Review Saz- American Brasserie - New Delhi

Abhishek Anand
Saz American Brasserie truly lives up to its name and more! From the moment I stepped inside, I was transported to an authentic American cafe experience. I had the pleasure of bringing my American friends along, and they were absolutely delighted with everything - from the delicious coffee and mouthwatering burgers to the perfectly cooked steaks. The vibes and ambience were spot-on, creating an atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Needless to say, we will definitely be visiting again for another amazing dining experience!

Lovely place! We stopped by for a quick toilet break and got a tea. Such a beautiful place with cool beautiful bar and restaurant. Atmosphere is wonderful, wish we had more time to have a meal here. Would recommend. Car doesnt come right to the entrance but you can park right on the lane beside and a 1 minute walk in. Felt very safe for us on a Friday 230pm👍🏻

Went on a Thursday evening. The service was good. Courteous. The place was well maintained, with clean washrooms. Music playlist and volume was perfect. Lighting was just how I like it. Warm and dim. Was lucky to have the place all to myself. There's a wide variety of cocktails and all of the ones I had were good. The bartender knows what he's doing. Wish there were more food options and the prices a little lower. Also, the place isn't wheelchair accessible.

Quite place and good food. Staff is good and helpful. Had amazing Rivoli in the town and drinks were amazing. I liked Mango tea which is a must try and cold coffee was also good.

Nice place to enjoy lunch, diner or drinks. Menu is continental and we enjoyed the buffalo tenderloin, crunchy chicken tacos and the lamb burger. For dessert, their homemade guanaja chocolate (a type of mousse) was excellent if you're a chocolate lover. Pasta was not as great as I have found it in other places, but it is still good. Price is on the higher side, though, mostly because of the main ingredients and probably the decoration, atmosphere etc. Service was good and food was well cooked.

The decor is to die for, perfect place to spend your time with your friends. For me best part was the interior, this place was full of art & artistic things attracts me lot. Staff was good, even if you will ask what to order they will recommend you to try this & that. We want there at the time of brunch & we didn’t see a lot of rush there, which we liked because it would have been noisy. Had a great time!!!

Awesome continental home delivered food. Preparations are excellent and portions are generous. Enjoyed the Norwegian salmon and chateaubriand supreme steak.

We absolutely loved both the drinks : fizzy ,fresh summary and so good for a brunch. We also had the crispy chicken strip and while they were sheer perfection. I would recommend ordering them for the hot sauce alone . So damn good .

An experience beyond words, the decor won my heart. I have an eye for anything artistic and this place was full of art. The decor is to die for. The other good thing is the location, located in Sunder Nagar, the place is quaint yet chic and quirky. There cocktails are amazing as well. For food, I just ordered nachos and they were good. Special thanks to Ravi, our server, he did a great job.

Perfect place for an intimate brunch I went there with two friends and we had a great time. Their brunch menu is nice and is priced appropriately for the unlimited servings they provide. It is a bit hard to find the place, it is located on a narrow road you have to climb up a floor. Ambience: cute and quirky. They have taken a spin on some prominent public figures and have portraits all around. The seating is a bit congested. Even though they say that the place is available for a private party, I feel unless they move the stuff around, it will be difficult to walk without banging yourself in one of the furniture pieces. Food: I liked the brunch menu but I feel they had less variety, perhaps to cover more ground on the uniqueness of the items. We tried the chicken wings - liked them. We also got the truffle fries - We didn’t like them as much and returned them, they lacked flavour, in my opinion. We then tried a chicken burger - it was really good. We had their smoked chicken jalapeño pizza - it was average. Tried both their desserts - I’d rate them average. Drinks - this stood out. One of us had mock tails only. We tried almost all drinks and would recommend you mix and match, unless you are scared of hangover the next day! Overall - staff was good, they took care of us. We didn’t see a lot of rush there though, which we liked because it would have been noisy.

Wonderful cocktails, and pretty solid bar snacks / comfort food. Plus, a really warm ambience and service. Their rooftop tables are perfect for winter evenings.

SAZ - A fancy name for a fancy eatery. Experienced the food and ambience here first time and was really happy. The interiors are good, though I would say very compact, as it would be a bit tough to accomodate a huge crowd. Nonetheless, appreciation post. The Mutton Burger was well cooked and the patty was delicious, the Asian Chicken Wings were good, though I was expecting more! The Chicken Rice was mild and in sync with continental taste, though we can get a rip off by KFC for about 200 less 😋. The place is well decorated in tasteful manner. Would definitely recommend visiting for a Brunch or quick bite if in Sunder Nagar area.

Small cafe! Cute interiors! I tried the carb free zucchini noodles in spicy tomato basil sauce and they were yum!

In all honesty, I picked Saz because I was craving a really good sazerac cocktail. Turns out, the experience is top notch, not the OG Sazerac. We dropped in for dinner after trying to locate the place since all you see from the Sundar Nagar Parking is ATM. Once inside, the ambience is of what one would imagine an American Bar with Food would be. We started with Truffle Hand Cut Fries, Fried Chicken Strips and drinks. As mentioned, their OG Sazerac Cognac was the first drink I ordered, was left a bit underwhelmed. The drink was a tad too sweet for my palette, and didn't match up to my current Sazerac benchmark. The other drink on the table, their Bellini, made up for the average OG Sazerac experience. The Fries were fantastic, and they were generous with the truffle too. My partner and I consider ourselves French Fry Connoisseurs, and these fries feature in our Top-10 list without a shadow of doubt. The next new drink we ordered on the table was brilliant. Remember the Maine was the name of the drink, and remember it I will. Balanced, refreshing, beautifully spirit forward with the right amount of Sweet Vermouth, absolutely loved it. Best way to describe this one is a Manhattan/Rob Roy that went and re-discovered itself. Next up was a Smoked Chicken & Jalapeno Pizza, a Chicken Schnitzel Burger and, my personal food highlight, their Apple & Beer Braised Pork Belly. The Pizza was a thin crust pizza, light and fresh, exactly what one would want as a sharing plate. The Chicken Schnitzel Burger was fantastic, easily amongst the better Chicken Burgers out there. The Pork Belly was nice and succulent, served on a bed of Barley, made for a fantastic meal on its own. The staff was nice and responsive, the bar equipped adequately despite the ongoing (2021) liquor limitations in Delhi, and the location it fantastic. Definitely worth a visit, or seven.

