Review Dilli Bc - New Delhi

Dilli BC is a Delivery Outlet in Vasant Vihar. This place is a lovely place having all variety of food that Nort Indian Likes.. mainly What Delhite likes. They Offer great Quality and Quantity of food. I tried Tawa BC (Chicken) Half, Paneer Achari Tikka (Half), Chicken Tikka Malai (Full) & Stuffed Aloo Paratha. All dishes were great and tasted really well. Had a great experience.

Have ordered from their newly open outlet in Vasant Vihar. They are going better and better with new location, especially the packaging. Have already tried their Lajpat Nagar and Kalkaji as well. No different in the taste means the quality has been the priority for them to order again from their various outlets Big fan of their taste so order one Afgani Chicken and Chicken Tikka Achari in starters. The portion size was specifically the Afgani Chicken with 8 big chicken pieces. The chicken pieces was huge as you can see in the attached picture and juicy too. The aroma of Achari flavour was clearly felt when you pick the Chicken Tikka pieces. At last we finish the lunch with Dal Makhni with Laccha paranthas. Post the chicken there was no space to have Dal but we 3 people managed well. Full recommendation and pls do not eat anything before you order from them. Good portion size nice packaging hot food Delivery Ontime What else is required!!!

Given just four as they are not providing realtime tracking on ZOMATO. Probably one of the reason could be very near to my location. This is food out let near the Tpoint of RTR fly over Edit ---_----------------------------------------------------------- Changing my rating from 4 to 5 as the have done very outstanding job. - Best ever packaging - provided tissue along with mouth freshener. Recently went in the market with friends and picked up food from dilli BC. The food is really good. Loved the packing. BC roll is one famous thing you should not miss.

Ordered half plate paneer butter masala, but it was half of half, very very less quantity. Even garlic naan did not have garlic flavour at all.

Dilli bc, one of my favourite outlet and I usually order from this place. I had ordered chicken malai tikka in starter and boneless butter chicken in main course with roomali roti and butter naan.<br/>Chicken malai tikka was superb in taste.<br/>The food was delivered on time and by that it remains hot so it tastes good.<br/>Price efficient place with some delicious food.

recently ordered tandoori chicken in starters along with butter chicken fromt he mains. the tandoori was well cooked but loved the butter chicken. thick creamy gravy with neither too tangy neither too sweet. perfect balance of taste

This is one of my favourite outlet, loved the tandoori chicken, green chilli parantha and bhatti ka murg. Chicken was tender and juicy while the chilli parantha was flavour bomb.

Ordered 2 items from this place and it took them more than 1hr 45mins to deliver. Also each time I called this place they had a different excuse ranging from delivery boys accident to delivery boys tyre puncture. Pathetic service to say the least.

There was hair and insect in the food. Extremely unhygienic and staff was not apologetic in the least. Got food poisoning and had to be hospitalised the next morning. Do not consume food from here if you care for your health

I normally place my orders with Dilli BC Malviya Nagar which is really good. However I tried their Vasant Vihar outlet which is full of rouge's, liars and cheats and abusive staff. They are high headed and don't bother about customer requirements. You can't rely on them if you are ordering for party. They will make sure to ruin your party mood. Manager Mr. Ziddi feels that they cook great food and such attitude of theirs can't impact their business.<br/><br/>I bless them early shutdown.

Disclaimer: This review is for their delivery executive and the restaurant's handling of my issue. I never tried their food as I didn't receive my order. TL;DR - Never got my food after ordering. Unprofessional delivery guys and restaurant management who couldn't facilitate my delivery. <br/><br/>I had come in from a rough day of travel and was famished. I ordered from this place around 10pm. The food was supposed to get in around 35-40 minutes. After 40 minutes I called the delivery guy and he said he'd get there after making some other deliveries. I called again after 10-15 minutes and he said he couldn't find the place where I was staying. I explained the address, the block and the house but that's allI had to give him as I am not a local resident. By this point, it was 11:30 pm and there was nobody around me who could help with directions. I asked him to use google maps as the location can be easily and accurately found using maps. He said he doesn't have any data or location services and scolded me for not being able to give him directions to my place from wherever he was. <br/><br/>I then called the restaurant and relayed everything I told the delivery guy. I gave them the address, sendt the restaurant manager my live and current location on whatsapp and google maps  and asked them to direct the delivery guy to me. They said they'd do it. A few minutes later the delivery person said he was near my location and asked me to come down. I did and waited 10 minutes. He couldn't find me. I called the restaurant and they started scoffing and laughing at me as I couldn't provide any local landmarks. I told them to use google maps as the location is exact on it. They didn't offer any help so I asked them to cancel my order. They hung up. <br/><br/>I now call the delivery guy, i'm still outside hoping he'll find me and it's freezing cold. I try to help him find the location and he just says in Hindi "I'm at xxx address, come find me yourself if you want your food."I took the issue up with Zomato and they didn't pick up the Zomato rep's call.  (zomato was kind enough to cancel it, refund it, and offer me credits towards a new order). What an unprofessional way of managing a business. This is the digital age, you can't have a delivery guy without GPS on his phone, or a lack of knowledge of his delivery radius. (I was within 5 km of the restaurant).

