I Ate Veg single taco and Chicken parcel here. Both Veg single taco and Chicken parcel was so tasty and crispy buttery.

Good one,,, one of the best in vasant kunj, mostly empty,, with lots of space

Good place. Very fast service. Staff is humble. The amount of toppings is very good as compared to other places. The side dishes are also very good. The only thing which concerns me is the cheese. Do they use real mozzarella? All other things are good.

Fantastic service! Wonderful staff who handle several orders without ever slowing down or cutting corners.

The best part about any Domino's outlet is that they always provide quality service. When it comes to Pizza at affordable rates I don't think one can get better than Domino's in India. One can get Onion Pizza at a price less than 60₹ that is really good.

Placed perfectly in the front rows of shopping outlets in the Vasant Square Mall, the place is my first preference of pizza in the locality. With a subtle ambience and a fast and efficient service, one can always enjoy a good time with their loved ones here. The only drawback I would say is the lack of sauces and condiments at every table in the eatery. Feels weird when you have to ask the couple on next table to pass you some sauce and oregano.

One of the nearby Domino's pizza outlet for Vasant kunj people. They serve very fresh and tasty pizza. Almost all varieties available here. Serving time is not that long. Rush can be found on Saturdays and Sundays. Apart from that, weekdays are a bit less crowded. Staff is good. Sitting arrangements and ambience is also nice.

Ordered a dominoes medium margarita pizza with cheese burst and Peri peri chicken. <br/>Around ₹400 bucks paid but trust me its a big waste. Pizza was rubbery, cheese is always of poor quality at dominos and unsatisfying.<br/>Would rather go for outlets like slice of italy.

I am really disappointed with their services. Hi Everyone ! We all have been going through a rough patch due the COVID. After a long day at work, I decided to order from Dominos Vasant Square Mall Vasant Kunj Branch, After my last experience with the same branch where the food was received after 2 hours after ordering, The last time I was in Gurgaon and right after I left my workplace I had placed the order at the same place thinking that by the time I am back home I shall receive my delivery to my surprise they were no sight it to be around till the next 1 hour after my return,on receiving the order it was all smudged. I wrote a review on Zomato and the so called manager called me and told me to remove it ! Yesterday ie. 05/09/2020 after a year I again had slight hope that the standards would have improved with some line of sight, but guess what these morons have not improved. Order placed at 10:45pm thinking I wound receive it in the next 30-45 mins, i can give some advantage that it rained in delhi today so there could be a delay. On calling after an hour from the numbers provided on Just Dial/Bill copy/Zomato/Domino’s Chat were not responding! On receiving a call at 12 midnight and speaking to the Manager, the response was next level “ Sir humare number chalteh kahan hain aapko toh yeh patah hona chahiye tha” I was like jab employees he brand ko trust Nahin karteh toh customer kya karega ! After asking what’s your name he was I am new and no one told how to work ! Pramod was the shift incharge and as per him the previous manager Jeetender “Jeetu” didn’t tell anything ! Finally I received my order at 12:45 ! #Shameless #Stalefood #PoorCustomerService #No Food Safety ! Avoid this branch ! Vasant Kunj, For one instance I even thought I should go and collect it as they may not arrive as it was a prepaid order. AVOID DOMINOS VASANT SQUARE MALL VASANT KUNJ !

Fast delivery and amazing taste.

The box was open when it was delivered. The vegetables on the pizza were absolutely stale. Had one bite and it tasted horrible. Threw away the entire pizza. Worst pizza. More importantly, delivery was not contactless as claimed and the box was open when delivered. So much for health safety measures by Dominos

It has been a month.... Last month i'hv ordered a veg loaded pizza and pepsi..... I didn't get delivery of my food... I think delivery boy eat that ... I only got the msg of food delivery... I filed a complaint for my cashback..... They said u've to wait for 10 days.... Now it has been month... Kindly initiate my refund ASAP

Dominos being a restaurant chain should serve consistent preparations across its outlets. Sadly it is not the case. The pizza that is prepared at the vasant square mall outlet is below average. Only the cheese burst pizza of ordered saves the taste and the respect of Dominos. Also I wish to mention that it took 2 and half hours to get my pizza delivered on a Friday. And from that day onwards I swore to never order from Dominos.

