I happened to visit this place with my buddy, The food and drinks they were lovely presented and delicious. I had spicy guava, frog bull, burger, sizzling hot chocolate brownies and more. This place has an awesome indoor and outdoor sitting. The staff were really cool. If you are someone who loves having his meal while enjoying live music then this is your place.

The interiors was good. Went for lunch with friends. Menu is elaborate. Didn't appreciate the quantity served. It could have been better. Not a proper place to have a good chat over lunch. The music was too loud. I understand they have live music performer at dinner but I expected a better ambience for lunch. The food taste was average. Had an okay experience. Expected much more. The shakes were the only good thing perhaps!

A wonderful place for a family outing. The food, Ambience and the staff are all great. They leave no stone unturned in curating the cuisine to suit ones taste buds. The collection of alcohol and mocktails is decent and the pricing extremely competitive for the quality that they offer. The only drawback is that the live indoor music is a bit too loud for comfort.

So, I visited for the first time here, and, it was an amazing experience. The ambience is happening and so is the service. I ordered, Nashila Pasta, which was thee best. Then, I had ordered the cranberry apple delight mocktail which was a delight to my tastebuds. I had also ordered Noodles, chicken lollipop, Blueberry shake,honey chilli potatoes and The Mexican Veg Pizza. All the dishes were amazing. I felt the chilli potatoes were a little over sweet due to honey. That's it. Else, the place is amazing. A must visit.

Great experience. There was live music that we enjoyed alot. As we were with kids so they enjoyed it 😁 too mch. The staff members are good and cooperative. Food served hot. Taste of everything is good. We ordered Snacks- Paneer tikka, vegetable sizzler, and fried rice. Mains- naan, dal makhani, chaap, and chilly mushroom. Nice experience. At first we had nice interaction with Mr Sachin. We went there for booking for birthday party of kid. After discussion we have concluded the menu and other arrangements for party. A Cafe with an intriguing name with ample space and an open top seating place which is best in late evenings. Food is good and service is also fine. Being located in a mall makes it prone to hustle and bustle around, but otherwise it's great! Must Try : 1. Butter Chicken Momos. 2. Cranberry Cooler. We also had Chicken Lovers' Pizza which was okayish but not really as expected. Overall, it was a good experience. ✌️

It was amazing dine in experience. Punterhouse is located at Dwarka, opposite to sector12 metro station. Ambiance was good and food was delicious. We have tried chicken pizza, dimsums, panner tikka, tangdi kebab, butter chicken and brownie with ice cream. Everything was super in taste, freshly cooked and nicely served. Staff was quick and polite. Over all experience was very good and one should visit this property.

A great place for foodlovers located at Sector 12, Dwarka. Been here multiple times with my friends. Last time I had ordered, Caesar Salad, Subzi Seekh Kebab, Mexican Pizza, Chicken & Mushroom Risoto and for mocktails Virgin Marry, Fruit Bull ans Virgin Pina Collada. Amazing taste of food, Great Service, One of the Best Ambience, A very good place where one would like to enjoy evenings. Will keep on visiting this place again and again ❤️

Food is great. Liked the interiors. Live music adds up to the ambience. Staff was very polite and quick to service. Food : 4.5/5 better than i expected. We ordered crispy corn as chakhna, tandoori mix non veg platter, schezwan noodles, thai vegetable curry with rice & brownie with ice cream. Everything was excellent. In the non veg platter chicken kebab seemed a little dry and the ice cream wasn't so good. rest everything was perfect. Ambience : 4/5 good for family dinners. Decent place with decent crowd Service : 4.5/5 fast, only the 2nd time we ordered it was a bit late. Price : a bit costly, some items were overpriced.

The food was really bland. The service was shit. Creme Brulee was runny and the toffee was very thick. When complained about the food, the waiter said, "Yeh Life Hai." The pizzas were undercooked and burnt. The Burger was stale.

We ordered grilled fish and grilled chicken with red wine jus. Both the dishes were tasty, however, the chicken arrived at a warm temperature not optimum warm or piping hot as you would expect from freshly grilled food. This leaves us wondering if the food was freshly prepared or just reheated?! The mashed potatoes were also not creamy, they were just okay. The ambience and music were good and enough space and seating at the restaurant. It accepts 1+1 for Zomato gold members and we had no issues using that.

I felt little mislead by staff. As soon as i told him that we have zomato gold, they cringed a little, then they said they don’t allow zomato gold on platters. Anyway we ordered our food and drinks, at the time of bill, i noticed they have priced everything bit higher than what is listed on zomato.

Decent Place to Sit and Chill. We went there today i.e 1st January, Life Band Music. The food was decent We ordered - Veg Monchow Soup 3/5 tasted very similar to sweetcorn and the color was white instead of brown. French Fries - Decent 3.5/5 Chicken Lollipop - This was good 4/5 Lemon Chicken - First serving was too bland hence asked the waiter to replace as there was no lemon taste. The replacement was decent but nothing amazing. Hence I am rating it 3/5

I ordered a butter chicken pizza and an aloo tikki burger. Both were below average. The service was very poor and the staff was rude. The thing on which they served the burger looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages. The plates were dirty and so was the cutlery. Totally not worth the money.

