Tired idli, upma and few items from this food outlet. Taste is good but sambar didn't tested as authentic as it should be.

Being from South, I really missed South Indian food in Delhi until I started ordering from Madras Se. Must say, they do give Authentic South Indian Flavours.
Ordered Chicken Biryani, Rice with Dal, Idiyappam with coconut milk, tamarind rice and few more items n all of them tasted excellent with decent spill-proof packing.
It's just a takeaway kitchen n they don't have dine-in but if one willing to stand and eat, two people can eat comfortably.
Really tasty and spicy sambar. Every time I order idli and vada they have served really nice Sambar ... though I find the quantity of sambar to be less .

So I ordered Chicken Keema Dosa and Chicken Sukka, and it was for the first time I was gonna have South Indian Non-Veg, and this is definitely the best thing I have had in a while. It looked very appetising, was presented nicely, had a banana leaf at the bottom. Overall, excellent job. Highly recommended! And my Zomato Valet was amazing too! He delivered before the expected time. So overall a win win! Yaya!
This was my very first order from Madras Se. Being a South Indian who stays in North and to have truly South Indian delicacies with the perfect blend with the local touch makes it absolutely feel home.

Today I got food Idle vada combo and Mysore Masala Dosa from this place. The packing of food was really appreciable. On another way I also would like to thank them because I mention special conditions of my food such as oil less and extra chutney which they also sent. As a food lover I really enjoyed my food today. Tried Madras se today, first of all would like to say thanks for the lovely personalised note with Food, it was nice! Tried Plain dosa and upma. Must say the flavours of dosa and Tomato chuttney was authentic South indian it wasn’t like ketchup or north flavour. Dosa too was actually tasting South Indian. The packaging was neat and clean with freshness. Must try if you love South Indian food.
The food was delicious . First its looks like they delivered me the pizza , but the taste of the dhosa n upma was over my expectations. The sambar was totally balanced with spices n the best part is the coconut chutney, they also send sone red chutney n it also fits with the meal. Over it was an health n taste breakfast.
Recently ordered chicken keema dosa and chicken sukka from zomato from this restaurant. The quantity was very good and packaging was also nice. Keep it up and will surely order again soon.

The very first thing that warmed me up was a sweet call from the owner who enquired the spice levels i want in my food. I am somebody who gets really touched by people who care for their customer.
Chicken Kothu - was nicely made with chunks of minced chicken flavoring your mouth. I do feel it was only a slight bit dry for me
Chicken curry with Lachha Paratha - satisfied my tastebuds to the core. Very well made and parathas were 5+

This was my first time ordering from Madras se. I ordered Rasam idli, paneer dosa, idiyappan with veg kurma and veg biryani. This place has some authentic madras dishes. Loved the flavour of sambar. Paneer dosa was my favourite.
Looking for great South food in South Delhi then try out this Madras Se restaurant. They have wide variety of dosas, idlis and uttapams. I recently ordered Podi Idli , mixed veg Uttapam, paneer masala dosa and veg Pulao. Everything was authentic in taste with right amount of Masala and curry leaves. Packaging was done very nicely. Liked the way they packed the Uttapam and the dosa.
So i was craving for some good authentic South Indian food. My friend recommended this outlet for good and authentic South Indian food.

Wanted to have a South Indian dinner today. Ordered all the chef specials, chicken keema dosa, tawa idli, coconut Uttapam and coconut rice and they indeed were great. Kudos to the chefs of the restaurant. Great food. Sambhar was so so rich in taste and thick. The chutneys were great. Totally recommended.

I've eaten breakfast from here a few times and have been happy with the portions, pricing and most of all, the food. It's made the way it ought to and allows one to get a true taste for how food from Tamilnadu is. I don't stay too far either so I have gone and eaten too. They're most facilitative and I hope they stick around for long and open dine-in eventually.
Highlights for me so far have been their podi idli, ambur biryani and the chicken dosa. I'm sure as I try more, I'll be revising this review too.
There are very few South Indian restaurants in Delhi which holds the taste as it is. This is one such place I love having biryani from. The taste is very pure and I hope they maintain the taste.
Ordered Idly for breakfast. Fluffy and light. Sambar was tasty. Coconut chutney has the flavor and taste of fresh coconut. Red chutney is spicy and thankfully not sweet. Great start to a Sunday with an awesome breakfast. Generous helping of sambar and chutney. Packaging is definitely a plus.

