Review Dum Maro Dum - New Delhi

Dum Maro dum as its name suggest it is not like a trippy. But they have pretty ambience with trippy things like they serve hookah, cocktails and alcohol. I went with my friends over there and I had: ★ Veggies gang: One of the best veg pizza I have ever had. Proper cheese pull and it's crust was too perfect and yumm af. *HIGHLY RECOMMENDED* ★ 2FT. Panini: It is perfect dish for 5-6 people and it is proper veg and salad lover go for it. ★ Brownie and Oreo Shake: As shake was not that much thick but it's cream was very yummy and they serve in kulhad. ★ White sauce pasta: Must try pasta😍 ★ Chicken tikka and Malai tikka: One is spicy and tangy and other one is too Malai one as it's flavours are compliment each other. ★ Paneer Tikka and Malai paneer tikka: Same as chicken Tikka and Malai tikka. Only difference is chicken and paneer. ★ Main Course: Dalmakhni, Kadai paneer and butter chicken with naan. Best combo. ★ Desert: Onion Phirni as it's too diff but it taste too good. Service: 3/5(staff was rude) Food: 4.5/5

Dum maro Dum (DMD) is the best lounge of Hudson lane. I really love this place the best thing is interior Design of this place. All the staff is Good. If we talk about Food Taste I loved it. I really Suggest you To go this place. Best For DU Students go and visit and explore. Me and my friends are glad we Are first costumers of DMD ❤️ I will visit again soon…

A great cafe to hangout with your friends I could've given it 5 rating but I haven't just because they have mentioned dj in their features and there was no dj in the afternoon !! There were 3 birthday parties going on including mine We asked them to play some hindi songs , or atleast on a shuffle so that we can dance , but they had there restraunt policies. Rest everything was pretty awesome. Food was excellent . Ambience of the restaurant is also good , you could get plenty of pictures here. Had a great time here .

Happening place in gtb Nagar. My experience here was amazing. Had a lot from their amazing menu.. Food here is delicious and their presentation is outstanding. Now coming to the place , it is very spacious and theme is extraordinary.

This place was on the list since long. The wall paintings and ambience give a rustic and retro feel the minute you enter.Here's what we ordered: 1.Nachos (veg) : a highly recommended as they were fresh hot and crisp loaded with bloody salsa,cheese and sour cream.Gulped by all in seconds. 2.Fish roast chilli: Super soft fish and was well spiced and flavors were balanced. 3. Veg mezze platter : Very average,dips were disappointing.The fried dumplings were too oily and filling was not appealing. 4.Quesadilla: Very average again.Filling was same as those of dumplings and they were falling apart while taking a bite. The service was slow or maybe it was bad timing with a birthday party running along.

New place in the town which is high on spirits and serve good food. It has amazing fusion of dj and dancing beats to dance upon. I was planning from a long time to visit this place , and finally visited! The place was amazing with a nice ambience and some good music. Let me share my drinks and food experience with you: Drinks: Banana Hazelnutt shake: The shake was one of the amazing shakes I have ever tried. The shake came in a kulhad glass and was topped up with whipped cream along with some cherries. The taste was next level. Paan Kulhad Shikanji: This was the best shikanji ever tried. The flavour of paan leaves and the refreshness of shikanji was an amazing fusion. I loved this drink. Food: Nachos (veg): Nachos is something which almost everyone love. The nachos was cheesy. The crisp corn tortillas tapped with cheese fondue baked with cheese and served with burhani sour cream and bloody marry salsa. Fish And Chips: The fish was perfectly made and the potato chips along with that was also perfectly fried. The fish was carrying an amazing taste. Paneer Tikka 2 Way - The paneer tikka 2 way is something different you can have and you get two different types of paneer tikka in a single meal. You get two styles achari and malai which is grilled in tandoor. Soya Chaap V2 - This is also same as paneer tikka, you get two styles of chaap in a single plate. Here you get spicy and malai chaap grilled in tandoor. Cheese Pav Bhaji : You might have ate Pav bhaji many times but I guess you didn't get this kind of presentation. The cutted the pav and presented the same in small piece all you have to do is pick up a piece have some bhaji and eat it. The taste was amazing. Malai Chicken Tikka: The chicken Tikka was good. Have your chicken tikka with mint sauce it will give an amazing taste. Also it was full of cream and was soo damnn tasty. Also I had main course in which I ate dal makhani, Paneer Tikka Masala, Butter Chicken and Chicken Tikka Masala with some butter naan. All of them were amazing and was soo tasty! Desserts: Choclate Dome: A dome of choclate with brownie pieces, vanilla ice cream, Pista sand covered in Choclate Dome and the dome was melted with choclate sauce. The taste was amazing you must give this a try! Brownie with ice cream: The brownie was good , though it can be a bit better but overall it was amazing! My experience here was amazing and I enjoyed a lot here! Overall experience: Food: 5/5 Service: 4.3/5 Ambience: 5/5

