Good food, hygienic and good service. The food came very quickly. Nice atmosphere with lots of locals also there.

This place in Sundernagar is famous from decades for its mouth watering paneer Tikkas. Along with that, the dal makhni, paneer lababdaar , pudina parathas are must to mention. The service is quick, staff is courteous. It offers a small area with sitting arrangement of nearly 8-10 people, most of the crowd prefer to sit in their cars and enjoy the meal. The atmosphere is not so hygiene friendly, it's non AC, it's kinda roadside dhaba. But, yes the delicious Paneer Tikkas cover all its flaws
Sumeet Sharma
Quint essential north indian dhaba food in a cosy outlet with open siting on the pavement in upscale sunder nagar area of south delhi.

Authentic Taste, Good place for vegetarians 👍

I celebrated my birthday here, had an amazing experience. The taste of starters and deserts was too good, variety is adequate. Main course taste and variety can be improved. Staff behaviour was quite descent and appealing. I strongly recommend this restaurant to celebrate any occasion.

I recently visited a restaurant that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a good meal at an affordable price. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was great. The staff was attentive and friendly, making the atmosphere very welcoming. The prices were reasonable. Paneer tikka and roll was my favourite there .

Kamal's Sweets is a delightful restaurant that serves some of the most delicious Indian cuisine in town. The food is mouth-watering, and the flavors are authentic and vibrant. The restaurant has a cozy atmosphere that makes it perfect for a romantic dinner or a family outing.
The menu at Kamal's Sweets is extensive and offers a variety of options for vegetarians and non-vegetarians. The samosas are crispy and filled with a spicy potato mixture that is simply divine. The butter chicken is creamy and rich, and the lamb biryani is fragrant and flavorful. The naan bread is soft and fluffy, and the mango lassi is refreshing and sweet.
The dinner at Kamal's Sweets was a memorable experience. The service was excellent, and the staff was friendly and attentive. We started with some appetizers, followed by the main course and finished with some delicious desserts. The food was served hot and fresh, and the portions were generous.
Overall, Kamal's Sweets is an excellent restaurant that offers delicious food, great service, and a cozy atmosphere. If you're looking for authentic Indian cuisine, this is the place to be. Highly recommended!

I can only say, you have to go there to experience it. It's not a trendy place but worth a visit. It's in sunder nagar very close to paragati maidan. The first thing you have to eat is PANEER TIKKA and all tandoor items. The combination of vinegar onions and curd green mint chutney is the best. I would say a must go place. U rate this 10 on 10.

Bedmi poori with kofta sabji is a hit, if taken at his shop.getting it packed changes the fresh flavor
with lassi and cold coffee is going to be relished by one and all
gulab jumans are small in size, should be aslarge as we get at kanwarji
They should also introduce pure burfee as sold by burfiwala of kumdli and petha paan of om sweets gurgoaAt the end this shop his run due to bhaiji, who silently sits behind

Hey Guys, this place offers delicious food with good service, you don't have to wait too long to get your order. Do try there Dal Handi (black) it's there speciality, and it's super delicious.

I ordered Veg Tandoori Platter. It was served hot & fresh. Paneer Tikka in it was just amazing. Taste was above the mark. Everything was perfect.
Located in Sunder Nagar, Kamal's is a paradise for all vegetarians. It's a small shop which serves the best veg items specially tandoori items. The staff is polite. Since there was no seating available at the time we went so the staff provided the food in the car. We ordered Panner Tikka and Mushroom Tikka.
Both the items were drooling, spicy and properly cooked. The pieces of Panner were large in size. Mint sauce was superb.Service was on time. Give this place a shot and you will love it.

Kamals sweets is one a good place on sundar nagar to have amazing food items. The shop is located on the main roads and easy to identify. We ordered panner tikka, kachori, rasmilai & halwa. All the dishes were amazing and made to perfection. Its a good place to have an North India snack at evening with friends.

Taste: 4/5
Service: 4/5
VFM: 4/5

Excellent food. Good service. It's a dhaba in South Delhi's posh area - Sunder Nagar where you will find all kinds of people dining in and that is the best part! People coming in their BMWs and Porsche simply love to dine at this place and why not?! The food is simply delicious especially their Dal Handi, paneer tikka, Sarson ka saag and hot crispy tandoori rotis/ lachha parantha/ butter naan! It's a great place for pure vegetarians.
Although it's an open air dhaba, they have now partially covered a small part of it.
Best time to visit - During winters when you can truely enjoy their hot, mouth watering food served next to coal angeethis !
Two things that I didn't like - Chaap and Dal Makhani. Instead go for Dal Handi (Also a black dal)

Total waste of money n precious time .. pathetic service ..............don't waste ur money..........

