Well I had ordered the king sized Afghani chicken biriyani. Coming to the price first. It's a little expensive. But the quality, packaging and quantity are worth it. The taste was totally different from what biriyanis normally taste. It was somewhat sweet and not spicy at all. The taste was something really new to me. But I really enjoyed it. And the creaminess from the Afghani chicken kebab added more to the flavor. The chicken was also very soft. The shahi tukda that they had offered as a combo was also a sweet touch to end the meal. I really look forward on ordering another biriyani of a different flavour from this place.

Not all items were delivered. No one took any responsibility and on the whole with the time wasted and whatever measly refund I got, it wasn't worth it and not value for money. There was no real apology and it didn't seem that there's any accountability in their management so its bound to happen again.

First of its Behrouz Biryani , Kalkaji <br/>First of all incomplete order - green apple drink and Mughlai gravy was missing <br/>Secondly <br/>In biryani total 4 pieces were there which cost is 430rs in which quantity is very very less <br/>And lastly the raita which was served along it <br/>It’s was full of water <br/>The quality is unacceptable <br/>And from such a brand we cannot accept this type of quality and quantity <br/>No worth of buying biryani from here

When we asked for him to repeat our order he replied. <br/><br/>“ only one of you talk other wise I can’t serve you” <br/><br/>Now we are not juveniles or misfits that should not be there. But I have never in my life been served with such attitude, 

Ordered queens biryani and sabz e biryani from Behrous. There wasn’t an issue with delivery during #Covid19. The option for contactless delivery was opted and implemented.<br/><br/>The biryani (both gosth and veg) tasted great. The biryani ka salam and mint raita was good. The taste was flavourful and the quantity was great. Overall very happy with a full tummy of tasty biryani in my stomach!<br/><br/>Thanks Zomato for keeping the deliveries alive and active during such hard times.

Ordered for murgh biryani but found no pieces of chicken even after complaining twice the same was complaint was there. Pathetic

Behrouz biryani is one of the best briyani outlet in NCR. <br/>Ordering through Zomato was wonderful experience. They send us everything we need with briyani now will talk about taste and quality. Quality is amazing they send us with double box packing with no damage with delicious rice with soft and juicy mutton pices. But the part I don’t like is they garnish biryani with dry fruits on top. Which u can customise as per your requirements. <br/>Overall briyani was Amazing yeah price is bit high as compared to other biryani but worth to taste.

This place always remains on the top of my list whenever i crave for biryani. Recently ordered my favourite chicken biryani, murg kabab, gulab jamun and rose phirni from this place and totally loved it. The quantity and taste will surely amaze you. Biryani was well cooked and the flavours were really nice. Loved the kebabs as they were soft and melt in mouth. The rose phirni is a must try.<br/>Also the packaging and delivery is really good.Will order again from this place.

The quality has deteriorated significantly. Quantity of meat provided in Dum Ghost Biriyani, e.g., is now down by at least 50% from what it used to be 1.5 years ago. Now you will scarcely find meat between chunks of rice. Also,the taste is nomore the same. Very poor!!!

Yesterday i paid for king size chicken biryani and they had sent regular one... No one reverts on their number ....order no 34359524...though Biryani was good.

This is the second time that I ordered from this place. I ordered the dum gosht biryani for two people.<br/><br/>I've had a lot of good biryanis. The last time I ordered the chicken biryani which was great. This time however I was really disappointed.<br/><br/>Firstly my order was 1 hour late. When I called to check upon them, they said that they were out of rice and it would take time. It was really shocking to hear such a thing. You're not supposed to take an order if you're out of food. Because eventually the quality gets compromised which is exactly what happened.<br/><br/>The biryani arrived and the mughlai Curry wasn't provided. It was 11pm and we were already starving. The rice had no flavor at all. The mutton was soft and cooked well but clearly it wasn't a biryani because of the flavourless rice. We didn't like it at all.<br/><br/>I hope they don't repeat such a thing again.

Today I visited to kalkaji in behrouz biryani..... I was feeling hungry then I ordered the chicken biryani.... Biryani was awesome to eat.. Taste was damn good ...quantity was good I love it .. Quality was best in biryani.... Go and try it

From murgh kofta to makhani to keema, from paneer to falafel you have many options to choose from.<br/>The biryani is well cooked and served with raita.<br/>The quantity is good. A king size portion is sufficient for 2 but only if you are not too hungry.

The best thing about Behrouz is its consistency. Over the years, the taste has not changed. I like their rice quality and that the biryani is not dry. There is lot of aroma in the biryani, but the flavor is not overwhelming. I like their keema biryani the most. Packaging is decent, with raita and sweet.<br/><br/>Keep the tasty biryani flowing!

