare and we'll priced compared to other similar places close to it.<br/>The quality of the food could be better. The vadas specially seem a little stale, which shouldn't happen in the 25-30 minutes it takes to deliver the food from the time of ordering.<br/>Wouldn't recommend trying anything fancy there. Stick to the normal dosas and idli vada type dishes and you'll be fine. Their red tomato chutney that comes with these items is superb and makes the meal that much better.<br/>As a Mangalorean myself, I highly recommend their goli bhajjiyas which are very rare to be found in Bombay. Completely unhealthy, absolutely delicious.<br/>

I had ordered tomato capsicum onion uttapam most of the time. It really delicious. Little expensive bt worth the penny. Masala idli wasnot that good neither masala dosa. Mysore dosa , lemon & curd rice is ok. Not too good in taste. Bt yeah fried onion uttapam & shera is amazing. Decent place with good taste in specific items.

My fav is BUTTER masala dosa.... and medu vada and idli.. the idli is so soft and tasty and medu wada as welll. ""If you order in the morning it comes super soft, but if you order at night or evening, the medu vada is very hard,"" but the taste of chutneys and sambhar and foood issssss awessommmmeeeee.

Hi ordered hot filter kapi , cold badam milk, papad. The coffee was a chill cold cofe..hope they prepare ,keep in fridge and serve it and for my order forgot to heat and give...suprised how such a famous restaurant works in this way.<br/>Badam milk was ok.at last papad was good.<br/>Best is packing was good ,star for that and badam milk.

I have placed orders several times from Udupi Express, Kharghar. The service provided was excellent, delivered the order on time. Sambhar & chutneys are mouth watering. The only thing which made me to give 4 stars because the bhaji of the poori was not completely cooked. Rest all perfect and highly recommended for South Indian food lovers!!

Today I had ordered 75 plates of Idli from Udupi Xpress Kharghar, I must say the kind of service provided was amazing. As this order was placed for giving to the orphans they coporated so well and provided discount plus free plates and home delivery. My special thanks to Rohit. Lastly want to mention Idli, Sambhar & Chutney was mouth watering. 😊

So i had ordered brunch from this place via uber eats on new year and letme tell you the taste was just out of the world...Having their masala dosa, mysore dosa, idli, meduwada, podi idli everything was just perfect...Their chutneys n sambhar were also just wow and wanting to have more...They r listed on uber eats so order from their with heavy discounts and only 1 drawback was the delivery was 20 min late than the estimated time...Rest everything was simply amazing...

I have ordered upma from here but which is my fav from this restaurant but they sent me idli . And this is happening with me for the 2nd time . They just deliver as per their mood . Dont expect to get the things you have ordered, they will send as per their wish and then they will not receive your call and zomato will also not exchange it for you .

Got only 2 small tasteless medu wadas for Rs. 55, Not worth at all...If you are charging high then you should increase quantity and quality also...Mysore dosa also tasted like normal dosa, Won't order again from here..

I have ordered rava masala dosa , maysore masala dosa n medu vada.. all food was sour in taste. it does not taste fresh as all batter they made in the food was sour, everybody knows how fresh batter idli, medu wada n dosa taste. I was really not happy to eat that as breakfast knowing it's not fresh. They gave good quantity though but no quality i wish i would have order from somewhere else.. really wasted my money. 2 star I'm giving only for quantity.<br/>Guys please serve fresh food. 😞

I ordered misal pav, extra pav and batata wada for 75 rupees. They delivered in around 45 mins. The misal pav sucked and had to be thrown away, there was no difference between the misal and sambhar. <br/>Imagine a sweet misal! <br/>Batata wada was ohkay but extremely heavy, like i could barely eat one. They gave sambhar chutney with the wada. Chutney is quite tasty.<br/>Maybe order south indian from here but their misal sucks.

This place does not have any place to sit and the staff is cherry on the top of this pathetic situation. They do not have an iota of the courtesy to say whether they have a place to sit or not? They simply leave u on your own to find a place to sit. I think they rely more on food delivery for their business and are completely ignoring customer service during dine in. They should employ more courteous staff and arrange some proper sitting area to cater to the customers.

At Udupi express, one can experct to have a best south Indian brekfast item, like dosa, idli, upma. They are really delicious . The hotel is kept very clean and tidy

Ordered Rava Sada Dosa and Dahi Vada from Udupi Xpress. These are two of my beloved breakfast preparations and they tasted great. The food is also quite pocket-friendly and arrived right on time. Delivery of crisp foods like dosa can make the dish a little moist but that is ok, it doesn't necessarily affect the taste. The spicy red chutney was delicious as was the coconut chutney.<br/><br/>But the sev for the Dahi Vada should have been packed separately. The dish would have looked appealing and maybe tasted better without soggy sev. The sambar packet was carelessly sealed, the liquid had dripped all over the other food packets and the delivery person's bag.<br/><br/>Judging by the number of negative reviews of delivery orders from Udupi Xpress, what they really need is someone to manage the feedback and service. Most restaurants have them. Otherwise, the takeaways and eat-in reviews highlight that this place is really worth 5/5.

Didn't like the taste much.<br/>We had ordered cheese masala dosa, mysore masala dosa, medu vada, butter idli.<br/>By the time it was delivered it was not hot and crispy at all.<br/>Also the sambar just felt like water wasn't thick and was tasteless.

I placed an order at 10:11 am, its 11:30 am and still my order hasn’t been dispatched. I fail to understand why does it take an udupi food outlet to make a single dosa and a plate of wadas so much time! Phone numbers are switched off for over an hour and theres no reply from zomato as well! Worst breakfast place for me and i would highly recommend others to think twice before going to this lousy restaurant. Theres absolutely no sense of professionalism with either the management or staff in the outlet. Really really disappointed. Big waste of my time and money, and yet no one to listen to my complaints, no one to even accept my cancellation! BEWARE before you spend money on this crap business that they’re running!

For South Indian food I generally prefer Udupi restaurant chain..tried their masala dosa and loved it..You can get authentic South Indian food here..

Their misal pav and sabudana khichdi both were good but i dont know why were they so late in delivering... So they lost big point on it ...plus the curd they gave with sabudana khichdi was leaking through the plastic bag :( ...

I ordered because i had done one in the past and have liked the misal pav.. This time however whatever it was, it wasn't even close to the quality i had last time. There were no lentils and it was just an oily liquid. Also i had requested for the pav(s) to be browned on the tawa without oil/butter. They were not treated at all. Just given as they come.<br/><br/>The dahi wada on the other hand is quite ok. Not really the North Indian flavour but something easily tolerable.<br/><br/>Please be considerate in future. Bad food just busts off one's desire to eat and leads to any kind of disregard for the restaurant or may be next time an urge to order from you guys will be subdued.
