Review Odeon Social - New Delhi

This is the go to place when you want good consistent service, food and music. I have been here a few times and the place has never disappointed. Two drinks and two mains will cost you around 2k... It's better value if you go in a bigger group. Music is good and they have live music in evenings where the DJ is really good. A must visit.

Nice place to hang out with friends. College and youngsters frequent it more. Ambience is fine. Its decorated as old school type. Wooden benches , maps on wall, counter would remind you of truck shop in school.even the attendants outside test room are dressed as didi in school. Now let's talk of drinks and food. It has very nice and elaborate drinks menu. Selection of liquor is really good . Cocktail preparation is superb. Beers to premium scotch , it has everything. Prices are good. Not very pricey. We had kebab platters mostly, which were ok. I was very surprised to see paneer in non veg platter. Btw it also serves pork. We had it replaced with chicken. Condiments are given in very small quantity. Had to ask for it twice. Best I liked was kheema pao.. yummy. All 4 stars are for kheema pao and superb liit. Music was soothing, not hampering conversation which is rare now a days. In all his place for fun friends get together.

Great atmosphere with interesting decor throughout. This is a wonderful place to hangout with quirky interiors with an amazing theme. The food is amazing and they have a huge selection of drinks. Plus the location is in the heart of CP which makes it easily accessible. Great Place. Great Food. Live Music. Must have's: Chinese Platter. PS-Stags are not allowed in Evening on weekends.

Very nice & comfortable place. Staff was polite. Must say each & every thing was at right place. Menu to interior... food to lighting... played very well to decorate. 1 of nice place to visit with friends & dear one. Must visit. Tried Sanskari Mohito ( was so so), Veg Hell Momos (taste was good), Triple Schzewan Noodles ( taste was good, served with sticks - I always want to try it, was easy to eat with them as they are jointed), some cucumber chiller (didn't like much) & Mud Oreo shake ( taste was good - they served in pot with the decoration of plant 🤩)

We spent some 2 hours after our group had finished eating and we didn't feel uncomfortable to move out even once.

I like stairs, they are made of wooden.... Then old stone floor, which gives it bit heritage kind of ambience. Ambience is darker side, dim lighting. They used lots of medals, I don't know weather they won it or for decoration purpose, I like the idea. Food and beverages displays are interesting. Their menu card is like mid day newspaper. The dishes I don't like, they are unhealthy because their coating is broken, although they are going with the theme, but I strongly recommend to change. (they can replace same dishes with new ones) Food was tasty, I have not tasted any beverage They serve alcoholic and non alcoholic beverage both. They have big TV to enjoy matches with food. Music was loud as usual these places have. Service was slow. Although I m not sure it's usual or happened today only. It's on first floor in D block and not wheelchair accessible. 5th Aug 2019, I visited them again and glad they have changed their serving dishes... Service was again slow. Their serving portion is more than enough for one person, so please order wisely... They accept cash, card, paytm Toilets are neat and clean

Social is one of the best cafe for good food and ambience. This one in CP offers good food not that spacious as sitting are pretty closer. Food is good and people are kind. We ordered cheese pizza, pasta and veg platter, platter was decent and other two was good. They offer really yummy shakes, do try there chocolate mud shake.

The theme of school makes you go nostalgic. The ambiance is very nice and everything is so creative starting it from uniform of staff to menu and table decor. The food is nice and tasty . the staff is polite and courteous. being located in CP the price range is little high but overall it's nice.

The decor , ambience, staff and service deserve five stars or even more. Food was great. Only thing is they could have made the fresh lime soda way better. They even have a facility where paying RS 5000/ month you become members and can eat or drink RS 5000/- plus get access to free internet and printer and post box and separate members area where they can sit on a table with laptop and work also.

Visited the place for the first time, the Ambiance is unique, the food test delicious specially the fish fry and the chicken wings ( very spicy ). The staff are very polite and friendly. The place is good for drinks and quick bite. The main attraction of this place are the drinks and the crowd is also very good.

