Review The Brew Room - New Delhi

They’re the best iced teas in India!!! But, sadly, they’ve been out of stock on most online stores for months now. PLEASE BRING THEM BACK!!!

Love them- first time I've had real Ice Tea in India,and it's not too sweet, refreshing and yummy!

Brew Room is a amazing cafe with such a pretty decor. The ambience was so soothing the lighting were also lit. Had sassy wall posters. Food was awesome ordered creamy mushroom soup with bread crumbs and Caesar Salad. Salad was yay yay with perfect seasonings. It had cute games as well. You can enjoy with your gang and take multiple pictures bcz it was amazing interior.Must visit❤️

They deserve 5 stars for pasta and coffee. Plus their ambience is very peaceful. Courteous staff. Must try.

Food is great. Service time is a little slow. The ambience makes it a perfect place to catchup with friends. Would recommend advance booking of table to avoid waiting

Service was too slow. Food was overpriced, coffee was shit. Also, the menu is mainly chicken and there are not much options for vegetarians.

We reached this place after the positive reviews and once again it was a let down! The table given to 3 of us was so claustrophobic, I could hear the man on the next table eat and the couple on my left discuss their concern. Social distancing?? We changed the table. NO SANITIZATION between table changes!!!! <br/><br/>For 20 minutes no one approached and we signalled twice. Wanted to order the pizza the guy on another table was having, the server answered 'Margherita with sausages ordered additionally' - the pizza was visibly veg with bell peppers etc, so gave up!! <br/><br/>Ordered Quattro Formaggio Pizza, Mozarella sticks (not available), Salted caramel Coffee and a cold black coffee.<br/><br/>1. The coffee arrived, asked the server if its salted caramel, he took it back, more whirring whizzing of a mixer and brought back a cold coffee - no taste of salted caramel!<br/><br/>2. The coffee did not feel 'cold', took 2 gulps, created space for ice, went to the counter and got myself 3 cubes.<br/><br/>3. Pizza arrived - pic attached, a much smaller pizza than the one on the other table, two thirds puffed like a puff pastry and a 5-6 inch diameter of cheese, I am sure all the mentioned cheese weren't there, could taste mozarella and cheddar only. <br/><br/>I felt cheated! The menu mentioned 'puff crust' and its a very clever way to skimp on the ingredients by keeping the space minimum and the actual size much smaller. <br/><br/>4. The server didnt attempt to serve the pizza, just placed it there. No forks - just 2 knives and 3 spoons! Tried to serve ourselves with that and the melted cheese made a mess on the serving tray. Asked for a flat spatula to lift the pizza slices - they did not have any!!<br/><br/>How does a 4.2 rating come by on Zomato! With such shoddy everything. Wanted to speak to the manager and out came the guy whirring coffee behind the bar. His excuse - 'puff' is mentioned on the menu, no we do not have a flat spatula and finally WE ARE SHORT OF STAFF!! <br/><br/>As for All Important Sanitization - he said we could have asked for it - WHOM, he couldnt say as there was no one to do it!

Went there after the lockdown. The place was full around 5pm . We decided to order barbeque chicken pizza , cold coffee and hot coffee. Pizza took more than 40 mins and still was soggy so I had to ask them again to oven it . overall the service was slow but the food was good. <br/><br/>Taste : 3.5/5<br/>Quality: 3.5/5<br/>Quantity : 4/5<br/>Service : 2/5

This cafe has a beautiful decor and excellent ambience! <br/>I tried Chicken pizza and spaghetti. The food was very delicious. <br/>They also have some board games so that you can play with your friends while your food is getting prepared.<br/>Overall a very good experience. Loved it❤️

A nice cozy place with good variety of tea/ coffee and snacks. A lovely place to meet a friend over a cup of coffee or just spend some quality and peaceful time with yourself. The place is always full , so finding a table is a challenge.

This cafe is one among the few famous ones in SDA market. It has a very calm atmosphere inside the cafe.<br/>It is an ideal place for those who end up having meetings online or offline in a cafe.<br/>As far as the food is concerned, I loved their pasta and brownie sundae!<br/>Overall it was a good experience.

