The newly opened Gray Global Bar and Kitchen has only added to the charm of this area. Located right in the centre of the Greater Kailash-1 market, the place is easy to locate with its giant Gray Global hoarding calling you from far. Partitioned into two sections, the place offers both fine dine and open terrace option to choose from. And with it's on toe staff service the place can easily accommodate 50 odd people at a time. I was there last weekend after hearing a lot of praises and watching a lot of pictures of dishes and drinks over the social media of this place. With the very first dish we ordered arriving at the table I got the answer why this place is trending so much these days. From the presentation to the taste each and every thing will make you happy and proud of your decision to visit it. To summarize the visit, it was a pleasure to visit a place like this. Will surely come back to taste the rest of the menu.

For a night out after a long day at work, head to GRAY at GK1. Soothing live music and great cocktails is what makes this place a winner. Perfect to unwind with classic cocktails and special ones like signature , As the elevator music turns up ever so slightly, we continue crawling deeper into our long, lazy lunch, slowly progressing towards the inevitable cancellation of the day’s remaining plans. Gray sits just right on this Delhi afternoon or dinners We started of with the excellent cocktails which will pull me back again and again , along with a plate of satisfying beetroot kebabs seals the meal with nearly full points – their deep colour makes the dish lovely to look at, and the texture is a perfect interplay between strong on the outside and melt in the mouth inside And artful mezze platter comes out next – the hummus is good enough to drown in, the babaganoush a smoky, scintillating attack on the senses, and the pita and crackers warm as a surfboard left to toast on a beach. Whether it’s a date, a get-together with old friends, or just a pit-stop for comfort food and great drinks, you can head here with your eyes closed. And don’t forget to feast on the chocolate gulab jamun!

Gray is a Multi Cuisine Fine Dine Restaurant and Bar Located in the Most Happening spot of GK for Foodies, The N Block Market. With a variety of Restaurants in the vicinity, Gray stands out with Its Warm and Cozy Decor, candle lit tables, Geometrical elements on the walls and a beautiful terrace seating. It is a perfect place for couples out on a date. We visited this place to grab a quick dinner and here is what we think about the food here- >Starters- Mutton Samblik Tandoori Seekh Melt in the mouth tender pieces, Non Spicy and served with Mint and Tomato-Chilli Sauce. >Main Course- Kadhai Chicken with Tandoori Rotis The Curry was quite Low on Salt and the quantity was extremely less, not even enough for one person. Tandoori Rotis on the other hand were under cooked. >Beverages- Erdinger Weißbiers, Simba Jungle Wheat Beer Gray certainly needs to increase the portion size of the dishes. Another marvel created by the owner's of Ambrosia Bliss the iconic outlet of CP, in N BLOCK MARKET of GK-1, the all Grey and white soothing interiors with Green Ferns all around at their recently launched Grey Global Kitchen & Bar. It's a beautifully designed outlet with 80 Covers on the second floor with a well stocked Bar and had a nice Alfresco seating on the third Floor where one can enjoy a great meal with Sun shining which one longs for in winters. Ceaser Salad is what we started with and it was just perfect with crunchy Lettuce and soft chicken chunks and right dressing. The very enthusiastic bar tender served some nice cocktails like the Lamp Room Gray - A whiskey based drink with fresh Orange juice, lemon n sugar presented nicely with big Glass cover to retain the smoke generated by hickory wood. Tried two more Vodka based fruti cocktails with fresh Pineapple chunks and they were all great. Loved the presentation of their Mezze platter with Lamb Kibbeh and Shush Tauk with Pita and tasted good. Spegethi with crisp garlic bread was good too but a bit dry. Enjoyed the Chicken steak with mushroom sauce served with mashed potatoes. Grilled prawns with Spanish Tarter sauce were well marinated n a must have if you love sea food. Murg Rasuli tikka was also presented very nicely and the chicken was soft n juicy with cheese and garlic...looked nice too. Blueberry cheese cake is awesome. Cloudless chocolate fudge was ok kinds. There are some good desserts on the menu. Overall an awesome experience and a great n courteous team headed by Deepak Kapoor and Dev Singh. GRAY On Mother’s Day, this time around, my mother and I decided to find a new place to have lunch at and try something new. Walking around Gk1 N-Block market, we chanced upon Gray. As the name suggests, the entire decor of the restaurant was done up in the color Gray. The decor was extremely modern and gorgeous with some elements of Metallics mixed in. They offer a variety of cuisines, from Chinese to Indian to Italian. As we sat down, we could hear the woman sitting next to us compliment the Chinese food to the waiter, commenting that it was the best Chinese one could find in the Gk area. We ordered the following dishes: • Chicken Ceaser Salad - the quantity of the salad was more than I ever have been served in any othe restaurant. There was an ample amount of chicken in it too. The salad was extremely delicious. • Lemon Ice Tea - It was quite nice, albeit a little sour. • Fettuccine Pomodoro - the pasta sauce was a little too sweet, and so we had to mix in salt to counteract that. Afterwards, it tasted considerably better. • Chocolate Gulab Jamun - A wonderful twist on the traditional Indian delicacy, a must have for Gulab Jamun lovers! We were also served a complimentary scoop of homemade Coconut and Jaggery as it was Mother’s Day, and I must say it was the absolute highlight of the meal. I personally don’t drift away much from traditional chocolate flavors of ice cream, but I loved it. It was extremely creamy and tastes amazing. If you’re going to have dessert, then this is a must.

