Review Pluck - New Delhi

Annamaya is a 24 hour coffee shop at Andaz Hotel Aerocity. It's a big place with around 200 seats. The seating is nice and decor is good too. The food and service is good too. Although presentation needs some improvement. Portion size is also small. Cocktail is quite normal and nothing much to mention about.

The service was very good, and the restaurant I’ve seen the really best ambiance.The staff was really kind and willing to attend any request..

Good food and service! Variety of options to choose from , the hotel seems really nice ! Lamb chops, butter chicken and rogan josh were all tasty!

I recently visited Anna Maya Food Hall at Andaz Aerocity Delhi and it was an amazing experience. Nice food with quality of taste and with wide range of verity of hygiene foods including North Indian & European Indian Multicuisine (Veg and non veg) . Love to eat again with friends and family . Highly recommended for foodies. How want to eat something different taste with great ambiance and quality of service with amazing staff. Best location near to Airport.

This is a great place to enjoy a variety of delicious food in a casual and relaxed setting. The food hall has something to offer everyone, from Indian cuisine to international fare. The food is always fresh and well prepared, and the service is friendly and attentive. Highly recommended.

It was a wonderful experience. Food was awesome. The service was little delayed but the restaurant was too crowded when we went there. The quality of the food was worth waiting! Excellent ambience. Will come again for sure.

Absolutely one of the best experiences and high recommended places to check out for a Sunday brunch! With locally sourced ingredients promoting the concept of farm to table, the entire meal was nothing less than a sensory delight! The cheese counter with the salads are a must try especially the fresh Burrata and labneh! On the list of definite must try's: - you can buy the freshest ingredients there -Sushi and tepanyaki counter -Fresh pasta (I had the pesto pasta which was delicious) -Cheese platter - The huge variety of desserts - Their Sunday brunch cocktails

The food is absolutely amazing. The paneer tikka was the best. The mutton biryani is enough for two people. Good portion. Butter garlic prawns should be tried. Baked yogurt is a must try. It's filling. The service is excellent. This place is a must try.

Amazing breakfast buffet with a great selection of Indian (north and south) and continental options. The poha, chutneys, Chhole, sabudana vada and uttapam were amazing as was the fresh juice selection. Service was great too with the servers attentive and eager to please, making us coffee just how we wanted it.

A lovely hotel nearest to the metro and airport it was a busy day but although I managed to fix it all If I talk about food it is very delicious I tried some indian food daal makhni with some indian breads it was delicious Special thanks to vikas who works at Cafe pluck must visit this place .

If there were a 7-Star rating, this place certainly deserves it! Well above average check-in formalities, with excellent staff at reception, superb rooms and the Sunday Brunch is to die for! This is just my first of 7 days!

We booked a night stay in Pullman New Delhi to relax as we returned from a tiring journey from Leh. We loved our stay there with all comfort and amenities and friendly staff and also good food. We would definitely come again at our next visit in Delhi Aerocity Pullman...

Pullman Aerocity is a nice hotel where you get good ambiance and nice hospitality and good food but the best attraction of the hotel is pullmans Executive lounge where you get the best service from Gaurav Agrahari he is nicest person i have every meet he looks after everything he makes guest happy by his persona and bye excellent service and chef Deepak will serve you the best food in Executive lounge and all credit goes to Abilash kumar he is head manger he understand guest requirement so he kept person like Guarav Agrahari and Deepak to make guest fell happy and i am completely satisfied with service plz its request vist the executive lounge of pullman

We heard a lot abt this place in aerocity. We had veg buffet there, and it was nothing unusual. The buffet menu included italian, indian and mexican quisine.. the service was upto the mark. Food taste was good. Bt they shud improve on their desserts part.

Although we didn't go into the onsite restaurant, we ordered some food at the bar a few times and it was delicious. The bar area and lobby were nice and open, good place to relax and meet friends.

Only issue is they charge 18% tax I’m on dine in

I went for a late dinner buffet around 9:30 PM on a weekday. The ambience was good and there were quite a few people. The restaurant itself is pretty big. There were a few good options from different cuisines (Indian, Mexican, Italian, Chinese) with about two to three dishes of each cuisine. However, due to the late hours, quite a few things were over or were taking too long to be refilled due to which the experience was not as good as you would expect. The staff, though very well spoken and courteous was slow. We had to ask for everything multiple times. The food did not taste as good as other buffets and the overall all experience was lower than our expectations. The desserts were good. As it was a celebration, we had ordered a cake which was very tasty :) The manager was apologetic about the slow service, so maybe it was just a bad day.