This place was my first experience using Zomato Gold. Tried the Alfredo Pasta here, and it was not up to the mark. The place is good to hang out with friends for drinks, and one must go for their peaceful outdoor seating. I might try this place one more time, Hoping food experience not to be disappointing next time. :")

The service was very pathetic. I ordered a pizza and got that on the table after 45 minutes. The serving staff initially forgot the order and cane back to us after 15 minutes to confirm the order. The mexican pizza was not as good as we expected it to be. Butter chicken pasta was delicious. Luscious chicken pieces, with a feel of butter chicken gravy. The ambiance was decent. Outdoor seating had mosquitoes all around.

IN THE REPLY I WAS TOLD THAT IT IS MILD SPICY BUT 1. IT WAS FIERY SPICY WHICH MEANS THAT EVEN I COULDNT HANDLE IT. 2. PAID 475 Rs and had 4 very small boneless pieces. Way too less for its price. 3. Was undercooked that had to really force to cut through the piece. Really disappointed that all this was sent post a call with the concerned person at the restaurant.

I made a booking through dineout for 20% off on food. Upon reaching their system did not show the booking. However it was confirmed on my app with the code. They promised to give 20% off deal directly before making us seated. But after the dining they did not give any discount and also added 15% service charges (illegal charges as per the law). They over charged us and break their own deal. I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Obviously, this place is over rated. The food is (to be kind) very bad. I ordered a burger-simple one, difficult to mess up,but they messed it up. I had another dish on the table- a stuffed chicken with red wine Jus, now, i have seen people mess up food, but never have I ever seen put so much salt into one dish-next Dandi march should be to the punter house kitchen. However, their service is excellent and very kind servers, but the Kitchen sucks!

This punter doesn't know how to play bets!!!! Possibly the worst experience till date! Went there at little odd time (5pm) so it's is understandable that they might be between service for night but overall the place sucks big time. Ordered tandoori dish which was refused to us because tandoor was cold now. Went for main course and roti was sour. The Mocktail ordered felt like dipping myself in tub of sugar syrup minus flavour. On top of that they added service charge and had not an iota of embarrassment that the food which was not up to mark should not be charged. Not stepping in there ever again.

Just had dinner here... Though the food was amazingly good, I was very disappointed with the happy hour menu they are offering. They have added shakes and mocktails in the happy hour menu but when they charge you igbis for 2 drinks. I asked before ordering and they mentioned it is in happy hour.. On getting bill, they say the rates are promotjonal rates to highlight these drinks.. But on the menu too the rates are same... I tried calling the management too post checking prices on menu card but the person just ignored the issue and kept on saying that they haven't written anything such as 1+1 in front of shakes.. But doesn't that just refute the purpose of having any item specifically mentioned on "happy hours menu"

Both the coolers were good. Didn't go for the main course. Had enough of starters. Ordered an lemon chicken, fish ajwaini tikka and one Lebanese dish chicken shish touk. Lemon chicken was fine. Fish was good. Chicken shish touk was best among the three. With pita bread and hummus, chicken tasted good. Ambience is okay. Loud music sometimes play spoilsport. Moderately priced compared to its adjacent restaurants.

Puntee house is a decent enough place for dwarka. Their food is tasty and drinks are nice. A lot of the items on both the menus were not available when we last ate at the place. No real benefit of zomato gold . Saved ₹700 on 2 dishes but paid more than that paid as compulsory service charges of 10% . Asked restaurant, but they referred to the printout pasted at entrance which you can’t really notice while entering . So, disappointed with both zomato gold and restaurant. Zomato gold is of no benefit.

Kadhai chicken they said it is spicy but is with full of tomoato gravy sweet and sour but not spicy. And too uncooked chicken pieces. Waiter and MANAGER SAGAR treated us like they feed us food for free. Once we complaint this to manager he said chicken is in your plate so we can not do anything. We consider this that u ate full. Very poor food quality. Even they dont think they had mistake.. they dont want to apologize too. They said they will not do anything. They did not even accepted fault. Personal Suggestions: Don't try main course. Starters are good.

Went there with my girls for Sunday brunch. Pretty chilled out place. We loved the sangria and beer. hummus platter and chicken wings we really yum. They also have a really nice sit out place for evening. Must go, in case you live around or in Dwarka.

I visited this place yesterday with reviews and ratings of dwarka branch and was very disappointed. Starters were ok types but main course is below average. Chapatis are smelly and bitter in taste. Kadhai chicken they said it is spicy but is with full of tomoato gravy sweet and sour but not spicy. Waiter and MANAGER SAGAR treated us like they feed us food for free. Once we complaint this to manager he said sabji is in your plate so we cant do anything. We consider this that u ate full. Even they dont think they had mistake.. they dont want to apologize too. Once we started complaining other persons too started the same. But they said they will.not do anything. Suggestions:: Please don't visit this place if you are going woth family for main course as well.

I ordered 2 pints of beer and it coated me Rs. 900! Very expensive I must say. This made me reluctant to visit Punter House Cafe Reloaded again!
