I felt that i was transported to the breath taking place in an instant and felt greater sense of connect with the food. The comfort played a vital role during my visit. The hospitality of the restaurant was impeccable. Walking into a restaurant full of space makes you feel good. The sitting arrangement was contented, perfectly adjusted lights created a certain mood. It is truly the soul of India. It is an inimitable buffet experience with a spread of enjoyable traditional Indian dishes. The dishes are encouraged by different provinces of Indian states, the mood changes for every section they have. It serves Rajasthani, Punjabi, Gujarathi, South Indian and Chinese. They have number of live counters, you cannot miss the Bombay chaat, pav bhaji, dosa, etc. And here comes the best part – They have got dhol, bhangra, garba, puppet shows, games and loads of fun for your group of friends or your entire family. We were thrilled with the experience; my brother enjoyed it a lot. This place is not for the people who are looking for a fine dine experience. It’s a party place but with vegetarian food and no alcohol but trust me I enjoyed it alot. Kudos to the lovely and smiling staff. They made sure to give a comfortable experience by their sense of humour and great hospitality. Below are the different counters we experienced: 1) Theka – Served famous bottled soda’s also known as goti soda (kala khatta, orange, masala), Buttermilk, Nimu pani. 2) Rasoi ki shaan – Served Paneer Laziz, Jodhpuri Aloo, Veg handi biryani, dal tadka, khumbh do pyaza. 3) Papad, salad and shorba counter – Loved this section, inclusions were khichiyan papad, udad papadkhakra, different maharashtrian papads too, papad churi, makkai sweet and sour, sabz ka shorba, moong ankur chaat, chana aloo, crispy makkai hakk style, tandoori soya chaap 4) Chinese – Fried rice, Manchurian, hakka noddles. 5) Anna ka tawa – Dosa (Sada/Masala/Cheese), Sambhar, Mulga pudi daliya 6) Bachpan ki yadein – Pop corn, candy floss. 7) Mai ka pasta – Butter paneer pasta, Malay curry. 8) Roti – Tandoori, missi, Paratha – lacha, naan – garlic. 9) Meetha – Halwa, Rasgulla, Kulfi, brownie. My favourites from the place – Honey chilli potatoes, makkai sweet and sour, Mirchi, Biryani, Dal Tadka, Naan, Rasgulla, Masala Raita, Buttermilk, Paneer laziz. A must visit. Happy eating : )

I had been to Village-The soul of India on a lazy afternoon with my bunch of people. Being located quite close to the vashi station on the top floor of raghuleela mall, visiting this place is very convenient. As soon as you enter the place, there's a lady who applies 'tika'. The staff over here are very well dressed and the place gives you a rural feeling in town. There are various instruments available near the tree which is situated in the middle of this place and also hanging on the walls. There is an attractive white coloured cycle hanging on the ceiling. It also had various counters associated with unique names serving different dishes. The ambiance is done very well to convert this place to something that actually feels like a village! Theka- It had My Favourite Goti soda. It was available in orange and jaljeera. Theka also served chas. Rasoi Ki Shaan- It included various indian main course items like jodhpuri aloo, khumbh do pyaza, meethi mutter malai, paneer laziz and biryani. All of them had amazing spices in them! Anna ka tawa- It served variety of dosas like sada dosa, cheese dosa and masala dosa. Coconut chutney, tomato chutney, sambhar, murabba, mulga pudi, mirchi went very well with all the dosas. Besides theka there was a counter names 'bachpan ki yadeen' which served 'buddhi ke baal' (candy floss) and popcorns which brought back all the childhood memories! Also there's very gentle person serving around makkai sweet and sour, honey chilli potatoes with great enthusiasm! In the mean while there was a dance performance by the staff and they also insisted us to dance alongside. Their choice of music was damn good! There were various items in the desserts menu as well. The menu was long enough to fill your dish even if you took one piece each. It included balu shahi tukda, phirni, phinni, sheer khurma, kandi malai kulfi, kandi rose kulfi,Rasgulla , jalebi♥️ This place is a must visit especially for vegetarians! I'm coming back here very soon.