For ages have been craving for a buffet which is perfect both in terms of variety as well as taste. Pluck at Pullman Aerocity has made earnest endeavour to provide an experience where variety, taste , hospitality , exoerimece and a value for money deal awaits one. The experience starts at the entry itself the smiling face of the staff and over all hospitality amazed me. The staff guided us to the seating of our liking and there after took us on to show the entire spread would like to compliment Abhishek and Mayank for the high standard of hospitality. One can even oot for the Alacarte menu but I choose the buffet. The spread consists of Asian, Europiene, Indian and Continental cuisines, along with an elaborate chat counter, salad and mezze spread as well. Started off with the Fresh veggie and noodle soup in a spicy broth which was refreshing and could taste the crunch of the veggies in this wonderful broth with chunks of juicy prawns and chicken chunks. Then I tried the Roast Pork Belly with Mapple butter glaze which again was simply yumm .Succulent pork belly with a crisp skin and the sweet Mapple butter glaze complimented it to perfection with the roasted veggies. Numerous live counter offering Fish, Chicken and Veg indian starters cooked fresh on grill were there opted for the Chicken and pineapple from the grill which was perfectly charred and the smokiness of the grill and sweetness of pineapple complimented well with the chicken and cat fish starters. With so much to eat from I tried a bit of Chinese and the Lal mass and Kukkad in Indian, along with dum biryani and raita. Tried a few drinks with Master Mixologist Abhishek, who suggested me to go for the Oak aged spiced Negroni, well the drink served like the traditional old fashioned is a must try , the smell.of oak and the spices just enhance the flavours and perfect drink after ages. The deserts also are equally good with the kiwi burfi being my favourite along with the caramel caramalised crepe served with artisian jaggery and hazelnut ice cream topped with whipped cream and Fresh exotique fruits. Over all simply loved the place will be visiting soon again.

Restaurant is very good. Enjoyed a great Buffet lunch. Many cuisines to choose. Breakfast spread is fabulous and need good time to do full justice and as I was on a weekend stay I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast

A modern and conventional concept, as the name suggests “pluck” is like a farm to fork concept where majority ingredients are grown in the in house garden. A nice continental menu and a pleasant ambience sets the mood.

Since it's an international restaurant, in buffet breakfast I could see a lot of variety in Indian and international dishes. Live kitchen counters include pan cakes, Parathas, and Dosas. Besides those, there's a large variety. For The first time I finished masala Dosa, sambar, and all the there chutneys relishing every bit of it. Usually, either sambar or chutneys are not that good but here the complete set was awesome. Aloo paratha and mixed Parathas were fabulous. Loved both. I had beetroot juice, fresh and well made. These are excellent sides. The restaurant is vast.<br/><br/>Now, the improvement side. The staff serving the guests is in plenty but somehow not very attentive. Like, I had a table away from kitchens and adjacent to the huge glass wall. To order coffee, juice, Dosa etc, I had to wait and call for the attention. When I went to the Dosa and Parathas counters myself, I told a staff there to send a bowl of fresh curd, he acknowledged, but that never came. Service can be a little better in my opinion.<br/><br/>Overall, cool place to enjoy breakfast.

Celebrated my sister anniversary there, went for Friday buffet lunch at Pluck. I was totally surprised to see the spread. Plenty of options to choose and quality of the food was perfect. I specially loved the sushi , pan fried prawns, fish, mutton Biriyani and paneer makhni. And Their dessert section is jaw dropping. Really liked the place and the staff over there. The service was damm slow. Even after asking for water several times, they didn’t serve the water. The food was good but the service was pathetic.

Went there for sunday brunch and boy was it lavish. They had everything from fish tikka to turkey from wine to freshly squeezed detox juices. Would def recommend for the variety. A few items were average overall great.

Terrible service by the Restaurant.Never expected a service like this from a brand like Pullman . Basic restaurant etiquettes like cutlery availablity, water had to be specifically asked for and continuously reminded. Spoons and side plates were not available and the dishes were incompletely served . The entire experience was felt as if the restaurant was doing us some favour and it ruined our entire evening.<br/><br/>Ps- Please ensure your staff is trained sufficiently .

Visited this place a while back and had an average experience. We ordered a chicken burger, chicken wrap and a chicken pizza along with mocha and latte. The food was good and the staff was courteous. We had a great experience altogether.