Nice ambience, hospitable staff, amazing cocktails, beautiful decor. We ordered avocado toast with egg and OMG it was amazing!! Ended up ordering another one. The pasta was amazing, the 🐔 dish was nice too. It's slightly on the expensive side though. Our bill ran up to 3900. Paid via zomato and ended up saving 600 bucks (15%) If you found this review helpful please like it.

One of the oldest and most OG Bar’s of South Delhi.. loved being back at the original SAZ. The cocktails are creatively curated, very good to taste and beautiful to look at. Love the Bar area.. the dining area and terrace could be revamped a little! Special shout out to the amazing and most friendly bartenders who made the night even more special!

So we went to this restaurant reading alot about it in recent posts in the internet. We went here for lunch and the restaurant was decorated very well for the Christmas season. Its a cute little cozy place with a fantastic ambience. We loved the decor and setup of the restaurant! We started with a fruit punch mocktail which had a disctint taste of different fruits! For starters we ordered chicken tacos which was served on corn based tacos topped with chicken, sour cream and veggies! Then we ordered a sazerac queso bowl with refried beans and this was our favourite! Next we ordered saz smoked chicken pizza which was a very tasty thin crust with authentic cheese! For main course we ordered tenderloin tartare melt and betroot and goat cheese burgrer served with cajun rings. Both the items were just fantastic! To finish we ordered there special 90% manjari choclate bomb which was really a bomb! We also tried their blueberry waffles which was made fresh and tasted divine! Overall it was a fantastic experience and we were very satisfied!

It was an amazing opportunity which we got to check out this place Sazerac! To begin with the ambience was beautiful. The chandelier the frames french windows with the outside view of greenery and soft music just lit up the place ! For starters we began with buffalo wings sided with ranch dip and celery sticks. The wings really melted in our mouths with buffalo sauce and perfectly cooked chicken . We also tried corn chips with salsa guacamole and sour cream . The corn torta was enjoyed with shredded lettuce and minced beef . Amazing texture and consistency. For main course twas half roasted rosterrie chicken, portion was enough and satisfying. After which we also had philly cheese steak which was mainly long foot italian bread toasted with shredded cheese , mayo, shredded steak tomatos and onion we it enjoyed with the hot sauce ! Desserts were amazing we ordered banofee pie and lemon cheese cake , the sweetness busted in our tounges . This place is a must visit ! It is totally worth it.

Great place to binge on some really yummy American food including the likes of Tacos, grilled chicken and salads.

I went here last week and ordered their special Fish tacos which was very yummy with filling of fried fish and also smoked chicken pizza. The pizza was great and topping of chicken on it was good.

For mains, salmon is highly recommended. It’s grilled and tossed from one side which makes it even better in taste.

Lastly, their banoffie pie is surely not to be missed. It’s sooo good. Loved it.

The hospitality was really good. Good place to spend some time with your loved ones.

I have just found a beautiful American cafe that serves amazingly tasty food and has a great ambience .
Saz in Sunder Nagar is one of the fanciest cafe I have been in a recent while , their playlist is about American rock and hip hop which is kinda nice.
The service is quick and we had
Virgin mojito and cold coffee for drinks .
One pepperoni pizza - loved it
Spicy fish taco- good
Buffalo steak- medium cooked , juicy and tasty
Sea Norwegian salmon- really good
And for desserts we had chocolate mousse and vanilla ice cream.
Overall it was a real nice experience and it’s perfect for lunch dates.

Dining at this place was fantabulous. The ambience was amazing. The staff was very courteous. The service was quick. I found the prices as value for money. I had chicken burger in which the patty was very tender. I loved the guacamole in it. Furthermore, the truffle fries are scrumptious. I would absolutely go to this place again.

Dining at this beauty was a level up in terms of quality of food and menu choices. Every bite i took ensured freshness, some of the dishes i had were Chicken Schnitzel, pan seared chicken breast and a banofie pie. I will start with the dessert coz it was irresistible with layers of crushed biscuit crumbs, middle layer of caramel sauce topped with whipped cream. Pan seared chicken breast was well garnished , soft and tender, had some mashed potatoes and beetroot on the side. Chicken Schnitzel reminded me of my days abroad, but chefs at Saz suprised me on the similar taste and mushy sauces inside my burger.

Hanging out with my lovely friends at this place was indeed memorable with the location being right in the centre of delhi. I ordered a vegen bowl which was very different than i ever had in the city , with fresh greens and healthy lettuce, mushrooms, pok choy, avocado , lemon and olive oil dressing. For main course i had a pepperoni pizza loaded with sliced pepperoni pieces, cheese with a thin crust. This pizza not only looked fresh but tasted great with freshness in every bite as one could feel the crunch. Desserts were good but i chose my usual banana split and a homemade ice cream. At this outlet i spent the most of the time seated on the cozy terrace and soaking some sun.

It's not just a meal at Saz, it's an experience! Each dish is prepared and served with such perfection that you get mesmerized in it completely. Avocado Toast was beautiful and delicious. Even the cold coffee had the perfect taste. Pan seared Chicken Breast was simply amazing and Dense 70% Single Origin Chocolate and Nutella Mousse was heavenly. Excellent place for any occasion.

