Review Mtdc Chalukya Restaurant - Navi Mumbai

Visited on 7th October 2022. Didn’t stay here but had a snack and tea. Restaurant and the open restaurant with the Arabian Sea view point was good. Restroom available but requires better maintenance. Good service. Nice ambience. Superb tea served. Beware of the insects and pests.

Food was absolutely amazing. They have rest room facility too.

A wonderful place to stop by for a snack or a quick meal while on the visit to Elephanta caves. Located at a vantage point you can see all around far into the ocean. The food is good and reasonable price. The host Manasi is excellent and very efficient in her job. We had a very nice lunch and tea with snacks.

If you are visiting Elephanta then it's very good place to calm down. They are serving good food according to their place. Ordered Veg maharashtrian thali with fresh salad. Staff was very polite and attentive. They have both the options like indoor or outdoor seating view scenic beauty. In the Weekends it's very crowded so may be it's take more time. It's maintained by Maharastra government and locals.

The restaurant is placed at a very nice place, at a corner edge of a hill, so 3 sides are open, remains cool in hot afternoons also. Nice breeze makes the meal enjoyable. Food taste is good, price is reasonable.

I've ordered salted lime soda and it was refreshing. Views amazing. I gave 4* because in bathroom was no running water and it was (you can imagine it).

The food was fresh and tasty. The restaurant is on an open balcony with an excellent view. The staff are very respectful and service is quick and efficient.

Clean, hygienic and reasonable...herein you can pay online, Paytm, bhim n so on which is rare at other eating outlets..due to poor internet connection

Nice and the best restaurant in elephanta caves. Beer🍺 also served here. Rates are moderate and quality of food is good and tasty. Try their chicken biryani..... it's really really very tasty, even I can say at par with good restaurants near Apollo bunder. When visiting elephanta caves try to make a visit over here after a tiring schedule you will find solace.

MTDC Elephanta resort is one of the or I would like to say the only one hotel or resort which has good food and excellent ambience and nice service. It is situated at the end of the stairs to Gharapuri Lene, near Central park where people rest and spend time and from where cannon treck starts. Hotel is spacious and food is tasty. Service is also good and this hotel not expensive. Other hotels over here are very expensive and they have average food and service hence I will recommend this hotel only of you are visiting caves.