Visited this bookmarked place on our Special day (Anniversary), turned out to be a decent restaurant at Pullman...Pullman itself has a elongated lobby with great ceiling decor over the top....Pluck is their signature restaurant with modern Indian and vibrant ambience...the buffet spread was lavish starting from cold cuts to live stations and finally deserts....We enjoyed the evening having delicacies from Live Chaat counter, Italian live station, their must have Mutton Keema (finger licking)<br/>Overall, a great evening spent!

It was my first sunday brunch at this restaurant. Though i had a mixed feeling about the food, it ended with a positive/(s).<br/><br/>Buffet spread + ambience was decent.<br/><br/>Food quality was good, but, it was a let down when it came to taste.<br/><br/>However, cocktail - especially espresso martini mayhv saved my day here! It was great and i do recommend a try.<br/><br/>Service by their staff was excellent! This place was in my todo visit place, however the result was below my expectations.<br/><br/>It’s a decent quite place for lunch/dinner and not crowded in weekdays. Ambience was okay okay, don’t expect some luxurious one but pretty spacious place. <br/><br/>Well coming to the main part i.e food, we had mixed reviews but I liked the food from golgappe to fish (salmon)<br/>Lamb was ok ok and biryani too. They could have worked more with biryani.<br/><br/>Coming to disappointment part - service, service, service.<br/>They wrongly place all the dishes and we had to tell them when they finally put the large biryani also next to my plate rather than in centre somewhere. No courtesy asked for serving meal, however they did serve biryani when we told them to put dishes at correct place.<br/>We don’t expect such things in fine dining.<br/>With food okay but nothing exceptional (yeah that’s fine) but combined with bad service makes me rate them max 3 star.

It was a lovely experience

Good food. Let me put that out of the way first. It’s not great food but it is definitely good. No problems there. <br/><br/>Why 2 stars then? Well, if I’m going up to a place like this, I’m not going there to have kingfisher beer, which is all they had. This really puts me off to no end. Either don’t have a menu that boasts of stuff that you wouldn’t find in your next door shop, or live up to it. I ended up having nothing to drink. Usually I’ve already left by this time but we hadn’t the time to look for another place before our flight. <br/><br/>The first guy we got was so lost, he told us freshly squeezed juice was not fresh. To which we said we would much rather not have juice. He was taken aback and said “but we can get you fresh if you want”. I had no clue what to say to him. Who’s training these guys? <br/><br/>The said juice had to be checked on by us on several occasions and only managed to show up on our table right about 3 minutes before we ordered dessert. <br/><br/>If the food wasn’t how it was, I would have given them one star. The staff was courteous and they asked for a review, so...<br/><br/><br/>¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Tried their mushroom soup, dal makhani, paneer and ice tea.Great ambience and food presentation, obviously being in a 5 star. Wasn't very crowded as I expected and we easily got a table. They charge a bombshell for everything and in the end, the food overall couldn't justify the cost. <br/>Could be a good option for an occasion when you are willing to spend a lot just forsake, but not recommended otherwise.

we visited for Sunday brunch today. Just to explore, we visited this Hotel Ist time and last time also. Hotel staff over there is highly mannerless and ignorant. We made a reservation in the so called "Pluck". First of all they don't have so much variety except seasonal fruits that you can also buy from market. Secondly, we were five people and have seen the greatest ignorance level by the staff. Obviously it was a buffet so majorly we took all the items by ourselves but for some items we ordered through waiters and in every item they have taken 35-40 minutes, whether it was coffee, tea, dosa or anything else. After giving every single order, we reminded them. Actually they don't have professional staff all are freshers and young who don't know the impact of this so they don't care. It was my first and last visit to this so called Hotel, me and those five people who visited this Hotel won't suggest this or refer this to anyone.<br/>Thanks!

My recent visit to Pluck is when they were hosting a delactable #TurkishFoodFestival and they were serving an Exhobrant authentic Turkish dinner buffet to relish.<br/><br/>With a great appetite and zest to emrace new cusines, I was fascinated with authentic Turkish food and desserts at Pluck, Pullman Hotel.<br/><br/>As it was a buffet, we tried as many dishes as we can. Baring few - loved the most of it..<br/>Some highlights that we fell in love with - Turkish Chicken Kebab, Adani Kebab, Shami Kebab. For mains, a special mention for the Chicken Korma.<br/><br/>A turkish food festival is incomplete about some Icecream fun - had a great time playing with Icecream servers.<br/><br/>PS - Wise Advice - You must visit to experience this culinary excellence brought all the way from Turkey.

