The food was indeed real good . I went with my family yesterday 29thdec , we really was craving for Afghani food & we made the right decision . It was my first time trying out afghani food at Delhi recommend by my siblings . We ordered amount of food , thought it might not be enough before the food arrive but the quantity of the food was more than enough for 5 member. The food there is affordable . My only suggestion to the restaurant will be if the size of the room can be expand ,I wish 😄 & renovate with bit of brighter lights & design attractive. The rest all good🙌 The staffs service was good. Will be planning to revisit next time soon .
A must-visit when you are in Delhi….I ordered Kadhai Paneer and Mutton Dopiaza along with Afghani Rotis and also Afghani Lassi….it was so, so, goooooood! We treated ourselves with Baklava too. A true value for money!
The chiken and mutton was really delicious and well cooked. The rice was very plain as we are expecting something spicy like biryani but it was very simple rice like pulav. Menu was limited and decent. The price is economical and worthy. Service was accurate and ambience was positive.
Kabul Delhi Restaurant is situated at Block I, MCD Hospital Rd, I-83, Lajpat Nagar II, Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi, Delhi 110024. The one of the famous and best afghani restaurant in Delhi. The best place for food and brunch. The kabab items are very good in taste. The services are quite delightful. The wheelchair entrance and parking is also available.
We visited this place in 2021 while we visited Delhi,after 2 years we again visited this place just for it's lovely food and atmosphere.
You should experience if you visit Delhi , specially if you are there in South Delhi near lajpat nagar.
Best Uzbeki biriyani
If you crave authentic Afghan or Central Asian food, you should visit this restaurant. Food is very tasty, the quantity is good and the prices are reasonable. It's situated near the Police Station in Lajpat Nagar, in close proximity of the Central Market.
This place is located in lajpat nagar II. It’s a cozy little space just behind the central market area. The place serves authentic afghani food. If you are are mutton lover, then this place is heaven for you. The mutton they serve is extremely well cooked and not chewy at all. The staff is extremely polite and guided us well with the menu. The service is prompt too. Now coming to the price point, given that we had 4 mutton dishes and we were 3 people, the bill was around 1100 INR. I don’t think I’ve had such good mutton dishes at prices as low as 1100.
The quantity of food in each serving was good too. 1 plate of each dish is enough for two people. Overall, I highly recommended this place for all the mutton and chicken lovers.
It was an excellent choice I ever had. Really very tasty food. Flavours ate quite different from Indian style, eventhough it was good. A real Afghani food. Usually, restaurants serves foreign country food only in the name not in the quality, but @Kabul Delhi giving best quality. I really appreciate their effort and service.
Loved the food, mutton was so tender and delicious, the bread was complementary but it's too tight but it was free so can't complain. All the food is super tasty staff behavior is good place was not hard to find.
The food is extraordinarily tasty and the vibe is also very cozy . The downside is the service it’s extremely slow and the servers are pretty unenthusiastic. All in all a great place to try middle eastern cuisine.