Best bar in Delhi for a quiet intimate date night with the gf. American fare, that is done exactly how it is in America. Mindblowing cocktails too!

SAZ is one the fancy places and perfect option for brunch on a date day. It has got lovely ambiance.

I liked the following :
1. Home made ice cream - amazing and creamy texture.

2. Avocado benny toast - 5/5 bang on and amazingly great! Must try

3. Wood smocked chicken pizza, jalepeno and onion rings - 4.5/5 chicken was cooked to perfection, spicy kick of jalepeno and cheesy tenderness.

Overally the place was great. Must try it out in Sunder Nagar, Delhi.

Saz
Wollllahhh! What a warm and cozy place in the middle of delhi.
It is a place of it's own charm with fantastic and fancy room size bar, closed seating as well as sitting by the park side view.

I would recommend the avocado toast benny. It was amazing. Avocado is also good option for heath freaks.

Saz queso bowl - omg this was gaint. This is only for 4 persons. We 2 were not able to finish it off. Cream was fresh and nachos crispy.

Smocked chicken, jalepeno and onion ring pizza - the chicken was really wood smoked, the wood flavor lingered on the chicken crust, pizza was backed to perfection.

In dessert i had ice creams which were great as well.

I visited this place today itself and tried their chicken wings, nachos salad, chicken pizza, chicken pasta, chicken burger, lemon iced tea, orange fizz, virgin mojito and chocolate mouse.

Guys trust me the food they are offering are highly recommendable and reasonable price. The food quality is upto the mark and the ambience is also very much amazing

The most niche place with the most amazing food, the team makes sure you have a gala time with the memorable food and drinks dont need a mention as they are never enough!

Just love the experience, ambience, food, beverages, staff, everything was so comforting and warm.
Really loved the vibe of the place, the place is famous for the cocktails they serve but the food was equally amazing. I tried their prawns, salmon fish and tacos and loved all three.
Coming to deserts, chocolate moose was heavenly. You need to visit this place..
Nancy
Couldn't love the place more, the ambience is so lively, the place has such nice vibes, so aesthetic and vintage. The place is known for it's bar but I didn't try the cocktails, I was here to eat. Started with pork tacos which I truly loved, then prawns, again loved it. Love love my pasta tortellini puttanesca, that's in tomato sauce.
Coming to deserts, I had affogato and dense chocolate moose. Legit enjoyed my visit. Definitely recommended. And coming back.

Visited there last week and it was a great experience. Had avocado toast, it was so tasty. There was a guy named Ravi, he suggested me a nice cocktail. Thanks SAZ.

We had made booking for 16 people + kids and was promised an area where kids would have place to roam around. When we reached due to some misunderstanding they gave us different tables and we asked them to move and they said sorry that area is reserved. At 8:30 we ordered chicken burger , spinach goat cheese pizza and nacho bowl. Till 9:30 and not exaggerating our pizza had not come to our table. Our guests had come and our most of our food came atleast after 30 mins of order. I had ordered fresh lime soda and after 30 mins ( that too after reminding them twice) i got fresh lime water. We were told sorry there is party going on upstairs and by mistake our servers have served the food there. That is lame excuse to give to the customers waiting for food for 45 mins. I don't know if we go back there as the manager itself was not very cooperative either. When we got our bill there was mistake on that too. and the manager kept arguing that you guys order 5 glasses of wine when we ordered just 3 glasses. So please do check the bill before paying it.
Fries Before Guys🙌🏻
Would love to start with their Ambience
The place gives you classy vintage vibes with Typewriters clogging their shelves and lots of books.
The music is soothing.
Had Caffe Latte and cold coffee
Then coffee was served with cookies in cute little bell jars and tasted well.
Courteous staff.Nice place for sure but too overpriced.
Totally itna worthy🌈
Nice cozy place. Good cocktails for sure and a nice outdoor terrace upstairs. Unique food options and good quality food as well. Would definitely recommend

A hidden gem in an otherwise empty Sunder Nagar market. Trendy instagram decor. Truffle fries are to die for. Meat burger is superb. Almost anything ordered from the menu delivers full price flavours. Staff is very good. Must visit for ultimate cheat day indulgence.

SAZ is a quiet little restaurant in the sleepy, upscale Sunder Nagar market. The menu is a mix of Tex Mex, Italian and American items. We had a veggie queso (not pictured as we couldn’t wait to dig in), lamb tacos, pepperoni pizza, and a chocolate mousse.
The queso was amazing - cheesy and very filling. Definitely meant to be shared with at least 5-6 people. The nachos that came with the dish were different from the standard ones you get in a restaurant - thin and crispy. The queso itself came in a tortilla bowl with refried beans, guacamole, jalapeños, and sour cream.
The lamb tacos were great, but I would’ve liked some guacamole along with them.
The pepperoni pizza was classic - thin crust pizza with a decent amount of toppings.
The chocolate mousse was a good ending to the lunch. It wasn’t painfully sweet, but was rich and chocolate-y.
Overall this is a nice place for a casual dinner but it is quite expensive.

Given the ratings, one would expect a more than average experience at the restaurant. Well let me clarify, the portions are abysmal, the menu is unflattering. FYI, if I order a lamp burger with chips, the reasonsable expectation is to get fries with it as that is what chips are identified as with a burger. Not a Rs. 20 Uncle Chips plain salted. To add to that any main dish, such as a pan crusted chicken whatever, is expected to have veggies with it. And again, a reasonable helping of it. This isn't the first time I've been to a fine dining restaurant. Many other places such as ABB, Sly Granny etc., at Khan are able to offer a better food experience.