Love the tandoor food here. This is an only veg place right in the heart of the city. Sunder Nagar ❣️. Aloo Tikka, Paneer Tikka, Soya Tikka are really good. Dal & Kadhai Paneer are good too. Indian sweets like ras malai, indian mithaais, fruit cream, ras gulla, etc are great 👍🏻
Chetna Vashist
Allo tikka of this place is my fav!! I have been here so mamy times in the past few year and the taste never disappoints me🤗 although in my last few visits, i feel that the quantity is way too less for the price we pay (that too without any comfortable ambience). One full plate dal makhni was sufficient only for one person.
As_foodies
Had heard alot for this place for it's famous dal Makhani.
The taste is completely mouth watering and the eaters would love to have it with the hot served Lacha Paratha's.
Must Go place for all the Dal Makhani Lovers.

Paneer tikka and stuff chaap was very tasty and amazing. However, special dal makhani was pathetic no taste of dal makhani.

kamal's is a north indian food restaurant currently holding two outlets in delhi. One in sundar nagar and one near ip extension. I went to Kamal's situated in Sunder nagar . They have great North Indian food.

What I had ?

-Paneer Tikka Roll : Filling was great , the flavour was tangy ,paneer was perfectly cooked and the spices were balanced , had a great taste .

Great place for fast food lovers.

Ratings - 8/10

One of the best vegetarian restaurant. Must try Dal Handi and Tandoori Aloo. They serve very crisp and thin Naan. I wish they had a better seating arrangement but must try for the food they serve. Loyal customer for over 15 years now :)

Bakwas. Gol gappa man does not know how to talk with customers. No seatings. Outside area. All are drunk persons were there. Not recomend at all. Just opp. Nathus. Thats good.
Gave this place a shot, though was hopping for a nearby chain.

It was ok, tried North indian delicacies. Gravies were fine, gol gappas were good, breads were ok too.

This is a place with roadside seating, so see if you want to have a quick bite or need some quiet seating.

But overall was fine.

we ordered the following with ratings for each :-

pyaaz kachori- 3.5 (wish they served it with aloo subzi )
pav bhaji -3 (butter was more in the pavs than the bhaji )
rajkachori -3

sweets- 3.5

Went with family. On a chilly, winter night. I just loved the service. Peaceful outlet like this is a rare thing to experience. Well-managed. Well-heated food served. No compromise on the quality. Reasonable rates. Just the sweets need to be less sweeter. OVERALL AWESOME ♥️

This was my first time at Kamal’s and based on a friend’s suggestion ( who is a regular ) I had “ tandoori mushroom”, “malai Chaap”, “Dal makhni “ and few types of breads. Loved everything I had. Special mention for their Dal makhni. It tasted amazing and wasn’t greasy.
Nitin Sardana
It was a pleasant evening when we decided to give this place a shot. My parents had tried their food and told us to go there, hence the four of us went together. They have about 8-10 tables placed outside on the footpath but the tables were kept clean. We ordered paneer tikka to start of with. Paneer was super fresh and made really well. Moving on to the mains, we ordered their very popular Dal makhni and soya chaamp and both of them were excellent. Dal was just a bit too creamy for our liking but even then, the taste was excellent. Worth a visit.
Rahul Saini
A small restaurant in a corner of Sunder Nagar. Good ambience and great food. All sides menus are good too. Liked their Paneer tikka and dal makhani.

Kamals is a paradise for vegetarians food lover . I loved the food here . Small joint with few outdoor seating . We tried there veg kabab , mushroom tikka , tandoori aloo , dal makhini , Kadhai soya , shahi paneer and zera aloo . All were nicely done . The best part was fresh breads . Service was excellent . There is a bhel Puri guy just opposite to this place it’s a must try . Well done . I will definitely come again .

Kamal’s has been my family’s favourite place to eat pure vegetation food at in all seasons since a really long time! When there’s waiting we eat in the car, but we never miss out on this. Our staple order is all the Tikkas on the menu and a dal handi with naan or roti. This time since we were just the two of us we stuck to only three. The food quality is exceptional and everyone visits this place again after he first visit itself! For the summer time they have fans all over and coal arrangements during the winters!