Village The Soul of India is located at Raghuleela Mall Vashi....The image I took for this place before going was completely different after I reach over there.. At the Entry they will welcome you with a proper Village style and will not make you feel like a customer over there which I liked the most...Later on there were various counters over there which were - Bachpan ki yaadein - over here they serve candy floss and popcorn -Theka- This might sound like they serve alcohol but it's not here they serve sodas also known as goti soda flavoured with orange and jaljira....Jaljira soda is one of my favorites - Rasoi ki Shaan- Mix Tandoori,Platter ,Dahi Bhalle ,Tandoori,Soya Chaap ,Papdi Chaat Crispy Makkai ,hakka style ,Palak Patta ,Chaat Honey ,Chilly Potatoes Bhalle, Papdi Chaat Pan tossed Momos , Samosa Chaat Here they serve one of the best fusion foods and Paneer Papad and Pan tossed momos was one of the best. Dilli Haal- Here we had Raswale Chole with Garlic,Butter naan, Kulcha,Handi Biryani,Paneer Laziz,Hakka noodles and fried rice... -Anna ka Tawa- Here we had Dosa,Paneer pasta,Makhan Malai Pasta Both the pastas were really good. Shorba- Sabz ka shorba and Makkai sweet and sour soup we had but to be honest Makkai sweet and sour soup won my heart.... -Mithai Bhandar - Sheerkorma,Mung dal halwa, jalebi, Kandi kulfi. This place is not just like normal buffet place it has all combined in it .... They have got many things for their customers like dance, puppet shows, Bhangra, garba and many more things ... The staff was really nice and looked out for everyone and made sure that no one feels bored... Coming to the ambiance they have made the hotel made a look a like little village..... This was one of my best experiences over here and would surely make a visit again :)

Nice ambience, average food, however the environment around makes you feel good. It makes up for your spoilt mood. We went there for a lunch buffet. It was overall a good experience.

Starters were nice ..main course was average.. Sweets were nice... Ambience is wow...kids can also enjoy a lot... we danced like crazy... Overall nice

Can there be any place that perfect for each age group? this is chokhi Dhani but enclosed. a place for everyone. ambiance totally inspired form any typical Indian village. fun-games-food everything is here. they have entree charge per person and everything is included in this amount. a prototype of a truck where you can sit and click pictures is at the entrance. they have bangles shop, astrologer sitting under the tree, barber shop, a potter who makes a pot in front of you using wheel and clay, and no, they are not there just for the sake of it. You can buy bangles, ask future and also have a good head massage at the barbershop. Tea seller roams around in village style glass and pot. all these things make it more beautiful. Hookah in the old style. A small area is dedicated to dance. Sitting arrangement is like a typical Punjabi dhaba. You even have games to play like a musical chair which always is entertaining for children and elder people. I did win but there's no prize for it...that’s a drawback: P Coming to food, they have cots (like in Punjab) to sit and buffet style food. chat counter- welcome drink-live counter fir dosa, pav bhaji and all sorts of veg foods (yes no non- veg). The highlight of that day was dal bati, veg jalfrezi & live gola counter. Gola is something which we always carve for and they do have the famous flavors like kala khatta and kacchi kairi. They have a good selection of bread like naan, roti, fulka, bajre ki bhakri & chilla. and guess what, you ll find a pan counter even, where a different type of pan was served but was charged individually. It's worth visiting again, the overall experience is good. It’s a place where you should visit with group of 4 or 5 and not individually

A very very nice place to visit with family on weekends. The village theme is superb and the live performances are just super kool. The food is best for veg lovers and the price is also pocket friendly. The ambience is soothing and calm. The food is very well cooked and tender. Overall a 5/5 for this restaurant. Please open up some more branches in Mimbai.

You just get pure veg food here it's good if you have a big group so that you can actually enjoy it's kinda desi club ..southindian ,Chinese, chat, rajasthani lots of variety available but tbh in 3 hours I was not able to try all the varities
All Things Good
First time I went there was back in 2008. Everything was very good at that time. After that I have been to village 5 times. But this time when I went in first week of march, nothing was worth. The staff was less. Ambience was bad. Variety of food was not there. Quality of food had gone down as low as possible. I got a HAIR in the soda bottle. When I told the staff, he just took the bottle away. No response. No communication.. Is this how it is taken care...there is no manager...Total 10 customers were there including us... It's not worth the money we pay any more. Total waste of money, time and the dinner. Never going there again. Once a loyal customer. Now a strange restaurant to me.

