Review Freakin Beans - New Delhi

Anuj Kumar
Nice place to chill out on weekends. For smoking lovers, couples, friends it is hangout place with multiple option of drinks and snacks. This place is having lots of parking space so overall it is good to spend some time on weekends. P.S. If you are non smooker and don't like the smell of smoking it will be difficult to for you to sit specially in evenings .
Being Bhukkad
I like the seating very much. It is a very good place to casually meet your friends in evenings! The ambience is beautiful and the crowd is good too. Also, they serve really good food and drinks.๐Ÿ”ฅ Tried there peri peri fries, it's perfect for people who like to eat spicy food. I'd give it a 4/5. The tandoori paneer sandwich was not up to the mark but is a one time eat food option. The garlic bread is a must try. They serve it with a dip which is yummy as well.

A great outlet for quick bites. I've been eating here for years now and the best thing on the menu that is their garlic bread is still the same amount of cheesy and delicious. It is even better than most of the upscale eateries out there and costs just โ‚น100.!! If you love heavy cheese, cream and mayo then go for the CHEESE BURST garlic bread and if you want to have the equally delicious less equipped version of it then go for CHEESE garlic bread. The dip that accompanies them tastes amazing too. Order a nice drink of your choice and you're good to go. The only backdrop of the cafe is that the seating is outside in the open and as it gets really hot in summers it's not an ideal place to sit and enjoy. Takeaway is always an option when you gotta eat 'em calories.

This place is perfect for a casual evening outing. The food is okayish nothing special, the drinks and garlic bread are expectations. Ambience is good but if the dogs bother you, then this place should be avoided as there are a lot of dogs. Also, there is a cigarette shop right next to the place so people do smoke there. The staff and services are good. Sometimes food can get delayed but that's rare. Overall its a good place for a relaxed evening outing

Good to catch a evening coffie with friends, crowd was quiet good, open seating area, if you hate smoking this place not for you. Food is good and in winters you can enjoy aftrnoon as well.

This place is in Sikka Plaza Mayur Vihar-1, where CCD used to be earlier. Food quality is good, a take out place for locals in Mayur Vihar-1. Generally little crowded in evening.

Amazing ๐Ÿ˜ place quick food quality service taste all fantastic. For continental treat for your taste buds ๐Ÿ˜€

Everything is good if you are ok with smoking. Because it is an open smoking aear. That's the reason I don't like it much.

Freakin beans at Mayur vihar is a very good place with outdoor sitting to have coffee, cappachino, cold coffee, ice tea, vegetarian and non vegetarian snacks like chicken grilled sandwich, chicken maggie, veg sandwich and lots of other variety and quality food.... I have been visiting here since long as it attracts trendy crowd....

There is no way that you can find better garlic bread, at least in East Delhi. They have really nice coffee, especially cold coffees ( not the most elaborate kinds but the kinds that make you nostalgic ). And the amount of cheese in the garlic bread is to die for ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜
Divyam Wason
The best place to hangout and have an amazing food in Mayur Vihar
Aneesha Dhar
Amazing food. A must try : cheese burst garlic bread and pina colada iced tea.

Mayur Vihar Phase 1's very own chillzone. Mostly favoured by school and college kids. Nice place to sit down have a couple of shakes and smoke. Mosquitoes are a real issue during the summers. Also, a good place to watch the local beauties.
Shruti Sharma (Sammy)
Such an amazing outdoor seating complex in mayur vihar phase 1. With so many options to choose from, just enjoy your evening, sipping your favourite tea and bites or even a full dinner if that's what you are looking for.

Owing to people raving about this cafe, we went there this week to try it out. Situated in a market complex, it is a small cozy place with seats spread out in the open.

There are ample seats and it is better to eat in your cars or go there in evenings. The service is quick if there is no rush, otherwise the staff can be a bit courteous attending to orders.

We tried:
Cheese Burst Garlic Bread: The famed garlic bread was not up to standards, it is meant to be cheese burst and not mayonnaise burst. The bread was soft but it was too much of mayonnaise.

