Review Indus Express - New Delhi

June 2022 Landed up at Indus Express as a fallback in not finding table at Creo. It's not a huge restaurant but neither small. Clean. Light colors. Friendly and attentive staff. Landing at Indus Express was a blessing in disguise. Needless to say, it was an awesome experience with service and food. Partho, the supervisor is smart and an engaging chap and guides you based on your own food habits. Partho's recommendations were spot on. We were a group of 6 and everyone came back happy. Enough about Partho... We were also attended by Sachin, Partho's team member. About Food - Indus Express is awesome in terms of giving you Indian food in a 5 star hotel with all the flavors intact. IT IS NOT TASTELESS INDIAN FOOD THAT ONE GETS SERVED AT MOST 5 STAR RESTAURANTS. The Chefs ( Nandram and Madan) here have done a commendable job in curating a menu which is not a huge menu but rest assured anything that you pick or mostly anything you pick will leave you wanting for more... Rawalpindi Chole and Amritsari Bharwa Kulcha were heavenly. The Raan E Khyber on the other hand was equally good. The kebabs were very good. Each food item carried its own unique taste. As I write this - there is a Biryani festival going on at Indus Express. We had ordered Dhakai Biryani. It was prepared well. For desi food lovers - do visit Indus Express - you won't be disappointed.

Indus Express, Vivanta Dwarka Indus express food is based on North West frontier region and during the pre-opening, they did more than 200 dishes but didn’t include every dish. They have now picked up some of those and added in the menu. Food has no boundary and that is what indus express tries to implement. The seekh kebab is perhaps the finest I have ever eaten. The coarsely pounded mutton, cooked on charcoal with the very balance of spices where you actually can taste the meat; unlike other kebabs where you get only the flavour of spices. The best part about menu is also their excellent food in vegetarian section. The spinach was cooked exceptionally well and so was the dal, which has kidney beans (no butter or cream). The lamb nihari is straight from lucknow and the dum murg reminded me of eating at Bandoo Khan in Dammm, a very famous Pakistani restaurant in Saudi arabia. There is no doubt that when it comes to indian cuisine, specially north indian, Indus Express is the place I would always love to go.

Chefs have been specially trained by the Masters from Punjab who have lived this food thru their life. Chef Pranshu Kanwal and Exec. Chef Elangovan you people are so good in your work and it's evident in your food 😊😊😊 The latest additions to the menu just made way to our heart thru our eyes and then palate. #TheBest Seekh Kebab with the actual meaty texture it should have and the flavours just to die for... Baingan Mijaz is something Vegetarians would love to have forever, aubergines smoked so well and no use of seed part tempered with charcoal... Nihari is another dish not to be missed at all...

Beautiful, calm and soothing ambience with cultural touch. The food tasted awesome especially the paneer tikka butter masala. A portion of phulka had 6 rotis which was sufficient for 2. The complementary papad also tastes good. Overall good experience. The staff was very polite and courteous.

Excelent service from Mr. Dheeraj and bis young college. He recomanded nice food and the service was very thoughtful. The food was delicious especially the fish. All was accomponied by a nice Indian wine.

The food was so delicious I am fan of Indus express now. The service was so quick i don't have to wait longer, the food quality and taste was amazing. I loved it. I ll suggest other as well, try it once.

Went for last minute dinner to celebrate my parent's anniversary on a Wed night, the ambience was top notch and food was delicious. However, the best thing was the service and how Rohit who was one of the people there brought out a surprise assortment of mini cakes as a surprise for the anniversary. This was completely unexpected and he did say they would have brought a mini cake but the bakery was closed at that time. This extra effort without extra charge is what sets them apart and makes the experience personal and unforgettable. Keep it up and thanks again Rohit!

The food was superb! Service was something to remember for a long long time. The live music on Sitar was icing on the cake. The food menu didn't have too many entries. But whatever we ordered turned out to be very well made. We ordered tomato shorba, which was served in small cups (I liked the idea as in winters the soup gets cold very quivky in wide mouth soup bowls), nadru ke kabab and lalmirch paneer tikka in starters. There was different taste in all the three dishes. The shorba was excellent with flavour of black pepper, nadru ke kabab also had a different but good taste. Paneer tikka was delicious with very soft paneer grilled to perfection! The main course was also awesome. We ordered malai khubani kabab, daal makhni, mix vegetables and Afghani pulao with mix breads. The homemade rose petal ice cream needs a special mention here. It was extraordinary!! A must try whenever you are in Indus Express.

Indus Express offers flavours of undivided India. It boasts of great ambiance. Food is really delicious. Had the best kebabs ever & am sure that would be hard to beat. Dum Murg Lahori, baingan mizaaz were perfectly cooked. Great service by Amit & Deepak. Highly recommended !!

This was my first time to eat at Indus Express at the pool side ⛲ had enjoyed every meal 🍽️ but found myself photographing 📸 on the property making snapchat📱 approaching dinner time, so stopped in. The place is absolutely a bliss 💛 Pool side ambience with soothing music 🎶 good food 🍜 and beautiful weather ❄️ was all making it like a perfect romantic 💓 candle light date. A perfect night out place with a soothing ambience and a good food. Well maintained and humble staff. Coming on food we ordered : Non veg starters: 🍗 Roasted chicken 🐟 Grilled fish 🐓 Lahsuni chicken tikka Veg starters: 🍳 Veg kabab 🍛 Dahi kabab 🧀 Cheese stuffed potatoes For main course we ordered one non veg thali and one veg thali, well sufficient for one person. Veg thali have two gravies dal makhani and kari🍲, four vegetables chola, palak paneer, dum aloo, one bowl rice, curd and black mouth watering rasgulla🤤 with butter naan.. nothing is better than this delicious and full of flavor thali🍛 and the best part is they served aloo papad with this thali. I was not expecting this as usually restaurant serve normal papad.☺️☺️☺️ Non veg thali have same including chicken curry 🐔 butter chicken, salad, bhindi, mix veg with naan and min chutney..🤤🤤🤤🤤 Everything was perfectly fine from ambience to food to service...if you want to spend some good quality time with yourself or even if with your loved ones this is the place for you...❣️ Highly recommend👍👍👍

Taj vivanta comes up with its name , Indus express totally justifies its names bringing the flavours from the city with Indus river . So the rich flavours of Punjab and its borders Khyber , Kashmir ,Rajasthan and Sindh . The perfect blend of these herbs , hand grounded and Dadi-ma style cooking as told by the Chef , The best part is the Live Tadka and Phulka on the table is unparalleled, to any restro in Delhi . All together it was a treat for my new car so the best experience till yet

Food is good but a bit over priced.. The place was deserted as i went on a day when it was Ind vs Pak.. However live music kept the moment intact..