We Eat Everything Delicious
Village We have heard of this place for the ambience, the way the place manifest the idea of a village - soul of India in a City life. Loved the whole concept of pulling of little elements of village in a such a small place. Coming to the food as we attend a family event we had buffet system. We had - Hara Bhara Kebab - Basic Indian starter served with mint chutney. It was crunchy and flavorful. Pav Bhaji - The seasoning, zest of bhaji was nice but on the other hand we didn't like the pav served it was not fresh and hard to bend into piece. Disappointed with Pav alot. Dal Batti - One of the famous Rajasthani cuisine was also served. I really wanted to taste as I never tasted one before. But somehow I didn't like it. The flavors, aroma etc were not accepted by my taste buds as I don't eat it that often. People might like it. It was my personal opinion. Plus had some soda and salad. __ Follow @we.eat.everything.delicious on *Instagram*

Food is very bad and stale. No taste at all. Group of 20 went to celebrate and came back disappointed. Music is very loud. Service is bad. They have less staff. One person to manage 3 counters.

Nothing else to add.. It at all possible I would rate 0 for such a horrible experience. Avoid this so called restaurant.

The restaurant theme is Super. Varieties of food. A family atmosphere. But the food taste is regular ( not very good , okay type ) but I would definitely recommend this place.
Pallab Dasgupta
Nicely decorated to give you the dhaba vibe , only veg option buffet with multi cuisine . Liked the starters and sweets. Value for money dining for vegeterians.

Had been here for a birthday party. This place located inside the Raghuleela mall on the 3rd floor is huge and spacious.
Loved the ambiance.
Proper decoration and lighting’s were there. I loved the dessert corner thoroughly.
The Malpua and Gulab Jamun are bang on here.
The buffet palate was too huge and heavy.
I personally not being a fan of vegetarian food loved it.
It’s definitely a worth it place for birthday parties, office parties etc. though a complete vegetarian restaurant.
Great place to enjoy with family and friends.

Visited for whole team party. Ambience was good but it was too hot. Ac was not quite good at corners. Service was good.

At start they serve you soda. They have variety of things like chat corner, main course with veg n non veg at different sections and deserts.

Food was average not the best as per their culture of village they potray.

They had dj n dance space where friends can enjoy.

Recommended once if you can handle the hotness and average food.

I had been here yesterday for dinner buffet. It was a friend's birthday. I thoroughly enjoyed the food and ambiance. Must visit with family and friends. It actually felt like a party. However there were 2 points on which i feel if the management looked into, it would enhance the experience even more. I tried talking to the staff since it was my friend's birthday, whether a small pastry could be arranged. But we had to go out and buy a pastry since they don't provide such things even for birthday events. Usually restaurants have some arrangement about birthdays and such occasions. Secondly there was a very cute accessories shop type thing put up which had funny wigs, over sized glasses, hats, etc. which people can wear to take pictures. Each of those accessories costs 10 Rs. which quickly adds up to a big amount if girls want to click snaps. If it could be reduced or made complimentary like the dj and music was, it would greatly add to the fun experience. These are small points but the place is otherwise really fun to visit. Will surely visit again.

The ambience is simply amazing here, the activities organised by the management are very engaging and full of enthusiasm. Food is so awesome that you can not afford to miss anything that is served by the restaurant. I am a non veg lover though I loved the food here.

Amazing place to be at and I would say along with your friends or family!!

