Review Cafe Pluck - New Delhi

Buffet has various choices of cuisines. Though the pasta counter needs improvement along with service on that counter. The rest of the service was great. The staff was courteous and very helpful. The ambience is also great. They have their own valet parking. In drinks, they had craneberry shooters, which was unique and refreshing.

My husband and I went to this restaurant for brunch and we absolutely adored it! It is so beautifully and warmly decorated and was very welcoming. The best part was that the food had a wide variety of cuisines right from Japanese, Thai, Indian, continental, to European! Our favourite part was the gelato cart wherein one can take their own waffle cone and scoop their own gelato and put toppings on it. Everything was fab!

It was a great brunch and the spread was outstanding! We had a great time! Thank you, team Farmers' Basket! Honourable mentions - veg burger, zafrani lachcha parantha with chutney and chaap and the desert spread. And oh! The filter coffee at the end was absolutely the show stopper! Enjoyed the brunch very much! Was also fairly surprised to see fresh tender coconut in the spread. One thing that could be improved - I noticed several startes and deserts were of bite size portions, but there were also some deserts and items like the kulcha and the zafrani parantha that were huge. If one were to eat one of the parathas, kulcha and of the gateux, one would be full for the next several hours! Please do consider reducing the portion sizes in order to reduce food wastage. The ambience is exquisite with well-mannered staff. You would definitely get a feeling of Fine Dining. They have a wide variety of food items to try. Their Sushi, Dim-sums, Pizza, Salad and north Indian are worth trying.

One of the best breakfast buffet in Delhi. Lavish food, great taste and so much of variety, the menu option is huge from South Indian North Indian to continental. Dessert section was amazing, variety of tea cakes and jalebi with Rabri. Variety of shakes to go with. Just the noodles were not great in taste felt stale and were hard. Rest everything was great. Service is speedy too. Good hospitality

After the decline in buffet service in Gurgaon Hotels, I decided to try Aerocity to find new places, if I could, and to my luck I found the best place to eat! Farmer's Basket at Pluck, Hotel Pullman. The spread is lavish. The taste is awesome, World Wide Spread. Chef Jeetendra Kumar is amazing, he explained the preparation of my favorite Pork Dish and my god it takes 3 days to prepare that masterpiece. Gonna sweat hard in the gym just to visit them again.

Hands down one of the best buffets in Delhi NCR region. You will be stumped not just by the spread but by the quality of ingredients on offer. I often judge a spread with the quality of sushi and sashimi on offer. The fish served here was top notch. This will by goto place for buffet going forward

A great place for family dinner. It was a huge menu to select from. North Indian, continental and asian cuisine. I like the veg sushi alot. The pasta was really nice. The live chat counter was amazing. Dessert were the main attraction. Enjoyed alot.

The food is very nice. The service of staff is excellent, and behavior is very humble. Special thanks to Mr. Manish. He went out of way to offer things that made my wife’s birthday celebration special.The atmosphere is good. The rates are bit costlier but it's ok as per the quality of the food. It's a very nice experience, I will visit again soon.

Went to cafe pluck in pullman Aerocity. One of the finest place in area . Have been there before too . Here i got a golden chance to taste a huge variety of Turkish Food Buffet along with regular indian meals from chat papdi, bhelpuri to dhaba dal n paneer .... At Pluck. As they are running Turkish Food Festival Is Started From 23rd Aug To 1st September At Just 1495+ taxes Try Something New And Different. Healthy yet delicious food. I recently had the pleasure of dining at a restaurant nestled in the heart of Aerocity, Delhi, within the lavish confines of a five-star hotel. This was my second time I visited this restaurant. In my first visit, I didn't like the service much but this time they really impressed me with the service. The staff seems very professional and attentive. The food was mouth watering specially the desserts and starters. In buffet they offer Indian, Japanese, chinese, Arebic/Mediterranean food. The ambiance and interior of resturent is quite nice and anyone can be esily mesmerize with the decor. Overall worth a visit.