Chicken Mix Sauce Pasta: This was decent, had thick gravy which we liked but it felt like they had overdone the sweet side of it.

Chicken Tandoori Sandwich: We loved it, delicate chicken pieces and lots of Tandoori mayo sauce.

Now this place is as pocket friendly as it comes, our total bill was only 310 rupees. Our final rating:

Food: 3
Ambience: 3
Service: 3.5
Value for Money: 4.5

Freakin beans, in the pretty lil corner of Mayur Vihar Phase 1 is the perfect venue to hang out with friends and fam. There's a sitting area outside the Cafe which serves varieties of shakes/mocktails. Our favorite one is the caramel shake with cheesy garlic bread. Looking forward to visit here again soon!

Our go to place whenever we need a sip of coffee. My favorite is the hazelnut cold coffee (strong) and their brownie / cupcake.

Literally the best garlic bread and coffee for the price especially
Foodymoodie
A small pocket friendly shop in main market of mayur vihar. They does not have good inside sitting arrangement bt still due to its moderate prices ad good crowd this factor doesn't matters a lot.. I tried their famous garlic bread it was too yummy I loved their simple way of presenting an awesome piece of foodโค

I have been visiting here from very long... A big fan of their Coffee and Sandwiches...

Even though Parking and sitting is a challenge most of the time but the food and coffee worth it trying

A good place to hang out with friends, as most of Mayur Vihar Phase-1 can be found here, from time to time!
The food and shakes are decent, but have now become a bit too expensive

Food: ๐ŸŒ๐ŸŒ
Ambience: ๐ŸŒ๐ŸŒœ
Service: ๐ŸŒ๐ŸŒœ
โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”
Maybe its the overselling by a friend, but I wasnโ€™t amazed by the food at all. Although it was good, but I had expected more from this place. Plus after relentlessly waiting for the online order option to show-up, I was fed-up, only to be told by the guy at the shop that they arenโ€™t active on Zomato (Swiggy does deliver though).

Anyway, I picked up my order of a Garlic Bread Cheese, Chicken Pizza and Tandoori Chicken Sandwich myself later at night. And even at 10pm these people were so busy that it took almost an hour to get just these three things.

So, starting with the best the Chicken pizza was nicely done. Good amount of cheese, decent chicken pieces and tangy sauce to go with it. Although if you are a dominos/pizza hut styled pizza fan, you might be disappointed but for me it was good, with the pre made pizza base and just enough sauce and cheese.

Garlic Bread was ok-ish. There was a bit of funny taste to the cheese in this one. Canโ€™t say it was rotten but definitely fermented more than it should have been. Plus I couldnโ€™t taste the garlic, like at all.

The tandoori chicken was a bummer, because the filling was super tasty but the bread was very hard (not crunchy, hard like old bread hard) from the crust side (almost 30%). Had the bread been fresh, this would have been a must try item, unfortunately it wasnโ€™t.

I might have gotten my food at their worst day, as it looks like they have the potential but the bread and cheese supplier messed up.

Cheers!!!
Ricky Gupta
A pretty small place with outdoor seating only. The snacks are worth it but the shakes are hyped for no reason plus the shakes were over priced. The service was good and food is tasty.
Nikita Tomar
I had cheese garlic bread, mix sauce veg pasta and choco hazelnut thick shake here. They all were great in taste.
This place have a nice ambience and it gets really crowded in evening.

Freakin' Beans is a very small outlet in Mayur Vihar and the sitting is outside the place.

We were only here for trying the very famous Cheese Burst Garlic Bread and oh my my, it was truly amazing. As avid cheese lovers, we appreciated all the loaded cheese and to be honest the cheese did overshadow the garlic bread completely but that's exactly what we were there for!
Some people will not find it that tempting as it all goes down to how much of a cheese lover you are.
Taste: 4/5
Foodie_jii
Tried this outlet a month ago basically its a small shop in mayur vihar market with casual seating setup outside. We've ordered there famous cheese burst garlic bread and white sauce pasta and both tasted cheesy and delicious (loved the cheese burst bread) . Good thing about the place is its very economical. You can hog on to your favourite dishes even when you're broke or in month end. Cheers guys. Keep it up.