Moving on to the drinks, an LIIT is supposed to be served in a proper glass. If you want to know which one, maybe check out Detroit, Sly Granny, Civil House to get a clue. Not a plain water glass. And yes, I'm one of those people for whom the presentation counts. And considering you're charging 600-700 bucks a dish, one would expect that to.

Hoping you really up your service. Nonetheless, never visiting again.

Sadly I can't give it a 0 and have to give it at least 1 star.

Underwhelming. Went with high expectations. Mediocre food. Zomato has a minimum word requirement so filling out space, nothing more to say...

Saz was an excellent experience, guys have really done well to attract Niche of delhi.. I loved the Private dining rooms kinda of concept giving people there own space without disturbing the Neighbors’.. Good collection of liquor, dint get opportunity to eat this time.. Must Revisit !!

Honestly, I really wanted to like this place. Ordered mac & cheese with chicken and Fried chicken burger with extra cheese. It was raining so wood oven pizza were unavailable. Portion size of mac and cheese made me question if maybe I had ordered it from the kids menu by mistake. Believe you me, the Chicken patty was too salty which shouldn’t have been the case if it were fresh. No element worth an ‘oh damn, that’s good’ was present in this burger. Patty wasn’t thick, juicy or succulent. So basically the things that should make it a good chicken burger were absent. Chef should add some of his/her own twist to mac & cheese rather than simply relying on heavy cream and cheese to do its magic. I am lazy enough to do that myself at home. Why spend ₹700 for that? Verdict - I erased this place from my memories the minute I came out cuz that’s how easy it was. The location, ambience and service is good but the food is....just....No.

The space has a warmth that is very inviting. The service is courteous and the good is reasonably good - some of the dishes we ordered were quite innovative and delectable.

We started with Avacado Toast (4/5) and Saz Queso Bowl (4/5).
This was followed by two different kinds of pizzas both of which were excellent with the thin crisp that was golden and moist at the edges (5/5).
The Saz Cubano sandwich (3/5) was just about passable but the accompanying potato crisps were nice.
The Tortellini Putanesca (6/5) was simply outstanding, burst with rich flacours and moist to the core ... a must have!
The carb free zucchini noodles (5/5) was a creative and healthy dish and was extremely tasteful.
The pan seared chicken breast (2/5) was a very average dish and the portion was extremely small, perhaps on of the biggest disappointments of the evening.
They were out of one of their signature dishes that I was keen to try - Spicy Grilled Oyster Mushrooms, which was surprising as we were the first guests a the restaurant for dinner!
The desserts were equally exciting - while the banana split was just passable (3/5), the chocolate and nutella mouse (5/5) was simply lip smacking!

Overall a good experience and worth a second visit!

Amazing ambience but the food was average here, disappointing infact. The drinks were good but still doesn't make up for the taste of food. Pizza was okay.

Its a combination of high dining +casual eating experience .the place is amazing along with good staff who are ready to improvise and make customizations .they serve authentic american which everybody may not like . The PRICES are way too high and overrated .it is an expensive place to eat ,but one can surely visit if they are looking for a more cocktail kind of dayout or night .Chicken wings recommended.
Excessively warm and a comfortable spot . Gab appreciate the music and taste on some stunning mixed drinks. The power Nap was exciting and an unquestionable requirement attempt .They additionally have a decent choice of vodka and bourbon based cocktails.Their Avocado toast an absolute necessity attempt , and the quinoa burger with fries was heavenly too !!

Tried Sazerac on a recommendation from a friend, we tried the place for our lunch. Ordered some Mac n Cheese, and it was definitely the best I've had. Some spaghetti bolognese to top up the game, and it was yum! We also tried an Edelflower based drink which was delicious. Good place!
Dhriti Mukherjee
Nice place with friendly staff, and a lovely casual atmosphere. Went there for lunch with a friend and was super stuffed with just these 3. The Mac and cheese was loaded with cheese and had a good quantum of bacon not just the sprinkling on top. Tacos were authentic corn bread, not the tacky readymade stuff. They were a bit difficult to eat though and got soggy soon so maybe serve the bread and stuffing separately (like they do in some places) and give more that 3 pieces??! The filling was delicious but a bit much to hold and eat.

Found this hidden gem while on the hunt for some delicious American delicacies. We reached here at 1, and the place was full, would suggest making a reservation.
The ambiance is so chill, and the vibe is so American, loved the decor to bits.
As far as the food is concerned, do do do try their Mac n Cheese, I AM A FAN!
They also serve amazing mocktails, and for desserts, waffles are a must!
Loved their service.

This extremely beautiful cafe is one of the most talked about in South Delhi for its architecture, American Cuisine and cocktails.

It's located on the first floor in Sunder Nagar market area and has ample parking space. The place has different themes for you to sit, one is the casual one, one is near the bar and another is a bit low lit area with a few tables. I fell in love with all of them.
I chose the table overlooking the park because it was well lit and the tables were spacious and also had charging point.

I ordered Sazerac Queso Bowl which had nachos with jalapenos, cream and tomato pieces and tasted heavenly. It is by far the best nachos served to me in a cafe.

Next, I ordered Jack Toast with Cold Coffee and Elderflower Mojito. The drinks were amazing. The quantity served was a bit less but the coffee was very rich and good.

We also tried the Pesto pizza and Red Sauce Pasta. I loved the pasta more than the pizza simply because I didn't like pesto on my pizza. I was experimenting and it just didn't pan out well.

Waffles with maple syrup was our desert for the evening. They were so well prepared and I especially wanted to thank the chef for it. They were so great.

My experience was amazing and I hope yours will too.
For offers and queries, contact the management.
Happy drinking!
Happy eating!