Very poor services <br/>

Visited here few days back with family for a turkish buffet, they had invited 2 chefs from turkey to curate this buffet. There was plenty of options in both turkish and indian dishes, but what really tantalize my taste buds were date and cinnamon pudding, baklava, veg galouti,veg salad,lamb biryani and some turkish sauces, despite these, everything else was pretty normal in taste, i would recommend this place to be visited once for the hospitality and few yum items,but what i feel is that they need to work on the taste of maincourse and keep more options.

The place was well lit and service was really good. My server Binay was very courteous. My appetizers and food was really delicious. The parmesan burnt garlic soup to the non alcohol cocktails. The main course was as brilliant. Amritsari kulcha platter was very tasty and perfect with flavours. The biryani was amazing and the quantity was enough to serve 5 people.! My over all experience was really very good.

The Turkish festival is a treat to your tummy and eyes too!<br/><br/>One can't eat their complete buffet items, it's that vast. It has from Turkish delicacy to Pasta to Indian main course to chaats to European cheese varieties. I haven't come across such unique buffet in recent times.<br/><br/>And Vegans you have many options too.<br/><br/>The decor, ambience and food presentation makes you drool for all.

How interesting it is, you get to meet the executive chefs and they give you round of renowned delicious cuisine from Ottoman Empire ?😉<br/><br/>There are many , many and many dishes I tried. Beware, Pics of some might make you drooling over.😋🤤<br/><br/>Agar aap Zomato khole , and type in Turkish Food, chances are, there will be many outlets boasting about authentic Turkish food. But you will never know, unless you have visited the beautiful country or someone from there brings you authentic delicacies. 🤷🏻‍♂<br/><br/>I was lucky to meet Executive Chef Mr. Ibrahim Yaman and sous Chef Mr Abdullah Olgun. Seekh kebab , Bhai, bahut kebab khaye Lekin aisa nahi khaya. Beetroot , tahini , yoghurt and what not.😍<br/><br/>Some slow cooked mutton & Lamb dishes : There were options to choose from many Turkish style cooked meat and I kept wondering how amazing they were as they passed by my mouth and reached the gut !😋

Amazing experience.. very elaborate menu, especially the variety of juices was very good. The quality of food and hospitality of the staff was commendable

Visited with office colleagues, using zomato gold. Food was decently tasty but portion was quite small for the price. Service was slow, to the extent that by the time the last round of bread was brought, all main course items ordered were over, and yet, the server insisted on billing it. They also tried to reduce the zomato gold items by deleting the least pricey items from the ordered menu, instead of following the 1+1 equal priced orders. Most of the Indian dessert items were terrible to taste. In all, a very forgettable experience. Definitely not worth the price.

The food was good. The quantities were really big so 2 people couldn't finish 2 of their dishes.<br/>The service was good as you would expect of any good restaurant. The restaurant was done up well.<br/>The valet could have been better, we waited 20 minutes for our car.

The food was great and the ambience was really beautiful. The place is perfect for a date. You can take your loved one and you can have a great time. I enjoyed the food and the environment. The way they presented the food was fabulous. The server, Vinay was really good and polite. He is one of the best servers I have met until now.

Came here for a retirement party of a dear friend. The staff were polite, courteous and went out of the way to make it a memorable evening. Special mention for Pushpa who attended us.

Pluck restaurant is situated in the Pullman hotel aerocity, they have a good seating facility, I was there in the morning buffet, they provide so many types of dishes in the breakfast, I ordered masala dosa separately, it was good in taste.

Pluck has been the best choice to have food late night,,,,,Aerocity is centrally located and have not very crowded.....Taste is good and staff is also friendly

Located in Pullman Aerocity, Pluck is a modern day eatery that serves a plethora of contemporary Indian and Modern European cuisines. It is an avant-grade restaurant with an in-house farm that is commited to offer the freshest ingredients in a seasonal menu that is locally focused and globally artistic. The ambience is also really beautiful which is peacock themed and the seating here is very spacious and comfortable. I have been to a couple of Sunday brunches here and had a wonderful experience.<br/>Recently i went here last week and got to know that they have launched their new summer meni so i tried dishes from that value only. This menu is mainly focused on using healthier grains like quinoa, barley, kodo millet, ragi, amaranth, in all the courses throuout the menu. Being a contemporary Indian restaurant, they have tried to mould regional Indian dishes to modernised version but kept their simplicity and authentic taste intact.<br/>I tried a lot of dishes from their menu and genuinely loved the taste of all of them but the following dishes i loved the most and hence recommending:<br/>▪︎Sweet n Sour Pumpkin Chaaru Soup<br/>▪︎Charcoal Fumed Peri-Peri Chilli Paneer Tikka<br/>▪︎Nadru Kofta, Ground Mustard Yakhni<br/>▪︎Motichoor, Thandai Parfait

The breakfast spread was outstanding. Each preparation was done well. Very caring staff (special mention for Nadeem and Rita). <br/><br/>As an Accor Club Member for the 2nd consecutive year, it’s reassuring. Look forward to my next stay.

