Theobroma - SDA Market 4.5/5 - Good Theobroma outlet, has sitting outside, quality food & good location. Theobroma offers some great options for pastries & brownie, be it the millionaire brownie or my favourite - pineapple cake (or pastry). Value wise, they taste great, though they do cost a bit of money. Theobroma is a BRAND, which speaks for quality & service. At this outlet, i was able to experience the same - professional attitude, gloves, proper packing, extra plates, candles etc. So, post clicking pics, i ate the first - Chocolate & Raspberry brownie, Then i walked out for a bit, exploring the market & clicking outlet's pics from outside, before coming back in to have the 2nd one = cookie brownie. Both tasted good, though cookie was legit tasty 😋 (though oily). Ambience was good, quality was good, i was just a bit sad becuz of less sitting space, but hey, This outlet is certainly better than CP's outlet, which doesn't have any sitting space. Go visit once, or better, get stuff packed from Swiggy's, the rider usually gets the fine details right, or u can just directly talk to resturant.

Ordered some delicacies via zomato for breakfast. Opted for chicken mayonnaise roll, chicken and cheese pasty, and new York style baked cheesecake. The packaging was good. The food was amazing as usual. My favorite out of the order was the chicken and cheese pasty. It could've used some more filling, but was delicious nonetheless. The cheesecake had died during delivery. But the taste was so good, I regretted not getting more..

I went to this place with my friends last week. I loved the colour and vibe of this bakery. They have a wide variety of cakes and pastry. The price was reasonable. We ordered cheese cake, blue berry cup cake, and chocolate tart. I loves the chocolate tart and cheese cake. But the Blue berry cup cake was dry and I didn't like it that much. And also the crust of chocolate tart was quite thick and hard to break. I would have love it if the crust was thin a bit. But overall experience was good. And I would highly recommend this place.

Absolutely love the size of the pastries. In terms of food, presentation is everything and this place truly has given it much thought. There individual packaging are unique, they resemble tiny jewellery boxes with beautiful image on top. The flavour of products is also very good. Definitely worth visiting and ordering again!

Everyone knows their brownies are to die for, so I would second that too for sure! But I do want to make a special mention how utterly delicious their savoury items are as well. They were one of the few outlets to serve oven fresh butter croissants during the lockdown, which was such a relief during those difficult times. My six year old simply relishes them! Even the multigrain bread and pizza base are of excellent quality and taste. Good job, team Theobroma!! 👍🏻

Beware, Theobroma has reduced the portion sizes to 50% while keeping the cost as earlier. Lockdown seemed to have made an impact on the profits so they have started following unfair trade practices. Their pastries have become half size than earlier. Please consider this before ordering!!!!

So Theobroma is a big name that started in Mumbai and have recently opened up shops across the country. Although they have a rich legacy, I only like some of their dishes not all. Howvever, the ones I like are my favourite and I would recommend them for everyone to try if you are a sweet truth. Their hazelnut praline pastries, millionaire brownie and chocolate walnut brownie are my favourite and 5 stars for these delicious desserts.

The only issue which i felt was with delay in delivery and packaging was average. It should be improved so that pastries are bot damaged till the time they reach the customer. Just the idea of cheese jalapeño danish blew my mind away. This danish which is crispy on the outside, melts inside your mouth, giving you the finish of cheese and jalapeño. There is a weird smell of oil or some kind of butter which is used in these pastries that makes the taste extra greasy and leaves a bad flavour in the mouth. It is extra moist and heavy. The black forest tasted stale and one can see from the picture the cream has a different texture. And wow! The size of the red velvet pastry is just a joke. Never seen a smaller size than that. This SDA theobroma is so low in quality and taste.

The first thing I had at this outlet of Theobroma was the brownie, and I was a fan. This used to be a great place to sit inside and chill until the first floor was broken down. Now, the outdoor seating is the only place to sit and eat, which is rather hard to do with the smells in the SDA market. However, don't let that discourage you from buying the brownies, breads and dense loaf, which is essentially a chocolate cake and enjoying it somewhere else, because these are items off their menu that you shouldn't miss. Some might say the brownies are too sweet, but they are perfect for satisfying cravings. Apart from these though, the rest of the patisserie items look rather dry and unappetizing and could be presented in a much better manner.

One of my favorite places. The food here is amazing and decently priced. One of the few places that get both the savory and sweet dishes equally right. The sandwiches here are amazing and very creatively presented. There's a huge variety too which makes one very happy. The quantity is amazing for the price . Totally soulfood for every mood. The dessert section is equally amazing. They have a lot of variety in chocolate based sweets. The chocolate mousse is off the charts wonderful; not too sweet...just perfect and creamy and scrumptiously delicious. The tiramisu is awesome too. One could totally get high on it.

Was craving pastries for a long time. And finally gorged on them today! 😂 Ordered Devil's Mousse Pastry (4.5/5) and Red Velvet Pastry (5/5). The first one is very dense and delicious! If you like a just lil bitter chocolate taste, then this one is for you! It is a heavy but a bit smaller in size than other pastries in Theobroma. The second one is YUMMMYYY! Fresh cream and light and fluffy. The size is big and for all the sweet tooth! Both look exactly as shown in the zomato app! Fast delivery and cute packaging!

For someone who has been to the original patisserie in Colaba in Mumbai, the expansion to Delhi is really disappointing. The brownies have all the texture of mud and no flavor at all just a lot of sugar. I really dont think with 14 branches in no time anyone can maintain the quality and definitely not the absolute charm of the original. Very avoidable.

A sucker for brownies from this place and all things that sound or spell Desserts 😋 Our latest visit was of course to get my box of happiness (brownies) packed for home . I got a pack of 6, that included my favourites: Oreo, red velvet, Choco Overload, Walnut and my latest favourite that I tried for the first time : Chocochip Cookie Brownie 😍, also because when you microwave this a little, the chocolate melts in your mouth (such a Divine feeling i tell you). We also got packed New York Style Cheesecake and Hazelnut Eclair. Both were delectable, especially the Eclair coated with hazelnuts, had a generous amount of chocolate filling inside 🤤 (so want it again). Also wanted to try their in-house chocolate bar, will definitely try this the next visit! Wish I could buy the whole store 😝 Talking about the ambience, it has a cute little seating space as well if you want to sit and relax while enjoying your order. I am not a fan of their savouries but I haunt this place for their brownies. I have tried most things on their menu but my favourites are their millionaire brownies which have layers of caramel inside and loads of dark chocolate on top. Their Oreo and Cookie Brownies are quite nice too. Do try this place if you are around.

I had been reading reviews about their brownies for so long . Last evening we finally gave it a try!. We tried their millionaire brownie , overload brownie and chocolate tart. Personally I didn’t like the chocolate tart. I loved the overload brownie it was just the right amount of chocolate , sweetness and buttery taste . Would definitely go back for that . My 5 year old daughter also loved the overload brownie the most . Millionaire brownie was nice for a couple of bites after which it felt too sweet for our taste . Overall great experience .