This cafe is located inside hotel pullman in aerocity delhi. We went in for late Sunday lunch and it was sort of empty but nice and peaceful ambience. Gives a cozy feeling. We tried lasagnya and pasta Which were good. Papad soup was amazing. Tiramisu was good but could have been better. It was an amazing experience, do give it a try.

Finally visited the Farmer's Basket at Pluck ❤️ I had such a great experience! The ambience is mind blowing and the staffs are so good. Special thanks to Mr. Binay for giving us such a great experience at Farmer's Basket. We went there for Lunch buffet. They have so many options and cuisine to choose. I personally love the tikkas and kebebs. The mutton biriyani was amazing. Also the noodles, soups, and pasta was good. This was recommended to me by a friend from New Delhi as I was travelling there. Really glad that I tried. Assortments were varied tastes, food quality excellent, service is very good and price very reasonable.

Dined in here during my Stay at the hotel. Team of Chef under Chef Vinit and Chef Vishal Verma really cook magic with their heart in each recipe. The Chef's are always on floor interacting with guests taking feedbacks and clearing queries about food sets the mood which attracts you back again. The floor team serving with hard workers like Rohit and Prashant really takes care of each and every guest. Must try their live counters, Vegitable Bao, Indian counters. Thanks a lot.

Farmers basket is apt for catching up with friends over a brunch. It has a vast variety of spread starting from Indian style chat, chinese, sushi, contemporary. The restaurant is very spacious and follows all the precautions with respect to Covid. It has a very good ambience and the hospitality exceeds your expectation. The food is delicious too, i specially liked prawns and mutton, it tasted very authentic & delicious. The desserts had quite a big variety in pastries, they also had Indian style kala jamun & Rajbhog along with Gelato icecreams. On a whole, It is a good place to visit and have some good time with your camaraderie group & enjoy some delicacy.

What delicious food this place serves. This was such a delightful moment for us after a long period of time. This place represented a beautiful platter of cheese and a plethora of delicacies suggested by Mr Lohani and team. A very reliable place when it comes to finding good taste at good value , I have always liked the food here , loved the ambience too & used to visit it a lot before lockdown but post lockdown i am glad I get the same food on delivery which is even great!

And as expected all the food it's were fantastic, mouth watering and took me to the level of satisfaction. Felt like as if I am dining at the place. Food was stupendous. I was in illusions about the food quality when i was ordering through online delivery app but i was wrong. Food was absolutely great and cooked with perfection and we enjoyed the food and forward to order again in nearly future.

Ordered immune booster salad and mezze platter both of them were fabulous. Also loved the hummus and also their falafel was very tasty. It was made of fresh chickpeas which could be understood easily. Do give it a try when here

My favourite restaurant for great food, affordable prices. Impressive takeaway menu has right mix of different cuisine in one menu. <br/><br/>Ordered grilled chicken & cheese sandwich, city pizza, and chili chicken.<br/><br/>Even packaging of food in good boxes.<br/><br/>I have used to takeaway for many years and have had a lot of good meals. I have found that the quality of meals is slightly better than the other takeaway in the square.

Ordered their Indian food along with a few items from Honk their Asian restaurant and everything was fantastic, the Indian food especially was very nice, will order again.

I ordered the tiramisu after confirming from the restaurant that baileys and mascarpone cheese is added to it. But what I got was worst than a basic pastry shop’s Tiramisu.<br/>The desert was sour and stale with no taste instead left a bad taste in my mouth. The only saving grace was their cream cheese cake which was palatable with a okish after taste. I didn’t expect such bad quality from The Pullman.

Cheese cake placed on the menu, did not has any cheese in it. It was just bread and cream. The cake was old and felt as if, it was stored in a freezer. Not expected from a restaurant which is charging us the moon. Tasteless and stale!!