Very pocket friendly place to go. Crowd is also good. Is famous for itโ€™s shake and ice tea.ordered garlic bread and pasta and all the things were amazing.

To my cheesy delights! ๐Ÿ˜
This is a small outlet in mayur vihar which has a lot of cheesy options!

I ordered-

Cheese burst garlic bread- too cheesy, filled with mayo and very filling
Chicken pizza- was very cheesy, had a lot of chicken and absolutely delicious!
Thick shakes:
Watermelon cooler- didn't quite like it cause felt like a lot of artificial taste.
Litchi cooler- very sweet but tasted good

The coffee is pretty average, something which a novice would prepare.
Also, the location is horrible. It has seating area outside with lots of people smoking and overall hygiene of the location is poor.
If you have good taste in coffee, I wouldnโ€™t recommend it :)
Sahil Jindal
I have been visit there multiple times.have tried pasta, and cold coffee.the taste is always good..nice place to hangout with friends ..good option

One of the best coffee place in delhi for a pocket friendly budget. It also has tasty pasta and garlic breads etc to side with a cuppa coffee. Milk shakes, Mochas and Frappes are also tasty. Service is quick. The place has outside seating. Had a nice time sitting outside in the evening with delicious Coffee.
Deepak Kashyap
The hot and cold coffee are best in this area. Whether it is Irish capucino or hazlenut, the taste is just brilliant :) It has some really good eating options as well which makes it quite a place to be at :) One of the jewels of Mayur vihar phase 1

Iโ€™m really impressed with zomato . Food delivery was on time & its quality was also awesome . As it was written that the delivery of food will be under 25-30 min they really came at that given time . The behavior of delivery boy was also good he talked politely to me

I have been frequenting Freakin' Beans for the last 5 years. I can safely attest that over that period they have consistently maintained their high standards for coffee, not to mention have been delivering these excellent results for a stable & affordable price. I wish they would open up more shops all over. They are our friendly neighborhood coffee superheroes. I wish them all the best. Cheers.
Yuvika Butola
Totally a friends place to chill . Irish frappe , watermelon lemonade, Choco hazelnut milkshake are must haves โค๏ธ. With mixed sauce pasta and the most amazing cheese garlic bread .

Pretty good food, have to say this that I didn't think that I'll get something of this quality. Chicken pizza is very good, pastas are nice as well and the burger is a must try. It's quite reasonable as well

Their food is decent according to the price but their sitting is something they need to improve.
I like their hazelnut shake and sandwiches.
Staff is okayish.
Service is prompt.

Freakin beans, a small outlet in mayur vihar phase 1, offers outdoor seating.

Mostly the place is crowded with youngsters since there are other food outlets in the same area.

First visit

Coming to the food
I have tried white sauce pasta which was not at all good in taste, something was wrong with the taste of their sauce.

Paneer grilled sandwich was average.

Oreo shake was good however the cold coffee was way too strong.

Second visit

We ordered pull apart garlic bread and grilled chicken sandwich.

Pull apart garlic bread although looked so good and i was expecting something dominos like cheese burst liquid cheese instead it was full of mayonnaise :( and didn't taste good.

Grilled chicken sandwich was good in taste and is probably the best item that was there at freakin beans.
Ansh Riyal
The Hazelnut cold coffee was pretty nice, the coffee's aroma and flavour was strong which I found refreshing (3.5/5)
But the cheese burst garlic bread was just toooo freeakin awesome, the cheese combined with the wonderful dip just made my day (5/5) ;)

This small cafe located in mayur vihar phase 1 has won many hearts including mine. Small outlet with open seating outside it. I visit here frequently. I good place to spend evenings
Anupam Dixit
This place is youthful and a good place to hangout with friends.
Best part is the outdoor seating. They have a decent variety of snacks to chose from. It's a good place to have a get-together for 5-7 people. We tried Red Sauce Pasta, Chicken Burger, Hot Coffee and Green Apple Ice Tea. The tase was decent, however pasta was way too spicy (personal view).

