People nowadays are so intrigued in over same pasta& pizzas of Italy which are not authentic in 90% of restaurant Burgers and punjabi food they completely neglect that we have 28 states and 8 union territory and don’t need such bread culture Instead can appreciate local Indian food from state and occasionally indulge in some other cuisine.people must have not had cuisines of even Rajasthan but pan Asian is on their plate. One such cuisine is of Orissa Got to know this restaurant on swiggy luckily out of so many punjabi etc resto Thought will try varied things Ordered dalma since dal of state differs with spices and flavourings With some potato and got one drumstick boiled could have light mustard and cumin flavour. Then went for ghanta which is mix veg quite different than Tarkari of Kolkatta however same spices with different veggies. Went for mangsha kasha which I got premium cuts of meat cooked to perfection soft succulent mostly they must be using kasha.. Basic spices not fancy but an amazing flavour no resemblance of kosha mangosha a different slow cooked meat. I would recommend you to try such food and hunt for it If you are a foodie. Everything was cooked with less oil which was best part Their chakuki that is appam was too thick. Will plan to post such state recipes for our Indian food to aware people. TAKE AWAY will not disappoint vegetarian as well And has varied options of Odiya cuisine which you must indulge

One of the authentic odia restaurants in navi mumbai. Just loved the taste of food and the serving and food quality is fresh and good.

Visited Rasabali today..though they didn't have a dine in facility they made an arrangement for having food there. Food was authentic and simple. It is a hidden gem for Odiya food.

The authentic odia food 😋.. in mumbai.. My fav is the chena poda, dahi bara and chicken meal. The chef here shyam is great in cooking and guiding people to have a good taste of odisha.