Gray! I did not want to rush into reviewing Gray. I waited some time to write this review because I wanted to do full justice to the restaurant. This year Mother's Day, May 13, 2018 was one of my favorite and best in the last few years. My 15 year old daughter and I decided to go out for lunch. She zeroed on G K N block market. While walking past the various shops and eating places we can across the board of Gray. The fellow standing at the desk below was friendly and by the end of the walk in the market we had decided that we would try a new place and Gray seemed to be an interesting option. The person escorted us above to the second floor and then the other restaurant staff took over. So here goes... Ambience/ Location. 4/5 It's in a fab market, great location and easy parking. Gray, just as the name signals the entire decor is done by the said colour. The table mats too are of the same! Walls, ceilings and the decor are all very nice and it's an incredibly well maintained place. The tables are well placed and spaced. Service. 5/5 I always thought that no one in the hospitality industry can come close to the service of the Oberoi Group. Being a member of the same industry, I've dealt and served many and have had the same feedback from all around me. But Gray, you have taken the cake!!! I salute the servers of the restaurant for their impeccable service and warmth. The person serving us was extremely warm, forthcoming and welcoming. The manager too came to the table to ask for our feedback. We were all throughout pampered and very well taken care of! Kudos to the staff and management for their hospitality! Please keep it up! Food. 4/5. The menu is limited but wells crafted. They cover Indian, Oriental and European cuisine. We ordered a salad and pasta along with lemon ice tea and finished off with the gulab jamun. Lemon ice tea It was slightly sour and on our request we were given more sugar syrup. Fettuccine Pomodero It came hot and delicious! Very well prepared with yummy garlic bread. Chicken Caesar Salad. One of the best ceaser Salads I've ever had in Delhi. Perfect with generous amounts of Parmesan and a melt in the mouth cheesy toast. The portion size of chicken was amazing! Delicious! Chocolate Gulab Jamun This was a big surprise. Huge gulab jamun with a chunk of melting dark chocolate inside. Do order if you're a gulabo lover. The last but not the least the manager sent us a portion of Coconut Icecream made with gur along with a Happy Mother's Day wish. They sure did save the best for last! One of the best Icecreams I've had. Not to be missed. My compliments to the Master Chef for his preparations! Please keep it up as I'll be visiting you more frequently and sending more friends and family to enjoy Gray! Must visit!

An authentic bar in one of the best locations in South Delhi. While everyone is doing fusion and modern Indian, Gray Global feels authenticity must not be lost at any cost. Not a very detailed menu, they have a cocktail of Indian, Italian, and Asian. Doing everything like the roots, I absolutely loved having the regular traditional recipes here. They have a variety of signature cocktails blended so well, that each has a story in your mouth and then the head. Must Try: Garlic Fish Tikka: truly, the most authentic, melt in the mouth , tasty tikka I've hand my hands on. Tofu Chilli: crispy on the outside, silken inside. A dish worth a try. Asparagus Risotto: a star main course. Brilliant! Chocolate Gulab Jamun and Coconut Jaggery Icecream: a house blend of vanilla, Jaggery and coconut Icecream is a sure try when you dine here. Also don't miss the biggie Gulab Jamun, it has an amazing chocolate surprise inside. Choose from your favorite signature cocktails, and you're all set! Lovely ambiance, wonderful hospitality!

We wanted to order food since our mother was not in a condition to go out. We ordered 4 starters. The shish taouk was cooked just right and the grilled fish with Thai herbs deserves a special mention. The udon noodles was the choice of my niece, and we added a fried rice with chicken in kung pao sauce and veggies in black bean sauce. What I liked most was the personal touch of Bhuban who took the order and then followed it up to check whether we enjoyed the meal. Thanks. We really appreciated it. Reserving that one star for the experience of the restaurant which we missed out on this time.

As soon as we entered we were graced by a wave of pleasant hospitality. The servers were soft spoken and nice. The place was dimly lit and was super romantic. The overall decor and the interior was also pretty fresh. The chicken lesuni tikka we ordered was pretty juicy and delicious. The drinks were bang on too. Made a reservation for a quick dinner at Gray Global Kitchen and Bar before taking my flight Ambience-5/5 Frankly, in Delhi it was one of the most romantic places I have ever dined at. The atmosphere, so laid back and the eclectic decor worked wonders for the ambience. The inside area looked warm and inviting whereas the outside was wrapped in lush green ornamental plants. It was overall a mesmerizing experience! We planned to sit inside where the candle lit tables with the gorgeous geometric patterns spread on the walls till the flowing extruded designs had set everything right keeping the colour tone - GRAY. Food- 5/5 We planned to start our dinner with soups and ordered 🔻 asparagus and broccoli cappuccino which was light and frothy soup with black olive powder served with a garlic bread. The beauty of taste could be felt while it hits your tongue making you want for more 🔻chicken veloute is a thick chicken soup with gherkins. A perfect presentation served with a garlic bread displaying variety of sauces. The exemplary taste of it could be felt in every sip of it. 🔻Grilled Fish with Thai Herbs-fish sliced and grilled with lemon grass and basil was an extremely delicious plate of seafood 🔻kachmoli boti kabab, chunks of mutton cooked until tender and this was the BEST of the best dishes on the table. The flavors bound in it is something i am still craving for. Beautiful presentation and an exotic taste of it is definitely a must try! 🔻chicken steak, chicken breast stuffed with chicken mince and mozzarella cheese served with a volcano of mashed potatoes sautéed in mushroom sauce was a delight. A refreshing drink is a must to keep you boosted and this was exactly what i was searching for with a great quantity.🍹🍸🍷 Dessert-5/5 🔻chocolate gulab jamun- a huge gulab jamun stuffed with melted chocolate and garnished on top was a cherry on top. This luscious fusion made me go WOW. 🔻Tiramisu- A soft creamy piece and had a great taste The overall place, the grand ambience, the warm inviting food and the celebrity like special treatment will definitely make you want to go back in time and go through the wonderful experience all over again. Nice pleasant decor, staff is cordial and friendly, ordered the chicken thai curry (green) and boti kebab. Thai curry was good - flavourful with mild spicy chicken. The boti kebab was too spicy for my palate and the meat was chewy, Rs 3000 for 3 with one drink each.

