It was great time. It is good place to enjoy with friends , family , relatives. Awesome service and interior. Little bit feel short place. They serve fresh and hot food.

Fridays are pizza days so pizza hut was open to deliver.<br/><br/>We order the Triple treat box for 4 which consist of:<br/><br/> ▪️2 medium size pizza - Chicken pepperoni and Lebanese chicken pizza:<br/>Both had really good taste, the pepperoni one could have been better if a bit more sauce would have been added in the base. <br/><br/>▪️Garlic bread stix:<br/>Its different unlike the bread that we usually get from pizza outlets. The taste was good and there was spices in it. <br/><br/>▪️Paneer tandoori pocket and potato poppers:<br/>This was the best pockets that I've had, the paneer was cooked to perfection and tasted so good (2 people can eat it easily). <br/>The poppers was fried well and was a great appetizers. <br/><br/>Overall for the cost this was an amazing offer for 4 people. <br/>The pizza was delivered under 30 mins and the rider followed all safety measures. <br/><br/>Great job pizza hut.

I never ever had such tasteless pizza in my life. No cheese, no corns in a corn-cheese pizza!!I really don't understand why are they charging 300 for a small pizza and putting nothing in it..Home made roti is far better than this...Worst place to order!!! I had ordered 6 pizzas and garlic bread from this place! It was dry and a bit over cooked, the toppings were thrown on the pizza. I had ordered double cheese cheeze burst and there was absolutely no cheese and also the cheese was burnt ! The garlic bread was soo chewy that even my dog wouldn't eat. Altogether my worst experience with pizza hut!<br/>

The pizza was very good in taste and the choco lava cake was very sweet and delicious. The chocolate oozes out of the cake which looks very good

The Pizza Hut is located on ustav chawk kharghar. This is a best place to chill out with family and friends. The ambience is pretty good. The staff was cooperative and helpful. One fine day, I thought of ordering a Pizza at home and my first choice was Pizza Hut. There was a reason behind this choice. It was long since I chose it over other pizza brands. The main reason for choosing other ones was quality, service and more importantly taste. Initially, this brand delivered the finest ones but with time I preferred switching it to some other brands. After long, I thought of trying it out believing that they might have got the lost charm back. But the experience did not turn out to be as smooth as I had expected. What makes a Pizza perfect is the crust, toppings and right amount of cheese. My ideal choice was a Cheese Maxx Pizza but to my surprise what I got was a normal Pizza with very few toppings. The crust was soggy while the toppings were extremely less. Expected a cheese maxx Pizza to have good amount of liquid cheese but even the cheese used on the top was considerably less. Tasted okay and not something that I would prefer over the other ones.<br/>I even informed the management about it but they did nothing. The feedback system doesn't work towards improvement. Paying 550+ bucks for a medium cheese maxx Pizza and not getting it as expected was a complete turn off. The pizza was not even as hot as it was required.<br/>They surely need to take care about the customer feedback. I would love to see it improve and try again. This outlet need to focus on above points and help it become better. I was at this place yesterday and had few pizzas<br/>We had Veg Supreme pizza and Chicken tikka pizza <br/>One thing I don’t about pizza hut is thick base,otherwise it has amazing taste,properly baked.<br/>Talking about the service,the service was quick and the staff helped me deciding our menu.<br/>Ambience is little small with no great seating arrangement.

Pizza are the best anytime food . The taste is the same as compared to the other outlet.. The space is not so big.

Ordered veggie feast pizza through swiggy but surprisingly no toppings such as chilly and pepper flakes served. Not even received the copy of the bill.!!!

The last time I visited, I specificaly ordered a pizza with mushroom topping. However, when the pizza was served I realised there was no mushroom. On enquiry i was told that they were out of mushroom. Even after specifically informing them that mushroom was a specific topping they did not think it was important to inform us. And since the order was already billed, they cannot do anything. When you openly charge extra for additional topping, what happens for the missing toppings. Never had such experience at any other pizza hut outlet. I have been to this outlet twice and it was not a pleasant experience either time.

The pizzas here were not do good. We ordered corn and cheese pizza but the cheese was very less on pizza. The creamy garlic bread was good.<br/>The place is not so great. Had been with family. This outlet is located in utsav chowk kharghar. Best place for parties with family and friends. We have ordered chicken wings, country feast pizza and garlic bread which were delicious. Ambience was pretty cool. The service was quick. Overall enjoy it.

They charged me almost Rs 95 extra for pepperoni pizza, when asked they told me its inclusive of GST which is not possible because the amount itself states its before taxes. So finally after understanding their mistake they gave me Rs 77 saying the GST amounts remains the same for the pizza irrespective of the amount. I mean how can you be so foolish.<br/>You people should definitely cross check your bills before paying them!!