The place is themed on school time, staff is super nice, we were early birds and also were waiting for other people to join us so the staff who was attending to us engaged us with a short conversation, which was sweet of him. These blueberry pancakes just melted in my mouth and were so fluffy, i would say, like a cloud! We also ordered the Dhingra's breakfast platter and it was amazing! I still can not shake that crunchiness i got while drinking lassi due to the crushed dry fruits they put in it.

Great hangout location for friends. It is a good place to have a chat while binging on good food. I enjoyed tacos, pasta and Thai Noodles. The noodles were surprising. Their dessert has a good selection. Chocolate bloodbath is one dessert that will keep you coming back!

Ullu is a big fan of #social so this time for Halloween after being disgusted about a visit to another sad place, Ullu took some friends from Bombay to Odeon Social. And boy what vibe this place! Our server Rahul Sharma made sure we were well looked after. Ordered our drinks and for starters we had - Purani Delhi Chaat Walk which was a yummy platter of assorted chaats. The chef got the flavours bang on point. The other was a Bombay speciality as Ullu felt like have something from the city so loved by Ullu. A baida roti stuffed with minced mutton. A bit on the spicy side but surprisingly the green chutney they serve with it was sweet! It complimented well with the spicy roti. One more good evening at #social A big H O O T to team social!

I loved the concept of Social already. They know the quirkiest way to serve even a plain Roti and dal which makes it even more appetizing. This place has a school theme with all the benches and black board stuff. Really nicely done and great attention to detail.

This is one hell of an amazing place!!! Visited there recently for the first time and I instantly fell in love with the place. Food, drinks, ambiance, service, everything was at par. We tried few items and drinks. We had Chicken momos sautéed in chilli garlic sauce and vada pao bao with peri peri fries. Vada pao bao is really innovative and tasty. Momos were juicy and delicious. For drinks we had Banarasi Patiyala which was made from sugarcane juice, vodka and spices, it was amazingly ambrosial. We also had Cranberry and Coke LIITs which was excellent. Can't wait to go back again.

Just above smoke house deli in odeon complex at CP,love it’s vibes. They have huge sitting space and great food. Social has always been great and this one too is awesome. Few things in food were not that great rest was delicious. I tried disco fried eggs which was too good. The punjabi thali was okay as it’s gobhi paratha were not well stuffed,just average in taste. Lassi,samosa,pakode and tea was good. Also had Ceaser salad which was nice!! Got table in ten minutes and service was slow which was later improved after complaining.

Really recommendable if you are looking to celebrate the birthday of your loved one. Staff was very courteous. Nice ambient , quick services. Had ordered veg pizza that was beyond expectations. Loved to visit there

After hearing the reviews from one of my friend , I thought to give a try for Social with some of my friends . When we entered , we found this place bit quite and music was so slow that we could actually hear the giggling of people. When got the seat on the other end of this place ( the whole place is divided into 2 parts , separated by a wall) which was tooo boring. The music was so bad that nobody was even interested into going to the dance floor. We waited till 11pm thinking that by time it might heat up the dance floor but it the ambience was getting even worse and at the end we decided to leave the place.

On 3 rd March 2018 , we had a family get together of 11 pax at this pathetic place. They have the crockery on JAIL theme, whose filthy looking white round plates. We all somehow managed to have our starters in them. But for main course my jiju asked to change them with some other crockery. The floor manger said its theme based at cannot be changed. After forcing him that we cannot eat in them, the manger very rudely threw the plate on their counter which was just at back of our table. And abused us on our back and asked his staff to get another crockery, which my wife heard and asked him to low down the volume of the music so that she can talk to him. But he refused to do so. And then she shouted on him for abusing. But he clearly refused to admit. Well my concern is, being from the hospitality industry every restaurant runs on good food and good hospitality. But ODEON SOCIAL fails on the treating there customer as King. My review for this place is a big 0.

