Review Cafe Amsterdam - New Delhi

The cafe is pretty small and cozy but its the best place for the perfect evening with your friends & family. The decor is very attractive. We tried blueberry(virgin mojito) , loaded cheese nachos(non-veg) ,classic chicken pizza, cheesy alfredo pasta.The quality of the food was good. All items were fresh. The staff was friendly and overall i just loved everything.I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. A great place to enjoy your time with friends, family or date. While your food is being prepared you can enjoy some games like jenga and UNO or read books and chill, they have all that at one place. . Where- Near Kalkaji Golchakkar Nearest Metro Station- Govind Puri as it's about 1.1 km from the station. . . . . . We had ➡️ Veg Cheesy Balls and Non Veg Cheesy Balls ➡️ Falafel tikki with hummus ➡️ Dutch fries with three type of dips ➡️ Virgin Mohit & ➡️ Dutch Pancakes as sweet dish. . We liked fries and pan cakes the most. Adding to that we really liked the decor as it was full on Amsterdam Theme. This Cafe ensures you have an amazing time with the food and fun. Cafe Amsterdam is such a cute little place💓 It was a sudden visit to this place and I really like the place😍 located in KalkaJi anyone can easily find out. The vibes and interiors are amazing. It was by chance we stepped into this small and cosy cafe. Hungry we just walked into the first outlet we saw and I was happy to be there. Cafe Amsterdam is a small outlet with a good tasting menu and can host a small gathering of upto 10-15 people. They have books and games that can be played to pass time with a good selection of music for all. The food tastes good and I wouldn't expect more. A must place for college going people if they want to escape and have some peace of mind...

This cute little place is a good one for quick meetings and quick bites. The place serves good pizzas and awesome french fries. They also have some innovative dishes like cheese potatoes. Not advisable for big group of people planning to grab a bite, but certainly a place to have a meaningful conversation or even if you plan to read a book. This place also has a some indoor games to chill.

We gathered for meet up organized by the magicpin team. We almost tries few things like fries 🍟with dips, red sauce pasta, chicken balls, mini panic cakes,. The taste is to good.

Ambiance was good. Loved the ideas of decoration and service was good. Manager was polite and respectful. I would like to go there again. I didn't liked the way they served is Dutch Fries, actually dip was over Fries due to what those who didn't wanted to eat with dip didn't ate. Reast all was good. Loved it. You should try Cafe Amsterdam once you will also enjoy.

I would rate it a 3.5 . Really cute and cozy atmosphere. Not a very big spacious place but nicely decorated. Ordered for veg cheese balls and cold coffee. The food was good. But really slow service. Moreover I found the place to be a bit pricey keeping in mind the quantity served. But overall it's a nice place for a cup of coffee or so for a group of 2-4.

Been there yesterday with my friends. A nice well decorated little cafe. We ordered pizza, cheese ball and cold coffee. Food was just awesome. They gave complimentary dessert which was ok in taste. A 4.5 rating could have been more justified for them.

Based on the review, I thought the food will be good. But trust me, it was the worst fries and garlic bread I ever had in my life. They forgot to give all the dips along with fries (ordered via Zomato) and since it was for a party at home, I didn't bave enough time to raise it to zomato. Tried raising the missing itemz issue the next day and Zomato refused to even connect me to an agent by saying 'its been a while since you placed this order'. The fries were bad, the potatoes were kinda stinking and the garlic bread was over toasted and dry. Not happy at all and this brings me to a conclusion that Zomato ratings are not trustworthy.

I had ordered a portion of Spaghetti aglio e olio. I did not have a good experience at all. The food was abysmally prepared. The spaghetti seemed to be of extremely inferior quality. In fact, I am not even sure if it were actually spaghetti or were an inferior quality noodles (and labelled as spaghetti). Additionally, it was undercooked and did not have the adequate quantity of olive oil as required. Moreover, the quantity of the serving was extremely less in light of the amount charged. Further, the portion of bread served, appeared to be stale and, was toasted without any butter or cheese. Therefore, both, the spaghetti and the bread were completely dry and inedible. To sum up, in my view, Cafe Amsterdam does know the correct way to idea how to prepare Spaghetti aglio e olio. To be candid, I had ordered from Cafe Amsterdam solely on the basis of its ratings on Zomato, and after this horrible experience, my opinion of their rating is otherwise.

