Had been hearing my cousins, friends, colleagues rave about 'Love of Baking's' bespoke cakes. Didn't even know that Satvik cakes were even possible! I hesitatingly asked if Sonal could accommodate my request for a very peculiar combination (hesitant because, everyone these days SAY they can, but the cakes turn out either too dry or too bland or too hard) but to my surprise, the cake was perfect ! JUST PERFECT. Neither too sweet nor bland, nor dry and believe it or not it was the healthiest version of a cake ! It was a *whole wheat carrot cake with jaggery powder with cranberries and roasted pumpkin seeds* !! My cousin was pleasantly surprised as she avoids regular cakes at all costs ! Thank you ' For the Love of Baking' ! I'm coming back only to you, for every special day !