Worst service ever! Shows a delivery time of 45 min, and doesn’t deliver food even after two hours of placing order. This is the second time it has happened. After two hours of waiting, one received trashy cold food that has lost all its flavor. From cold curries to rubbery breads not worth it. It’s been an hour over the promised delivery time and I’m still waiting for my order to reach me. Just wondering, why do you guys even bother? Just close the place since, you’re not serious about serving customers anyway. Horrible place, won’t recommend it. Won’t order ever again. Pathetic service, in fact no service at all.

For food the place is good that is why people order food from here, so did i and then i waited, waited and waited for food to be delivered on time. The food was ordered at 1:49 pm and  time of delivery was 2:34 pm as per the zomato app. We know its human who is working behind the order and we should respect the hard work of delivery boys so +-15 min is fine and affordable. But what if the food you get at  3: 35 pm. that too when place has no live tracking and delivery is handled by restaurant itself. The restaurant should understand that the food can wait but what about hunger?<br/><br/>Delivery boy just said sorry sir for delay, Dude we ordered because your rating was good, food was reasonable and your delay by 60 min cannot make up to that mood and hunger i had 60 min back. Please have some respect for people who are ordering form your place. <br/><br/>Above all zomato has no concern over the issue and they are "thank you sir for patience" thing in loop, zomato please keep that patience with you and try to wait for food when you are super hungry and restaurant guy has no courtesy to say sorry to you.  Such places are high rated and serviceable with you.  Please get all restaurant with live tracking. <br/><br/>Will never be ordering form this place ever.

Never eaten this pathetic dal makhni. If its not cooked fully, why would someone serve it. Please check the status of the food before serving. And on the top of that waiting for this dal makhni for another 1 hour was deadly.

The food i ordered was delivered to me after one and hour. I ordered naan and it's so worst that i threw away the food. Really not expected this type of food and service from this restaurant. In one word the food and delivery was pathetic.

Crisp outing and delicious filling.<br/><br/>Ralli Sabziyan [Mix Veg] - I tried this for the first time from here and it was lovely. Ordered there special dal bc (makhani) chicken bc (butter) with missi and tandoori roti. Dal Makhani was amazing. Deep cooked and perfect adding ingredients, makhani is must from BC. With missi roti, it will be a dream dinner for you. Roti were freshly baked and were hot when delivered.<br/>I had also tried raita. I had ordered mixed raita with added vegetables. Masala was perfectly favoured in raita.<br/><br/>Overall it was a good dinner with Dilli Bc. ✌

Dilli bc is the right place for delicious food. Quantity of the food was good and quality was also nice. Tried dahi ke shole , dal makhni and Butter naan. Dal was creamy, naan were soft and dahi ke sholey were perfect.Packaging was also nice and delivered on time fresh and hot.

Recently was staying at friends place and order foods from dilli bc. The food was delivered well in time loved the cardboard box packing. The food was delivered hot.<br/><br/>Ordered Dal Makhni, the daal was nicely made with perfect balance of butter cream.

Food was delicious, I loved it! The only thing which wasn't up to mark was delivery tho, It was quiet late that time still I feel like delivery could have been better, Packing was good. And food too.

Food is good. BUT, Normally food is delivered in insulated box which keeps it warm. Today it was delivered without that box in polythene bag. Food was not warm and required rewarming.