Gray Global - Simply Perfect..... How often, do you plan a meal and end up thoroughly impressed? Last Sunday we ended up having one such, perfectly satisfying dining experience after we were adviced to try the fresh-on-the-streets, Gray Global Kitchen and Bar. Surrounded by countless restaurants, Greater Kailash 1 is already a food hub. But, this new place stands out for its near perfect food and the classy ambience with interiors smoothly matching the name of the restaurant. Literally everything here is done in grey barring a touch of white and black here and there. The ambience makes it clear that the restaurant caters to the elite class and the sophistication infused in the decor makes you breathe in awe. Stretched over two floors with a smoking area on the second floor, and a bar each on both the floors, Gray Global is simply beautiful. Coming to the food : we chose some of the best dishes from the menu that comprised of cuisines ranging from, Indian to Italian to Continental. Kachmoli Boti Kebab - Originated from Uttrakhand, this tender mutton kebab clearly brought out the unique flavours. The Kebabs were amazing. Garlic Fish Tikka - Fish dish with garlic and curd marination. You will easily be impressed by this one especially because it is served on a boat shaped, wooden bowl. Porcini Chicken Risotto - Porcini with chicken never tasted this good ever before. We literally wanted to lick the plates clean. That is how good the risotto is here. Chocolate Gulab Jamun - Gulab Jamun with hot dark chocolate inside. You will be stunned by how the chocolate oozes out once you tear into the Gulab Jamun. You will love this one. Apart from the food, Gray Global is equally good with its cocktails too. They have worked hard on the cocktails and their effort shows. Being a fine dine, Gray Global have kept everything minimalistic and perfect to the 't'. There is no pomp and show and definitely no fake promises. Gray Global simply delivers and delivers beyond your expectations. The service at Gray Global is quick and the staff is very courteous and helpful with the order too. Finally, Gray Global is definitely nothing near a budget-friendly restaurant. The place charges good money but gives you an experience worth the money you spend. There’s a new trend in Delhi these days and that is of reviewing a restaurant on invite and in turn giving the best rating possible. Am writing this jus to let u know that my reviews are unbiased and this one is a non-invite review. So i visited this place on a Saturday night. We reached early at 7:30 pm when the restaurant was empty. The place was full till 9. The decor is amazing done completely in hues of white and grey. They have two floors , first floor being more of a family floor and second floor: a lounge. The second floor has a small open area and a big area with one wall made completely with glass. In short, the ambience is beautiful. Coming to the food menu— We ordered: Chicken Malai Tikka Fish and Chips Bharwan Soya Chaap Veg Salt and Pepper Mezze Platter Potato Rosti Beetroot Kebab Each and every was good but the must try are- Fish and chips Veg Salt n pepper(to die for) Beetroot Kebab Potato Rosti In main course we only ordered Dal Makhni and Breads. Both were v good ! The service is quick and generous. MUST VISIT !

So last week along with a bunch of friends I visited this during lunch and had a wonderful experience. Let me jump straight into the review and the dishes I have tried here; Starting with Salads We ordered; Banana Stem Salad - A Salad consisting of Moong & Chana Sprouts, Curry leaves, fresh coconut and banana stem. Larb Gai- This was a non veg salad, which was basically thai chicken salad with lemon grass and peanut. Both of them were quite different and were good in taste. I like the banana stem salad over larb gai. Then we jumped to starters, we ordered; Kachmali Boti Kebab - It was quite juicy, and a must try here. Tandoori Prawn - WOW! Amazing Tandoori Prawn, I would love to come back here just for this single dish

It'd been ages since I'd gotten my hands and teeth on non vegetarian SO good, it put my favorites in my not so favorites any more list. But then, Gray Global happened. It was a Saturday afternoon when the man and I decided to have lunch at this all famous restaurant and bar. That Saturday happened to be the last day before Navratre started and coming from sanskari families, that was THE day to binge on meat. So our order was all chicken and mutton and nothing vegetarian, as such. First up on our table were the all magnificent starters and pizza. The Chicken Rasuli Tikka was juicy, tender and the most evenly cooked chicken I'd had in the longest of times. The garlic and cheese marinade was so good, I'm gonna start crying while just thinking about it. Although the Non-Veg Mezze Platter was not my pick, I did quite like it. The Shishtouk that was the chicken and the Lamb kebab (forgive me for I'm bad with names) was better than the most I'd had before. The kebab was dry but I've come to feel like it is supposed to be that way since the texture of it can't really retain much moisture. Feel free to correct me on this if it's not the case. Pita bread and Hummus were nice and smooth. Not a big fan of the other dips though. The Pepperoni Pizza was another treat for my palate. The base tasted a bit overcooked at the first bite but it started to grow on me with every subsequent one. Cheesy and light thin crust pizza with ample slices of salami here and there, and boy did it look heavenly! And then, it was time for the main course. Ladies and gents, what I had next is officially the best chicken dish to have ever been talked about on this account of mine. The one, the only, Chicken Steak with Mushroom Sauce! You may rise in it's honor. The ever so majestic chicken breast, stuffed with minced chicken in a creamy, savory sauce with mushrooms, served with mashed potatoes and veggies, looked every bit the part of a dish this grand. The taste of this other worldly chicken is now the standard I'm going to compare other things with from now on. A must, must, MUST have! We had two drinks to go with the entire meal. One was a mocktail, the Pomegranate and Basil Cooler and other the Berry Cookie Shake. The mocktail was very refreshing and the best to wash all that food down with. The shake, however, was next level finnnnnnneeee. Another best thing ever from the same place. Whattay wow. I'd been associating shakes with heavy milk based beverages that you have to fill yourself up real quick, and so a no no when it comes to times when I want to have the most, but this shake, a recommendation just by the way, defied this image for me big time. It is just so smooth and light and not at all too sweet that there's just no stopping you once you take one sip of this! And just when we thought we were too full for dessert, there came another equally commendable recommendation, the Chocolate Gulab Jamun! A HUGE, known all too well, gulab jamun in a pool of rabdi and chocolate sauce on the outside, this one oozed out molten chocolate on cutting it with a spoon. Warm and chocolaty, it was enough proof of desserts going straight to the heart and not the stomach. The beautiful contemporary interiors and the most heart warming service just add on to the wonderful experience you're bound to have here. Worth each and every penny you spend! Gray Global is a fine-dine restaurant and bar in GK which has a beautiful gray and white coloured ambiance, just like I love (pastel colors).😍 There are only a few restaurants which have everything perfectly laid down and done. Gray Global is one of them. I was so happy with their hospitality, ambiance and the food. Good food should always complement good mood, and that’s what I experienced here. They focus more on quality than quantity and that is why they have a limited menu which only the best dishes they have. So, basically they removed the weeds from the garden of the menu for you. 😜 Coming to the food, I’ll recommend the following:- Mocktails- Italian Smooch, Virgin Mojito Salad- Banana Stem Salad Starters- Chicken Angara, Dahi Ke Kebab, Tandoori Prawns. Well... How do I start writing a review for a place called Gray Global Kitchen & Bar which gave us a perfect evening with candle light Starting from staircase. This newly opened Gray has only added to the charm of this market. Gray is a perfect blend of classy and soothing interiors. In Drinks we ordered their The Dancer Reward which was a vodka (Infused with vanilla) based cocktail having raja pineapple and star anise bitter on top. I’ve never tried cocktail like this and whenever I will visit next will surely order. In food we had Sole pil pil, Grilled Salmon, Mushroom Bokchoy in Oyster Sauce & Spaghetti Pomedoro and everything was more than superb! The staff was dedicated and warm welcoming. Highly Recommended!