In my opinion this overhyped, overpriced venue is the worst possible example of hospitality. I am giving it a 1 rating only because a negative rating does not exist. <br/><br/>Not only was my negative rating removed unceremoniously, so was my scathing review of their behaviour towards people who have not only booked a table in advance and paid for it, but also to guests with senior citizens along.

I had recently ordered an extremely delicious blueberry cheesecake from Cafe pluck, Pullman, Aerocity.<br/>Amongst the lockdown going on currently, i found it hard to find the best quality cake for celebration, where I was assisted by Miss lucy, who provided me with the best service over phone, and arranged the best cake with customisation, took extra care and assured me safe and hygienic preparation and delivery of my food items. <br/>The signature cake was crafted much beautifully than the actual basic design of the cake, more than expected.<br/>On delivery i was provided with safely packed cutlery, sanitiser pouches and wet tissues to assure utmost safety.<br/>I’m highly overwhelmed with their hospitality and concern by Miss lucy and look forward to dine in at the restaurant post lockdown.

Cafe pouch is a pretty amazing place to have some good evening conversations and relaxed time with your loved once. I loved their wide range of cousins starting from Italian to Thai and india... most beautiful cafe with welcoming staff in vicinity.

Cafe pluck is located in Pullman new Delhi Aerocity. The interiors are beautifully done and gives it a very grand look. You can easily impress your date out here. Nice music and ample of seating place. The staff is very well trained and are very polite. Amples of food options available out ever even though its a cafe. The food quality is top notch. You can come with friends family kids and all will enjoy out here.

Went here while on the way to drop our family members and we decided to have a quick bite with them . This place came up on my list as a great place to have a quick bite near the airport so we decided to go here . Pluck in general is one of my favourite restaurants in aerocity and this is their quick Meal cafe known as Cafe Pluck located in the Pullman Hotel. Cafe Pluck is located in the Lower Ground floor or Basement area of the hotel , there are stairs right next to the lobby area leading up to there. The cafe has a very relaxed and funky atmosphere which is really cool and appealing . Infact the ambience is great and very appealing. We were given seating with sofa and two rotating chairs which were all made of bamboo. We ordered a Cappuccino , 2 Cold Coffees and a Chocolate Shake . We informed our server that we would like to get the food ASAP as we needed to reach our guests to the airport soon . The drinks came in about 5-7 minutes. The coffee came along with some cookies which were very nice . I had the Chocolate Shake which was very nice , pretty thick and had a nice foam effect on top too . For food we ordered a Grilled Chicken Sandwich and their signature pasta dish - Fettuccini Primevera . The Sandwich were cut into 4 slices 1 for each of us and was accompanied with french fries . The Sandwich was very tasty , had a really nice grill to it which gave a nice crisp to the Sandwich . The Chicken was made creamy with mayonnaise and had some lettuce shreds too . The fries with it were nice and had a kick to them with some chaat masala too . The Sandwich was really tasty and the portion was also great. The signature pasta was amazing too - Fettuccini Primevera which was Fettuccini Pasta with loads of cheese sauce and some garden Veggies. It was very authentic and tasted . The portion size was huge too and the taste was great just like it's presentation. Best part the food came withing 15-20 mins which was super quick and the quality and taste of it was great. Loved the food and ambience of the place and the prices are very good too. For all this our bill for 4 was around 2.5k and everyone's stomach was full ! A great place to visit for a quick bite before your flight or even in general .

Café Pluck in Pullman is a favorite of friends and has become a hangout place over the past year.<br/><br/>Reason being, great food, good service, pleasant & restful environment to have candid conversations.<br/><br/>We are a group of college friends, relishing our friendship of several years over a coffee.<br/><br/>Pluck has always served good coffee and the food here is absolutely brilliant, which is no big surprise.<br/><br/>We had a Cafe Mocha, a Cappuccino and an Americano to start our leg pulling conversation.<br/><br/>To eat we ordered Chicken Tikka Wrap with Mint Aioli, Chicken Tikka Flat Bread and a Chicken burger which we saw someone eating and couldnt resist. The food here is astonishingly brilliant.<br/><br/>It was another brilliant evening spent chaffing each other and talking about some serious subjects too and we look forward to many more at Cafe Pluck.<br/><br/>Great place to be at.

