Best for south Indian food in delhi. Ambiance was good
and services also good. My favourite doaa and idly,
sambar taste so yummy, seating was good
Nice place and food is good. Service are quite nice. Not so much highly expected but environment is little bit good.
Great exposure for food.
Here I tried the vada combo..with a really reasonable price..and it was so yumm....idli was so soft and the vada were so crispy..
Really satisfied..
Try the delicious range of Ghee Roast Dosas. I requested for a ghee roast onion rava masala dosa and it was extra ordinarily good. Highly recommend!
So Today I visited to Vasant Kunj mall after soo long n was very much hungry so I ordered onion masala dosa and rice idly. The dosa was really nice idly was ok ok. They served it with coconut and red chutney. Sambar was really nice n tasty.
Got the masala dosa from there, the sambhar was awesome and ultimate to eat. Dosa was little bit soggy. The cocunut chutney was also very good. Nice.
ordered Kalakand and Rasmalai, It was Tasty and fresh. Family enjoyed it very much. I strongly recommend to taste their Sweets and food as well.....
Amazing taste and wonderful hospitality. Their manager Rahul and Lalit are showing wonderful hospitality behaviour.
Tried their rawa Kesari... Delicious....
Lovely lunch today. Ordered Paneer masala dosa at Shree Rathnan and was pleased by the quality of paneer , as well as the nicely cooked dosa , thick coconut chutney and hot samber which accompanied it. A very good experience! Along with shopping in DLF mall adds up to perfection!
Had lunch at this outlet in Vasant Kunj. Ordered the Maharaja South India platter which consisted of mini dosa, mini uttapam, idli, sambhar, Rawa kesari, Dahi Vada and Vada sambhar with masala Chaach. Loved the spicy Chaach it was light and soothing. Idli was very soft and fluffy. Uttapam and Dosa were good. Rawa kesari was mildly sweet just right for what I like. I was disappointed that in my thali they didn't give Vada though didn't have time to go and discuss the same with the management but something they should have looked into themselves.
Occasion: Meeting up with good ol' college buddies ; 2 of them were visiting India and me and mom decided to catch up
We were initially inclined to get into a cozy place like a big chill or a Smoke house delhi but they had a lot of waiting so we proceeded to the food court!
Seating : Being a sunday the food court was obviously full, but we got lucky and clung onto a big sofa corner..
Ambience : lots of nice, it was Independence Day holiday!
What we ordered: Filter Coffee for all us from Shree Rathnam
What was good: Coffee was piping hot, served appropriately, in very less time and Yess it tasted apt!
Also they accepted cash/credit cards other than the cash card for food court!!
Nothing was bad , staff is appeasing and helpful.
But as my height isn't that great so counters were a little too high to pick your plate!! So that needs to be looked at!!
A simple and lovely place to have a great dosa day. Had ordered two types of dosa. Was very happy with the taste of dosa and sambhar. Service was quick. Can visit this place again
Foodiesafarii ( Bineet )
+3.5
The place was good... I had ordered 2 dosas, Rava masal dosa & MYSORE onion dosa.. Taste was above average & I thought price was a little high... Bt one can give if a try if they are a die hard fan of South Indian food
Decent place to have South Indian food in DLF Promenade food court...Tried Rava Dosa and Onion Uttapam... Both are good..Prices are bit high
Being a not very big fan of South Indian food, very less places tempt me to have this food. Tried onion Rava masala & masala dosa but it wasn't up to the mark of a typical South Indian delicacy. It tasted very ordinary & the dosa & potatoes inside were cold. Overall not a very tempting joint if u love South Indian food.
I was in the mood for some Navratra food and dosa. I honestly felt that the Navratra Thali wasn't worth the price. Wasn't fresh, tasted ordinary. I actually regretted not ordering from Haldiram's which is always our preferred choice. The dosa was the only saving grace.
I tried their masala dosa and dahi vada.taste was ok.Authentic south indian food u get here.Sambhar chutney was average.dosa filling was good!!
Amazing food with authentic preparations. From coffee to dosas all was perfect. The masala filling was very nicely mashed. Plus pocket friendly too! A must go for you all.
Decent food but a little pricey. The taste is near authentic - as close to the real deal as it can get. Ambience isn't much to talk about. The aircon needs major uplift, especially in Delhi's sweltering heat. Service could do with a leg-up...sullen staff.
Shree Ratnam at DLF Promenade food court gives you the option of having a South Indian meal there.
Clean, hygienic kitchen, courteous staff, prompt service are its plus points. The dishes are good, if not excellent. Mysore plain or masala dosa, Vada sambar, Onion rawa dosa, Onion uttapam are what we tried & were well made. The chutneys are tasty, red, green, white. If anything, the sambar was a bit dilute & flat in taste, perhaps because the man at the counter was not dipping the serving spoon deep enough into his handi or maybe its too mechanical to be authentic.
All in all, certainly at DLF Promenade, food is not reasonable. But, the Shree Ratnam experience was a nice enough one. After all, cleanliness isn't a common virtue at eating places & the taste was decent, overall.
A worth visiting again experience. Recommended.
The rating is purely and only for filter coffee. If in promenade mall, you must try their filter coffee. At starting it felt like its missing something, but with every sip you fall for it.
Fantastic
Good restaurant... usually the same as other shree ratnam restaurants. Food is good here. Service was also good and ambience was also great. It is a good restaurant for the ones who are vegetarian and if you follow even strict diet where you don't eat onion and garlic. You get a good experience the price.