Beautiful light coloured ambience with a good sunshine coming inside was making the place worth visiting.. ❤❤ What I heard the most about this place was about their drinks which seriously made me their FAN I tried their Blueberry shake, Lamp Room Gray The dancers reward which are their cocktails. I was seriously spellbound by the taste of each drink. Now if I talk about their Food, then it was no less. I started with the Soup which wad Hot and Sour - Found the authenticity in this. Loved it! Thai Veg Spring Rolls - They were properly cooked with proper spices into it which were then served with some tasty sauce. Mouthwatering!! White Sauce Alfredo Pasta with Garlic Breads - I liked their dish too.. It was not over creamy which I liked the most. So I visited last Saturday with my cousin this restaurant situated in GK1 famous market. This property situated into 2 floors 2nd and 3rd floor, the grey and white color goes very well with theme. And they used beautiful plants to give this property more amazing and soothing look. Lamp room gray - such an a amazing cocktail it was whisky based cocktail with raw orange juice and corn inside was just wow and the best part is a glass of dome filled with smoke so once it's come you can't see what hidden gem is coming but no doubt in taste nothing can beat this. Chocolate oreo shake was nice to perfect in sweetness not to much sweet The dancers reward this is the best cocktail Here if you are not cocktail lover still try this and you will fall in love with this one, this was vodka based cocktail based with pineapple and lemon. Chicken velroute soup is must try soup was thick and full Creamy taste was just wow served with garlic bread with toping of olives Thai veg spring rolls must try this one of the best and authentic Thai spring Rolls i had after so long. Alfredo pasta was nice too. And don't forget to try dessert here Big Gulab Jamun filled with hot chocolate inside. Once you cut Gulab Jamun liquid chocolate comes out and the taste of this combo is just wow. Feeling blue, red with rage, green with jealousy; we all have a tendency of expressing ourselves by associating the feeling or the mood we are having with some or other color. The correlation of colors and people goes a long way and a lot many things can be told about a person simply based on his/her color choice, whether it's for their clothes, cars or even room paint (my room walls are painted black & red owing to the craze for rock music :D While rest of color association always prove temporary, based on our mood swings and changing tastes in clothes, music etc. but one color that will always be associated with people is Gray. Think of any person you know of and you will come up with a list of both good and bad things about them, making them neither a completely bad person (symbolized with black color) nor a saint (referred with white mostly). This intermediary color between black and white, I feel personifies, not just people but, everything we see around us as I highly doubt that anything in the world can be dubbed as complete a white or a complete black. Restaurants too can be termed as showing gray tendencies only as they all have both pros and cons about them. It's this harmonious living between the good and the bad, accepting the flaws while celebrating the pluses, that is the theme of this new kid on the block (Block-N, GK to be precise :P As you would've guessed by now, the whole place has been done in gray color and it is simply one of most elegant looking and classy place this market has on offer. As is the trend with GK market's restaurants, minimalist and simple interiors is the decor here as well. With beautifully done in white designs on the walls and snowflake cutouts hanging from the roof, it feels like eating under the stars while camping out in a hill station somewhere surrounded with all white and gray things. Visited the place last weekend and while we would've loved to dine in their amazing terrace area, we had to resort to downstairs seating only as some lucky chap had already booked the whole upper area for some family function. Nonetheless, we decided to make the most of it and immediately took to ordering cocktails and starters. Skipping the soup section, as soon as I turned the page, I knew I had to order the pears and cheese salad. Having fond memories of alcohol soaked pear dishes at some of the other restaurants in Delhi NCR, I knew this one will be rocking as well. The dish lived upto my expectations as it was not only pretty as a picture but was super delicious as well (besides being healthy of course, but then, when has a foodie ever ordered any dish based on this criteria :D Our usual starters, spring rolls and tandoori mushroom were ordered next to accompany our drinks, Oaxaca, night hawks and the dancers reward. The spring rolls were wafer thin and had a subtle spiciness to it owing to the usage of mild thai herbs in it. The tandoori mushroom on the other hand was a blast of strong flavors having; well marinated in spices; huge chunks of mushroom having bell pepper, cheese and more mushroom inside it. The mezze platter they serve is another dish that is a pleasure for eyes, tongue and the soul. Served on a huge plate, the platter had enough serving of falafel, pita bread and sambouisk alongwith the accompanying dips to easily satiate three people in one go. All the items on the platter seemed to be made with utter precision as the taste was bang on of each of them. The garden pizza was what we had next as it came highly recommended by the gentleman serving us for the day. At the first glance, the pizza may look like a foodie's nightmare and a health buffs' wet dream, having healthy toppings of broccoli and zucchini on it but believe me, the taste was far better than the onion, mushroom, cheese laden ones we are so used to having now-a-days. Highly recommended this one is. While I may have been born lacking a sweettooth but those accompanying me seemed to have an extra pair and all the desserts available on the day were asked for by them. Soon the table had a serving each of chocolate gulabjamun, tiramisu, blueberry cheesecake and a jaggery icecream on it. Out of these all, the standout dish was the huge chocolate gulabjamun which had a healthy dosage of chocolate at its centre and I, trying this dish for the first time ever, ended up becoming a fan of it. A shoutout goes to their bartender as he is one of the most talented fella I've come across in recent times. We ordered almost all of their signature cocktails and two words describe them all perfectly - unique and perfection. If you are a heavy drinker than perhaps you won't like them much but if you; like me; prefer your cocktails to pack a light punch allowing you to savor the taste as well then you'll end up loving the drinks as well. (P.S. please please pleaseeee try out their cocktail, lamp room gray. Trust me, you'll thank me afterwards) GK has always been one of my goto areas for when I'm looking to impress my company owing to the classy outlets it has on offer and with the addition of Gray Global in it, I'm loving the area even more now. A must visit place!!!