The ambience is worth checking out. They have put in a lot of effort for it. The food is decent. I just wish that they include non-veg items in their menu.
Healthyraams
Nice ambience. All veg items. Food was nice here, esp veg manchurian gravy and dosa items. Goti soda was nostalgic. Staff is warm and welcoming

Location/size: Located on the 2nd floor of Raghuleela mall which is just opposite to the railway station. Size of the village is not even bigger than the average size of bus stand at any random village...Ambience is quite overwhelming which will tempt you to visit...
Staff/services: The staff members there are quite joyous and well trained. Thank you for the services...
Food/desserts/drinks: Apart from the buffet, they also prepare pav Bhaji, indian breads and dosa on order....The buffet includes 5 sets of veggies atleast, khichdi, kadhi, dal bhaati..This menu keeps on changing on daily basis...so is the case with welcome drink counter...Chaaz is their fixed item but other drinks like aam Panna, kala khatta, jeera soda, etc keeps on rotating....sweets counter is separate with alteast 6 different varieties....2 icecream flavors out of which one is of softy machine and other one is kept covered in that conventional ice box....Chaat counter is the first counter where you can't wait to visit.... Traditional dance and normal DJ happens everyday....Couple of pandits to show your future.....They have some wigs and traditional things to wear for you...each stuff you wear contains Rs.10/-...
Positives - Gulab jamun, aam panna ice cream, candy floss and all kinds of Chaat..
Negatives- The choice of the dance numbers are not so good.. they should have a mix of bollywood and other traditional gujrati/rajasthani folk songs...The buffet was completely a disappointment....I was staring outside the village to see other outlets and understand what I missed....Kadhi was quite salty, other veggies had a miss on salt....This place could be very noisy for you.... couldn't be considered as a fine dining as the place is firstly very small and the space for you won't be enough during weekends...
Happy eating....
Follow me on my youtube channel - Trip dishcoverer - https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCOXAjfhaxVMmYZ1m1pVWV1A
Follow me for more updates. Below are the links:
https://www.google.com/maps/contrib/107638121282029771078
https://instagram.com/bellymatters
https://www.facebook.com/anand.jethwani.9
http://zoma.to/u/6490561
https://twitter.com/anand_09hj?s=08

Amidst all these good reviews, I really don't know how to put this but could be because people have different tatses. But I personally really did not at all like the food here. I did try a lot of things but none of the item appealed to me. These two stars are for good ambience and friendly staff.

I am writing this review after a month...but i had to write this...i have been to this place on 14th january on my birthday...this place is a complete package at a very good price...

Ambience is amazing...quite spacious...from outside to inside everything is so properly designed which gives you a feel of village..

14th being a weekday there was no one else...it was more like a private party...as i said this place is a complete package...as it has dance floor...they play bollywood, some folk dance forms are done by the people incharged over there like rajasthani folk, garba, punjabi, Assamese, etc

Talking about food...they have lot of variety...food is amazing in taste...everytime was so perfect in taste plus everything served was hot...they had starters, maincourse, junk food, sweets, pastries, ice cream, soda, popcorn, and so many other things...

If you are foodie you got to try this place...

Talking about staff...they are very kind and helpful...they entertained us in every possible way...we loved their service and everything

I went here on a Saturday night for my mother's birthday celebration.

The place is good interms of interiors and the layout.
They have a staff who will be very happy to shake a leg with you and dance all the time on the indian numbers.
So, if you are with a big group wanting to dance or play garba/dandita, look no further.

However, let me tell you, it lacks alot interms of the food and service.
The music is loud, while 25 people are dining and trying to have a good chat over food, the music entertains the 5 people on the dance floor.
I never knew villages sounded like an Indian DJ floor or a scene straight out of Ganpati mandal celebration.
Ambience : 2/5 ( 2 only for the good decor and interiors)

The food is were it dissappoints, you have variety but all of them lack in taste ( you won't finish your first portion). The starters, the chinese items, the indian items all dissappoint.
What I really liked was the theka stall, the soda variants in old styled pop the ball bottles. You could also grab other nostalgic snacks from the past.

I feel there is lack of traditional dishes on the buffet, there was nothing village like or authentic to the taste, it felt like a sub par wedding caterer food. The dal bati/kurma was the only attempt to stick to the "village" theme.

South Indian items and chat came to our rescue as they were okay.
The desserts weren't upto the mark, kulfi of all the items was such a sad story.

Food gets a 1/5. They really need to improve and I believe they can. They have variety but no quality.