If there was an option negative stars I would have given that. I ordered my food from this restaurant via ZOMATO and let me tell you they give their own valets. My order was prepaid. I ordered at 10:19 PM and it was written that it will be delivered to me at 11:19. When it was past that I called the restaurant but they weren't picking up. After many attempts they picked up and told me that it will be delivered in 15 mins and when he said that it was 11:45 already and he disconnected the call without hearing my reply and after that each time he said it's on its way. The restaurant was 2 KMS away from my home. When it was 12 and it's still not delivered I called again and he told me that the delivery person hasn't delivered because he couldn't reach me and I told him that it's the whole problem of my colony but there was network in my phone cause how can I call him when there is no network?. In my colony there are many guards and I told him that he could have asked them about the building and he said that he knew where my building was but because he couldn't reach my no. so he decided to take back the food without delivering it. After that I asked him the delivery person's no. but he didn't gave it but outright disconnected the call. Then we called them again and he said that "if" you want your order our delivery person will leave the restaurant after 5 mins coz he is eating and when we again asked his no and name he disconnected the call. After that he ignored every call and it was about 1 am and it's still not delivered then we cancelled the order. They were very rude and I was starved to death because of them. After all that they marked my order delivered and I know this because ZOMATO customer support told me this. This was my first time ordering from this restaurant and after this bitter experience I won't ever order from it and I won't suggest anyone to order from it either cause of it's worse service. We have order many times online food but this is the only restaurant who couldn't even find the building and said that he won't ask from any guards (said by the delivery person himself).<br/>He should have cancelled the order himself or told me that it couldn't be delivered giving vague and nonsense excuses and that the reason I am pissed off and telling you all about this incident which happened just now.

It's Sunday and went to a relative place in RK Puram and we were craving for good non-veg, so we decided to order from one of our favorite Indian restaurant ie, Dilli BC.<br/>For the starters we ordered<br/>Dahi Ke Sholey: They were soft and mouth-watering. A must-try for everyone.<br/>Achari Chicken Tikka: The taste was acceptable. Goodish Kind.<br/><br/>For the main course, we ordered garlic naan and<br/>Chicken Biryani: It was absolutely amazing, the right amount of spices and crisp and was perfectly accompanied by a mix of vegetable raita.<br/>Butter Chicken: Dilli BC has expertise on Butter Chicken, it was as usual fabulous like always.<br/>Tawa Chicken: Perfectly cooked. Have food here for that shaadi wala khane ka feel. What gobi adrakhi they have and what dal makhani. Gulab jamun out of the world. Typical delhi ki shaadi ka khana.

I have ordered boneless butter chicken along with green chilli parantha, trust me it was awesome experience. Butter chicken tastes like the authentic which you usually didn't get everywhere and green chilli parantha was good too. Highly recommend..

With over ten outlets in Delhi-NCR, Dilli BC has been getting rave reviews for their food. Hunger pangs the other day lead us to try their food for lunch. Food was delivered on time, in neatly packed boxes with zero spillage.<br/>Dal Makhani BC was everything DM is all about. Loved how it wasn't overly creamy or spicy. Paneer Butter Masala was a personal favorite. Highly recommend it. The use of spices was generous yet not spicy or strong. There were enough chunks of paneer for two of us. Tandoori Chicken was a steal. The portion size plus the taste. Everything about it was yum, yum and yum! For the breads we ordered naan, garlic naan and butter roti. Overall a very good experience. Highly recommend their food.

I recently ordered food from here and yes as always it was amazing. I could not even define how delicious it was. I was at my friends place and decided to have food from Dilli BC. It is one of my favourite outlet chain in Delhi. This time I ordered Soya Tikka, Anari Paneer Tikka and Paneer Lababdar. The food was delivered to us on time and it was hot as well.<br/>Soya Tikka: Soft (inside) and Crispy Tandoori Soya Chaap Cut into pieces and marinated with some masala that tasted sour. It was wonderful.<br/>Anaari Paneer Tikka: Paneer pieces were Big and soft and were blended into spices very well. Taste was good<br/>Paneer Lababdar: It is my favourite. This dish had a uniform taste all over and was perfectly cooked. I still could not get over its taste.<br/>I will continue to buy food from this chain for sure..

The difference between same dish ordered from different outlets of same brand. The gurgaon outlet dish was way better than than the vasant Vihar and massive preparation difference. Need to have uniformity in dishes at all outlets.

Dilli BC delux executive thali is the worst thali which I had never eaten in my life.They guys sell poty in the name of thali I were not able to eat the whole thali and a thrown the rest of my thali in dusturbin. Thali has no value for money and unhealthy too . I will never give any order to this restaurant in future and this is same recommendable to you all.