So Today I visited Cafe Amsterdam with my friends. This cafe is located in Kalkaji and is small but beautiful. The staff is very cooperative and it has a positive vibe. The Ambience is very happening and beautiful over there. This cafe is very neat and tidy. Coming up to the Food, I ordered Pizza , baked potato with virgin Mojito and pancakes. All the dishes were Tremendous in presentation. The taste was very delicious.

Just like the small eateries u find on the streets of downtown Amsterdam, this is one chic place where u can experience a very similar experience. Right from Dutch fries to the super awesome variety of dips, u would want to just keep eating. Basil pesto pasta is a treat to the eyes and the rocket to the moon pizza would make u fall in love at first bite. By far the best fries and pancakes I have had in India which are absolutely similar to the European ones. Must visit this place and must try. Highly recommend!

Visited this cozy and cute little cafe located in kalkaji with my friends, the cafe's decor and ambience is inspired from dutch city Amsterdam.<br/><br/>Walls are painted with nice Amsterdam theme view and the seating is very colorful, glowing and comfortable.<br/><br/>Coming to the food we had the following items:<br/><br/>-fries: they were really crisp and what i call is perfectly cooked as in not too hard n not too soft.<br/><br/>-veg pizza : this was made in thin crust was really delicious and flavourful.<br/><br/>-non-veg pizza: i usually don't like chicken toppings on my pizza but this changed my mind. One of the best items. :D.<br/><br/>-nachos veg & non-veg : nachos veg were filled with oozing cheese and topped with diverse veggies making it flavourful while the non veg nachos was topped with piece of omlette and chunks of chicken and variety of veggies making it a great snack option. :).<br/><br/>-pasta : pasta was relatively normal, probably taste needs a little bit lifting, overall the sauce texture was consistent.<br/><br/>-virgin mojito : this was actually refreshing for us we had just come from a hot summer day :).<br/><br/>-mini pancakes : never have i before had mini pancakes, and this was surprisingly a very good option :D.

Ordered a nachos plate from this amazing restaurant recently and all the things that came with it really surprised me. From the packing to the tasting of food everything was so amazing. The food was properly packed in a tamper proof plastic container. It contained mayo and salsa sauce in two small containers. The food was delivered hot. Now coming on to its taste. It tasted great - I mean really great . Also they sent me a beautiful post card with the order which is also a 20% discount voucher which was the best thing - Well who doesn't like surprises... Probably my new favorite cafe in Delhi, this little gem makes you feel like you’ve left India and are now in a quaint cafe in Amsterdam! Their pancakes are super and so are their burgers and wraps. But their fries steal the show. Not had such a solid meal without any flaws for a long time. The team deserves 100 marks!

I went to this cafe alone because I unfortunately had no one to accompany me and also I was all alone. But this cafe is such a little cozy place that I was not bored at all. I was so hungry that I ordered Garlic bread with sour cream which was super tasty and yummy. It was so heavy and the quantity was great that I couldn't have anything else beyond that. In some slices it was crispy whereas others weren't baked at all.<br/>Baked potato veg- don't order this...only the side salad that comes with this, was good otherwise the sour cream topped on potato, it was also baked which made the whole dish taste blunt and potato was also not baked properly, it was just tasting like a boiled potato.<br/>Sandwich- bread wasnt fresh as after getting grilled it became hard instead of being crispy.<br/>Service was also too slow may be because there was only single person for both counter and cooking..<br/>Moreover the price is also too much according to the locality and taste of the food. Quantity is also not adequate as per the price

Good small nice place to spend your time with friends and close ones. Ordered a sandwich, pizza and steak. The pizza needed bit more time in the oven. The steak was nailed. Great flavours, nice chargrilled vegetables along with a nice smoky BBQ sauce. The chicken breast was very well spiced up and had a filling. The sandwich had great taste. Chicken inside the sandwich was nicely flavoured. Perfectly balanced. Mojito was disappointing.<br/><br/>The personnel at the station mentioned that a pitcher of mojito would serve 3-4 glasses. That was a shocker ! Barely 2.5 glasses !!! The normal water tasted a bit weird. Portion size can be improved. For the price charged in the menu, being generous with their portioning is something they need to work on. Also they take a lot of time in preparing their dish.