Situated near Sunder Nagar, Sazerac is a dine in restaurant offering authentic American Cuisine to its visitors. Its interiors too gives a Classic American vibe to their ambience . Also, their awesome song playlist playing adds to the charm of this place.
Firstly, I ordered their British Saz and Aqua Saz cocktails. Both of them were lovely but I preferred British Saz more.
Then, I tried my all time favourite Mac 'n Cheese. The macroni was soft and was adequately coated with Cheese and Butter. It tasted heavenly. Also, their Quesadillas are one of the best in town. Don't miss them out.
Also, I will strongly urge the management to increase the quantity of the food items they offer. Otherwise everything was perfect.
Will be visiting again.

Had a wonderful evening at Sazerac with a couple of my friends. We ordered a few cocktails like The British Saz, Gingerbread, Elderflower to name a few.. Apart from the cocktails, we also ordered Truffle and parmesan fries (which were amazing and would definitely order them again), the chicken queso bowl (worth a taste if you’re not too scared of the calorie count of it!), and a bunch of pizzas from a Margherita to Pepperoni and the Goan Chorizo and onion pizza. We ended the night with their Banoffee pie (which was amazing), and if you’re fond of dark chocolate, order their 90% Manjari chocolate bomb!
Its a fun place with good music and good American food!

Went for a quick lunch with family on a weekend. Place is lovely, very rustic but happy vibes. We ordered
Caprioska
Nachos
Tartufa Pizza
Handout Tagliatelle with porcini & morsels
Mac & cheese with truffles
Banoffee pie
Loved the generous amount of truffles on Mac & cheese, Tried this pizza for first time & just loved it. Nachos were okay kinds. Tagliatelle was crazily good. Overall we had a superb time at Sazerac.
Keep rocking!

Overpriced with average food. Ordered prawn jambalaya and got one singular prawn in it. When I pointed out that the dish is supposed to have prawn, I was given one extra prawn. Oh yay.

Cocktails were good. Good decor.
Found this lovely place by someone recommandation. It is beautiful and glamorous. Situtated amidst calm complex of Sundar nagar Sazerac may even seem a couple venue because of its stunning interior. It has private membership which gives you access to their picture perfect terrace and a lounge room.

Food here is nice as well.

We ordered

smoked chicken pizza - perfect portion with apt taste

Rigatoni ala vodka pasta (white base)- nice but too cheesy

Fried chicken burger - that was a wholesome meal.

Chicken wings - not too good but presentation was just wow. The sauce they dipped wings in did not seem fit for the dish.

Lemon ice tea and mojito - drinks were not that good.

Banoffee pie - simply amazing. Ultimate presentation

NY style lemon cheesecake - one word - phenomenon.

You should visit this place if you want to try American cuisine.

Sazerac is a American dining restaurant with the feel of interiors and lights oweing to American culture.

- Cauliflower, truffle & bean rice with a spicy crisp withoit quinoa - I would recommend this dish for Vegitarians and vegans. Who wants to have light but stomach full mains.
- Smashed avacoda toast withchoise of panchetta

Very light appetizer with the burst of flavors and goes well with panchetta on the top.

Service was fast and food quality is good too.
It was a one fine thursday lunch here at sazerac. The ambience and the courteous staff made the experience just better. I ordered the sazerac queso bowl and avocado, bean and onion quesadilla . The food was rich in flavour and taste. It was well coupled with a refreshing virgin mojito. It was a wonderful experience.

We ordered
*hand cut tagliatelle woth porcini and morells
*confit leg of duck with beet and truffled mash
These main course dishes were well plated and were divine.
We ended our meal with thwir amazing dessert options
Banofie pie and cheese cake 😍
They cant be described in mere words. Pure bliss. Definitely gonna recommend this place further.

Let me be honest here- if you have a designated members only zone in a restaurant, the food better be good. Sadly, this was not the case. For starters we had a toasted brioche bun. It was a thick cut of a loaf, and not what a traditional brioche looks/tastes like. Our second starter was chicken wings- the barbecue sauce was extremely salty and unpleasant. For mains there was a porcini tagliatelle- lacking in flavor, pasta was overcooked, sauce was lifeless. The smoked salmon pizza was the only good thing we had that night. Overpriced food.

What we had -

Peer, beetroot and goat cheese salad - 9/10

Pesto pizza - 8.5/10

NY style lemon cheesecake - 9/10

Mojito - 9/10

Peer, beetroot and goat cheese salad was really good. Goat cheese complemented the sweetness of the peer and beetroot. The pesto pizza was a little basic for our taste. Mojito was really well presented and the taste was good too. The cheesecake was simply amazing!

Visited Sazerac few weeks back with my friends. It has a nice ambiance & it is spread across 2 floors. I started with quinoa salad, beetroot burger & Mac n cheese. I didn't like the Beetroot salad much, but Mac n cheese was delectable. I also ordered Chicken Queso Bowl which is a must try here. It was healthy yet delicous.
I ended up my meal with some pancakes which were amazing.

Sazerac is an American Brasserie situated in Sunder Nagar. This restaurant recreates the classic American diner experience. The interiors are classy and amazing with distressed walls, neon signs and posters. Coming to food, we had
Mac 'n cheese, Chicken tacos and Pesto wood-fire pizza. Mac 'n cheese with truffle 4 cheese was fresh hot out of the oven. The macroni was not mushy and was generously coated with Cheese and Butter. In chicken tacos, the chicken was soft and crispy served in soft taco she'll with pesto sauce, cream cheese and beetroot. It was very scrumptious. Pesto pizza was topped with pistachio pesto, pine nuts, rucola and mozzarella. It was perfectly made and crust was handmade with delicious toppings. For dessert we had Peanut butter and Chocolate dense mousse. It was neither too sweet nor too bitter. It had perfect balance of sweetness with gritty peanut butter and dense chocolate.
I have to say that it was an awesome experience!

