Always loved sugarama.. have been ordering from here even before 2018 and it’s still my go to place for cakes. I am extremely fussy about my cakes and my heart is stuck here for the quality and taste you get. Highly recommend trying the cakes from here. 💛🧡

The chocolate mousse with the orange glaze was just divine! A dark, soft, rich mousse- not too sweet, just a little cold- exactly how it should be! I loved every bite. Just so decadent. Perfect for a bit of self-indulgence. It's all just perfect! Cakes r also very good.

Sugarama desserts are a must try! They are unique in their flavours and use of fresh fruit ingredients and are visually and tastefully crafted by a renowned pastry chef Rama Chadha. They make great gifts, special occasion desserts or just a sweet treat for home. Their quality and service is always excellent and Chinar is very helpful, kind and generous. Rama & Chinar make a great duo at Sugarama. Would highly recommend. Keep checking their menu for new items; seasonal & occasion specific !

The products are fantastic. What I truly enjoyed is that the cakes/pastries do not get overwhelmed by the tastes of sugar and cream, which allows the natural flavours of fruits, chocolate, alcohol to meld with the rest of the pastry ingredients in the best proportions so that a different and quite sublime taste is delivered. I deeply appreciate that. The peach elderberry pastry, the piñacolada, the classic tiramisu, the berries and cream and the raspberry chocolate done are the products we tried and absolutely swear by. But they have a massive range that I've not explored yet. I just hope that they open an outlet in Central/New/North Delhi so that delivery isn't an issue.

On a Monday afternoon to beat the blues all you need is a big chunk of Sugarama's Nutella Banana Bread! When asked how long it'll last- Rama gleefully replied "till you finish it" and boy was he right? The banana bread was polished off in minutes.. have tried the mango cheesecake and the cream cheese brownie in the past all of which were delish and decadent. Way to go Rama!

I have a call before ordering and specifically told them the cake should be beautiful it is for my sister and her preference is coffee but I was totally shocked after reviving this “school lunch box” it was so pathetic not only to look at but tasted equally bad as well .i paid around 1000 bucks for half kg tiffin box which is extremely expensive but I was bluffed by the good reviews !! My cousins started laughing so hard after seeing the cake ,I felt embarrassed and ashamed!! Honestly, the best desserts I’ve ordered from Zomato till yet!! They tasted even better than they looked and we absolutely devoured them. A feast for your eyes as well as your tummy!! What to write about this cake which ended up spoiling the entire dinner experience for the family. Gooey, salty, bitter, smelly and aftertaste can haunt you for life. Commendable to whosoever could spoil it this bad, The Chef must by Michelin.

They took more than an hour and a half to deliver, that too following repeated calls. The bakery happens to be just 3kms from where I had ordered from.<br/>Following delivery, the mini Macaron pack itself was disappointing with regards to the amount paid for it. The mini Macarons happen to be the size of the old 1 rupee coins!

First off, their macaroons are excellent. Which is why I made the mistake of trying out their desserts. My wife insisted we go for the two dessert box and choose the Elderflower dessert and the Banoffee Pie. Presentation was good and all but the minute we took a bite, our teeth froze. The desserts were frozen cold in the middle. The banana inside the banoffee was rock solid. I can understand how they hoped that the desserts would thaw on the ride over but I live just a few kilometres away hence no such luck. Absolutely disappointing. I will order their macaroons again but would sincerely steer clear of their desserts.

I appreciate the kind and polite delivery person from Sugarama. Never I seen such a responsible person, and the cake was in perfect condition.

The size of the brownies are nearly half the sizes shown on the app. Also, there is no measurement in terms of grams to actually know how much each brownie will be. Very misleading, to be honest.<br/>Ordered before reading the reviews here, which was not a good move.

Loved the Ferrero rocher. It's their signature dish and while I try to stay away from desserts, I might be going back to this one soon

Tried their chocolate cake. The cake was delivered completely destroyed and was absolutely disgusting. Seems like these guys are buying reviews because the quantity also was lesser than promised. I only reduced the rating in view of poor delivery, the birthday surprise hot spoiled because the cake was damaged and deformed due to irresponsible delivery, moreover the guy was literally asking way from bakery to my home, no idea about delivery area and he was carrying the cake in a school bag. Horrible delivery experience - it took me more than 3 hours to get the cake. On top of it no way to track deliveries. Also, couldn’t contact either the restaurant or the delivery guy from the restaurant during this period.