Dum maro dum is a great place with lovely ambience inside. Its a nice place to come with friends and enjoy some great delicious food . Today I went to this place with my friends for lunch. We tried their- Starters- Baked nachos- 5 /5 Corn salt n pepper - 4/5 Veg quesadilla-4/5 Cream spinach pizza-5/5 Chicken lollies-5/5 Monk fish tikka-5/5 Main course - Paneer lababdaar-5/5 Chicken makhani-5/5 Dal tadka-4/5 In dessert we tried their fusion kheer which was very delicious. The service was also good. All food items were appetizing and were presented nicely.Overall a very nice place to hangout.

Visited this place quite recently, among the many outlets in hudson, this outlet completely stands out in terms of their food. They have variety in seating area, rooftop with live music is the best. Coming to their food, i tried their famous cheesy pao bhaji which was out of the world!! Their gulukand mocktail was equally amazing. Their shakes were okay and could have been better. The golden potli is worth trying but i found it a bit dry and stuffing could have been more fulfilling. Their chocolate bomb in the dessert was the best and the presentation was good too. Overall the staff was courteous and the service was prompt. A must visit in hudson for sure!

DMD, This place has all those quality which an ideal resturant should have. Starting from its ambience, location, interior, food etc everything is awesome. Best thing is their cooperative and friendly staff. They reflect the very core ideology of their own cafe that is PLUR ( peace, love, unity and respect) i.e truly Gypsy. Nice place to eat and must try cheese pav bhaji and red sauce pasta its best here ! Pizza is not that great its just fine ! Nachos is also just ohk ohk ! But pasta and pav bhaji is awesome !

Perfect bar area and smoking exaustings. Dishes I had A Brownie Shake- Its taste was common as other brownie shakes but there way of presenting with cream over it and some brownie cake it was good. 2FEET GIANT PANINI- Yeah right. I must say its meal for 4 people but i and a friend of mine were too hungry that we had it all means 2 peoples and realy it was sooo delicious, saucy , spicy,fully loaded with chicken serverd with 3 types of sauces in extra. This place is just lit🔥. Be it ambience, be it food, be it hosting everything was so perfect😍😍. Recently visited this high spirit lounge and I was actually amazed with there servies. I had a party booking over there. So they decorated the place very nicely and since it was birthday party booking they provided us with everything that are must for a birthday party😍😍. Coming over to food we ordered 1)Veggie Gang Pizza - Pizza was perfectly cooked and the base was not very hard. Usually I don't like the thin crust but after trying this I must say I had one of best thin crusts. Must try!! 2)Baked cheesy nachos - These were very tasty also they prepare fresh toppings😍😋 3)Cheese Pav Bhaji Fondue- This is must must thing to have this from here (Aan baan shaan h DMD KI😍😍😀). Came here on Saturday afternoon . They provide the best service in gtb Nagar I would suggest everyone to visit here again and again withing wasting and thinking to much . Food quality was so good every one was there to ask again for anything we need .. there hokka quality is so good . I just suggest always try and order hookka there . They just give amazing experience of hokka to people . As it was raining outside and the area was little dark from inside and their terrace area entry was restricted for some time . So we could not able to click pictures there . so they told us about their photographer and he clicked many pictures of us . Their picture quality is outstanding I would suggest all to get themself captured by their photographer . I got my pictures and they are so awesome . I would specially like to thanks to #vasudha she helped me to get my pictures which were so special to me . They have amazing service . They care for each and every moment of joy . For starters it was a little too hard to find , located on the second floor with no sign boards as such and coming from the nearest metro station (GTB Nagar) it was very hard walking in this scorching heat but after entering the restaurant the experience kept getting better and better.<br/>The prices are reasonable they have music playing every time and the best part it was of my taste.<br/>The waiter was soft spoken and was kind enough to serve us water as soon as we entered as he saw the dripping sweat.<br/>Now for the food , we over ordered but we didn't regret it as the food was just amazing one of the best pastas I've had in GTB nagar and after we were done we had a couple of pieces of pizza left and they didn't hesitate to pack it for us. Great for the food<br/>But the bill made my pretty good going day a little less great because they added wayy too much taxes the food we ordered was for 1700 something and after the tax our bill shot up to 2200 and moreover i was carrying only 2000 with me but somehow i managed to pay but still the taxes they added were wayy too high As i just said. It could've been an easy 5 star if it weren't for the exceptionally high taxes.

