Amazing experience. Totally worth occasions. Although I must warn you very filling. Must go with an appetite. We shared the vegetarian option this time due to religious reasons, food was amazing.
By far the best fine dining experience.
Restaurant is situated at the lower ground floor of the Taj Mansingh.
Staff was super super good and courteous- always smile on their face. Very welcoming.
Food - we had a 4 course meal and they gave us one extra course so total 5 courses.
Starter, soup and dessert was outstanding.
Main course was also v good but too heavy.
They also give pallet cleaner to have the best taste for the upcoming items.
Service was top notch.
For the price it was super worth it.

An exceptional experience overall! The food was outstanding, with chicken breast that was incredibly tender and flavorful. Presentation was top-notch too. The Patthar ke kabab and botti malai were hits, while the Gongura lamb was a delightful surprise. Don't miss out on the jalebis! The staff, especially Rashminder Singh and the manager on duty, made us feel incredibly welcomed. If you're seeking exquisite Indian cuisine and exceptional service, this is the place to be. Went for dinner in Varq. The ambience is pretty good. Hygienic washrooms. Well maintained. We tried only vegetarian food and it was too good. Kurkure bhindi was something that left us amused. There Amritsari kulcha was something very different that we tried and loved. The way they explain the preparation of the dishes was also loved by the family. All in all we spent quality time there.
Dining at Varq is an experience in itself…it’s culinary extravaganza.
We tried the following:
1. Varqui Crab- This starter was simply awesome. One the best crab dish
2. Dilli-6 curry- The tomato based gravy was too good but I would have preferred the chicken a bit more tender.
3. Tamatar aur zaitoon ke kofte- Interesting ingredients. The gravy is good but overall it is just average.
4. Chenna Paneer- The quantity was good and the taste was very nice.
The fillers in between meals what they call as palette cleanser (crispy yogurt & raw mango sorbet) were really good.
The presentation was really outstanding and the hospitality was outstanding. The staff was very polite and courteous.
It was a wonderful experience for me. I just found this wonderful restaurant with amazing food and service. I recommend everyone to visit it.
A nice restaurant with a good menu, tasty food and beautiful ambience.
The menu had lots of good vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, their selection is on point.
It wasn't particularly over crowded, we got a chance to take some splendid pictures while we waited for the food to arrive.
Service was impeccable, they were courteous and helped us decide what to choose. We were a part of 9 and they helped us settle-in properly and gave us the time we need to decide.
The best appetizer was their Masala Papad, hands down tasty and photogenic!
All in all, full 5* for the food and service.

An absolutely beautiful place with amazing food, decor and service. Mr. Thomas helped us throughout our dinner with some of the delicious dishes options. This time we did a whole vegetarian meal. We ordered 2 different types of soups, one was the drumstick soup and second was mushroom soup. Both tasted really good. Drumstick soup had a dal broth making it quite tasty. For the starters we had paneer tikka, mushroom mirch malai and palak patta chaat. Our favourite one was the mushroom malai tikka and if you love mushroom dishes then this was is for you. For the main course we had dal makhni, dal tadka, chenna paneer and choley pulao. They serve dal in separate bowls and you have to order the numbers accordingly. Paneer was not that good and a little sweet for out taste. Pulao were very delicious and goes well with some raita. In our case we got a burani raita with a touch of garlic to it. They provide you with some wet tissues as well. Although we were quite full but we had to try the jalebi as it looked so mouthwatering and tasted great as well. They have 3 types of jalebi but we got them to change it to saffron only. It came with some kalakand and rabri.
Overall we loved the experience and would definitely go again to try some non veg food this time.

Delicious, paratha with chenna paneer is a must try, also their dish jalebi with rabdi is amazing. I recommend this to everyone.