It was packed well and was delivered on time. The fact that it actually reminded me of a Ferrero Rocher was quite surprising. It was well balanced- the flavour as well as the texture. The amount of sweetness was perfect and it had a creamy layer of mousse and a layer of cake which provided an airy texture and the chocolate crumb and hazelnuts on top provided the crunch element. Overall a great cake.<br/><br/>Other desserts:-<br/>Crack pie: It is a dessert which tastes like an oatmeal cookie and was originally invented by Christina Tosi. I feel that they had recreated it really well. It was decadent but not too filling and I was surprised that it wasn't too sweet. A must try for anyone who likes to experiment.<br/><br/>Macarons: Their Macaron jars are just adorable with such unique flavours like - peanut butter and jelly and mint. Ordered thier signature boozy chocolate whiskey caramel cake and also berries n cream for our anniversary. The cake was had after about 12 hours from pick up but tasted amazingly well. The soft and moist berries n cream literally melts in your mouth. As someone who doesn't like much sugar in any form, the cakes by Sugarama was an exception. The sugar content was minimum yet the taste and texture of the cakes were beautiful. Also, not to forget their attention to details and customer service deserve a huge shoutout. I ordered two salted caramel tarts, and spent ₹200 extra on 2 happy anniversary poppers add ons, expecting that a 4+ rated bakery joint would follow my directions. Not only they did not add the items that I paid for, but also refused to take responsibility of it. I haven’t heard from them till date regarding this mess up.

Ordered ferrero rocher cake, it was literally soo yum we all enjoyed it. It wasn't too sugary or creamy, the bread was soft and tasted really good. I really like the good foils design on top, it has roasted hazelnut and chocolate filling. We all loved it and the delivery was very promt.

See I ordered there half kg after mint eight cake but it didn't look like a half kg it was less in quanity.

I’m usually a huge fan of sugarama ! Absolutely love the cakes but today I had a bad experience. The peanut butter brownies were old and stinking. I think the peanut butter had gone bad as they were tasting positively rancid. I had to throw most of it away! I hope the bakery takes note of this issue and replaces this batch of PB asap!

Absolutely mediocre bakery run by unqualified idiots who have no manners or sense of operations. <br/><br/>Ordered from them while it was raining, the owners were greedy enough to take the order but when it reached us after 3 hours and the cheesecakes were spoiled, we called them to tell them about the spoiled cheesecakes the owner got frustrated and rudely started to shout about how we should never order from them again and refused to give any discount or compensation. In the end we threw away their order in the garbage and tipped the poor drenched rider rs100 who they had forced to deliver in the rain. <br/><br/>My advice, if you can’t furnish an order due to to operating conditions don’t take the order out of greed. If you have taken the order be courteous to suffering customers and offer a solution. Not to mention have mercy on your staff and don’t send them out in this weather. <br/><br/>Sad to see greedy people who don’t even know the H of hospitality are desperately scrambling to get their share of the pie while scapegoating customers.

Ordered at home and the delivery person brought it very carefully. I had ordered Berries and cream and it was beautifully presented. The taste was perfect, not very sweet and balanced. Berries were hidden inside ;) and its essence was felt in every bite :D

We ordered the Boozy Chocolate cake. It is ofcourse a small cake but don't be mistaken. It is only small because of the dense chocolate ganache mixed with ample amounts of rum. The Intensity of the rum is sufficiently balanced by the other elements.<br/>The cake is elegantly styled with petite gold leafs on the circumference. It's looks like a class act.<br/>If you're looking for a liqueur cake this is the closest.<br/><br/>P.S. Maybe the plastic knife can be replaced with another alternative!

My wife had surprised me with a boozy chocolate cake on my birthday last year, and now it was my turn to return the favour on our anniversary this year. I went with the crowd favorite, textures of chocolate. Both times the staff at shahpur jat were courteous and accommodative to our requirements, ie delivery outside their delivery radius at a pre-decided pick-up point. And both times their cakes were simply mind blowing. For us, sugarama has now become synonymous with the word cake :)

This place has never disappointed us. They give one of the best cheesecake in delhi. We have tried at least 5-6 of them and all were finger licking good.

Sugarama had customised a very beautiful and tasty cake for my sister's birthday. They were quite cooperative and patient through it and made sure the delivered the best - the cake was soft and loved by all!

Ordered textures of chocolate and was expecting as it was shown in the picture, but turned up like this, later realised the 500gm version is different, still looked amazing and great finishing, delivered by their own delivery guy and a good service, tasted better than expected, not extremely sweet, and the layers were great too, worth the money for their quality and taste,

I Have been ordering sugarama from quite a while now and I absolutely love the cakes here. My favorites are Nutella cheese cake and rasberry dome. Had ordered a Raspberry Chocolate truffle Dome cake. They even delivered it to Dhaula kuan Metro station, which i quite far from the store.<br/>the cake was amazing, the presentation was lovely, everyone loved it. <br/>Glad i ordered from this place.<br/>would highly recommend it