Okay, I didn't want to write a negative review but it was really a dissappointment. They can do so much better, they have excellent space and staff, the theme is good but it is just way off the mark to the price they charge.
It's a good place for kids to have fun and for large groups.

Thank you ! I'm definetely not going again.

Bhavar Surana
This is the worst restaurant, that I have ever visited in Navi Mumbai. I visited this place on 31-Dec-2018 for Lunch with my family and I was highly disappointed. In the name of "Self-Service", they have given away with the Hospitality and Guest satisfaction. Everything here is fake, right from the food to the décor. In the name of "Blue Lagoon" mocktail, they just handed over plain blue colored water. Even the "Dal-Bati-Churma" was not authentic. The staff in the restaurant was more interested in dancing (even when none of the guest was dancing) rather than looking after the guests. None of the staff was interested in refilling the dishes that were over, or atleast providing Water to the guests.I will never visit this place again and neither will I recommend anyone to visit this place.

The Village The Soul Of India 🇮🇳
One ☝🏻 of the best place to define village area as it name says....
They have variety of foods with different options, the buffet system is best your hunger will be satisfied for sure.
The Act which they show us and invites everyone to join them was the best part.
Food 🥘:5/5
Music 🎶:4/5
Staff :5/5
Ambiance:5/5
The Only thing which was missing in drinks there was no option in sweet drinks....

So last week me & my group of friends visited the place. The village has many outlets in Mumbai. Though we planned to pay a visit to the one in Vashi. A couple of mins distant to the Vashi Railway Station, The Village is on the 3rd floor of the Raghuleela Shopping Mall.

Dessert Station –

Live Jalebis – thin crisp coin size jalebis – our absolute favorite – 5/5

Rassagula, sewiyan kheer, rice kheer, pineapple pastry, chocolate brownie, aaey ka laddo – 3/5

Kulfis – 3 varieties – 5/5

Soft serve cone ice creams – 5/5

Starters – 4 -5 variety of all fried starters – 3/5 –babycorn fritters, aloo tikkis, tandoori gobhi,

Mains- 3/5

Punjab Dal fry

Paneer lababdar

Veg hyderabadi

Rajma Rice

Rajma Rice Chaat – 5/5

Tava Pulao

Khichdi

Pan Tossed Momos

Vegetable Hakka Noodles

Manchurian balls in gravy

Selection from Tandoors – assorted Indian breads

Additional on pay options:

Paan for Rs. 20/- Loved it 5/5

Food – 3.5/5

Service and hospitality -5/5

Ambience- 5/5

Entertainment – 4/5 – especially if you have fussy kids in group

Value for money? – Yes till it is Zomato Gold Partner or only if there is some old version changes in the menu

There is an ample of variety of food available in this buffet .
It has a nice traditional ambiance.
It's a combination of indian, chinese and Italian food.
Our indian street food such as pani puri, sev puri etc are also available
Their is also a variety of sweet dishes such as brownies, moong dal halva , gajar halva etc.
Sumedh Gadgil
Ambiance - great
Service - good
Taste - ok

Pure veg

I would say that the resto is all about the ambiance, but lacks in taste, serves a variety of indian delicacies but with an average taste.

It is a buffet oriented restaurant, if u want to have Indian cuisines rajputana style, this is your place.

In between your melas, you can enjoy few games like musical chair which they arrange sometimes if there is a large group. Traditional folk dances as well as some other entertainment.

Welcome drink - for welcome drinks you have jeera masala goti soda, orange goti soda, lemon aid and milkshakes.

Starters - for starters you have pani puri, fried corn, cutlets, different types of salads with different typs of vegetables and sprouts etc., tawa fried vegetables, dosa, etc.

Main course - vegetables like paneer, potato, palak mix veg etc. will be available, they also serve chinese noodles, manchurian, fried rice and momos. Rice options including plain rice, veg pulav and fried rice. They have variety of breads like kulcha, parotha, lachcha parotha, roti, naan, chapati, etc.

Dessert - you can get kulfis, ice creams, gulab jamun, jalebi, moongdal halwa, pastry, candyfloss etc.