The best mac n cheese and a good place to just hang out with friends.

Going to SDA is always fun, the place is lit and quite happening. You will find a small lift next to Barista which will take you up to this place. There are two floors but try if you get a table on the upper one! I actually went to "The Brew Room" on blind date, so it was an appropriate place to meet someone for the first time! :p <br/>The place is good, infact great. Ambience and decor was nicely done although the area they have is not very big but was cozy. Lighting was perfect. Walls had beautiful pictures and quotes. Tables were nicely arranged. I specifically loved the floral decor and interior. The food was absolutely delightful. :) The quantity of any dish is generally enough for three people. However the food was little overpriced.<br/> Crowd was good and decent but mostly couples! <br/><br/>We ordered some pasta and pizza along with a glass of wine, which was really difficult to finish for two people. With Zomato Gold's 1+1, the place becomes further affordable. <br/><br/>So, I'd definitely recommend this place for some special occasions. Happy Eating! :))

Amazing place. It's quaint, you can have a great conversation there or work endlessly without any disturbance. The coffee is very good and the food is totally worth the price. Try the marrigold tea, it's simply amazing.

I have been to the brew room twice now in a span of 6 months. I have tried their pasta, pizza , sandwiches and waffles. Loved their pizza and sandwiches, the pasta is also nice but i have had better pastas at different places in delhi. Their coffee is also great and i am not even a big coffee person. Everyone i have taken to this place loves the coffee hot and cold. The place is nicely done up and the staff is really nice. Special mention tho their soft by slight crispy waffles.

Spread over two floors with second floor for smokers this place is lit for hanging out with your buddies and for couples.<br/>Interiors are done aesthetically and service is prompt. They got some cool beer offers and thanks to them they clubbed the offer with Zomato gold. Food was made out fresh, I liked their lasagne. Would recommend them to add more flavour to their wine section.

Tried citrus salad and cucumber cooler .. the salad was amazing . Place is good for meeting and social gathering . A quite work place vibe is also there. . The staff service is quite slow .

Chuinao is one of the politest attendant who has handled my order. I am saying this after he has handled a few of my visits and has ensured everything is perfect. I recommend you ask for him when you visit this beautiful coffee shop

I went to Brew Room- SDA market on a weekday morning. The place was cozy. The cafe wasn't that big but it was divided into two floors and I loved the floral decor and interior. The food was absolutely delightful. The quantity was enough for three people. However the food was little overpriced.<br/>We ordered<br/>Mozeralla sticks- It has loads of mozeralla inside served with chipotle dip. Quantity was fine. Rating:4.5/5<br/>Margeritta Pizza- It has a perfect thin crust with cheese on the top. Quantity was perfect. Rating: 4/5<br/>Hot Chocolate- The best hot chocolate I have tried yet. So delicious and creamy. Rating: 5/5

The food is good but it was cold and the service was really slow.

The Brew Room is definitely one of my go to places. Their chocolate brownie is one of the best I've ever had. The service is a little slow but the food makes up for it. :)

Try the upper floor ..<br/>Wat I loved most was d zomatians favourite n now mine too , velvety waffles with cream over it served with honey .. too full n yummy n just the right mix of crunchyness n sweetness .. made our evening .. (do order 15-20minutes in advance).<br/>Their "salted caramel coffee" is also delicious n a different entity of its own . One of the best hot chocolate we've had was at this place. The staff is polite. The ambience is exactly how I like it calm, and no loud music. The food is great. The seating might be an issue.<br/><br/>What we had-<br/>1. Hot chocolate<br/>2. Peri peri fries<br/>3. White sauce pasta

This review was long time pending. I have been to the place twice, and plan to go further more times!<br/>The place is located above Barista, in SDA. A small lift takes you directly into the restaurant. It's been done up in shades of teal, with cushions adorning the chairs and games stacked on a big rack.<br/>The seating capacity isn't huge, though. But you will definitely feel cozy without the claustrophobia.<br/>As for the food, I have had a pleasant experience both times, bar the stuffed mushrooms.<br/>Special mention to their layered Salted Caramel Coffee! Also, their veg lasagna was real good.<br/>Apart from that, I have tried their Margherita Pizza and Alfredo Pasta, and both the dishes were palatable.<br/>With Zomato Gold's 1+1, the place becomes further affordable. For a lunch for 2, that had the mushroom starter, lasagna and the coffee, our total was less than 700.