The mutton here is to die for, the consistency the flavour and the service. Its out of the world. Chef Kamal made sure that we were served dinner with the same love and special thanks to our server Abhishek serving the food with so much love. Cafe Pluck always amazes me.

Had a sumptuous lunch today at this cafe in hotel pullman. This place has very charming ambience with beautiful hotel view. They serve variety of wine, cocktails, mocktails. There was a turkish festival going on so relished some amazing Turkish dishes. They have variety for vegetarian and non vegetarians. Their sweet section is to die for which has traditional indian desserts along with cakes and puddings. Loved my dinning experience here today.

I was here last weekend for a supper and it was worth it. I had the paneer tikka flat bread which was so light on the palette and the mocha made my day. The chocolate biscottis which the served with the coffee were so delicious.

We were greeted by Mr. Sumit (whose name deserves special mention in this review). First he made a suggestion of a double shot of coffee with one part milk- as we wanted a strong coffee. What we received was a double shot espresso. On complaining, we were informed we would get a replacement and we waited for 15 minutes before reminding them that the coffee and pastry had not arrived. We received a stale pastry and coffee with double shot of milk and single coffee. On complaining we were informed we would get the right coffee- we got an americano- fortunately we had opened the take away cup and noticed it. On asking Sumit - he informed us he will make the coffee himself - which is what he told us before. Later told us he ‘got busy with something else’. We finally got another coffee with super milky coffee with the wrong milk. <br/><br/><br/>This place is one of the worse cafes I have been to- service, speed of service, coffee and pastry all were equally bad.

Very cozy nice place located in Lower ground level of pullman and novotel hotel in Aerocity.... Restaurant is open 24/7, where you can get food. We visited Cafe pluck at 01:00am, after exploring food court and all remaining restaurants in Aerocity. Ordered paneer lababdar, roti and dal tadka... The chef himself (Mr. Ashwani) served us the food and Mr. Aman was very polite and friendly.... Well appreciated.<br/><br/>Will visit again when I am back in Aerocity... Keep up the good work.

Apart from Ambience. Food wasn't worth it. Beautiful property. Great and polite staff. But food is not that good. Had ordered Chicken Tikka, chicken club sandwich and cold coffee. Not worth the money at all.

Went for a late night dinner to Cafe Pluck. Ordered the Pluck Burger (lamb), Paneer Lababdar, Home Style Lamb Curry, Rice, Naans and Lachcha Parathas.<br/><br/>The burger was nice - the patty was nicely cooked and seasoned well. Paneer Lababdar was good, spiced nicely, although a little too sweet for my taste. The Lamb Curry actually tasted like something you would cook at home, which is a nice thing. The naans were fine, but the Lachcha Parathas were quite dry.

One of my favourite places to visit with my friends at the odd hours of midnight. This place is so amazing that I never miss any chance to go there . They serve the best quality food to their customers with the best services . Their staff was so good and they were ready to help with anything. #foodforlife #foodie

One of the places which comes into mind when all of the friend are together late night is Cafe pluck.<br/>Open space, good food and is 24/7 open.<br/>Must visit.

Ended up at Café pluck after a long day of running work errands and oh what a great decision it was!<br/>Started off with a simple Strawberry Shake which was marvelous and a cup of coffee (I believe it was called a Bombon) which was divine!<br/>For the main course we went simple and ordered a pepperoni pizza and lamb curry with naan. The curry was a hard to find perfect medium-spicy and the naan was equal parts soft and crisp (a balance most places can't strike). The pepperoni pizza was delicious! It was clear that the pepperoni and cheese used were so fresh and well cooked that we would definitely have ordered seconds if we hadn't been so full!<br/><br/>A huge shout out to Satyajit, who took great care of us and made sure we had a seamless experience! His recommendations were spot on and he was so gracious. 6 stars for staff and service! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐<br/><br/>All-in-all, if you're in Aerocity and don't want to sit down in a swanky restaurant with date-night feels, this is the perfect place to go! Coffee tells a lot about the food of a restaurant. And i did not enjoy my morning coffee at pullman. It was presentable and the cookies were really tasty but cant say the same for the coffee. About the food... I tried the rosotto at the buffé for the wow awards and now i despise risotto, the salad and fruits were fresh and so was the pepproni.