Behrouz biriyani has the yummiest biriyanis in India. The rice is flavourful, the spices just right and the meat pieces are tender and succulent. The food packing is also excellent. Along with the yummiest biriyanis, the gosht shammi kabab is also succulent and melt in the mouth. Very well done behrouz!!!<br/>

It was the worst ever biryani I ever had on my life ..Guys please check on the Hyderabadi Biryani ..even a road side vendor will have better Taste than yours ..I ordered based on highline branding but the deliverance is not even 5%...

Biryani is one of the most subjective matters of the eating world. A person's favourite biryani could be another's worst, and this is a fact. Starting on this note, Behrouz doesn't seem to have any fault as it has a very generic but really nice taste. It doesn't claim to be some high table stuff, though its marketing tries a bit to do that, but the range of biryanis it offers and the matching good taste can let any marketing fail succeed.<br/><br/>The biryanis that Behrouz serve are usually of the wet variety, meaning the rice is not very dry. It's full of so-called Persian aromas, though I refuse to buy that. Yes, there's aroma, but Persian is plain marketing.<br/><br/>The packaging is neat and solid. Good for office orders. The food arrives hot.<br/><br/>Good stuff. You should try.

I ordered food from this outlet...it was good.. paneer biryani well packed..complimentary dish gulab jamun was very good... food was very spicy and hot.. biryani was very delicious..it was very tasty..delivery was right on time..delivery boy was very humble...

We ordered Murgh queema kefta biryani. Delivery time was about 50 minutes for Okhla phase 1. Full marks for packaging. About food, it comes with raita and gulab jamun. Biryani was not worth the war as their tagline says. It wasn't nothing we have not eaten before. Gulab jamun was soft, raita tasted like toothpaste. Overall a very good experience but again, not worth the war.

After coming to Delhi, I wanted the best biriyanis in Delhi. I searched many restaurants nearby my place and finally ended up ordering chicken biryani from Behrouz.<br/>When the food arrived, I was very exited as the packaging was amazing! But when I started eating the food, it was not like biryani. I could not eat even half of the biryani.<br/>May be this tastes good to many people as seen from the reviews but definitely not to me. :(

This place serves good biryani but if u order from Zomato , the whole experience becomes bad. I ordered & the restaurant refused to give the order , finally Zomato cancelled the order & initiated refund process. So b careful while place order

I am a big biryani lover and always try different biryanis. Since I am a vegetarian so I don't have much option but still this biryani from Behrouz made my day, the royal looking biryani satiate my hunger. The biryani was wrapped in a enticing hard cover black shaded box which was giving a unique look to it.<br/>Coming towards the food, I had ordered subz e biryani from them, and trust me each grains of rice was amazing to taste, the franganance of the food was alluring.<br/>There was gulabjaamun also with the raita..<br/>Superb experience was having the biryani with my family.<br/>The delivery was on time.

Had ordered paneer zaikedar biryani from them. Rice was perfectly cooked with lots of paneer chunks in it giving a perfect royal look. It was accompanied by curd and gulab jamun, perfect meal for a biryani lover. Delivery was on time. Packing was good.

Predictably good biryani. I like consistency in quality - helps me order with peace of mind. Behrouz definitely does it well. Their biryani’s taste good and fresh. Although I wonder how they manage to deliver so fast and if they ‘assemble’ rather than ‘cook’ every order from scratch. Either way, I’ve enjoyed their food each time I’ve opted for their place. Must try if you are hungry for biryani.

I had the Lazeez Bhuna Murgh Boneless Biryani. They market it as an authentic delicious recipe. However I personally didn’t like the flavour. I’ve tried the Biryani before and it was good that time. But this time it didn’t have enough flavour. The rice tasted really bland. The chicken was flavourful but a little dry. <br/>The mughlai gravy that they gave was okay, it wasn’t as flavourful as I expected. <br/>I would personally not be ordering from here again. <br/>The Biryani also had a lot of raisins in it and that made it really sweet. The Biryani didn’t have the authentic Biryani taste to it. Not satisfactory. <br/>Wouldn’t recommend this place. There are better places than here.

We had ordered dum Ghost biryani king size for two. The portion were sufficient and the biryani was finger licking being good. The mutton pieces were juicy, succulent and cooked to perfection. I have eaten many other biryanis but it was the great biryani which I have eaten in my life ever.<br/>And to the meal they even gave gulab jamuns and mint raita!<br/>Delighted with wonderful experience!

Behrouz is a an excellent dark kitchen that serves consistently tasty biryanis. Their mutton biryani with keema in particular is to die for. We also love the one with chicken meatballs and keema.<br/><br/>Portions are generous and the quality of meat is superlative. Melt-in-the mouth morsels that elevate the dish to another level.<br/><br/>The best part is that this takes influences from Lucknowi and Hyderabadi traditions, with the addition of generous doses of dry fruits. The complementary mint raita and sweets add that perfect touch to a memorable meal.<br/><br/>We've ordered multiple times from many outlets, and the taste has always been great. This will be in our speed dial for a long time.<br/><br/>

Stays true to its name! Actually a royal experience while eating their biryani. It was absolutely delicious . Will order more. Only if they could improve the packaging a little because the biryani was all over the box.

