I am in love with this place and food is very delicious specially steamed chicken momos, tandoori chicken and chicken tikka . In main course I tried butter chicken and mutton rogan josh with garlic naan , which were next level . A must visit place in CP for non vegetarians and vegetarians.

We tried their handi chicken masala and handi veg biryani and honestly I just loved both the dishes. We also tried their veg and non veg platters and both were so flavourful. We were looking for a pocket friendly restaurant offering delicious food in CP and our search finally ended at Handi Chhadeyan Di. We ordered Dal makhni and paneer tawa masala along with butter naans. You won't believe Dal makhni blew our mind and the tawa paneer masala was satisfying as well. Dal makhni had perfect blend of spices with thick creamy texture while paneer tawa masala had tandoori paneer with thick spicy gravy. Breads were crispy and perfectly cooked. Overall 5/5

Visited this place finally. Was in my list from quite long. Went there with a group of 8 people. Getting a quick table on Sunday late night (around 10/10.30) is no less than any luck. Ordered multiple dishes: boneless butter chicken, chicken tikka masala, chaap masala gravy, dal makhni and paneer masala. Everything was great and amazing. The hidden treasure in c.p for the people looking for Budget meal but don't wanna compromise on taste and quality. I visited this place because so called fame of c.p "kake da hotel" was fully occupied. There wasn't anyone in this restaurant apart from us so i doubted their food, but i was soon proved wrong. Hidden jewell in CP. Small outlet but every dish is so perfect and delicious. pocket friendly place . It was my 7th visit there and once again satisfactory. we use to order mostly two starter, one main course and desert. My personal liking towards Reshmi Chicken Tikka, which was very different preparation and good in taste. Malai Tikka and Acchari Tikka again safe to order. But most recommended Mutton saagwala, best dish and best in taste. this is something, you love to visit again and again. Dessert doesn't has much variety they serve kheer Nawabi and Gulabjamun. Kheer is okay you can have it after food. 1000 rupees for two.

Handi chhadeyan di A place with tasy chicken varienty. Tandoori chicken was just amazing and was properly cooked . Chicken malai tikka was also very tasty. Mutton seekh was also very tasty. Among the veg starters malai paneer tikka was good. Dahi ke sholey as always were just amazing. Chicken do pyaaza was good. Overall the food was good. A must try place.

Last Saturday on 27/jan'17 i gave a try to this eatery. The restaurant is located on the outer circle of the connaught place so you need to park your vehicle if you plan for a dine-in. That day i opted for a take away of one paneer makhani and a dal makhani. The dal makhani was up to the satisfaction but the paneer makhani was a bit diluted. The packaging and the complimentary salad was very average and doesn't leave any impression of carried legacy. In total i doubt if i shall specially go to this place to have a meal in future. No matter how many pizzas, pastas, noodles we eat, ultimate satisfaction comes from daal naan. This place scores full marks for satiating my cravings for dhamakedaar desi meal. Being a vegetarian, I was delighted to taste such delicacies. My top recommendations- dahi ke sholay, chatpati soya chaap for appetizers. Dahi kebabs had melt-in-mouth core and crunchy exterior. For main course, do try their rich creamy dal makhni, malai kofta, paneer butter masala- all these dishes were prepared well and were flavorful. Malai kofta had really soft koftas in rich malai gravy. I paired up my dishes with roomali roti and mirchi parantha. Service was decent and staff was friendly. They helped me to order the best of their dishes. Overall my lunch experience was superb. I am sure you won't be disappointed at all. Handi Chhadeyan Di is my top recommendation for desi food in CP. Please don't place an order with them. Daal makhni was fine, nothing special. Missi Roti?? Do you call them Missi Roti? Besan was completely missing from the Missi Roti, so they were more like yellow colored, full of maida, missing Rotis. Somebody please tell them Missi Rotis are cooked with Besan not maida. Also, the back side didn't need to be completely burnt. It ruined whatever taste was there in them..

Visited this place yesterday with my cousin... They have 5-6 table on the first flr,not much space... We had butter chicken and chicken sekh kabab... Butter chicken was delicious, chicken was tender but the gravy was a bit sweet-ish... Kebabs were good but they were a little salty according to my taste... Pocket friendly Good food Recommended

I recently went to handi chhadeyan di with my friends fir lunch. i must say they have a very delightful ambience but the sitting arengment was not that good. after getting seats we read the menu and we ordered, • chicken handi • butter chicken •kadai paneer •paneer butter masala all of those were very tasty and the presentation was mouth watring but the service were truly very bad. they took 20 to 25 min to bring my order after that we ordered for more rotis then again they took 15 min for coming I must say don't go there until you have lots time and patience. taste:5/4 ambience:5/3.5 service:5/0
