Had to write that's the reason I gave a star or else it didn't deserve any !! Despite being high priced compared to the others my hungry stomach had to order from here and to my surprise they delivered late the guy went to some other address and then came to my place later then after me giving him the cash he took the parcel and was about to leave then I asked him why he's taking back to which he said he's not in his mind !! Looks like they are not maintaining what they had started. <br/><br/>Bowls and glasses were not washed and were dirty. Veg kofta were sweet and average in taste. <br/><br/>Also there was chaos in hotel as there was no one to manage. Waiters were clueless because of that.

0 rating to the restaurant, gave 1 only because it would allow me to post the review. Very bad experience. We were a total of 12 guests who went to celebrate my grandmother's birthday. The service was extremely slow . despite the reservation for 12 there were less plates and till the end, I got no plate to eat. The food was tasteless and one of our tables had cockroach too.

Been to this restaurant last week for dinner. Looks like a small business but from inside interiors were well decorated with different seating themes, cave area - space area - normal dining. Having 3D wallpapers mostly.<br/><br/>Having said that we saw menu with a variety of items. Got confused what to order. Then we had taken suggestions from the service guy. We being 4 people, they have suggested to go for paneer Birbal chaman, it seems their signature dish. Alongwith with that dal makhani and tandoor roti, kulcha. <br/><br/>Really when dishes came, paneer birbal chaman was beautifully garnished. Really taste was awesome, something different than other dishes. Even quantity was good enough for 4 people, unlike other dishes are for 2-3 people. <br/><br/>We were greeted in between by lady owner who is managing the restaurant business, taking feedback of us. Really felt happy to note a lady is managing the big business by controlling staff. <br/><br/>Strongly recommend veg lovers to try out in this restaurant.

Visited this restaurant today with friends for lunch. Quite nice ambience with good interiors. Had ordered paneer chilly starters initially. It was really nice to have such a soft paneer and it was looking fresh. In main course ordered some special dish call cheese anarkali and veg hariyali with roti tokri. Both dishes were tasted good. Some interesting dishes. <br/><br/>Overall food was excellent and friends were happy too. Strongly recommend to veg lovers.

it looks so gud from outside but the ambience inside is very bad.. damp carpet and sofas...the first is horrible..also found some lizards crawling on the walls and didnt want to have any food..but just stayed back as we had ordered by that time...but surprisingly the food was tasting gud..but it cudnt go inside because of the bad ambience and surroundings..sorry to say..thank god we never thought of ordering online from them

This hotel does not deserve to be on Zomato please remove this hotel frm zomato as it is not at all satisfactory no proper service v hav to call waiters by our own they dnt cum and ask whether v want sumthng or nt...My family was sitting upstairs low lights ac nt working not evn waiters wer serving us properly.. v ordered sweet corn soup n it was very pathatic it was lyk v r drinking all purpose floor in water dats it no taste at all, manchow soup was served with smelly noodles fried in bad oil which was bitter and n very oily, paneer chilly was nt paneer chilly it was oily paneer so much of oil, veg manchurian in dat manchurian was nt cooked properly and gravy was so blend n tasteless..after eating all dese things we cancelled our main course n left d hotel.... for chat masala also dey wer lyk it is chargable....very pathatic experience dnt knw y some of the people hav given gud ratings i suggest nt to visit Green Orchid hotel it jst spoiled the occasion n mood too of my family...

Initially it used to be my favourite place for amazing tasty food.<br/>But now Highly Disappointed with the quality of food and service. Service is degrading day by day.<br/>Faced 3 continuous disappointments, <br/>1) ordered dal makhni and dal was stinking and tasted sour. I ignored and didn't complaint.<br/>2) ordered 5 pav bhaji's and they gave just 2 pav's for 5 bhaji's. I had to call back and remind them twice for pavs. I ignored even this mistake.<br/>3) ordered hakka noodles and they turned out to be too mushy and tasted very bad. It didn't tasted like chinese food at all. I had to throw it.<br/>Highly Disappointing. <br/>I was being patient and ignoring their mistakes everytime with a hope that they may not repeat it. But everytime their quality is just degrading.

Green Orchid is a vegetarian restaurant located in Koparkhairane. I visited this one on a Sunday afternoon for lunch and my experience was pretty satisfactory. The service was prompt.<br/><br/>The menu is huge, a lot of dishes to choose from and also plenty of variety of milk shakes and juices.<br/><br/>I had Cold Coffee, Pomegranate Juice & Anjeer Milkshake. The Anjeer Milkshake was too good. <br/><br/>I had a couple of dishes from the menu-<br/>Paneer Tight- soft cubes of paneer wrapped in a crispy and thin noodle-like stuff!! The dish was delicious<br/><br/>Mushroom Chilly- I love mushroom and this dish was no exception. <br/><br/>Veg Bageecha- The presentation of the dish was true to the name. There were two types of gravy- green and red. It was good<br/><br/>For deseert I had Gulab Jamun. They were good in taste but a tad bit chewy. Had they been more soft, theh would have been perfect.<br/><br/>Green Orchid is a really good place with enormous options for vegetarians.<br/><br/>

Nice restaurant to have family dining experience . Had been here with family while on my way back from Dombivali and was very hungry after a day long stressful drive. Food was delicious and the staff has been very courteous from the time we stepped in till we paid the bill. Serving Portions can be improved a bit though. Overall a decent experience.

Reading the other reviews I am a little bit confused.<br/><br/>Some say the food is not real, some say it's the best... I liked it, real or not.<br/><br/>The ambiance is nice but informal, the staff is friendly and helpful.<br/><br/>Obviously if there is something more genuine or authentic is very difficult for a first time visitor like me, but my overall experience was very positive.<br/><br/>The menu offers a wide variety of mouth-watering starters. I had the Paneer Tikka Kebab, Veg Seekh Kebab, Paneer 65. They were exquisite. The main course consisted of a Paneer kofta, Veg shahi kurma and Garlic naan, which really thrilled us. It all was followed by a delicious Dry fruit milk shake. <br/>All the products were fresh and the dishes had the warmth of home-made food. The chefs take great care in selecting the best quality ingredients. <br/> <br/><br/>All I have to say is great service great food and a great price . Overall it was such a pleasant dinner that i will definitely be back.

I have visited this place many times and I feel quality of food is good according to cost. Its almost 8months i am living near by place and I feel this is better place than other restaurants. Reason being, less oily and customized spicy on demand. In around 15-20 times of visit, only once or twice I felt floor was bit oily because of kitchen, but I don't mind. No one is perfect. Even Sachin Tendulkar had gone on 0 many times but that doesn't mean he was not good batsman.

I don't have habit of writing but as I was happy with services I was compelled to write a review. This was my third visit to this restaurant in last four months and consistently the taste was same. My favourite pav bhaji is too yummy here. There's a freshness in the dish. Today I tried their hot sizzling chocolate brownie and was really good. I would recommend to all veg lovers to give it a try.