My feedback- I think service is a bit slow as the crowed it more and you have less staff to attending them.

I would definitely want to go again and would recommend this place to my friends.

My rating

Ambience: 9/10

Food: 7/10

Service: 6.5/10
Pratyaksh Tyagi
One of the cool cafes known dor their coffes (both hot & cold ) & iced tea .
place is very smal with outdoor siting , but food & beverages are just mind blowing .
must have - garlic bread , lemon mint iced tea , hazelnut cold coffee

A visit to Freakin Beans . A small but nice cafe in Mayur Vihar phase 1. The USP is the open air sitting and lighting done by covering the trees and open air. Sitting capacity of 20-25 people...
quick service...awesome coffee , red sauce pasta.Place is always filled with people from all age groups. So much life that one wont feel bore...and anyhow...food is good and very economical. Food is delicious.
want to chill in open air...its a good place.
The very eye catching factor is how the open air is covered with nice lights.

a good place to visit.

CHOTA ROCKET ๐Ÿš€ BADA DHAMAKAAAAA....

One of the best place to hangout with the freinds in mayur vihar phase 1.
Best quality in good price.
Calm atmosphere with open sitting
Harshit Dedha
This place is very known to all the people living in Mayur vihar and around.
Just next to CCD, this small joint serves good eating options at affordable prices.
Ihave tasted Almost every item on the menu and would recommend- white sauce pasta and Oreo shake for sure! Also if you are a cheese lover go for garlic breads!
There's no seating inside the outlet but there are table's and chairs spread outside.
Malvika Advani
A very good place with not so great ambience.
The sitting can be improved a bit.

We ordered:
1. Cheese burst garlic bread
2. Irish Cappuccino
3. Hazlenut Mocha

Food is no doubt delicious.

Since mostly it serves snacks items, it's a nice place to visit in the eve.
Also because the sitting is completely open, it is advised to go in the eve only (during summers).

Personally i am allergic to smoking. But it's a very common practice here.
So that's one main point that turned me off.

Overall experience: 6/10

I just moved here last year from south delhi, and was so disappointed with the food here. As I thought the taste will remain the same throughout delhi, I went to some of the well known places in Mayur Vihar Phase1 but it was not upto my expectations, when I came across this little joint while getting CCD and the crowd hit my eye and so does the aroma of the fresh coffee, so I decided to have a look and got myself their hazelnut mocha, my depressing life changed since the day. Their garlic bread have been touched by the food gods and the coffee is addictive, had their burger which was quite filling but my heart keep going back to the coffee and iced teas and their garlic breads.
NITIN CHOPRA
This place is good if you love to sit in the open and wanna smoke. Their haslenut mocha and the tandoori pizza steal the show. I think it's good place if you are planning to go out with group of friends.
Aanchal Goswami
A nice little place in the neighborhood to hangout with friends.I keep coming here for they offer delicious pasta and cold coffee at quite an affordable price. This place has an open sitting area and you can easily spend some good time here during evenings.I recently ordered butterscotch and caramel cold coffee. Both of which was a disaster. It was way too sweeter than it was supposed to be.So I stick to my usual menu mixed pasta and hazelnut mocha cold coffee. It is highly recommended.
Ijustheardfood
The thick shakes here are truly amazing. The ambiance is so calm and nice. Open sitting with fairy lights all over, makes the place a great one to spend some quality time with your frnds! The Maggi here also I's delicious and mouth watering. Located in Mayur Vihar phase 1 this place is worth a visit.
Aastha Aneja
A small and sweet outlet just outside the very famous CCD. It gives tough competition to CCD with its low prices and good quality food and coffee. It has an outdoor seating area and is one of the favourite hangout places of MV people. Go there with your friends to have lots of chit chat over delicious coffee sips. The only thing that bothered me was that people smoke openly in the seating area which can get a bit irritating.
Quality - 4/5
Quantity - 4/5
Cleanliness - 4/5
Staff - 4/5
Seating area - 3/5
Prices - 4/5

I have been to this place many times.
Since day one, the owner of the outlet is not well behaved.