South Indain cravings? One place comes to your mind, which is Chennai. And does it better than them. So I ordered straight from “Madras Se”😉, the authentic South Indian food. I had a special madras se Dosa which was just amazing as it had the blend of every single dosa we order separately. The idlis and the tomato fulfilled my appetite with the drooling taste. But the highlight was the idiyappam, of which I was totally unaware of. I did not know what was so thought let’s experiment it. I got and idiyappam with Veg kurma. Trust me guys, it was very delicious and you just can’t get enough of it. All in all, I want I want to recommend this place for the authentic south indian.
If you want to try good authentic South Indian Food? I would Definitely recommend Madras Se. It’s a bit different to the normal south Indian restaurant that are perhaps adapted to the Delhi palate but fantastic.
Today I have ordered for Veg Biryani, Veg Kurma, Mysore Masala Dosa, Malabar Paratha. The Mysore Masala Dosa was amazing and so was the Veg Kurma with Malabar Paratha.

Having doubts whether to try this South Indian restaurant or not ? Well, you should give it a try and trust me, you are never gonna leave it again. I ordered the Chef special Podi Idli , Idiyappam with chicken curry , And sambar rice. Starting with the Podi Idli , it became one of my favourite South Indian dishes , this literally blew my mind off. I’ve never imagined this dish to be this crazy. While the Idiyappam has always attracted me but the chicken curry sure tasted like a dish from above . the sambar rice was good . Make sure you try the LEGENDARY PODI IDLI AND IDIYAPPAM.
Ordered kuttu parotta with korma and rice with selva. Kuttu parotta was legit the best I've ever had, and because it's navratris I can't wait to have the non vegetarian variants. The rice with selva was average, kind of bland, couldn't have done without some pickles(which were missing in the order along with papad ) They are exceptionally reasonable, so there is some room for increasing prices and improving on quality. Also, continue delivering to Vasant Kunj please, on some days it is delivering on some days it isn't.
If you are interested in south indian food then you must go in "Madras Se". This Madras Se outlet is located in 34 corner market in malviya nagar. It's newly open in Malviya Nagar. Really the place is heaven for all south indian lovers and staff was very supportive.
On the menu side we ordered here idiyappam with coconut milk, Butter masala Dosa, Chicken Biryani, Sambar Idli. Idiyappam with coconut milk i was trying first time in my life. It was really tasty. Great combination of idiyappam with coconut milk. Sambar idli was very tasty. Chicken biryani was delicious and very fresh condition. I can't forget the taste of butter masala Dosa it was awesome.

We tried around 5-6 dishes and all of them were really amazing. They hava a reasonable price for all of their food items and the kitchen was so clean and staff was also hygienic.
Items we tried were the Paneer sukka, pudi idli, Tumkur idli, veg biryani, madras se special dosa.
Taste was awesome and ingredients were well prepared by their super talented working staff.

Food that will drag you to every corner of Tamil Nadu and it's authenticity. Madras se is the one-stop for you to experience the true South Indian food. The food is not only fingerlickingly delicious, it feels like a warm hug after a long day. Do try their koothu parota, chicken keema dosa, Malabar masala dosa... actually everything on the menu :)
I ordered Tamarind rice, and Chicken Koorma, I must say it tastes very authentic. They also called me to ask if I want my food spicy or less spicy. Tamarind rice was very good and Sambhar tasted 100% authentic.

This is my first time ordering from madras se, I ordered
Paneer masal dosa, was really tasty, the paneer filling had less spices but tasted good.
Idli, as usual tasty, but their idli was really soft.
Veg biryani, well cooked, the rice wasn't sticky at all.
And Iddiyappam with coconut milk,
The food was very luscious, and their packaging was great too, easy to open and well packed. Must try out this outlet for authentic south indian taste.