Place is spacious and ambiance is nice. But the main thing that u expect from a restaurant is food. The taste was not at all tempting. No dish was good enough to go for the 2nd round.
Prabhu Kar
Food is not up to the mark. On zomato its showing serves non veg but its a pure veg restaurant. You will not get the tasty food for which you are paying.

Two star for the place and overall rating 1 star.
Sanjaya Das
place is for bunch of friends who wants to dance and spent quality of time whole night

food quality and taste not up to the mark, not for North Indian food lovers
The village concept restaurant serving combination of Rajasthan and Gujrati dishes started few years ago and it was patronised by many. I had visited the places many a times and enjoyed their concept. The present rate is about Rs. 650 per person which is on higher side

However the place has lost it's original soul however it's worth trying if you are in group.
Sitaraman Rama
had visited the place yesterday

the old ambience was good, the new one has lost the charm of the village and it looks like any other restaurant.

it is absolutely understaffed.

the food served was was without salt and there is no personal attention for the amount paid by visitors
they are all going through the motions.

there is no body to help in the ice cream counter and kulfi counters.

more entertainment to be introduced.

prices should be awarded for participating in musical chair and other games it will attract more visitors.

sitaram

9892243905

The village is located in raghuleela mall just opp to vashi station...This place is big compared to ghatkopar’s the village and the food here has lot of varities in it...You will get gujrati, marwari, maharashtrian, chinese and north indian cuisine...Also, they will make u remember your 90’s ki yaadei by serving jaljeera and gola and shikanji...The taste is really awesome and pocket friendly too...They have 2 time slots and the food is unlimited...Also, they have tie up with zomato gold membership...But do take foodie ppl vd u otherwise you wont feel this place worth the money

Genuinely a very dissappointing experience with the food and services aswell as the in house hospitality ,it's only the ambience which attracts the customers but there is no real dealbreaker after that ,from the mains to the starters there is no such dish to blow the ball out of the park .Until the services and food quality is improved I am definitely not visiting it again .

Village gives you total vibes of indian culture. We were welcomed here in indian style by aarti and tilak. Restaurant is mixture of cultural diversity, interior wise and food wise too. They serve in buffet system so you can try ample varieties of chaats, sodas, papads, paans, desserts, chinese ,Italian, punjabi food.

Nice place to have fun with family and friends.

Renovated,Non Veg service stopped.Food variety good but taste was pathetic.Only butter milk was ok.But will you spend 650+ just for some bottles of butter milk.Dance on the floor was the only usp,but food taste was a big question mark.

Awesome restaurant to celebrate any occasion.
Spacious restaurant with traditional decor and food offered from different cuisines .
They have chat counters , salad counter , chas counter , starters counter , mains counter and dessert counter .
Service is quick. Servers and chefs are always there to help you . Special mention of Anant, Rajab , lalit and the rest of the service and chefs team to making our event a wonderful one .
Thank you..!!!
PS : if you can add soft-drinks to the buffet that would be be great . I think thats one thing which is missing right now . Otherwise it is excellent..!!

Amidst the same old boring food courts in malls, this restaurant is an oasis in the desert. The beautiful ambience is irresistible and the menu is to die for.
The menu has items different from the regular buffet menu and that is its catch. From cotton candy to desi chinese also goli soda which we hardly get to see these days
There are many types of rotis so those who wish to eat something different this place is a must visit... Can also say the best vegetarian buffet menu.
The staff is very friendly and good hospitality
The entertainment there makes your day
Overall i rate this place a 5/5
The village is located on the 3rd floor of Raghuleela Mall’s food court this place promises the experiential dining in the form of proverbial Indian village and delectable all things Indian.

Being a brand restaurant of Imperial group (they manage banquet services at 3rd floor of raghuleela mall) they have plethora of items on their menu and follow the seasonal changes.

We visited them last month after quite a long gap and were pleasantly surprised to find the whole place being renovated to a slightly uber village ambience and converted to a pure veg place.

Their entertainment activities have also been upgraded and the claypot maker has been replaced by Marionette show for kids, their ubiquitous banyan tree and the props remain the same, but overall has been cleaned up and so has been the rest of the outlet.