The best paneer tikka. Love the dal Makhani and the shahi paneer. Soya chaap is okay but the breads are crispy. The service is fast and I like the open seating. The sweets are also very nice

If you love eating soya chaap this place is a worth visit. Tried their malai chaap, bharwa chaap, golgappas, daal makhni and rumali roti. Tandoori chaap is really out of the box. Rated 3 because i found this place little bit expensive as compared to the kind of setup it has.
Delicious_veggy
Kamals has been an all time favourite place for tikka and indian. The best part being thats uts a totally Vegetarian place. So being a jain we can easily go with family too.
Good staff, though this place is mostly for winters but u can always eat in ur car during summers. I personal favourite here is Paneer tikka and Aloo tikka with their Special onion and mint sauce. Never had anywhere.
Their dal makhni had gone down lately but now its back and good to taste.
Totally worth it.
Amrit Pal Singh
Not as good as it used to be 2 years back when i first tried this food joint. Ordered paneer lababdar, daal and malai chaap. All the items were their special but none tasted like one. The service is quick. For a road side food joint it is very much overpriced. Malai Chaap was burnt. Paneer lababdar and daal tasted like it was days old. The food needs alot of improvement. Not Happy.
Ankita Jain (The Tummylicious)
I am in love with their mushroom tikkas.
Although almost everything from their menu is delicious. They have a small seating area not very good though and they also have in car service also. The service is quite fast and good.

Kaaml’s open restaurant is my all time favourite from childhood.
It has nice peaceful location along with awesome food to serve. Soya chaap gravy with rumali roti along with payaaz is awesome to have.
And it’s butter also with butter naan is also too good.
Please try.

Been a lifelong fan of this somewhat oddly located but absolutely brilliant eatery. It stands out as a sore thumb in the posh locale is Sundar Nagar with it's plastic tables on the footpath but I'm glad that it has endured for so long.

This place is a haven for vegetarian tandoori fare. Their paneer tikka is the best I have ever had, so much so that It has kept me coming back for more for over 15 years. The dal makhani is good & the rotis, especially the tandoori paranthas are extremely good.

Their curry vegetables etc are mediocre and best avoided, but then that's not the point of this place. It's the perfect place for some piping hot tandoori fare on a chilly winter evening. Quintessential soul food!
Anushka Jain
Had paneer tikka last night and felt the quality has gone really down.
The waiting time was really much this time.
Hope my next visit pleases me better !

A vegetarian only Indian place - we have been going to for years!! No frills dhaba food in the heart of Delhi..

They serve delicious maki ki roti and saag in the winters.. the tandoori aloo and paneer are among the best in Delhi.. and paneer lababdar is just outstanding!

Better than most Indian restaurants even on a bad day!!

Paneer butter masala.. No words to explain...amazing taste... Yummilicious 😋though the quantity was less but taste wise it was worth ordering...

I have been frequenting this place mostly for lunches and occasionally for those Car O Bar sessions though it’s vegetarian. They have a lot of options for main course, I would definitely recommend Rajma and Dal Makhni and for snacks I would recommend their Paneer Tikka. The best thing, you can eat in your car and the service is pretty quick and good.
Nayan Jha
An amazing place to dine in. Service is also good. Malai chaap was very tasty. We had dal makhani, mushroom mutter and shahi paneer and it was really amazing. Tried it first time and is tempted by its deliousness.

Kamal’s hidden gem in Sunder nagar main market good . I have not much to say but if you wanna eat without garlic try handi dal Makni and kadai paneer lovely . Love to go again

Good food ,value for money , try Dal handi
But need to work on the ambience,
Avoid this place during rainy days as mosquitoes might trouble you

whenever I have the craving for stuffed soya chaap, this is my go to place. they serve amazing stuffed chaap which they pair well with rumali roti. i have never tried their other dishes and would love to try them the next time I visit.

A great joint for quick snacks or even food. Paneer Tikka is too good. Small place with outdoor sitting serves food and even sweets. If you wish to eat with keeping a check on your pocket. This is one good option

Had dal handi...it was amazing...great taste..one of the best I ever had..quite a different taste from the usual Dal makhani available everywhere.. will surely order again...

Amazing value for money. Dal Handi, Paneer Tikka and Soya Chaaps are brilliant. The chaat counter and sweets make it a complete package. If in Delhi, this one cannot be missed.

