Small and cosy place. You can get all varieties of wafers, shakes, burgers and many more. It is vary different than what you get from other cafes. This is a specialised unique cafe. There is a sit out upstairs. Very well designed and private.
a must visit place if you have been willing to go to the hills and not getting enough time to. the place will give you the feel of cafes you might find in Mcleodganj, Kasol etc. a must visit for travellers.
and just in case you are a fan of Waffles and Shakes, this place has a lot of varieties.
Hilly billy Cafe good staff very coprative and good behaviour but first floor room atmosphere not cool in hot day summer all over good and little bit costly comparison food etc btw I love it go and check it