They have huge variety of food. Which includes iddiyappam, kormas a lot of variety of idlis and lots more. We decided on ordering very basic stuff so ordered-

Rasam was little khatta, but tasted well. Idli was very soft, Medu Vada was write crispy,Sambar was also good to taste.
Dosa obviously got a little soggy but the taste compensated it. With paneer stuffing seperate.
Totally worth the money spent.

Tried their paneer masala dosa and it's heaven with crispy dosa filled with amazing paneer bhurji masala and that too with their authentic Kerala spices and pepper.
So if u want to eat south Indian out of the box and a different taste out of the normal SOUTH-INDIAN Restro hurdle. Order theirfood on zomato and you will feel you are actually eating south Indian food in Bangalore or Chennai 😍😍😍.

It's newly opened in Malviya Nagar. Me and my sister love the cuisine so we were really excited to order from them.
They have great combos which are good for a person. So we ordered Appam with Veg Kurma, Iddiyappam with Chicken Korma, Chicken cheese Dosa and Podi Idli.
The food came nicely packed and hot.
The appams were soft and delicious and loved them with the gravy. Iddiyappam were also well made. Chicken Kurma and Veg Kurma had delicious spicy gravy. Loved every bite of it.
Chicken Cheese Dosa was filled with chunks of spicy chicken and grated cheese and came with sambar and chutneys.
Podi idlis were soft and fluffy from inside and had this spicy red masala on the outside. It gave a kick to the normal Idlis.
Every single item from the place was delicious and full of taste and flavor.
I am going to order again soon!

I was wow struck with the parotta and serva - authentic taste of south. Thegheeidili was awesome. I will be tasting more in the coming days and i know i wont be disappointed. Good quality and taste is my verdict. I recommend to all who love the lipsmacking south indian dishes.

Looking for great South indian food? This is just the right place. First of all the packing of the food is really great. I never saw a dosa wrapped so properly.
Ordered sambar idly, which I must say is amazing. The size of idli is great, properly cooked.
Panner and Mysore masala dosa, both were really nice.
Tried idiyappam with veg and chicken kurma for the first time and it's quite nice.
Lemon rice are a must try. Overall good experience. Will order again soon.

On a lazy Sunday morning, I thought of having South Indian food and when we talk about South Indian- the first thing which clicks our mind is Dosa 😋
I opened my Zomato App and entered location Malviya Nagar now came many options and while thinking off selecting the famous known joints, I chose this newly one Madras Se.
In the next couple of minutes I selected Mysore masala Dosai which costs around 115/- which is reasonably same compared to other options.
Ok, the delivery took just 18 mins sharp to reach my door and the delivery boy had change ready in his hands which is a very rare case.
As it just took 18 mins, this shows the restaurant is fully aware off their services and keeping the stuff hot to have for the customers.
Now comes the tasting part, the Dosa was soft and stuffing was just lip smacking, the uniqueness was sambar which had many spices and the pepper from kerala was the essence of everything. Chatni was fresh and it added magic to the combination.
Do try this place and trust me guys this is one of the best you will ever have in South Delhi..!!
Craving for authentic South Indian food was worthless till yesterday, but not any anymore. The Madras se has bought authentic South Indian food to Delhi at a fraction of cost while compared to other South Indian food chains. I ordered Rava Idli , Chicken Keema dosa, Idiyappam, and Tomato rice. The idiyappam with gravy was freakin’ good and reserves the first place for must try dishes , followed u the keema dosa. The keema dosa was cut into 5 pieces,and had the best chicken stuffing I had till now. While the idli was good.The tomato chutney was the best compared to others. The dosa and idli was served with a portion of coconut chutney and sambar. While the Idiyappam was served along with 1box of gravy, and the tomato rice is served with 1 portion of gravy and tomato chutney. Make sure you try the Idiyappam, and keema dosa.

4 Veg Idiyappam - It was unique , taste was also unique , I tried this dish first time was pretty happy with idiyappam , it was served with veg kurma.

Food quality is so good. In this hotel mostly takeaway. If u want to eat you need to stand and eat. Kothu parotta is famous. If group of people's want to eat order from swiggy or Zomato bcz only 3 people can stand and eat