G.K. is one area I end up having a lot of my business meetings at. This provides me a opportunity few get to have which is mixing work with pleasure by visiting a new joint here every time I am here. While generally, the meetings take place in the M-block market, this time it was in the N-block one allowing me an opportunity to try this new restaurant out which goes by the name of Gray global kitchen and bar. The interiors are all gray in color just as the name suggested and the place was bathed in sunlight when we reached. The whole area has been classily designed. Most of the people seemed to be having work meetings like us and there was barely any untoward noise coming from any of the table allowing us to work in peace over some amazing food and drinks. Coming to the food part, we kept the meal light and simple. The thai spring rolls were easy on the palate and the stomach and were really good. I had read few reviews praising their garden green pizza and I wasn't disappointed a bit on having it. Among drinks, Lamp room gray is highly recommended as not only is it smooth but has amazing presentation as well. All in all, I had a blast here and a visit here is highly recommended :)

This is something not only the residents of and the visitors to the area have noticed but the owners as well and that is why you see a new better classier restaurant coming up here almost every month making the area worth a visit as this area provides experiences unlike any other part of Delhi does or can. The area is famous for its knack of keeping up with the trends and on coming up with ways for serving people with something new and refreshing not just in the terms of food and beverage but the whole experience. The newly opened Gray Global Bar and Kitchen has only added to the charm of this area. Located right in the centre of the Greater Kailash-1 market, the place is easy to locate with its giant Gray Global hoarding calling you from far. Partitioned into two sections, the place offers both fine dine and open terrace option to choose from. And with it's on toe staff service the place can easily accommodate 50 odd people at a time. I was there last weekend after hearing a lot of praises and watching a lot of pictures of dishes and drinks over the social media of this place. With the very first dish we ordered arriving at the table I got the answer why this place is trending so much these days. From the presentation to the taste each and every thing will make you happy and proud of your decision to visit it. Started off with the Pears and Cheese Salad for which they soak the pears in wine and then serve it on the bed of wild rocket leaves with cheese on the top. Stuffed mushrooms had the stuffing of bell peppers and cheese while the spring rolls had Thai herbs and vegetables wrapped in the spring roll sheets. The trio of starters went well with some of the Gray Signatures that included Dancers reward which was a vanilla vodka based cocktail with pineapple and star anise bitter in it, Night Hawks which was a bourbon based cocktail that came topped with mint, ginger and blueberries. Oaxaca was a tequila based drink having a combination of Pomegranate and pineapple. Done with the starters and some amazing signature drinks, we moved onto checking what else they have to offer and so for our second order we ordered their Garden Pizza. The pizza had a thin base and had cheese and veggies for toppings. Also tried their Stir fried french beans in which they serve deep long french beans cooked with some dry red chilli and garlic. The Mezze Platter especially went well with some more from the signature drinks section we had. Not just the taste but the mood also keeps getting better and better at this place with every bite and sip of whatever you order. For the mains we had their chilli garlic noodles with mushroom bokchoy. The noodles were spicy and tasted yum with the black mushroom and bokchoy cooked in oyster sauce making it one of the must have dishes during your visit. Done with the lip smacking food and mind boggling drinks we ordered some desserts, that included the chef special Chocolate GulabJamun & a Blueberry Cheesecake. Both the desserts were good but the clear winner among them was the chocolate GulabJamun with its soft sponge and chocolate filling. This dessert's uniqueness was its USP as was its taste. To summarize the visit, it was a pleasure to visit a place like this. Will surely come back to taste the rest of the menu.

This Place spread on two floors and they have rooftop as well which is a great option to spend memorable time with friends. Coming to food I had Chicken Steak which was soft juicy chicken done with garlic and cheese. Also I like the most was their Garden Green Pizza which had exotic green vegetables and the Pizza tasted delicious & mouth watering. Even rest of the dishes were equally awesome. Service was also pretty quick, Staffs were attentive and well knowledgeble about their product. Over all it was my best experience ever. Will surely coming back soon.

The thing I love about GK is that the market here is always offering something new each time I visit. This time when I was out with my cousins, we witnessed a new board announcing the arrival of another restaurant in the market by the name of Gray Global Kitchen & Bar. Gray is located in N block GK 1 market and the name does justice to this place as the interiors have been totally done in grey color. It's a two storied restaurant which has a classy decor and offers you options to either sit inside on the 2nd floor of the outlet or at the open roof top on the floor above. As it was quite a sunny afternoon yesterday so we decided to sit inside on the 2nd floor only. After settling down we gave our first order which included some of their Signature cocktails and Mocktails. We order their Dancer Reward which was a Vanilla vodka based cocktail having raja pineapple and star anise bitter in it. Night Hawks was a bourbon based cocktail while Oaxaca was a cocktail having a combination of pomegranate and pineapple in it. Among Mocktails I ordered Winter Sprinter which was quite a refreshing drink. For food we ordered Pears and cheese salad which had a pear soaked in wine and served on the bed of wild rocket leaf and was topped with cheese. It’s quite nice and smooth and was quite different from various salads I have tried elsewhere. Not only was the presentation good but the taste was too. After that we ordered Tandoori stuffed mushroom which had Mushroom stuffed with bell pepper and cheese. We also tried their Mezze Platter which had Hummus, babaganoush, muhammara, lebneh cheese sambousik, falafel and pita in it. Chicken angara had chicken chunks marinated in spice powder. All dishes were quite nice and very well balanced in terms of taste and presentation. After having such amazing starters we decided to move on and order few more drinks and dishes. In drinks we had bubbly Ocean which was a Sparkling wine based cocktail. Lamp from gray was a corn based cocktail having Tennessee whisky and fresh orange juice served in a smoke room. The presentation of this drink is just too good. Postcard row had thyme infuse vodka, strawberry liqueur and martini bianco with lemon. Berry Cookie shake was also tried and it had quite a nice and smooth taste to it. In food we had Garden Green Pizza which had exotic green vegetables on top. The Pizza tasted delicious. After having such amazing food we all wanted to try out atleast one more dish and so we ordered mushroom bokchoy in oyster sauce with hot chili garlic noodles. Taste of this dish is quite good with the mushroom bokchoy going very well with the chili garlic noodles. With both dishes complimenting each other well we really enjoyed this dish. Last but not the least we ordered the desserts which we had a lot of as they offer a number of options for it. Gray Special Ice-Cream had a very big spoon presentation and was quite tempting with its coconut and jaggrey based ice cream. Blue berry Cheese cake was gorgeous to look at but the star of the desserts was Chocolate GulabJamun which had a big gulabjamun with a filling of chocolate. Very delicious it was. All in all I had a great time @ Gray Global Kitchen & Bar.