Cafe Pluck is our go to place on weekends. Mr. husband and I generally visit this cafe post 11pm and spend quality time enjoying and stuffing ourselves with the amazing food they serve. <br/>We have visited pluck multiple times now and will happily continue to do so. <br/>

Cafe Pluck offers a wide variety of cuisines from small nibbles to full meals. We ordered the pizza pops and a truffle pastry. The service was almost negligent. We had to get the menu ourselves and even place the order ourselves by going the billing desk.<br/>However, the food was amazing. The Pizza Pops are a chef's specialty and rightly so. They were absolutely amazing.<br/>The truffle pastry was served with a mango puree which enhanced the taste of an otherwise delicious dessert.<br/>We sat there for more than an hour just talking and enjoying the lovely food and ambience of the place. Had a great time there.

Without question, the space is beautiful for a calm conversation. The indoor garfen in the premises makes the overall look very aesthetic.<br/><br/>The food was good. I would suggest some better lighting at the areas far from the staircase for a more pleasant experience

It had been a rough day. My birthday lunch was ruined by a zero star experience at a five star and the evening outing had me standing for 90 minutes, on my toes, without either a table or food. So much for the “butterflies”. So we moved on to the nearest place looking for a meal, any meal. Since it was past 12 am, the choices were limited. However, Chef Kamal at Pullman, pulled off a lovely artisan flatbread pizza, a lovely chicken broth and even surprised me with a berry loaded pastry as my birthday treat. Loved the warmth and generosity. His food and thoughtfulness took away my sadness in a jiffy. I will now visit the place to check the real deal. They sure have their hospitality in place.

I was invited for a party at Pullman Hotel and it was so well done I had the most wonderful array of dishes served from roast pork to French cuisine, coming from all the different regions in France. I'm sharing the photos for better understanding

Well known for it's stunning experience, cafe pluck is definitely one of the best places at Areocity. It is great for conducting meetings/catching up and of course, finding great food.<br/>The other day I visited the place with a bunch of friends and loved the latest additions in the menu. They have a variety of famous dishes which are mostly unseen at luxury properties. Chef's special dahi-poori is absolutely amazing. Interestingly enough, it wasn't soggy even after a while on the table and stuffed with whipped curd, potatoes, sprouts and chutneys that add to it's taste. Another pick was their club sandwich with fries on the side. It is certainly the best i had in a long time. Also, their crispy, freshly baked flatbread with mozz, basil and olive oil. To make your platter better, I suggest a glass of fresh juice or cold coffee along with salads, which ultimately makes your table all the better.<br/>

I chose to spend the night working at the cafe rather in my room and encountered a terrible experience.<br/>The pasta they served was INEDIBLE.<br/>I asked the team to reheat and add some veggies, but there wasn't any significant change.<br/>The night food is a complete no at this property.

Amazing food. The lamb burger was the best we ve had in Delhi. The cookie (more like brookie) was just the right level of sweet to finish off with! Special compliments to our waiter Abhishek for his service! Will be back :)

So this was our first time at the Pullman Delhi.<br/><br/>We arrived late post our flight.. And were delighted by the prompt and courteous service by our server Abhishek.. Who rightly recommended a flatbread and delicious biryani, prepared really well and quick by chef Abhishek..<br/><br/>The highlight were the viatnamese coffee, which werenso good that we ordered them on repeat.<br/><br/>Shall definitely come here again.