Sazerac is one of the best places in Delhi NCR for authentic American food. As soon as you walk in, it'll feel like you've been transported to a classic American Diner. Ambience is sophisticated and class with a touch of quirk to it.
We started off by ordering Sazerac Queso Bowl which came with refried beans. It was absolutely delectable. Mac n Cheese with 4 cheeses is every cheese lover's dream come true. It is delicious, oozing with the goodness of cheese. NY style Lemon cheesecake with blueberry compote is the best way to finish with meal on a sweet note.
It was a very delightful experience and highly recommend this outlet if you're looking for some American cuisine.

One of the best Place for Food & Drinks in the American Cuisine Category. The ambience speaks for it self, its classy, its cool, it is so American. The place has a very comfy rooftop area, but only for members. Sazerac serves one of the best NY Lemon Cheesecake & Banoffee Pie. Presentation is really amazing. Loved the Smoked Chicken Pasta and Rigatoni Alla Vodka Pasta. A sincere Thanks to Mr. Ravi for his gesture and hospitality.

A Beautiful Beautiful Place!! In awe of the ambience, well executed Decor, truly one quintessential American Brasserie. I loved the furniture, the vibe the most. Situated in a very Calm area of Delhi, this Café is no less then calm, there is this relaxing vibe here. You have books around every nooks. Place is comfy and food here is also very appealing. I gotta try so many things, i loved my Smoked Chicken Pizza, Rigatoni Ala Vodka Pasta, Fried Chicken Burger the most. Pizza is must try recommendation! Got my hands on the ever amazing Banoffee Pie and NY Style Lemon Cheesecake, both of them were one of the best desert i have had till date. They have a gotta a gorgeous Rooftop but only for Members, you should visit once, they have made it so Americano! Loved it. I would like to Thank Mr. Ravi, for his amazing Hospitality! I would great to see such prompt service.

Average at best ...the specials they recommended were very basic and bland. The hype was much more than what it was worth . Limited selection

What an ambience! It’s like you transcend into something completely else! Completely opposite of the entry of the restaurant ! The place is a hidden gem! Centrally located. Sazerac has the best wood fired thin crust pizzas. The drinks here can be tricky so would suggest you choose wisely or stick to the traditional drinks.
What I absolutely love about this place is their terrace and the private seating area , which is good for a 15 - 20 people party!
Do pay a visit ! You won’t regret it.

Sazerac was one of the restaurants which always used to come in our search list while searching for best restaurants in Delhi! So we were very desperate to try out sazerac.

Went for lunch to this restaurant and was totally mesmerised by the fantastic ambience of the place. We loved the french window and the lighting.

To start we ordered Chicken Buffalo wings and Chilli Tenderloin With torta!

Chicken wings were just very juicy and tasty. Served with ranch and salad it tasted very delicious.

Chilli tenderloin with torta was minced beef with corn chips and veggies. The beef was with correct spices. It was accompanied by guacamole, salsa and sour cream.

To drink we ordered peach ice tea and lemon ice tea. Both the drinks were refreshing.

For mains we tried philly cheese steak and half roast chicken!

Philly cheese steak was actually a italian bread topped with steak veggies and lot of cheese.

Half roast chicken was also very good. The chicken was roasted perfectly.

For desserts we tried the banofee pie which was just amazing. Layered with fresh banana, banofee and topped with whipped cream. We also tried the lemon cheese cake which too was just super delicious.

Overall it was a fantastic experience and we are surely going back again!!

Quiet lanes of Sunder Nagar hosts this multithematic restaurant.. eccentric in its appearance it matches the vibes with its limited yet comfort food.
Red wine onion rings truffle fries and pesto woodfired pizza set the tone for Sunday lunch and non stop chatter in a comparatively less occupied space.. Not so mainstream it’s quite a trick on the tastebuds ;)
Kshitij Bansal
Two of us went there for dinner. Ordered pizza half n half pepperoni and pesto which was good.

Ordered some veg nachos which were good as well and quite well presented as a dish.

Ordered onion rings - were not crispy & almost soggy which was disappointing.

Ordered lamb bolognese which had 4 times lamb mince than the spaghetti which I think is a result of a few people complaining the portion to be small in the earlier reviews. All in all a good dish,l which tasted well was ruined due to over load of lamb mince. Also the sauce of lamb dint taste fresh.

My most disappointing experience was daring to try the bay stylelobster roll. I specifically asked my.server not once but thrice as to if they were using fresh lobster or not. I ate the dish, overloaded with mayo to try and overshadow the lack of lobster meat in it. More alarming was that it gave a severe food poisoning.

All in all the place has potential but the management of chefs are not doing a good job in being consistent and making sure that the meat bought is fresh and not contaminated..
They have the best tasting Mac N Cheese in Delhi. Great combination of cheeses. I also had the Baby Back Ribs, which had great flavor and tenderness but just a bit to much BBQ sauce.

I’ve been almost borderline dying to visit this place ever since it was named ATM bistro and one fine day I finally did. So to my surprise, it dint turn out as much as I would have wanted to. The place is very dark, I had planned brunch but ended up for dinner so maybe day time could be better. I ordered a queso bowl and my first ever attempt on Mac and cheese. Also a cocktail House Sazerac. Queso bowl coming from a general nacho dip concept was beyond expectation and loved the mix of beans, warm chicken, guacamole was I would want to repeat in case I drop by again. However, I maybe am not the right one to comment on mac and cheese since my first attempt but found it super average. The drink was too strong for me but the service was kind enough to mild it for me. I may end up for a brunch some time but not otherwise.