But yesterday i got disappointed very much.
As usual he was behaving in a rude manner with pathetic hospitality but the worst part was that i had some argument with the owner as i requested him to serve hot coffee after my meal but blunty he replied that he will serve coffee as soon as it will get ready and was giving weird looks to me and my request didnt matter for him.
Because of that argument, he served us food with a very low quality just to take revenge.

Burger was very oily.
Pizza was having nasty smell due to which i got ill and got vomittings.
And my hot coffee was not at all hot.

I just dnt know how they can do like this.
I am also having ready garments franchise.
Customer and their satisfaction is on highest priority for me.

I was a regular customer of freakin beans.
Now they have lost a very good customer.

Moreover, that market is having many options now.
I will not go to their outlet again.

Aakash
One of the best palce to hangout with friends. Superb staff, superb food, superb ambience. Prices are reasonable. No parking issue is there for two wheelers. Garlic bread is something everyone should try after coming to this place.
Kangan Arora
A small shop which is worth visiting for the quality of its hot and cold coffee. Hazelnut hot coffee is my favourite and also Tandoori paneer sandwich.
I have also tried pasta and maggi, which are not less either.
There are tables right outside in open to chill. A friendly environment. Just be careful of the friendly street dogs all around ๐Ÿ˜€
Pratyush Roy
A good variety of pasta and sanwiches with tasty pizzas. Price for the food sometimes makes me feel a bit high because of uncooked food. Service is slow which caused a lot of loss of points.Overall average
Foodie__onthego
Freakin beans is one of the few little cafe where you can spend some quality time with your friends with good food. I ordered cheese burst garlic bread with much hesitation as I was skeptical that whether it will have ample amount of cheese or not,but this dish proved my doubts wrong. It was just full of cheese and it's a must have if you are craving for cheese. Best for winter evenings.
Payal Gabel
This is one of my favorite place to hangout with friends or sometimes just to enjoy my me time. You can get the best hot and cold coffees here n yummy pastas, sandwiches & maggi too. Need a lil improvement on sitting facility otherwise it's the most affordable n lovely place around this area.
Ritka Khanagwal
It's one of my evening go to place. So almost every week I come here to spend time with my friends and enjoy some cool drinks. My preference is always Pina colada ice tea, which is one of the refreshing drinks that they offer. Another good drinks include their hazelnut cold coffee and watermelon ice crusher. Besides drinks they also offer food. Their cheese garlic bread is something one should try. It only gets a rating of 4 when it's ambience is also included with the drinks and food.
Vivek Gupta
Ice tea , Cold coffee , chicken pizza , Pasta and garlic bread are the things which you should try here as they will blow you mind. Very pocket friendly place to visit. Will visit here again.

One of the best garlic breads I had in Mayur Vihar. As a resident of Mayur Vihar I was pretty fed up of cafe coffee Day and this place has definitely pumped up the whole vibe of the market. I have tried their Nutella shake, paneer sandwich and garlic breads.
The sandwich was a bit burnt tho with Nutella shake it was not so bad. A perfect hang out place to chill with your buddies.
Abhijeet Singh Hanspal
best crowd, best food! best in everything! cheese burst garlic bread is outstanding! shakes are a bit OK type but all others are good! would love to try more! if you want to experience good crowd this is surely a place to visit! must try! great experience!
Ruhani Suneja
It's a typical hangout place. Cold coffee and sandwiches are good.
Garlic bread can be improved by reducing the amount of mayo.
It's generally crowded, so there's a chance you'll have to wait to get a seat.

Best coffee you'll have in Mayur Vihar Ph I .
Open sitting area provides just the right atmosphere, specially during winters. Veg Maggie was tasteful with that extra hint of spice.

The person whose number is given on the app has no manners to talk. No alternate number available to talk to the concerned person. No true estimated time communicated to the clients by freakin beans. Highly irritated. Will completely avoid ordering food in future.

Long overdue!!! Small cafe with outdoor seating, yet thriving amongst the brands of food chains as neighbours... Simple food, from sandwiches to pizzas and the eternal Indian love of Meri Maggie. From the first time I tried to now being a regular customer, there has been no deterioration in the quality or the taste of the food, it is as tasty as it was the first time!!! Recommended for everyone in or visiting Mayur Vihar 1.