Went for lunch. The Ambience of the place is nice and well maintained but is like many restaurants in the city. So in my opinion lacks an individual character. Ordered a frozen lime margarita. Was disappointed. No zing and no taste. The staff was courteous and knowledgeable. Ordered red chilli prawns and black pepper chicken. Both were delicious and juicy. Dinner was sticky rice and chicken in red Thai curry. Even the last grain of rice was consumed. However, the quantity can be more generous. We were given a complimentary dessert, their signature chocolate filled gulab jamun. I don't have a sweet tooth but all others enjoyed it. If you love good food, Gray Global is a place to visit.

Simply a great place with good food in short. It was a family celebration at there Third floor open area. My little angels first 🎂. So the place comfortably was able to host 40 people. The open, well lighted, airy place along with the beautiful decor was appreciated by every guests. The place looked more beautiful with red hearts hanging everywhere as it was the@ @valentines week. Secondly, coming to the food, the starters that was kept in the menu was authentic continental ranging from succulent Cheese croquettes, extremely well marinated grilled fish lemon butter (our favourite) black pepper chicken, excellent dahi kebab and slices of veg thin crusted 🍕. The lunch menu was also very delicious, special mention to Dal makhni and fish gravy. Adding to the best was their signature dessert hot steaming chocolate gulab jamun. What a place ! Just amazing. The food...ambience ... service & just the right amount of music ... where u can make conversation. We ordered vegetarian salt & pepper , pepperoni pizza , Chicken ratuli kabab , soya chaap (I forget the name of the last dish) ... but everything was just right. Our drinks were great too. The staff was attentive & did everything to make us comfortable. A special mention for an extremely clean wash room ..the interior decor is gorgeous too. Going back for sure :)

Excellent food and service. If you want a clean place with nice decor and atmosphere. This is a great choice. We had margarita pizza, Mali tofu, garlic noodles, butter nan, briani. All very good. Dessert was chocolate gulab jamun and Gray’s special ice cream. Finished with lattes and cappuccinos. Just so you don’t think we over ate there were seven of us. Really nice place. We will be back. A New Kid on the Block, in N Block Market, GK 1. Now, we had been promised Spectacular Food & Innovative Cocktails, but what's so great about... Every new Restaurant promises the same thing! Well, the difference is that this Restaurant delivered, in spades. Let me start with the Opening Cocktail that I had (see video)... MOTIVATION (625/=++) a truly splendid mix of Bombay Sapphire, Fresh Pomegranate, Lime & Celery Salt.... It hit the spot in more ways than one. Of course there was a plethora of Food served, but what stood out, for me, was the Chicken Caesar Salad (495/= ++) with it's crunchy munchy mix of Lettuce, Chicken, Croutons & shavings of Parmesan in a rich, creamy dressing. I'm a sucker for Mutton so the Mutton Samblik Tandoori Seekh (545/=++) suited me to a T... Rich, juicy, super soft.... Prawns are another personal favorite and the Tandoori Prawns (595/=++) had the perfect briny flavor accentuated by Kashmiri Mirch & whole spices powder. Finally, the Chocolate Gulab Jamun (295/=++).. Yep, U read it right!... Was an absolutely amazing Dessert! You have to eat it to believe it!

Bhuban Koirala Veta Ratra I call this new restaurant My Staircase To Heaven because, for an Old Man like me, it is quite a walk up two flights of stairs to reach it, but once I am there, it is truly Heaven! The Restaurant has been open for just a month or so but has already established a premium place in my Foodie Journeys. On 16th January, I was there with a whole group of friends and we tried out a number of dishes... The pictures say it all. I specially recommend Motivation and Lamp Room Gray in the Signature Cocktails. In the Starters the Mutton Samblik Tandoori Seekh, the Kachmoli Boti Kabab and Tandoori Prawns are outstanding in Non Veg while Vegetarians should go for Tandoori Broccoli, Dahi Ke Kabab and Tofu Thai Basil. For the Sweet Tooth the Restaurant has invented a Chocolate Gulab Jsmun which is absolutely stunning. Also try their Special Ice cream, made in house. I have not yet tried the Mains there, but they are very much on my Wish List and I will be back soon for them. If you want special recommendations then please ask for Bartender Amit Myke and Restaurant Supervisior Raj Suryavanshi... They will guide you splendidly. I predict that this Restaurant will be be creating waves soon... Highly Recommended!