This was the first time I ordered from Dilli BC.<br/><br/>Same as their name, their packaging is also amazing!<br/><br/>I ordered a paneer roll and Dahe ke sholay.<br/><br/>Paneer Roll was a 10/10. Amazing flavours and it had a good quality of paneer in it. Good worth of 140+ rs.<br/><br/>Dahe ke sholay was a 3/10. I read good reviews about it on zomato and ordered it but the dish was excessively oily. Also it felt like I was have bread roll instead of dahe ke sholay.<br/><br/>FREE Gulab JAMUN : It was a 10/10. Got it free and it was delicious! Good size and prefect level of sugar.

Food was good but I ordered roti in a thali and they delivered naan. Moreover food reached half.an hour late than mentioned on zomato. Overall experience could better.

Apart from the catchy name, the restaurant serves delicious food. We have tried most of their vegetarian dishes and all of them tested pretty good. The delivery has been prompt , And the food delivered had excellent packaging as well. This restaurant is a must try for the people craving North Indian food. <br/>To my surprise the restaurant has always sent a complimentary portion of a dessert with the meal every time I have ordered. Pathetic service. First off, they don’t send what you order. I had ordered wheat chicken seekh roll earlier last week, but they sent a roomali roll which is made of all purpose flour (maida). When i complained, they resent a roll which was again the same. This week when i ordered a few items, the delivery boy continuously lied on the phone and i had to cancel my order after 1.5 hours. This is sheer negligence and a bad customer experience. If these people can’t handle delivery on their own, they should leverage zomato guys. It’s not always about the quality of food but a good customer experience.

Hi All, the food was pretty average! Nothing to look forward to or order again :( we ordered mutton seekh kebabs, Tandoori chicken, malai tikkas and bhatti chicken... the food lacked taste and flavours and was not juicy enough...

I have tried almost every outlet in delhi as my work demands traveling a lot. This is my best place to order food from.<br/><br/>What i ordered -<br/><br/>Bhatti chicken - my all time favorite. And one of the beat bhatti chicken you can get in delhi.<br/><br/>Tawa chicken bc - amazing taste. It is the first time i ordered this from them and it didn't let me down. Dilli Bc is my favourite place if I want to have some tandoori and indian food. And whenever I am nearby to any of its outlet I make sure I don't miss ordering from here. I ordered dal makhni, Paneer tikka and dahi k Sholay.<br/>My favourite out of these was Dahi k Sholay and dal Makhni. The delivery was right on time. I ordered from dilli bc, their services and food are too amazing. I always had a great experience with dilli bc. So I ordered their famous butter chicken which was Soo delightful to eat, their Anari paneer Tikka which is full of anardana in it and properly cooked and last but not least their Bhatti murg which is really so yum and great. <br/><br/>Food: 4.5/5<br/>Service and delivery: 5/5

It's a very bed app. Don't use it. They understand us fool. They always say. They will contact but nothing happen. I don't suggest anyone to use it.

The taste was extremely good but because of the bad packaging the whole dish had leaked.. butter chicken gravy and mutton gravy had come out from the box.. can improve the packaging .. i ordered food of about 7000 rs in which i lost almost 1000 rs of food due to bad packaging.

DILLI BC :A Very famous chain for Mughlai and North Indian food.Their food is very hygienic, reasonably priced, so we generally order from this place.<br/><br/>Yesterday also, my kids wanted to have nonveg as dinner so we decided to order. We ordered Chicken Malai tikka and afghani chicken as starters and boneless chicken tawa BC as mains with garlic naans.<br/><br/>Both the starters were well marinated and had an appropriate balance of spices but the gravy of chicken BC won my heart.It was thick, well spiced, yummiest, I had ever tasted.The quantity and quality both good.<br/><br/>The garlic naans were properly baked having yum garlic taste.<br/><br/>The packaging was superb in spillproof n microwave safe containers.<br/><br/>So the ratings are like this:<br/><br/>Taste:5/5<br/>Hygiene :5/5<br/>Service:5/5<br/><br/>Just loved it. I ordered dal makhni ...it was very delicious...and usse bhi badi baat...i requested them if they could deliver my order earlier than the mentioned 1hr time in zomato..as i was very hungry....and it was really sweet on the part of the restaurant to take my request seriously and delivered me the food in 40mins...they even kept me updated when the food was ready.☺️👍

Loved what I ordered last time from Dilli BC so ordered again with some more dishes from a different location. They serve variety of North Indian and Mughlai cuisine. Delivery was packed well and on time. <br/><br/>Chicken Malai Tikka - Succulent pieces of diced thigh chicken marinated in milk cream and cashew nut paste, grilled over charcoal. It's a MUST TRY!!<br/><br/>Mutton Seekh Kebab - I'm a big fan of mutton seekh kebabs but this one was a bit mushier though spot on flavours.<br/><br/>Mutton Rara - Huge Mutton pieces spiced well and cooked to perfection in keema gravy. This was absolutely delicious and went well with their Paneer Stuffed Paratha<br/> and Mix Stuffed Paratha. Just had the worst possible experience with my order. The order was received after two hours. The restaurant lied about sending the order out when contacted by Zomato. Disgusting experience. Highly avoidable.