Visited a week ago, they had a two story place and the decor is just mind blowing. very comfy environment and positive vibes. the Ambience is really great and the service was also good. They are particularly famous for their items like cheese pav bhaji, chicken pizza, Margareta pizza, masala fries. This lounge is closed permanently. I went to this place for celebrating my friend's birthday but when we reached the other people informed us thst this place has been shuttered.

The food was not at all A mind blowing experience for mein way eay to normal according to gtb nagar.<br/>Prices were reasonable and service was way too slow. We waited for approx 45 mins for a pizza and then 20 mins just for a mojito.<br/>We ordered dahi ke sholay which was the only good thing but again had to wait for approx 30 mins<br/><br/>Food -3. 5/5<br/>Service 1/5<br/>Ambience 4/5

The food was average but what I didn't like about this restaurant is the unprofessional behaviour of the staffs. And also, this is a rooftop restuarant but when we went there, they didn't allow us to go to the rooftop part.

Dum Maaro dum is a quite overhyped cafe in the campus area. It is a two storeyed cafe where I actually didn't like the tAste of the food. Theres a live dj most of the time but generally this cafe is quiet filled and you don't actually et to dance and enjoy because of the place issues. Also the food is okayish and nothing special. The last time I visited this place the staff wasn't much polite.

This place is good for casual meet with friends or for birthday parties. Yummy food and alcohol is there. Must try paneer tikka, Dry Manchurain, white pasta and chicken popcorn. ❤️

It is one a good cafes of hutson lane. I went there with my friends. We ordered peri peri fries,pizza,mix sauce pasta,Manchurian,chicken tikka. All the snacks were good and the quantity is also sufficient. One thing that they do not change their songs even after pleasing. We requested them to play birthday song and sons on which we can dance abit. But they denied. Their were two other birthday parties going on. All of them requested but they said that it is not in their policy.

It is good both ambience and food wise . Dance floor is also available(tho its not too spacious but it is nice). A place good for spending time with ur friends and family.

Recently visited this place with my friends for celebrating my bday. This place is really good for birthday party. Service is little bit slow but there is loud music which cheers you up. We went for a birthday party. It was a good place with good ambience. Only felt a little empty for a Saturday night. The food was good although quantity was not so good. Every food item came in very small bits and we had to order 2 plates of all dishes even for 4 people.

There is no DJ available at the peak hours. Do not expect a song on demand. They does not have basic facilities that should be available in the lounge. The staff here is not at all cooperative. One need to ask your the things many times. Moreover there is no manager or senior staff available to cater your requirements. Not at all satisfied with the outlet. A good environment with good food. Price was very decent some different dishes i had tried like stuffed kulcha filled with mayonnaise and pickles and i loved the fries it was so yummy. If want to do party with your friends you can considered this place .

Went there with my friends, food was excellent and so was the DJ.<br/>Were the first customer of the day, and got attended by Mukesh such a generous guy with nice communication skills.<br/>Ambience was quite good. (5/5) 🌟<br/>Grilled Jack rolls- Visually appealing, it took me some time to get the hang of its taste and I still can't describe it. But loaded with mayo it is a good to have dish if you prefer visually appealing grilled momos with taste of onion ring. (4/5) 🌟<br/>Nachos- Ummm. I won't recommend it. Nachos were soggy, tasteless even with mayo. Since I had it as last dish its taste remained with me and deteriorated the rating of outlet for me.<br/>Egg Pao Bhurji- Yum! Its a nice place to visit if we’re looking for a decent crowd in a lounge in gtb which is quite difficult but with a very limited menu. The terrace sitting is quite amazing though. Also, the dj is good!!

Visited this restaurant recently. It was totally a miss for me. We opted for the open seating. I did enjoy the live music there but the service was a total miss. The prices are a bit high compared to the other restaurants in the area.<br/><br/>Nachos- they were absolutely bland and the salsa had no flavor. Also, I expected the baked Nacho's to be hot with melted cheese but the cheese felt rubbery and was miss for me.<br/><br/>Noodles- tasted decent but again, it was served cold so didn't enjoy the food.<br/>Wanted to try much more but we were disappointment so left the place.<br/>2 stars only for the live music.<br/>

I love the ambience of this place. Beautiful rooftop. We ordered- honey chilly potato, chicken wings, abc pizza, green apple ice tea and brownie chocolate shake. Food was delicious and drinks were very refreshing. Service is good and special thanks to Ranjeet for his determined service and friendly nature.

I went to DMD for my birthday and I had a lovely experience. DMD gtb has a beautiful rooftop and great ambience.<br/><br/>The service was really amazing and quick, especially thanks to Mukesh who was our server.<br/><br/>The food was good, my personal favorite was the roast chilly fish. The drinks were refreshing too. A little suggestion is that they should also include more items in their menu. But overall it was a great birthday, thanks to DMD for it. ☺️