Decent Biryani! And finding a decent Biryani is not as easy a task as it seems. More often than not I've failed to be impressed by a Biryani I've sampled, finding one palatable is more of a rarity than a rule.<br/>Ordered the murgh makhani and the zaikedaar paneer biryani from behrouz.<br/>I appreciate the fact that the biryani came securely packed in individual paper boxes, (+0.5 for being relatively eco friendly)<br/>The biryani tasted quite good, though honestly it wasn't something on tasting which I'll say I was completely blown. I am more of a lucknowi biryani person so I loved it, but fans of spicy biryanis may not be as impressed.<br/><br/>Definitely looking forward to trying other variants of behrouz biryani!

Ordered from this place which is one of my favorite for briyani. So what i ordered was chicken tikka briyani and believe me guys it was very delicious, spices just the way needed not too much and actually it is correctly named as "The royal briyani" perfectly cooked having dry fruits toppings and also perfectly packed, no chance of leakage.<br/>This restaurant also gives the quick service of delivery, didn't need to wait long. My favourite place to order Biryani is Behrouz Biryani. This is actually a royal biryani. I ordered food from them and it came actually before time. I mean wow. So I ordered dum gosht biryani and murg tikka biryani and they never disappoint me. The biryani was rich in dry fruits and chicken pieces. The aroma and the taste both were excellent. Ordered Mutton Biryani from here.<br/>Let me sum it up - It was the best Biryani I have had in Delhi.<br/>Truly magnificent.<br/>It has large chunks of Lamb, drizzled in Masala. <br/>It wasn't dry neither too Masaledar, just the golden mean.<br/>Coming to the Rice, it was fragrant, delicious, flavourful.<br/>You can taste the saffron, nuts and raisins.<br/>It seems this Biryani was made with utmost care.<br/>Definitely recommend this Mutton Biryani.

Delicious!! I wanted to rate as 4.5/5. Since Zomato no more allows rating in decimals, I had to rate as 4/5. I have tasted their Biryani from another outlet. It was lazeez as mentioned. But instead of Biryani I found it more like combination of very aromatic long grain rice pulao with almond flakes on top with succulent flavourful meat pieces. it was evident both are cooked separately and has been layered while packaging. Not cooked on Dum. Whatever, it was delicious. I had ordered Dum Gosht Biryani and Bhuna Murg Biryani. I must appreciate the number of pieces in a pack. Its 3-4 pieces. All were well cooked and flavourful. Only problem I found was too much of curry alongwith the meat pieces. It was killing the rice flavour. Biryani does not call for so much masalas/curry with tye meat pieces. The Packaging is excellent.It was delivered hot. The buttermilk served in the bottle was a great supplement with Biryani.Very good delivery joint. A must try.

I ordered lazeez bhuna murgh biryani and like always their was yummy. This flavour has become my favorite and I was so happy to see the same quality delivered from different outlet.<br/>Chicken piece was soft and tender and rice were full of flavours.

We ordered Zaikdar paneer biryani. <br/>The packing was really nice, one of the best I’ve come across. <br/>Biryani comes to quite perfect quantity for two. Being not so biryani lover, i really liked the taste so i think if you are a biryani person, you should definitely try them atleast once. 🌸

So we ordered the dum gosht and bhuna murg biryani. There is a lot of flavour and the meat and chicken was tender and well cooked. They even sent a sweet surprise of gulaabjamun and packed everything very nicely. <br/>However I felt that the rice could be much softer...it was not hard but rubbery/plasticky so felt the biryani was little dry. So maybe better quality rice should be used.

Delicious biryani. Really liked the presentation and the ingredients. I had zaikedaar paneer biryani which was tasty but I would say I have had better biryani than this. On the other hand, non-vegetarian biryani was really delicious (8/10) as per my friends.

The succulent mutton pieces of boneless mutton biriyani was awesome. I would prefer a little less spices in the biriyani, the masala was little bit more.... otherwise quantity and quality wise it was good. we ordered king biriyani which serves 2, but actually it can serve 3 persons also.

I have tried so many places but none can hold a candle to this! This is the third time I ordered from here and never once have they let us down. Good service, good food and good timing. Biryani is my all time favourite dish , and I love to experiment with it so I tried Behrouz Biryani and it was amazing.<br/>It feels exactly the same as of my home and I totally loved it.<br/>The mutton was so soft and perfectly baked.<br/>For the additional taste they have added some almonds in it, and that makes it worth spending of.<br/>I also tried their kebabs , they were just okay.<br/>But biryani was amazing.