Booked the place through Zomato for a birthday celebration and received extremely inefficient service. The staff was clueless about the reservation even after I had called to confirm, and took almost an hour to provide all seats requested. Although the food was great and service okay, I was very displeased with the booking process and it definitely did not make the celebration a perfect one. I would urge the restaurant to be more aware of their bookings and inform the customer beforehand if any delays are to be expected.

There for the first time. Wonderful generous menu at a great price, powered with a super peaceful ambience, & gracious and courteous staff. Ordered the Non Veg Club Sandwich, and the Chocolate Chip Waffles; highly recommend both.<br/><br/>Looking forward to be back again soon,

Very cozy ambiance, I would say. It felt just right for a Sunday brunch. The salad in particular was much better than the general proposition most places put up. My compliments to the chef! The service also deserves a special mention here given the excellent treatment we received.

This is such a beautiful place that you'll be amazed by its interiors. Food is equally delicious and awesome. Pizza is the best here. Presentation of items is really drool-worthy. A must visit place to lit up your gram feeds as well.

You can either walk from metro station or can take a cab or auto from IIT or Hauz Khas metro station.<br/>This restaurant is divided into two sections, or you can say two floors each having beautiful ambience and a place where you can have a peaceful time with your loved ones, or can have a nice invested time Infront of your Mac. Amazing coffee, delicious white sauce pasta, beautiful ambience and jenga. It was a perfect date. Food was 5/5. It was really delicious. We spent around 3 hours sitting here and it was perfect. Also, it was on gold so I got a dish free which was equally good.

All the dishes we ordered were extremely delicious! It was a wonderful experience, ranging from the taste to the ambiance to the value for money.

The place is good looking but there is a huge difference in their service quality if you go at different hours of a day. Plus the mangement is not friendly and their service is slow infact very slow

I wouldn't advice anyone to ever ever go there. This place is a nightmare and the service is too too poor and pathetic <br/><br/><br/>They have pathetic service and zero hospitality. The waffle machine is broken for last one month; whipped cream machine is broken for last 1 month. The management calls us and says that we should visit this time and the service will ve better but then it's the same story all the time.<br/><br/>It was third time when this happened with us. We came all the way for 4th time from Gk. It was pathetic<br/><br/>The Chef RAHUL is very very rude and uses foul language when we put our concerns about 4 failed visits. The management has not taken any action despite us having suffered 4 times. They keep on messaging us that we should come back. I seriously would advice anyone planning to go there to not go

The place lacks in management and its customer services. Additionally there is a huge difference in quality of food served in morning vs served in evening. Went with friends in evening and was highly disappointed, they were slow and the food was cold.

The experience was nice, haven't had a good roasted coffee in a quiet a while. Would definitely recommend anyone who wants to have a good coffee and a pizza.<br/>Ms Roshni served us good, full credit to her, for our lovely time their, look out for her.

When ever we go , we go for waffles, and we go during breakfast. But from the last 5 visit the waffle machine is not working , these visit were made in the last 3 months. What amazes me that a machine is not working for the last few months. There waffle is very good, but you need to take blessing from god to be lucky to get one. And i live in mumbai, when ever i travel to delhi i go, but from the last 3 months my luck has gone down. Zomato asks me to be polite in my reviews but this same was not reflected in the attitude of the chef.

Their management is not at all professional <br/>They have broken waffle machine which isn’t fixed from past 1.5 months. Even their Chef is VERYY RUDE.