Food was delivered on time and served hot.<br/><br/>We called for paneer labadar, egg biryani, chicken roll and breads including parantha. Food was packed in plastic boxes and sealed well. Food is tasty here as its prepared in less oil and spices are balanced. Paneer was tender and gravy was thick tomato one. Yummy must say. Breads were very soft and served hot. Pranathas were mix in nature and very soft and fully loaded. Egg biryani was winner dish of tonite. Balances apices and aroma full of yummy flowered rice and veggies. Loved the food

Recently had a great experience with this food joint. I ordered Paneer Tikka, achari chicken Tikka ,chicken Tikka masala and naans from here. Everything was well prepared and was packed properly. Everything tasted Amazing and if I have to choose one among thes then I will definitely go for chicken Tikka masala. Thiss outlet definitely deserve 5 stars as the quality and the quantity of the food at these prices is just awesome.

Dilli BC is a Delivery Outlet in Vasant Vihar. This place is a lovely place having all variety of food that Nort Indian Likes.. mainly What Delhite likes. They Offer great Quality and Quantity of food. I tried Tawa BC (Chicken) Half, Paneer Achari Tikka (Half), Chicken Tikka Malai (Full) & Stuffed Aloo Paratha. All dishes were great and tasted really well. Had a great experience.

And when it comes to delivery of North Indian Food, it has to be Dilli BC for me.<br/><br/>The food that is meant for Delhites delivers in beautiful packaging that is spillproof. They also give you some mouth freshner as well!<br/><br/>I ordered:<br/>• Paneer Tikka- Massive chunks of Paneer that were soft and juicy<br/><br/>• Achari Chicken tikka- Damn, nothing like I've had before. Bitesized pieces of chicken that were full of flavour<br/><br/>• Palak Paneer- The smoothest gravy and again, massive chunks of paneer<br/><br/>• Naans- I ordered the mix naan which was MASSIVE. It was brimming with the stuffing.<br/><br/>Good stuff from Dilli BC as always! It's a must have to make dinner perfect.

Dilli BC has now turned out to be old with its image name and has earned alot of generosity with the passing years. I had once attempted their sustenance out multi year prior and now, when I was setting up involved with my companions I picked Dilli BC above other great spots. Margarine Chicken, Paneer Makhni, Daal BC and Roomali Roti's with some bourbon is the thing that makes supper arrangements arranged for Punjabi's ofcourse, yeh dilli se hai BC :)

The delivery outlet this time was Dilli BC and I had a great experience with them .<br/>The food which I ordered was Chicken malai tikka,Dahi kebab and kadhai chicken with garlic naan's.The packaging of food was really good and would avoid any spills.<br/><br/>The taste was awesome ,specially for the kadhai chicken all the spices and ingredients were putting in their taste differently .<br/>The quantity and quality of the chicken provided in Chicken malai tikka was very good amd dahi kebabs were soft and crispy enough to melt inside the mouth.<br/><br/>Overall the food and packaging was good I would rate the restaurant as 10/10

We recently ordered our dinner from here. After trying the food from its other outlets, decided to try this one too. With the spices finding their way, right to the bones, this one had a delicious taste. Also, the crispy outer bit made it even more delicious.<br/><br/>Bhatti Chicken, a first for me, was yet another delicious preparation. Bit on the spicier side, it had a host of delicious flavours. In fact, I had found my perfect appetiser, in this preparation. Loved it.<br/><br/>The Rara Mutton didn't have any surprises for me. It's the same well cooked preparation with a generous amount of minced meat. Something I have always liked about the one from here. Just that the pieces were a bit too big for us to have it comfortably. Nonetheless, loved it.<br/><br/>The Parantha with an ample filling, was quite good and went very well with the mutton.<br/>So, if you're looking for a place serving good North Indian food, this is the place for you. Chances are, you too will love it.<br/>But the easy, loved the neat yet sturdy packaging.<br/><br/>