We had heard a lot about Colaba Social in Mumbai from friends and colleagues, but, had not got a chance to visit the place. We were at Connaught Place in Delhi, and looking for a place to have some snacks with friends. Odeon Social just lived upto its name- we had a great time with friends while munching their starters: Loaded Nachos, Multani Mushrooms and Awesamosas were simply lip smacking. The icing on the cake was their layered cake with hot chocolate- one of the best desserts we have had. A great place to hang out with friends..!!

Heard much of this place hence, thought of visiting here but felt disgusting with the staff and the way they are trained over. Paying a good amount asks for a healthy environment and a taste but it was not at all up to the mark, whether it be quantity or the taste of the food. Will not suggest to anyone...please improve.

So, it wasn't our first preference though I very much had a gala time there. They serve promising food though, Drinks are amazing. Its just you will tend to enjoy if uh are at one side of it. But the other side is completely cut off like thing to sit. Challenge is to complete one full plate of Chicken Nuggets of ur own, Uh earn a drink. (Lemonade though). �

Music too loud n boring. Service pathetic ....u have to find who took ur order. Crispy corns complete no...highly salted when complained they again brought same in few min. Honey chilli potato was also disappointing. I have been to Social cyberhub n found much better than this one. Nothing great to give it second shot

Padmavat is not worth any protest or riots. It’s politically correct.. Rajputs are shown as heroes period! Courageous yet tactless, no wonder all throughout history they lost to Turks, Mughals and British...anyways Deepika was mediocre, shahid was a disaster but Ranveer Singh �transcended as an actor.. somehow I returned home rather in love with the eccentric, brutal and passionate character of Khilji than the honourable Rajput king�� It’s a classic SLB flick..Go watch it folks

Had a couple of Liits and Jagerbombs, it was really a great experience � Quantity reduced for the Jagerbombs in the 2nd round. Amazing music, not too loud, not too low. Had a gala time.

The Stella we ordered was definitely not Stella and when told the staff they said Stella was a light beer! SMH.... It was quite warm in the restaurant and air-con was only switched on after we asked them why it was so hot... The place looked good but it had nothing else going for it

Everything was nice from ambience to drinks... Bartenders were amazing and active... I just deducted one star because of manager as he was lost all the time.When we asked him for a table, he was rather focusing on his WhatsApp messages and was not giving any proper response.

I like the place, it's really cozy and comfortable. The staff members are also very polite and nice. <br/>And if we talk about the menu, my personal favourite is the chicken death wings, they claimed it to be the most spicy dish in their menu and if you're able to finish that they give you a complimentary lemonade. (How cool is that ( ˘ ³˘)♥) <br/>I liked their Biryani too. <br/>But one thing I didn't like is that the quality of the onion rings decreased. It was good earlier. <br/>Rest the taste of the death wings is still the same.

The staff made sure everyone was sanitized and cleaned the table before they served to ensure hygiene. It's also much spacious than other social outlets.

The place is really good to have an evening date. The ambience is really soothing. We ordered oreo mud pot shake, Chinese platter and north indian thali. The taste was really good. I had been at Social many times and trust me it worth the over hyped that this cafe has got.<br/>I have tried momos, pizza, pasta , food platter and much more and i loved it.<br/>Not just the food but the way they present it and also the ambience is very nice .

I went there and I ordered Veg thali. Omg it was mind-blowing. Really it was amazing and if I talk about gulab jamun then it was outstanding. Means just perfect soft, lovely. Absolutely wonderful. You should visit this place to try some mouthwatering items.

Its a very good place and Mr. Dinesh is a very good man his service is very good and he very polite and friendly.

I absolutely loved the veg thali. It was perfect for one REALLY HUNGRY PERSON. The gulab jamun especially was exceptionally tasty. Along with my thali I had the Social Screw Driver which was tasty as well and the quantity was good too.
