This is not an ordinary state house restaurant. It is well maintained by a private hospitality group. Nice place to have evening dinner......place is bit romantic and having a feel of comfy alone space with assamese songs playing in background. You enter and it shows you off its ambience and space. There is outside space also.
Let's talk bot food. Quality of food is more than average. Rice types are nothing new but they served it with authantic bamboo shoot chutney. I liked most the masur ki dal in veg. thali. They prepared it so nicely with roasted flavor of ghee. Rest food was also good.
Pl make note that you wont get any bread in veg. thali. Order it separately if required.
They sell drinking water bottle on double price, and it is not himalayan or vedica. You can find 20/- written on bottle and you will be paying 40/- plus taxes. I dislike it.