The food seems fancy but they have gone over the top in trying a fusion mix. Would have prefered if they kept it simpler and concentrated more on the depth of the flavours, rather than the complexity.<br/><br/>Overall the food is nice but forgettable.

Great ambience, food served by wonderful people, special mention to Jaleez khan and Nadeem for their kind nature and warm hospitality.<br/><br/>The breakfast buffet we had was of high quality with wide range of varieties to chose from. The South Indian section Inspite of European and other cuisines was the most sought.<br/><br/>The fresh juices, coffee, omlettes, were all just you need for a perfect meal to start day with.<br/><br/>Hope to come back soon.

Supreet nadeem really looked after us well..food is awesome.. cold beverages were on the house, but they even served us coffee at no extra cost.. sweet sectionand italian food are the highlights..<br/>

Great variety and presentation of an average tasting food. Disturbed and frustrated servers who don’t respond well to your needs, especially Mr Jalees, who behaves as if he is doing a favor by letting you sit and eat in the cafe. I am surprised how can a prime brand like Pullman can afford to keep waiters like him at such a premium asset. The hotel in itself is good, food is average with pathetic service

The lunch buffet was mehh! I love buffets because of the sheer variety and this place lacked in that regard, one would expect a live pizza counter, decent starters and asian dishes&amp;amp;nbsp; as well but this place had none! I was low-key shocked to take a round of the display and legit wanted to keep my plate down and head somewhere else only because i could count the number of dishes present. The food however tasted great! The mains were fantastic and I enjoyed the butter chicken and the baked polenta as well as the roasted chicken with wine jus and thats all! they had 0 asian food- No thai or chinese, so do not expect anything more than indian and cintinental fare. The desserts were again low on variety but tasted great, the chocolate mud cake was pleasant and the panna cotta was perfect.The service was warm and the staff was super attentive. I liked what I ate but then again, this is a buffet where I go to fill up on variety rather than butter chicken and daal makhani which I could easily get at home.

We went to the pluck pullman aerocity to have breakfast ... And the place served us amazing buffet breakfast with more than 100 dishes in the buffet ... The place is not very expensive ... I loved the breakfast there

Visited this place with my friends and family and we all loved it.<br/>Our servers Binay, vashy and pushpa all of them were very polite and helpful.<br/>Chef came to meet us and he told us their menu and we thoroughly enjoyed the food he served to us.<br/><br/>Starting with dahi bhalla which was like a sponge rasgulla was a delicious dish.<br/><br/>Then we had caviar Golgappas which were so good.<br/>Golgappas stuffed with yogurt, served with caviar and meetha panni was a treat to eat.<br/><br/>We also had soups which were absolutely perfect.<br/><br/>Also for main we had chicken leg with mashed Potatoes, lamb curry with sour dough bread.<br/>The chicken leg was cooked to perfection, it was so soft and good. I loved it.<br/>Also the lamb curry was so rich in flavour and good in taste.<br/><br/>For desserts we had ghevar with rabri and dark chocolate mousse. Both the desserts were amazing.<br/><br/>Overall<br/>I loved the place and food was great.<br/>Definitely worth trying.<br/>I would recommend this place.

Visited this place with my partner and it was fantastic.<br/>We had the best of the food over here.<br/>Our server Binay and pushpa were the best and they served us well.<br/>Chef Manish gave us his signature dishes and we were amazed by all of them.<br/>Our top picks would be<br/>Signature dahi bhalla,<br/>New Zealand fish with mashed potatoes,<br/>Gonnuchi,<br/>Tomato shorba and chicken and pear soup.<br/>The starters were delicious and yum.<br/>Minced lamb seekh kebabs were so soft and tender, cooked to perfection in tandoor.<br/>The khandvi chaat salad was also good in terms of flavor and presentation.<br/>The best of all were the soups,<br/>The tomato shorba was crystal clear and the chicken n pear soup was creamy and rich in flavour.<br/>I would recommend it.<br/>Coming to mains we had new Zealand fish which was cooked perfectly and served with veggies and mashed Potatoes.<br/><br/>Desserts - I had ghewar with rabri which was fantastic.<br/><br/>Overall<br/>A wonderful experience and would love to come back again.