Had a great lunch here. A relatively new place, the decor was just amazing with the right use of white and grey. Let me start with the Opening Cocktail that I had MOTIVATION (625/=++) a truly splendid mix of Bombay Sapphire, Fresh Pomegranate, Lime & Celery Salt.... It hit the spot in more ways than one. Of course there was a plethora of Food served, but what stood out, for me, was the Chicken Caesar Salad (495/= ++) with it's crunchy munchy mix of Lettuce, Chicken, Croutons & shavings of Parmesan in a rich, creamy dressing. I'm a sucker for Mutton so the Mutton Samblik Tandoori Seekh (545/=++) suited me to a T... Rich, juicy, super soft.... Prawns are another personal favorite and the Tandoori Prawns (595/=++) had the perfect briny flavor accentuated by Kashmiri Mirch & whole spices powder. Finally, the Chocolate Gulab Jamun (295/=++).. Yep, U read it right!... Was an absolutely amazing Dessert! You have to eat it to believe it! Now, these are just 4 out of the 25 + dishes served, but I would come back again & again for them... So, here I am at the Gray to taste their food and signature cocktails. I step up on the 2nd floor of N8, N block market at GK 1 and actually feel so good that words cannot describe. I see shades of grey all over and this graysonified place is a place where I want to sit down and relax over a cocktail and some good food. The wine poached pear with cheese came the first and the first bite into this got my buds tingling and I have an increased appetite now. The sprout salad was so yummy with that right amount of sweetness, sourness and tangyness. The tofu and mushrooms in oriental sauces were actually a killer. The lamb @sheesh kababs were soft juicy succellant and super tasty. The peri peri paneer tikka was a delight for the vegetarians and the grilled and tandoori prawns were actually a delight. Super cocktails were flowing and to end this super gastronomic affair the chocolate gulab Jamun made the food journey something to remember. I rate the entire experience from ambiance to cocktails to food and of course the brilliant hospitality a perfect 10 on 10. A highly recommend restrobar I would love to go over and over. Here comes the new outlet, GRAY GLOBAL KITCHEN & BAR in one of the up market of South Delhi, GK 1, N Block. It is from the well established brand Ambrosia Bliss in CP which is already doing great and been operational for five years. Their focus is on good food. This High end restaurant GRAY GLOBAL K & B has gray colour scheme which goes well with the theme which is Circle of life, beauty and nature. White colour is added to keep it pure and serene. The restaurant is in two floors with eighty plus covers and alfresco seating on top floor, with hanging Chandeliers, hanging lights, ceiling dotted with numerous hanging Arcylic Snowflakes, this place really stands out. The main wall adorned with traditional paper cut art called KIRI, with intricate design looks mesmerizing. Bartender created some magical cocktails for us …..LAMP ROOM GRAY ……Whiskey based fresh Orange Juice mixed with baby corn, presented beautifully with smoke of Hickory Wood. THE DANCER’S REWARD…..VODKA based fresh Pineapple chunks mixed with Lemon, Star Aniseed presented nicely with dehydrated Pineapple. MEZZE NON VEG PLATTER…..Hummus, Babaganous, Muhamara, Labneh Shish Tauk, Lamb Kibbeh and Pita Bread……was excellent with beautiful presentation. CEASER SALAD CHICKEN …… just okay. SPEGHETTI ALIO ORIO……found it a bit dry. CHICKEN STEAK…….Chicken breast stuffed with minced chicken and Mozzarella Cheese served with veges and mash potato topped with Mushroom sauce. MURG RASULI TIKKA……soft juicy chicken done with garlic and cheese. GRILLED PRAWN served with SPANISH TARTER SAUCE. BLUEBERRY CHEESE CAKE and FLOURLESS CHOCOLATE FUDGE……relished for the dessert and best part is all these are made in house. The place is a must visit with very courteous team to attend to.

Its a newly launched restaurant located in N-block GK-1 market. The name does justice to this place as the interiors are all grey in color with candle lighting at night. They have rooftop as well which is a great option for a classy date or to spend time with friends. we started with soup that was suggested by the server himself, Chicken veloute which was thick and creamy and served with garlic bread. Highly recommended. Also, mushroom bisque is good for vegetarians. In drinks, i tried Postcard row, its a vodka based drink....Very smooth and i loved it. Coming to starters, Thai vegetable spring rolls, Peri peri paneer tikka are good in vegetarian starters as these were the only ones we tried. In non veg, chicken rasuli tikka, chicken malai tikka, garlic fish tikka and chicken angara were too good...I recommend all of these. The presentation was equally good. Special mention for chicken steak...One of the best grilled chicken i had after a long time. Highly recommended. In main course, Dal makhani, palak paneer and kadhai murg are worth trying. we had these with garlic naan and laccha paranthas. Yummy!!! Lastly for desserts, Chocolate gulab jamun was very unique with the filling of chocolate...It was good. Also, brownie with icecream and jaggery special icecream were great. The service was fast and i am looking forward to visit this place supersoon.

A new place in n-block gk1, the place is sure shot a great one. They have both indoor and outdoor seating areas, so you can have best of both. They are situated on the second floor and also have a terrace seating, which provides with a nice view and that's where is the outdoor seating, which is best for them cold winter evenings and romantic dates. The place has a minimalistic interior, and stays true to the less is more theme. The color scheme stays in sync with the name "Gray", perfect blend between black and white. The terrace is covered with a tent like structure which is painted with paper cut designs. The place has beautuful chandeliers and everything is just great, very positive vibes. The servers and manager all were very warm, and took great care of us. Coming to the food, i went for a tasting and reviewing session, so had a lot to eat. We had: Rasuli murg tikka - Tender chicken tikka pieces with cheese and a soft flavour to go with. The chicken was cooked well and the cheese just added to the amazing flavourful taste, as the name suggests, it was juicy, tender and full of some top notch flavours. Crumbed fried fish - Fish covered with panko bread crumbs and fried to perfection. It was done well, was crispy but i felt that it could have been better, the fish could have been a little thick, i felt the filet was very thin and it was more crumbs and less fish. Kachmoli boti kebab - Nice spicy mutton boti kebabs, the taste was good but not as tender as i would liked them to be, a little chewy, but the overall flavour was nice. Crispy chicken seekh - Something that i wanted to try as soon as i checked it on the menu, chicken seekh stuffed with cheese and green chillies then wrapped in spring roll, i mean how beautiful it is just to read about it, and the taste, oh wow, amazing it was and as soon as you bite into the crispy roll, tender seekh and gooey cheese, you get a punch of great tastes and an even wonderful flavour. The best of all. Peri peri chicken pizza - Nice thin crust pizza with spicy chicken tenders, balanced amount of cheese and fresh arugula. The crust was as thin as it can get, the chicken was soft and flavouful and the whole combination worked really really well. It had everything that a great pizza needs to have. Do go for it. Pomfret in shanghai style - Deep cried pomfret cooked with garlics and garlic sauce in shanghai style. The fish was cooked well in a nice garlicy flavour and the presentation was even better. Udon noodles - I tried the udon noodles for the first time and i really don't think that i will try it again, a little extra spicy and a lot of sauces. Not that great. Chicken lasagna - As a fond lover of cheese, i can proudly say that this was great, the presentation was really great, the pasta was cooked well and the overall meal was a satisfying one. Chocolate gulab jamun - As the name suggests, the dessert did not stood by its name, when you read such a dish on the menu, you expect it to be very chocolatey, hot and a great combination of both indian and western flavours. The chocolate was literally scarce and only at the bottom, which made the dish an average one. Could have been much better, if there was a good amount of chocolate in it. Coming to the drinks, the management recommended us to try the signature cocktails, so we Tried the same: Dancers reward - Vanilla bases vodka, with a strong flavour of pineapple and a little if star anise bitter. They spray a little star anise flavour on the cocktail, to give it the added kick. The cocktail is strong and has a bitter taste, something new, but not for my taste buds. Lamp room gray - Corn cocktail with tennessee whisky, in orange juicy and the best part, served in a smoke room. The smoke of hickory wood chips, gives the drink a smoky and amazing flavour, and the top notch flavour of the cocktail was just amazing, you have to give it a try. Amazing flavour and taste. The whole experience at gray, was very nice, they have some great things going on, and only the small things to work on. The ambience was great, the service was fast, the server and the manager were very polite and warm, and the food was good too. They have to work on the desserts, and a little on the food and i am sure they can kick it out of the park and give a tough competition to other places in the neighbourhood. Being a fine dining place, gray stoods by it, place is beautiful and the services are great. You need to try it, when it formally opens to the general public and without a doubt, you will love it !