Pizza hut near utsav chowk kharghar.<br/><br/>First with the negative part - service - they took almost 30 minutes for serving two medium size pan pizza and garlic bread and the service counter person took 10 minutes to take my order.<br/><br/>Second the pizza taste was as usual nothing different and the ambience was pretty average as the whole area is pretty cramped and each seat is like pretty close.<br/><br/>So for the ratings<br/>1. Located in sector 7, has no parking place. Seating capacity is very less although they have all year 50% discount on takeaways. We ordered Tandoori paneer & country feast pizzas which were very tasty. Only thing which I didn’t like was waiting time, rest all okay.

I ordered a veggie feast stuffed crust pizza for 530 inr. It was the worst pizza i have ever had. Total wastage of money. The pizza was too salty, totally filled with mayo, there was barely any cheese. It was a medium pizza and so expensive yet tiny in size. It was delivered in 30 minutes and was warm but yuck! The worst place to order pizza from.

cheating i felt both  zomato and pizza hut.<br/>i have ordered pizza  and  contacted  zomato services  for status  zomato services said  that check with pizza hut services and pizza hut services  said that check with zomato services.<br/>i was waited for 90 minutes where estimated delivery time was 32 minutes.<br/>fed up with both the services and no proper response.<br/>after long argument with zomato services agreed to refund the money.<br/><br/>issue was on 25th dec 2018,20:00hrs.

Pizza taste was not good at all. They don’t serve what they promise. Tasteless pizza. Not worth of money at all. Have not delivered oregano n chilli flex also. They didn’t deliver choco lava cake. N have taken the money for the same.

Had made the blunder of ordering through Zomato. The Zomato guys are just bloody crooks. The amount got deducted from my amount after which they never delivered !!!! When I tried to reach Zomato, they stayed non responsive and acted as if nothing had happened. On top of that the stalwarts at pizza hut customer care has no clue of the order.. fun fact is that they don't even have the store no. So.... Zomato displays on the app that in case of issues ... Contact restaurant.. pizza hut says that I need to contact Zomato. Nice conning technique Zomato has invented. So.... F*** you Zomato..

Visited this place recently ordered for supreme Chicken large pizza. Crust was soft and lot of toppings were added. Pizza tasted amazingly good.

Had been with family. And it was a good visit. The staff is active and earful. It'd be better if they extend the area for the sitting area.. Pizzas are good as always..

This is not for pizza hut overall.. this is only for pizza hut Kharghar outlet, I have never got such worst experience of pizza hut.<br/>From service to taste it was all bad<br/>Staff was confused they themselves didn't knew how to take order, manager was on personal phone calls most of the time, after taking the order they are telling me that this item is not available, then finally after so much hustle when I got my order.. trust me even a roadside pizza would have tasted better than this..<br/>Too much oil in pizza's and sides and that too oil was smelling like it was re used. While I was complaining people were still unable to give me a proper service.. Nothing personal but there was dominos at this place before and atleast they were better than these guys in service and taste..<br/>These people are freshers they still need alot of training, I don't know how pizza hut gave them authority to start their brand there, they don't deserve it at all.<br/>It was worthless waste of time and money going here.

I visited this place for the first time Very upset with the service, staff is not well trained. I order for country feast pizza but there was no mushroom in it the staff didnt even inform us abt it pizza was served with out mushroom... later on they gave us complimentary garlic bread.. food quality not at all maintained. Hope this review will atleast improve the staff and quality of food..

I’ve always had a very positive feedback for Pizza Hut all over the world, but I’ve had a very unacceptable experience at this particular outlet. The service is pretty slow, the staff is non cooperative and I’ve had my orders placed wrong despite repetitive reminders. I personally think that the staff needs to go through a proper training session.

Small place with minimal staff. Well the place is situated on the main road however they lack that charm which is generally seen in Pizza huts else where. <br/>We ordered Tandoori Paneer pizza. They do not have cutlery the basic one’s due to which for drinks one has to stick to canned Pepsi or 7 UP. <br/>The pizza was piping hot but the tandoori sauce was tangy, more than what we had expected. <br/>There is no provision for dealing with mosquitos. <br/>Over all it isn't a great place to visit.

Worst service ever ..!!! Don’t know how to deliver food as promised .. damn annoyed with the service . Order placed 1.5 hour before but despite of follow ups and call nobody delieverd the food . Their slogan "ITS TIME TO SWITCH" still needs to give customers a lot of time.Their pizza crust is extremely thick and with very less toppings giving the taste of eating only bread..so folks..think before ordering from pizza hut!!