This place really took me to the Tito's lane in Goa. When we reached sunder nagar, it took some time to find the place.
The ambience is very eccentric with the red lights and deep house music which surely is going to elevate your mood.
The staff is polite and knowledgeable. They were quite helpful when we were ordering. The service is moderate.

We ordered:

- Baked lobster mac and cheese (average): I like the flavor of the lobster and the mac and cheese were creamy. However the flavor was very milky.

- Fried chicken burger (good) 🌟: the flavor of the burger was good, the chicken was succulent.

- Spaghetti lamb bolognese (good): although it's quantity is something which I am not a fan of (for main course), the dish was definitely hearty and the flavor was good.

- Truffle fries (good) 🌟: the flavor of their dip was amazing with truffle oil and really amped up the flavor of the fries.

- Half pepperoni and half goan chorizo pizza (Amazing) 🌟: both the pizzas were so good. Though pepperoni is an all time fav, goan chorizo definitely had a different flavor which we enjoyed.

Overall, I liked the place. The food was good and the ambience was even better. I would definitely like to try other items in their menu.
Deathbygluttony
A quaint little restaurant located in the quiet lanes of Sundar Nagar. I went for a dinner on Sunday night and the place was totally empty. It is not a mainstream place so you won’t see the typical Delhi crowd.
The ambiance was peaceful with an amazing range of soothing music.
The red light and tipsy vibe literally took me to back to Goa.

The service was fine but the waiters paid less attention to us due to the table placement.

We had-
• Truffle Fries (₹275)- Good quantity and tasty.

• Mac & Cheese with lobster (₹650)- Average and bland. The taste of milk overpowered the taste of cheese.

• Fried Chicken Burger (₹600)- Delicious.

• Half Pepperoni and half goan chorizo (₹750)- Loved both the pizzas. Super cheesy and greasy.

• Spaghetti lamb bolognese (₹700)- The flavour of lamb was good. The portion size was small but the lamb was filling.

Overall I liked the place and the food. Must go if you would like to chill with friends over good drinks and food.
Definitely pricey given the quantity of the food.

Hope the review helped you 👍🏼

Was at Sazerac for lunch. I was moved by the interiors. Beautifully set up. Spacious and multi-thematic. Book-lovers, you got a good couch and view!

Had peach ice tea and elderflower mocktail at first. Tried the italian burrata with marinated tomatoes and rocket leaves, queso bowl with chicken, wood-fired pizza with goan chorizo and onions, mac n cheese with lobster. For desserts, had the lemon and blueberry cheesecake and 90 percent manjari chocolate bomb.

I can blind-foldedly recommend everything i have tried here. Great food. Amazing service. Some might find it to be a bit higher on the budget but every penny spent is worth the foodgasmic experience! Wonderful time spent!

I am now going to write about yet another unforgettable gem at the heart of Delhi serving some mind blowing American and European favourites!
Sazerac offers you fantastic service and the ambience soothes your soul! Situated in the Sundar nagar market, this place boasts its scrumptious food.
What I loved?
Elderflower mocktail which was amazingly refreshing. In starters, I’d strongly recommend their Queso bowl and Burrata cheese with rocket leaves. Both were exemplary in their presentation and flavours. For mains, I’d recommend their lobster mac and cheese and onion and chorizo pizza. The mac and cheese was mindblowing with lots of cheese and generous pieces of lobsters. For dessert, I’d recommend their 90% Manjari chocolate for those of you who like dark chocolate and their lemon cheesecake which was soft and just melt-in-the-mouth!
This place is a must visit if you want to rightly have some satisfying dishes in Delhi!
A decent place to hang with the gang on the weekend. Tucked away in a quiet market of Sunder Nagar, Sazerac definitely lives upto its fame. The food was pretty good and the servings were apt.

Sazerac is one of the finest Eating outlets in Delhi NCR who is known for their American cuisines. I went to this outlet last wee on 23/january for a lunch session which turned out to be a pleasant one. Sazerac is situated in Sunder Nagar area ( adjacent to Old Fort) and one can easily tracer the location with the help of google maps. Coming to the place, it has one of the beautiful ambiances and the decor was mesmerizing. Though when it comes to the entry part, I suppose it was a little dull, when you go upstairs for the restaurant, the decor will soothe you like anything.

Coming to the food I ate the hospitality provided us the management, the detailed review is as follows:

** For Starters/Mains **

1 – Sazerac Queso Bowl chicken:

( A top class dish plus the way it was presented was marvelous. Quality food and delicious as well.)

2 – Choice of Tacos with chicken:

( These tacos I found was average. Nothing special about the taste. Only the thing which I found good was the preparation and nothing else. )

3 – Mac n cheese with bacon:

( After ages, I tasted one of the delicious mac n cheese in Delhi NCR. This particular dish is Highly Recommended and the presentation style was at par. )

4 – Half Roast chicken:

( This dish blew up my mind with its incredible taste and Mind blowing presentation. )

** In Beverages **

( The menu presented to me for the beverages was very limited. )

1 – Virgin mojito:

( Nothing much fancy about this drink. Can be found anywhere in Delhi.)

2 – Cold Coffee:

( Again same taste and the same level of presentation. )

** In desserts, I had **

1 – Waffle with hot chocolate sauce:

( One of the items which I loved and team Sazerac presented to me in a beautiful manner. So much tasty and crispy. )

2 – 90% Majari chocolate bomb:

( HIGHLY RECOMMENDED DESSERT. No one can afford to miss this dessert. )

** Hospitality provided by the team Sazerac **

>Ambiance:

( Super cool ambiance with beautiful and classic decor. Seating arrangements were good and seats were comfy as well. )

> Service:

( Service section was a little slow but I have no complaints as the food they were delivering was up to the mark. So, I’ll term their service as prompt and courteous. )

>Quality:

( Quality is one thing that Sazerac has not jeopardized. TOP NOTCH QUALITY served to me .)