Well get the feel of dhaba in Delhi’s most upscale market. Well i ordered paneer tikka and kadai chaap. Trust me i had wonderful time. Service was good and food was delicious, enjoyed every bite of my food. Highly recommended

Went for a quick bite to Kamal's. It is located just opposite to nathus in sunder Nagar.

Since we had heard a lot about their stuffed chaap we ordered that along with rumali roti.

The stuffed chaap is filled with paneer. The outer covering is soya ..
The outer soya was well cooked and filled to the core with paneer. It was so heavy that we regretted buying rumali roti.

The taste of the chaap was really good. M sure gonna come back for tasting more food here.

Tandoori veg platter is great.. specially the tandoori gobhi.. always loved their kadi pakoda. And tried paneer lababdar which was good. Best are the tandoori butter rotis ... when eaten hot... Fresh light and fluffy.

Good food... tried panner tikka, Handi dal, gajar halwa and gulab jamun... everything was tasty... enough parking and seating available...

Definitely coming back

Kamal Restaurant has lost it's Quality & taste of food. As I have been ordering and eating at Kamal's, but from last couple of times I have taken to go orders, and I was shocked to see and experience the food I order taste just raw food, quantity was very less too. Now I would not recommend anyone to have food at Kamal's.
Jhankar Gupta
Though this place is not the perfect idea for date or lavish dinner, however, it can beat any restaurant by it's food. Have been here many times and it has always stood up to my expectations. Their naans and tandoori rotis are so crispy and thin that it enhances the overall experience of dining here. Not much space to fit many at once, you might have to wait for a long time to actually have the food. The better idea is to get it served in your car itself. Do try their paneer tikka and chaap masala.
Shubham Aggarwal
Great food , good price. Some people who think that food is better tasting at the restaurant can be cheated here. The restaurant has amazing food and tastes the same weather you are having home delivery or eating out.
Yogesh Batra
Best choice for veg tandoorie dishes. It's a small and quick bite place in sunder nagar. The place is small but worth visiting for good quick bites
Kritikajain_kj
Quick fix for your north indian and tandoori cravings.
Kamal's is a 100% vegetarian food shack. You cant call it a restaurant though it has sitting arrangements.
I would still suggest you to try this place when you are in your car and order food there itself.
You will not face parking hassle during the day time
Peak hours are from 9pm. So be careful with the parking availability.
The place is hygenic, and you see the food being cooked transparently.
Highly recommended for their courteous and alert staff who give you the best service.
For food you must try :
•special dal tadka(authentic home cooked spicy dal)
•special masala chaap( spicy and juicy)
•tikka platter (quantity and variety is amazing)
•Mushroom tikka(order with roomali roti)

Nakul Pritam
These people serve good tandoori stuff. If you want a quick snack while chatting with your friends this is a good place to visit.

Pros

1. You get food served in your car.
2. The location is really good. No hassle or traffic issues most of the time. I would like to clarify that the road in front of the outlet does get choked every now and then but reaching there is not a problem for most people nearby.

Cons
1. Food in terms of taste is just above average.
2. For people who want to dine in, the seating is limited and there is no air conditioning.

Overall this place is good if you want a quick snack with your friends while sitting in your vehicle.
Rusty
Dilli wala khana! Folks, this place is nestle on a roadside corner and not for fine dining, but value for money quick bites. The food is served fast and can be curated as per the taste. Don't miss the Paneer and Mushroom Tikka. We have been visiting as a family, seldom to be disappointed by food!
Tastethejoy
Kamal's serves the yummiest panner tikka.
Oh my god, i just loved the flavours.
They serves this with the green chutney- yummy
Though the they dont have a good seating arrangement over there.
Bit costly too, but the flavours were amazing.
So my overall experience was: 4/5
Do try...
Venkatesh Lakhotia
If you love Dhabas or Vegetarian food, then this place is a must go. This place is completely vegetarian which is rare to see in Delhi.

I love their Soya Chaap! All of their Tandoori food items look good to me. I have also tried the Paneer tikka, aloo tikka which are also good. I would rate them 5 stars just for their Tandoori food! Obviously, main course won't disappoint you and you may go ahead and have the same.

They have plastic tables for seating outside which increase or decrease as per requirement. They also serve you in the car.

Just for info, they only take cash. No card!

If you are a Moori fan, you get a bonus since there is a good Jhalmuri/Bhelmuri waala on the opposite corner.