Food quality was very poor last night as compare to earlier when I order at call centre number. Improve or time will phase you out. The raita was also very watery. Pathetic quality actually. You have loose the control over quality. Even biryani was worst , no vegetables were there.

We’ve ordered 4 times: the first was delicious melt in the mouth biryani, so we ordered the next day: this seemed like a pale forgery: the mutton had to be searched for and the flavour was bland and equally hard to find. After a break we ordered from my mother’s account 2 days in a row and exactly the same pattern was repeated... except this time the mutton was tough and undercooked and underflavoured. a 50% hit rate for a restaurant with such a delicious product: really unfortunate

The biryani was mouth watering and a delight to sight. Very well packed and presented. The chicken pieces were tender & succulent with all the aromas rightly infused. This is going to be my favorite fix for a non veg meal, always.

Be careful before ordering briyani from Behrouz Biyarni, Kalkaji, Delhi, we had a pathetic experience. I ordered Veg and Non veg biryani for our office, they mixed Non Veg pieces in veg food packets and veg in non veg packets. Our few veg employees tasted and Non veg pieces were mixed in veg biryani. I called them and Kalkaji manager had sent to check, two people came and they checked and found Non veg pieces in veg biryani and veg pieces in Non veg biryani. They took back that two packets which we kept to show them and we had thrown 3-4 non veg mixed packets because veg people had tested that food. I asked them to refund money for half of the food packets (We had ordered 8 veg and 8 non veg food packets) but Restaurant person called me and he said that they can return 2 food packets and deserts but I said him to refund the money but he denied. Interesting thing is, I got a call from customer care executive and she denied that there was some mistake happened but she did not know that we have installed camera at our workplace, everything is in that recording that people came to our office to check food and they found mixed non veg pieces in veg food packet and veg in non veg packet. I have call recording of that person who came to check food and he had admitted on call also. Seriously i wanted to register complaint in consumer form but i am out of town so could not do but  I want to make all of you aware what these people are doing. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.

Great packing, presentation but food was average

It is one of the better places to order Biryani from. But if you're looking for the dry variety of Biryani, this is not your shop. The Biryani comes mixed with a slight curry based meat. The accompanied raita is runny and the gulab jamuns can be avoided.

I ordered a veg biryani at home and dosappointed with the quality and packing ! It could have tasted better with the way you guys have advertised ... With so much of knowledge sharing and delivering biryani in a foil packing was super disappointing. It was delivered fast but atill cold and wasnt fresh for sure.

Good Biryani. You can see that they've tried to avoid plastic in packaging. However it can be reduced more by not giving plastic spoons and cups for the raita.

Biryani is amazing. I had ordered biryani by "Biryani by Kilo", believe me Behrouz is better. Be it veg or non veg, both taste equally amazing. They should include more starters and breads for organising party with a variety that will serve all.

Excellent biryani. Not too spicey. Flavourful. The delivery packaging is also neat and clean. The raita was somewhat runny but didn't taste bad. The gulab jamun was ok but was tiny.

I ordered from behrouz a veg panner subz biryani. Which was completely waste of money. The quantity as compared to the price was not at all fair. The mint sauce/raita was too watery and had no taste of mint apart from being green in colour. The biryani should be aromatic and flavoursome and not spicy. The use of fried onions could have made it a bearable experience.<br/><br/>And then came the undertaker- “ Gulkand-ae- bahar”, which took away everything . Its the pathetic desert i’ve ever had. It should be banned in NATIONAL INTEREST. The container in which it came was so small that i could barely dig my spoon to eat it. After struggling with the same, the moment i ate the first bite, it gave me a sugar rush rather a sugar attack. No flavour, no texture. How can you even think of putting the same in your menu?? A complete disaster!!!!<br/><br/>As a loyal biryani fan, i would suggest behrouz to concentrate more on food they serve as compared to the fancy packaging and printing historic stories on their delivery boxes. We are not paying for reading stories, we want food.

Quality packaging can do wonders to one's impression of the food even before one takes a bite. It sets the mood just right for what is to come, and gives a kind of reassurance that the food has been made taking a lot of care in mind.<br/><br/>This is precisely what I felt when I first received my box of Biryani from Behrouz. The packaging had already won me over, and only in the worst case of the biryani being too spicy would my likening of the place be dampened.<br/><br/>Fortunately it did not, and the biryani was just delicious. Plus this is the only time a biryani joint from where I ordered my food had the thought of including a complementary sweet dish, a gulab Jamun in my case.<br/><br/>Just perfect. Super recommendation.

The biryani was delicious no doubt. But, when you pay for something you expect the quantity too & there were only 2 boneless pieces in my Dum Ghosht biryani which is a big dissapointment considering the amount it costs. It's like I paid more to eat flavored rice.<br/><br/>Two stars less for quantity.