** Overall experience **

>Ambiance: 4.5/5

>Food: 4/5

>Service: 5/5

> Value for money: 4/5

!! CHEERS !!

If you like small quaint places that don't feel like Delhi, you are going to love this place. I loved this place for it's feel and food. The ambiance is regular yet comforting.

We ordered for:
- Cream cheese and spinach crepe: I absolutely loved this dish as it had an amazing taste of cream cheese. Those not fond of cheese might not enjoy it too much and find it to be bland.
- Sazerac queso bowl: I had this for the first time and totally loved it. Every single element tasted very good individually as well as a whole.
- Pizza: This to our disappointment was undercooked the first time and had a burnt taste after the replacement. We however, ignored it the second time as we couldn't have waited for another 15 mins.
- Rigattoni ala vodka: This was not as good as the other dishes. It became better after adding little parmesan cheese to it.
- 90% manjari chocolate bombe: This was absolutely heavenly!

Had an amazing time with friends at Sazerac with some amazing food, drinks, good service, great music and comforting vibes of the place. Looking forward to visiting the place again.

I really dont know where to start my visit to sazerac from!
I went on a lunch date and it was just the perfect place we could choose out of all the humongous options available!

Firstly, I tried the Beer Fermented Monterey Jack Toast and wow, it was cheesy. It had caramelized apricot for the garnishing, and boy it was delicious.

The next I had was the Burrata Ravioli in rocket pesto. When I say ravioli, almost most of the times a filling of cheese, spinach, mushroom comes in my mind. But no, here's where sazerac amazes you. I never had a hint of burrata being a form of some cheese. But boy, it was different. And pesto makde oylut of rocket leaves? This one is going to be my experimental dish for the year, I guess. I wont say I loved it at one go, because you really need an acquired taste for this. But after a bite or two, you'll understand and enjoy the dish.

The next I had what was called the chocolate bomb. And no, it's not like the bomb served in pa pa ya , this is made of dark chocolate served with cream and garnished by a literal cherry on top.
And if you love dark chocolate, YOU GOTTA TRY IT.

The ambiance is beautiful, the feel is beautiful, the MUSIC is all hearts. I don't see a reason for you to not visit this place once.

They are having there outlet in Sunder Nagar, though I had never been to there outlet.I was in Zomaland fest at Jawahar lal stadium today and seen there outlet here. They serve American brassiere cuisine and tried couple of there dishes like Kajun spiced chicken tacos with guacamole , raw mango and pomegranate salsa ,NYC halal rice.Food over here is delicious .Though it's a Out door set up but still they had maintained the nice ambience.Surely I am going to try there outlet for experiencing more dishes.

Fine dine at its best.
This restaurant serves fusion American grill and more at with a lot of love.
1. Burrata ravioli in pesto:
A Sure Must have. Great flavours, aptly made pesto with fresh ingredients. Ravioli was soft with a perfect filling of burrata cheese
2. Pizza
Pizza had some kind of smokiness that I’ve never experienced anywhere else. It should blow your mind.
10/10 for good and service
Location is calm and no hep-bola.

Located on the first floor - this is a cozy little place serving American food. Visited here for lunch with friend and it all started with peach tea followed by
Chicken tacos - served in soft shell corn taco,
Refried beans and onion quesadilla topped with monterey jack cheese,
in salad pear, beetroot and goat cheese salad and the starters ended with queso bowl with chicken - it was fully loaded.
We couldn't resist ourselves from ordering the pizza - once we were made aware that they have a wood fired pizza. We tried there thin crust smoked chicken pizza - you could see and taste the difference a wood fire oven has on a pizza.
Opting for the vegetarian main - tried the beetroot and goat cheese burger with Cajun spice onion rings and danish blue.
Coming to dessert and the best part of any meal - 90% Manjari chocolate bomb - would make anyone who doesn't like chocolate (if there is any) a believer.
And the waffles - served with hot chocolate sauce, maple syrup and blueberry compote was one of the best waffle I have tried so far - highly recommended!!! The service was swift and polite - took good care of us for the afternoon. Would surely recommend visiting this place to spend a quite afternoon with some good food!!!
Sazerac American Brasserie is a casual dining lounge located in Sundar Nagar, Central Delhi. It has a very classic vintage interior and comfortable seating. The menu compromises of fancy American cuisine with a fully stocked bar. It also has a beautiful terrace.
My recommendations here :
The Rocket ,palm heart and warm mushroom salad . Simply dressed with subtle flavours.
Chicken Tacos were topped with guacamole and sour cream . It was a hearty and a delicious starter.
90% Manjari Chocolate bomb was sinful and decadent. A super chocolatey creamuex dessert served with whipped cream was beautifully presented.
Great service and hospitality .

I went there for a celebratory dinner for my friends wedding.
Hopes were pretty high and had saved this place for a special occasion.

We ordered the burrito bowl, the creme cheese crepes and one non veg dish (dont remember the name very clearly).

The burrito bowl was good all in all having a variety of dips inside a bowl of taco shell. However, it just lacked flavour. I dont know why.

The creme cheese crepes were disappointing to say the least. Could only taste plain cream cheese and some raw spinach.

The chicken though was actually very well made.

Final review: if some change in recipe is done, the taste can be enhanced!

Revisit: maybe...
Sazerac is a small cosy American Dining outlet in Sunder Nagar. The café's interior is really pretty and gives a positive vibe.
I visited this outlet yesterday and I tried their Irish coffee which was good. Also, I ordered their Buffalo Chicken wings which was really delicious and crispy.
My favorite item was their 90% Manjari Chocolate Bombie. I would urge everyone to at least try this dessert. Never tasted anything like this before.
Will be visiting again.