I am updating my review. Since my last 2-3 visits, I have found that the quality & taste of Chaap has degraded. And thats why I am downgrading their rating also.
Shalini Tripathi
One of the Delhi's best Paneer Tikka place. The Paneer Tikka served here is very delicious and on top of that they serve one of the best mint chutney. Must visit for Paneer Tikka lover. The place does not have proper seating arrangement or any sort of ambiance.
Sahil Arora
This place is one of those family favorites for a perfect vegetarian meal. Though they serve both starters and main course, our all time favorites are paneer and mushroom tikka. They have an outdoor seating area which ia not that amazing, as during summers you won't want to sit there but during the winter its a great option. They also give take away, home delivery options. They also serve in car, if you are parked nearby.
We also like the dal makhani, as it is a great and tasty classic of theirs. It is a great place for a quick and wholesome meal, and a must try when you are in the area.
Dhruv Mittal
It is located in one of the best places in Delhi..Sundar Nagar..food is tasty and good.service is ok.sitting arrangement is in open.naan and paneer butter masala is fabulous..
Sarthak Dhawan
Located in one of the best areas of delhi serves you the costliest and heaviest veg rolls i ever had. The rolls are worth the price and are stuffed amazingly. There is only outdoor seating available and service is just great. It serves only veg delicacies and sweets and some street snacks like gol gappas etc. Give it a try
Yummy Tummy

The ambiance and the seating arrangement might not be worth talking but the food was good enough to return back. we tried the handi daal and paneer butter masala and both were quiet good. The dishes were quiet flavourful and the portions were decent as well.

this one is quick food take-away outlet but quality here is too good . even there sweets are very nice. had there pyaaz kachori and dholka both were good .
KARTIK DAWRA
Kamal's is located in sunder nagar market its a small outlet with open sitting which are not much comfortable tables are really shaky. How ever about food it serves variety of Indian Street snacks and few main dishes (veg only). I had here snacks one was raj kachori. Its a massive stuffed kachori too much crispy and tasty as well and golgappe ( made of sooji ) was too much delicious actually the credit goes to the water. Over all experience was good
Krishna (foodieyogikrishna)
First Delhi trip had to be packed with food trials! 😊 Started with Kamals for lunch. Very basic facility right on the road. Ordered minimum as we had to try few more joints.

Roasted Paneer tikka - Paneer tasted yum and was smoother than what is commonly available in bangalore. The accompanying mint chutney was exceptional, got an extra portion 😀

Thali - Requested owner to give the thali. Otherwise it is only for take away. The naan and laccha paratha was OK. The Paneer gravy was subtle and good, but little bland for a spice freak like me. The Chole was tasty. The Jamoon was well made.

Overall a good experience. I had heard so many great things about this place, may be that's why it didn't blow my mind away

A easy to pocket place to enjoy North Indian food in Desi style, would recommend you this place if you want to enjoy some good paneer butter masala with butter naan

Best soya chaap sticks in south delhi. Kamal's is located in sunder nagar, they have a small seating area.
We ordered the paneer butter masala, soya chap sticks and butternaan. This is probably the best place for north indian food and it goes easy on the pocket as well.
Paneer butter masala is served with vinegar onions and green chutney.
I'm not a big fan of soya chaap, but their soya chaap sticks were well cooked, they were very crispy.
Coming to the dessert, their gulab jamuns were yum. Although, I didnt like their rasmalai that much.
Arihant Jain (Pass Me The Ketchup)
This place came to our rescue at 11 pm on a Saturday night! They were just about to close.
We ordered paneer tikka, soya chap, dal makhani and palak paneer. They food was good felt a bit bland though. The butter naan was very good though. I felt the starters we ordered were way better than the main course dishes we ordered.
But the best part of the meal were the Gulab jamuns at the end!!! They tasted amazing! It just melted in my mouth!

Best known for their huge variety of North Indian food items and a very fine service.
I had their Special Masala Chaap along with the Handi Daal and Rotis.
They make sure that their dishes remain full on desi and is loved by the customers.
A great place to have North Indian food near the Sunder Nagar Market.

Quick bitings stop is okish, sweet and dessert quality is very good. Offers variety of tikka 's and tandoori along with dinner item. Pure veg food joint, open space joint.

Although they provide an open sitting arrangement, I find it a nice place for take away food or car-o-bar as we call 😉Their malai chaap and mushroom tikka are quite tasty. Malai kofta, dal makhni and Lacha parantha is my usual order and the taste is very consistent. Aloo ka parantha is very yummy. All in all a value for money place.