We always prefer to go to this place for having coffee at Mid Night..The place offers very warm ambience & comfort zone..It gives u a good vibe to relax & unwind urself. Either u go in couple or with friends, u would like this place..It has a decent coffee options & bakery variety to go with that.They offer u a complimentary cookie plate as well with Coffee..👍👍Their Tart also is good. The hospitality staff is very courteous as well to top it all, especially Aman...

The ambience is so peaceful. The food and drinks are impeccable. We were served by Mr. Ayush who is an amazing host. Would love to visit the place again. Just hoping they would have hazelnut cappuccino in stock next time. Cheers!!<br/>

We were tired and hungry. Came to Café Pluck, ambience is relaxed especially the seating with the couches. Aman, who was serving us was absolutely fabulous, we ordered the Grill fish of the day and the pan seared chicken, along with theoven roasted beetroot salad. Every single dish was Divine, the buttered potatoes and grilled veggies were done to perfection as was the chicken and the fish. Compliments to the Chef. We could stop reading abbot the brilliant service and food and I highly recommend going here, whether on a Date, a quick bite to eat, celebrating an occasion. Thank you very much!!!

I went here for the second time and that too only for their coffee. They serve excellent coffee.<br/><br/>Ambience: It is a 5 star ambience and especially on account of Christmas, the decor was very subtle and beautiful.<br/><br/>Staff: Staff is humble but the the service is a bit slow.<br/><br/>Thank you LEENA for explaining the German coffee machine.<br/><br/>Overall, I enjoyed the calm environment and coffee both the times I've visited.<br/>

We had initially wanted to go to Pluck but happened to reach at a time when the restaurant had already shut post its lunch timings. Therefore, we decided to give Cafe Pluck a try instead.<br/><br/>This restaurant also, has a very nice feel to it and is located in the basement area of the hotel. The interiors, the seating, the plants (which one can see on the outside), among other things provide a cosy atmosphere that lets off a good vibe.<br/><br/>Not being very hungry, we had only one item each, in which, I opted for their Classic Chicken Sandwich. While at the start it had slightly less bacon than I find ideal in a sandwich, upon me requesting they got additional bacon strips. The sandwich was very nice and I'd love to visit here again to try other items of theirs as well. Writing this review just after leaving the restaurant. It's Saturday aftrnoon and all their 10-something tables were occupied. They had just 2 servers running around who were serving the tables and also making the food and drinks. After some time, the Manager also stepped in to help with the beverages. I had to wait 35 minutes to get 1 Grilled Sandwich and a tea.<br/><br/>The wait time is absolutely ridiculous. Especially considering it's not because of any rush but simply because the cafe wants to cut costs at customers' expense. The food is also nothing to write home about.<br/><br/>The food and service are absolutely not in line with the prices charged. The high rating is surprising but sifting through the reviews, one can see most of the good reviews are for the Breakfast Buffet which is served at Pluck on lobby level, and not Cafe Pluck.<br/><br/>This experience, and my overall stay at the hotel, have made me wary of dining at any restaurant in the hotel ever again.

Place is amazing espcially the staff. So courteous and polite. After having dinner at pluck,coffee was much required and the place doesnt seems to be disappointing. Very cozy and comfortable with good ambience.<br/>Ps : cakes are very tasty 😍

Amazing food! Impeccable service.. esp by Mr Abhishek ! What a gem of a person, he was so sweet, kind & patient. He ensured my family had a lovely time ! The dishes he suggested were simply outstanding .. cooked with lots of flavour & love ! We ordered Veg Biryani , salan (was bustling with flavour)! Creamy white sauce pasta was sooooo cheesy !! Truly lip-smacking! Cafe Mocha was yummmy!! The portion size was good (we couldn't finish the food! :P)    Thank-you for making our evening so memorable ! Will definitely visit soon !!

Good food & nice ambience. Had a good relaxed evening and enjoyed the food. Had the grilled fish which was a little bit of disappointment. Tried a ceased salad with grilled chicken which was little bland. And club sandwich was good.