This is our chill spot. Everything about this place is basically chill :P IT has got an outside sitting setup and I have tried their shakes and maggi and so far none of the things have really disappointed me so far. Three cheers to our chill spot :)

I was excited to try one of most pocket friendly coffee shops, but unfortunately my visit was very underwhelming.

Yes the coffee is good, but not mind-blowingly better than all the many choices for coffee around the area. The menu is simple, with coffee and few nibblers.

We had these:
1. Hazelnut Cold coffee 4/5
2. Caramel Cold Coffee 3.5/5
3. Veg Pizza 3.5/5
4. Garlic Bread 3.5/5

Service:
The wait is also quite slow. We waited for around 20 minutes to get order done which was a huge let down. The tables and chairs were untidy and unkept, another let down.

Overall, i liked few things and disliked few but this place is worth atleast a Time visit.

Nice place to hang out with friends. Their staff is very friendly and the visiting crowd is good. The sitting area is open. Overall, the place is good enough for quick bytes.

Small outlet with out door seating .

We ordered
Chicken pizza-pretty good, loaded with chicken and perfectly seasoned
Mix and red sauce pasta -both of them were same and were not worth at all the sauce was uncooked and had a taste of raw tomato puree .

5 min walk from Mayur vihar metro, this place is a small outlet with an outside seating, offering a good collection of iced teas, shakes, coffees, and some light snacks. Recommended would be the Lemon Mint Ice Tea and a hot bowl of Maggi on a rainy day or after a tiring day at work. Have a good meal :)

Freakin beans is the perfect place to hangout with friends on a daily basis. It has all one requires while having fun with friends. Be it coffee or shake or pasta.
The iced tea is really good and comes in 3 flavours- Lemon Mint being the best one.
You can find tasty pasta and cheese garlic breads at really less price.

White sauce pasta and watermelon cooler! Thats an every time order, apart from that the garlic bread is good too. Small cafe with outdoor seating, but make sure you carry odomos or cover your body as there are mosquitoes and insects

Freakin beans is place what you can call as a perfect spot for meet up with friends. First thing that it is a pocket place and their garlic bread and thick shakes are must try! They are worth it! This small place satisfies your food cravings and yes if you come to this place like after 7 pm then there's hardly a chance to get a seat.

Some kids stand right next to you all the time staring at your plates and no body gives a damn about it. Undoubtedly the food is good but the air is full of smoke because a bunch of people just sit and smoke there for hours.

I have been a regular here for more than 4 years now. I swear by their coffee, especially the hazelnut mocha. The cold coffee variant of the same is also quite awesome. The place has garnered quite a following and is now frequented by larger crowds due to the coffee at steal prices, regular additions to the menu such as their lip smacking shwarma and parantha shwarma and their existing hot favourites, the cheese garlic bread and the cheese burst garlic bread oozing with cheese and Mayo...Yes...That's the combo they go by and it's pretty neat to be honest. Chill here alone or with your whole gang, you will see people from both variants and me personally playing both parts as well.

Dis cafe food is tasty enough for regular street food lovers and specially good fr groups of frenz to hangout often as it's pocket friendly but still good.i ordered mixed pasta wich hd sufficient material n still within budget.the cheese used in garlic bread bit rubbery but as it hd gone cold .overall good place to hangout after tution or gym.

Freakin' Beans is situated near mayur vihar phase 1 metro station. We ordered Butterscotch Cold Coffee Choco Caramel Shake and Tandoori Chicken Sandwich.
Cold coffee was very average.
Choco Caramel Shake was very good and pretty thick.
The Tandoori Chicken Sandwich was superb.
I'm not done with the place and would love to go again :)

Big shout out to all the students- this is the same freaking beans which was earlier in sector 18....... their cold and hot coffee are quiet good.... and the chicken momos are just like al bake. Small lil neighbourhood eatery which has an extremely loyal customer base....simple, well priced food for times when you want zero nonsense and just tasty nibbles