Highly overrated . Chap was full of oil, as if they have fried before cooking .. It's a long wait to get a table ..
Best part - neat and clean , may be location matters

Best dhaba ive ever been. Best time is during December and January nights. Chilling cold and sizzling food. Best panner tikka nd aaloo tikka. Dal tadka is a must. Food is mast!

The Soya Chap here is pretty good - Both the Tandoori and the Gravy version. The Alu Kulcha isn't bad either.

The prices are a tad on the higher side considering its no more than a roadside eatery, although clean and hygienic. But then again when you are located in the midst of million dollar homes, you need to charge that much to afford the rent.

Wouldn't recommend the Dal Puris. Soggy and soft.

This dhaba in Sundar Nagar does the regular chaat nd vegetarian tandoori fare,,,, but I go there only for the stuffed chaap or soya chaap.... My friends call it the vegetarian’s cheap-thrill dish because of its meaty texture.... Be that as it may,,,, it tastes very good.....

Well there was a time when naan used to be in single piece and very crisp. This type of naans are being missed these days in modern day restaurants. But when you come to this road side dhaba, you remember those days of crispy naans. Besides, all other varieties of curries are also good here. Come here and enjoy the food here.....

Located in Sundar Nagar, this place gives a full dhaba-waali feel. They have put tables and chairs on the footpath where you have to eat.

You also have the option of ordering the food in your car.

Food - they serve the best paneer tikka (that I have had till date). The north indian is pretty good here. Tandoori Naan is also pretty good here.

Service - Pretty fast

Price - Looking at the ambience (which is nothing), this place charges a bit too high. However, its worth paying the price considering the delicious food that they serve.

Amazing food..if you are a foodie...and want a taste of the real delhi food, you have to try this. Amazing starters. Shout out for paneer tikka! The main course is amazing and made from fresh ingredients. Has no fine dining quality but the service is good .

Have been visiting this place since childhood. The place has good food. Amazing panneer tikka. But the place is suitable for winters only as it is open to air. But you cannot miss this one if you are a vegetarian.

This place has a very dhaba like set up or an open air food joint. The fact paneer tikka is indeed delicious. But restrict yourself to just the paneer tikka because anything else that you order will give you nothing but disappointment. I just tasted the moong dal halwa and never wanted to have it again

The best panner tikka in town. No competition found yet. Absolutely amazing, great taste, quality, tenderness. The perfect marination.

Me and my wife were in sunder nagar during late night so we decided to have dinner there only. Kamal's is like an elaborated roadside eatery with proper sitting. I was surprised to see it Crowded at such late hour. Had to wait for about 15-20 minutes before we got a seat. Since we were hungry, so we ordered the food quickly, a tandoori platter, kadahi paneer, dal makhani and breads with lassi.
To my utter disappointment, the platter wasn't that good, and the dal also was tasteless. May be the only thing I enjoyed was lassi. So, all in all it was ok ok experience fot me. In future, I might not go there as a preferred option.

Kamals is one of my favorite vegetarian restaurant though I hardly sit there and eat. I usually call for it in the car and enjoy. One must go there for their paneer shaslik, roomali roti and dal makhni. The service is quick and you won't have any complaints.

Amazing veg food , best for navratars . Just love the juicy paneer and mushroom tikkas and even the daal makhni was lovely and the naan's were so crispy and filling . But but 🙈 a lot a lot a lot of mosquitos which really spoiled the mood of eating tasty veg

Liked the dal makhani and butter naan at kamals. Though I thought that the place is overly priced for a dhaba. Costed 400 per person while eating on the street side

Highly overrated ... Passable food, nothing to say - oh my my. It's a long wait to get a table , typical delhi types.

Food is supposed to be dhabha types - but fails to live upto the expectations.

The tandoor snack items are ok

My review of food as the ones I had :

Tandoori aloo - ok
Soya chap tandoori - ok
Malai kofta - pathetic gravy and insipid kofa
Makki roti - good
Sarson saag - insipid
Kali dal - good
Butter naan - good
Paneer labardar - passable
Rasmali - don't even go there
Mong dal halwa - just like rasmalai

Cost : 4 adults + 2 kids = Rs 2300

Better deal : bhelpuri bang across the road. More delicious and awesome !! Any time any day - bring it on :)