Foodie Alert - they have converted to pure veg restaurant and they have also managed to change their menu to regular Punjabi/Indian and have excluded lot of traditional unique items that used to hog on whenever we visited.

Gone are those bajre nu rotlas, daal baati churma, puran polis, colourful puris and ker sanger like delicacies. We also sorely missed the variety of traditional starters they earlier used to serve like khandvi variety, patras and all steamed and baked variety

What we had:
Live Chaat Counter – Pani Puri, Sev Puri, Palak Pakoda Chaat, Dahi Puri – 5/5

Live Goli soda – Keri soda and Banana Vanilla Soda – 5/5

Live Salad and Papad Station – Aloo Tuk Chaat, Kabuli chana salad, Daliye and subzi salad, variety of khakhras, ber, starfruits, sweet potatoes to try on – 5/5

Dessert Station –
Live Jalebis – thin crisp coin size jalebis – our absolute favorite – 5/5
Rassagula, sewiyan kheer, rice kheer, pineapple pastry, chocolate brownie, aaey ka laddo – 3/5
Kulfis – 3 varieties – 5/5
Soft serve cone ice creams – 5/5

Starters – 4 -5 variety of all fried starters – 3/5 –babycorn fritters, aloo tikkis, tandoori gobhi,

Mains- 3/5
Punjab Dal fry
Paneer lababdar
Veg hyderabadi
Rajma Rice
Rajma Rice Chaat – 5/5
Tava Pulao
Khichdi
Pan Tossed Momos
Vegetable Hakka Noodles
Manchurian balls in gravy
Selection from Tandoors – assorted Indian breads

Additional on pay options:
Paan for Rs. 20/- Loved it 5/5
Food – 3.5/5

Service and hospitality -5/5
Ambience- 5/5
Entertainment – 4/5 – especially if you have fussy kids in group

Value for money? – Yes till it is Zomato Gold Partner or only if there is some old version changes in the menu

The ambience of this place is well crafted that serves as a good business strategy. They give you a village with all is sought after novelties.
There's a palm reader, a gola stand, a theka, and even a jail complete with a wanted poster.
The food is decent. Even though it's not extraordinary, it's filling and sumptuous.

Was very keen to try this but was very disappointed....the music is very very loud. In spite of requesting to keep the volume low, nothing happened. The food is below average. Starters are very below avg. Barring a few main courses very below avg. Also , even North Indian dishes were prepared in maharashtrian style. No authenticity. Highly disappointed.
The worst buffet ever eat in my life..Cold things are hot nd hot things are cold nd the charges are way too high according to the quality of food they are serving and the deserts are half cooked nd old. I won't recommend to this place to anyone specially to this vashi, navi mumbai outlet. I'm really very disappointed after wasting my 689INR for this outlet nd the quality of food they have served. They deserve zero rating but u fortunately I have to give them 1.
Please improve your food quality if you are charging higher than rahdhani, maharaja bhog, govindas etc etc buffets.

Worst!!worst!!worst!!
Worst experience till now. After experiencing awesome food in The Village Ghatkopar, we visited The Village Vashi. The charges for dinner was 689/- per person (Much more than Rajdhani). There were many items to eat like Chaat, kairi panha, jaljeera, chaas(As hot as possible they were serving), then main course( not heated up properly), all the Curries (paneer, palak, daal, rajma) were yukk in taste. Then comes worst pasta of my life(I literally vomited) after eating it..Still feeling Yukk. In live counters there were no person to heat up the food, no one was there to make the new fresh food. All the Chinese food items were very bad in taste.Only thing I like there were breads, chapatis, naan etc. Then comes deserts, I swear, I have not eaten dry rasgullah, dry brownie (Like biscuits) and kulfi was sugar syrup. We requested waiter to improve the quality of food but they all had the same reason that this restaurant is newly made that is why quality is degraded and refrigerator for sweets is not working.

I am writing this first review of my 24 years of life because this was my worst experience of life and I want the restaurant owner to please improve the quality of food like The Village Ghatkopar so people who came with high expectations should not get bad experience.
Thanks..!!