I ordered a cake for my roommate early in time considering the delivery time was 75 mins. The cake arrived after 2 hours as the vallet had no idea of my area. The berry mousse cake was for 995 and it was absolutely rubbish. A she pack of gelatine was emptied into what tasted like fruit foam. There was no flovaiur no density all air like a marshmallow. Besides because of the late delivery our movie plan got cancelled and largely the birthday celebration was totally ruined

I don't know how to be polite and gentle after what they did to my order. First I ordered something that was on their online menu. Once I placed the order, which was basically a gift to my younger sister, for rakhi. These guys had the audacity to call me to cancel my order. Didn't know that the traits of Uber Ola drivers are in the DNA of Sugarama. Because my money was already deducted, I asked them to please deliver it. They sent the order half past midnight! And to my horror it was a wrong cake. I ordered chocolate and Salted Caramel cake. If one looks at its picture on their page, and looks mine, it is like a difference of heaven and earth! Very very disappointing!

When craving for macroons you gotta rely on the best and I did exactly that. I relied on the best and I was no disappointed an inch! Stationed at Shahpur Jat, this cute little outlet serves some delicious bakery stuff. I went there on a friend's recommendation once and tried their Ferrero Rocher dessert and fell in love with it completely. What was more impressive to me was that they delivered in CR Park! Their box of 8 macroons were damn good. I crave for something sweet right after lunch and this outlet has been my primary option to order the best of desserts from. Keep up the great work guys

I ordered their gift basket for approx Rs. 600 for my wife's birthday as a surprise for her. Decided to order from here because their ratings were good and the contents of the basket seemed really tasty.<br/><br/>But the delivery was made after 2.5 hrs, by when my wife had come home and the surprise was ruined. The shop owner didn't seem to care & their delivery boy showed no sign of apology either. They just kept saying that they'll deliver, no mention of a time estimate.<br/>Finally when it arrived, the box had 3 tiny brownies, all of which had become soggy and looked too disgusting to eat. There was a small "tea cake" in it which was tasteless, like eating plain bread. And for some reason, there were 8-10 pieces of toast bread in the box as well. Not sure why someone would want to send toast bread as a gift.<br/>NEVER order from Sugarama again. Maybe go and eat there, but don't make the mistake of ordering. I wasted more than 600 bucks on nothing.

Sugarama is one of the best shops in Delhi for getting divine cheese cakes. The shop is located hidden inside the streets of Shahpur Jat. Its a small, compact and cosy cafe with high standards of cleanliness. I went to this place on a suggestion by a close friend, traveling long distance was worth having yummy desserts. I have ordered for Raspberry Nutella cheese cake , macaroons and cookies. The cheese cake was so good and it was hand made to perfection. One of the good approach by them to food is their eye catchy decorations ,all the cakes looks so beautiful that you won't stop with one. The mango coconut cheesecake was pretty average and the coconut dacquoise base was completely wet and soggy from the mousse ! 1800 for a kg seems steep for such an average product. The mango gelee was super tart and spoiled the flavour of the cake completely.

I liked the food but the brownies I ordered were packaged in plastic which not only made them look less appealing but appeared wasteful to me. Food was good but maybe if it was unpackaged I would have appreciated it more<br/><br/>

Tried out these two options from Sugarama:<br/>1. Triple chocolate mousse<br/>2. Ferrero Rocher- 5/5<br/><br/>Absolutely loved the Ferrero Rocher dessert. The hazelnut accompanied it perfectly. Must try!<br/><br/>The mousse was also pretty good. It was very light with a base of chocolate brownie at the bottom.

Ordered SnickerDoodle cake after having a look at the pictures uploaded in here, only to realise the cake looked nothing like that! <br/>500g for Rs 1100 and this what the cake looks like. Shame.

My friend and I had Textures of chocolate from this place. It was very delicious and something new for me to try. You should definitely give this place a try!

I loved the Japanese Cheesecake. It was very tasty. Also tried their brownies which were nice. Loved the salted caramel brownie. Packaging was also very nice.

I tried the coffee and chocolate opera pastry and that was exactly what my taste buds were craving for. It wasn't oversweet and the taste of coffee and chocolate were blend perfectly. Must try!!

I am all ga ga for this place. I have never set a foot in this place but i love everything they have to offer. I usually order their goodie basket for gifts to others but end up buying an extra for myself<br/>coz their boxes are full of variety of treats!

I have ordered around 8 pastries, the pastries were really good and everyone liked it. I am giving 1 star for their in house delivery services as I have to wait for 90 min to get my order delivered. Also the packaging was not upto the mark and they don't give you any cutleries with the order and charges so high for the packaging. Highly disappointed by their service.

Loved every bit of all desserts that we ordered. The owner is a friendly person suggesting just the right kind of dessert, matching your taste buds. A must-go place for dessert in Shahpur Jat.