Keeping in line with the other cafes in the neighbourhood, gray global kitchen and bar is an absolute delight for the eyes. Sprawling over the second floor and the terrace, the cafe accessed via steep narrow staircase. The staff is pretty warming and there's ample space to sit with both indoor and outdoor options. The cafe plays house music and the ambience is perfect for spending a peaceful winter evening in Delhi. With perfect lighting and stark contrasting interiors, one can't help but notice the professional thought put into it. As part of a food and drinks tasting session, we placed an order for dish and chips, murgh rasooli tikka, fried chicken seekh rolls and kachmoli boti kebab for starters. Perfectly cooked an tasteful, each of the starters were a wonderful start. The kachmoli boti kebab was a but spicy and a little difficult to chew. The fish and fingers however, are highly recommended. For drinks we placed an order for their signature cocktails : nights hawks, lamp room grey and the dancer's reward. The presentation of the drinks is immaculate and characteristic. The drinks are pretty balanced but can be improved further. The night hawks is a definite recommendation. For main course, we placed an order for - pomfret in sichuan sauce, udon noodles, chicken pizza and chicken lasagne. The noodles were a tad spicy. The pizza was absolutely delicious. Pomfret was well prepared and presented beautifully. The lasagne can further be improved upon, in terms of taste (more spicy / tangy). The dessert section needs a massive makeover. The chocolate gulab jamun turned out to be a but disappointing. The cafe plans to have a grand opening party soon. Overall - a place slightly expensive but promising a beautiful evening. Definitely visiting again to further explore the menu.

Recently opened at the N block ,Greater Kailash market .Gray Global kitchen and bar is a blend of classy and soothing interiors, a plethora of gourmet dishes from across the globe , signature cocktails to blow you away amidst high class service . Divided into two floors the first one having more of formal kind of setting and the second floor, the terrace area which is more the informal lounge kind of setting , it is a great place to chill with friends or for a formal dinner or a romantic candle light dinner . With their carefully crafted signature Cocktails , I went for THE POSTCARD ROW . The vodka based cocktail had herbs infused into it . The presentation was sophisticated and neat. If you like some drama in your cocktails then go for the LAMP ROOM GRAY . A whisky based cocktail with corn and orange juice covered with a glass dome filled with smoke. With an exhaustive menu to choose from I started with the BANANA STEM SALAD. Quite inquisitive to how it would be I am glad I ordered it. Beautiful presentation and a dose of nutrition packed in it, it contained dal sprouts,chana sprouts, chopped banana stem ,grated coconut and curry leaves. THE TANDOORI VEG PLATTER was one of the best veg platters I've had. Each part of it was delicious whether it were the succulent beetroot kebabs or the perfectly roasted Tandoori broccoli or the melt in the mouth Dahi ke Kabab, the beautiful texture of the seekh kebabs or chunks of Peri Peri Paneer Tikka. From the Oriental section a simple yet wonderful starter was the STIR FRIED FRENCH BEANS. Super tender and sweet beans tossed in Chilli and garlic was a great starter to munch on. In the mains, THE PORCINI MUSHROOM RISOTTO is a must try. Creamy in texture and bursting with flavour this is one risotto to try if you love your risottos. From the Indian section, if the DAL MAKHANI is good you are assured the rest would all be wonderful too. It was flavourful and I was super excited that they served MULTIGRAIN TANDOORI ROTI which I complemented it with the Dal. The Indian mains are served in individual portions so each one can have their own choices. For Desserts, a sinful and decadent dessert was their FLOURLESS CHOCOLATE CAKE. It was way too good. THE BLUEBERRY CHEESECAKE was another one to get you digging into it. Beautifully plated food, top quality ingredients used , I had a great meal here... My reviews are based on vegetarian food.. A friend booked this place for a small birthday dinner. Good ambience. The range of food we ordered was the standard (Indianised) Chinese and Thai, plus kebabs. Everything matched our (fairly high) expectations. The cocktails were very good. Mulled wine was available and very well made. Service was excellent. Would 100% recommend and return.

Opened a few days back, Gray is a multi cuisine restaurant with a grey theme. The walls , upholstery & even the waiter's uniform was grey colour. Delicious food.......Shish touk chicken, Grilled chicken in mushroom sauce ( specially prepared for us) & Fried pomfret Shanghai style. Flourless chocolate cake with coconut jaggery icecream was simply out of the world. Well mannered courteous staff especially Siddharth who helped us with the menu. Highly recommended. Would love to visit again soon.@