I'm really disappointed of what service you are providing. First thing - you guys don't provide delivery person's contact details to track our food which delays the process and second 1 hour literally took you guys one hour to deliver my order and from vasant kunj to Kishangarh seriously. Third that you always give cold food this is not a serious issue with your service please try to correct these. Would really appreciate if would make few changes in your system<br/>And yes i really don't understand why to show 30 minutes delivery if you guys are going to deliver it in 1 hr<br/>

We paid through online .. and later they resist to drop at the address I put .. I've order alot through Zomato which will directly delivery with no doubt .. and later when we said will complain about these which we rudly get response saying to whom will you complain .. is these the way to responses to customer.. and yes we've paid all the amount ... And it took 7working days to refund to our account .. just because you've got a good brand name doesn't mean you have to be rude to customer .. it's more worst when you've paid through online .. very bad customer service .. your expecting to be polite nad friendly once you don't follow the norms

I would give this branch a -10 star rating. I order from dominos at least twice a week and for the third time this month my delivery has been delayed by over 2hrs, and I still don't have my food. <br/><br/>No one from the restaurant had the courtesy to inform about the delayed delivery just because it's a prepaid order.<br/><br/>Unable to contact anyone from the restaurant. Tried multiple numbers for over an hour and no response.

I have a very bad experience.... They miss out one order out of 3 orders we place. As much as we love eating from here... Today experience was really bad.. Especially when 4yrs old food was missed out.

They have got the best taste recipe to make the customer super happy and order more from them. The taste is so convincing that i cannot rely on any other brand for pizzas.

My experience with dominos has not been great lately, i usually get my pizza late and cold but today it came on time but the delivery guy was not making effort to find my house and was just standing and calling saying ni mil rha madam, i litteraly went down and there he was just standing there despite of so much effort i made and explained him where is my address i would request dominos not to serve cold pizza <br/>

Pizzas were good as always however the delivery is not up to the mark. Domino's gives a guarantee delivery within 30 min whereas my pizzas were delivered after almost 50 min. The restaurant doesn't pick up the call when I called for knowing the status of my pizzas. <br/>Overall So-So experience with the delivery & customer satisfaction.

Since i am a big fan of domino's but today it really disappointed me. We ordered 2 chick pepperoni 1 chk peri peri and 1 garlic bread. Veggies paradise gives a pleasure to my taste. Cheese and corn pizza were the mouthwatering and fragrance also too yumm… Must try chocolava cake from this outlet. It is one of the bestest thing of this meal. Made out pizza party so much amazing.

I ordered a pizza last night and after 20 minutes of placing the order, got a call from Domino's delivery person saying he can't deliver a pizza from Vasant Kunj to Aruna Asif Ali Marg because it's too far. Would have appreciated had I been informed of the never ending distance on his map right after the order was placed.

I recently went dominos to treat myself , i ordered for one chicken tikka pizza and white sauce pasta , white sauce pasta because red wasn’t available and then I realised they have decreased so many things from their menu. Plus the white sauce pasta wasn’t even cooked properly. Pizza was good no doubt and pasta was not even average.

This dominos is located in vasant square mall vasant kunj. Talking about the ambience it is a big spacious space with a decent sitting. Since it is the only dominos around this place is usually crowded which is why home delivery is a better option.<br/><br/>About the food and the range dominos has hardly ever failed to impress with its range of cheese burst however I tried pizza mania after a very long time. They have degraded the range of pizza mania. The base of often dry, edges are not worth eating and the cheese is almost none and the toppings are burnt. But its range of cheezy pizza is good. The pockets are also nice and worth the money. Overall dominos is good with its medium and high range items but really bad when it comes to the lower range.

Wish I could give negative points. Cold, lifeless pizzas with poor quality ingredients. What a waste ! Looks like you are almost there at the top in the race for the worst. Disgusting !
