I have been ordering customised cakes from Baked Love by Vatsala for a while now and they always make it so special. The cakes are just not beautiful, but are delicious. They always put so much thought and craft into their cakes. Absolutely love them. I recently got some cupcakes made and the reviews that I received from my guests was that they are the best cupcakes they've had. Thank you for always making our birthdays so special ❤️

It was a breeze coordinating my custom cake with Vatsala! And not only did that questionable cake turn out to be a gorgeous looking cake, it was really delicious as well!

What a gem! The nutella brownies are out of this world delicious and the wholegrain muffins are also divine, and I'm fussy about my baked goods. The shop is so lovely and has a great ambience. We really enjoyed having dessert here and the menu of drinks and other food looks great. Will definitely be back to try more. Thought the staff were super friendly and knowledgeable.

I did visited her store several times, the cakes and chocolates are really good and amazing in taste. She even served my small cake order on an emergency notice period of 45 minutes once. Banoffe pie is fine.. But her lemon cake and other delicacies are really good in taste.

Ordered a custom cake, very polite and pleasant service. Had a direct conversation with the owner/chef about customizing my order; was very open to my ideas and responded promptly to my queries. I had requested for a movie themed cake and the execution was admirable. The cake was delightful to taste. Special kudos for the presentation and packaging. 5stars - would order again. 👍🏾

A friend got me a birthday cake from Baked Love. Deliciously moist, not too sweet & the tasting was a joy in it of itself - all of the flavours were scrumptious. Definitely recommended if you want some high-quality baked goodies. And Vatsala is such a sweetheart.

When the secret ingredient is only love; things can never go bad! Truly a different treat to your taste buds. Have ordered for cakes for about 6-7 times now; and have always been appreciated by everyone. The management is cooperative and flexible. The only negative thing is they dont negotiate. :p

Have tried their Red velvet cupcake, brownies and banofee pie, everything was delicious. Got a butterscotch cake after tasting these. Taste was great but I think I paid way too much for this cake. And Vatsala herself needs to work on her people skills.

It's a small unassuming place with lots of surprises in store. The browmousse was awesome....not only did it look absolutely gorgeous but tasted it too. Moist texture alongside crumbly cake makes it perfect along with their amazing coffee.

Loved the cakes...highly recommend for walk ins or customised orders. Everything is eggless and didn't find the cakes over sweet. Vatsala and her sister are themselves very sweet and helpful. I appreciate the enterprise and determination that goes into starting a venture on their own and wish them all the success.

I’ve now ordered theirs cheesecake twice and omg the best cheesecake. <br/>I’ve tried the blueberry cheesecake and the mix berries one. Both were mindblowing. <br/>Their cheesecake was LOVED by people who absolutely hated cheesecake. <br/>If you’re looking to try a GOOD cheesecake in Delhi, it doesn’t get better than this. <br/>

Had to order a cake for my father. When I contacted Vatsala she was very helpful and suggested options keeping in mind the cake should be perfect in taste as with elders they don't like experimenting much. A day before I finalized the cake and she baked it. While I was confident about my choice of cake but still waited for for the final approval from the parents. Their words were "Cake is delicious, sugar content is perfect, berries are just perfectly complimenting the taste" I was also told that whenever I'm going to Green Park I should stop by and pick more items which my family members can try. I've been following Baked Love's Instagram and their cakes look amazing, which is why I was quite excited to try this place out. I placed an order for the 1 kg Mango Victoria sponge cake and croissants. It would be an understatement to say that I was disappointed.<br/>Firstly, while the cake looked amazing, there was not much to the taste or the technique. I would like to convey to the bakers that there is more to baking than just aesthetics. The mango juice had trickled down to the bottom and the cake had become soggy. Second, the meringue was bland and did not complement the cake at all. This cake was for a birthday, by the way, and it was a huge downer.<br/><br/>I could have gotten past the insipid cake as a one-off experience, but the croissants were just as average, lacking flavor and the buttery aroma that I can count on as a given at any other bakery/Starbucks. <br/><br/>I would not recommend this place at all. Stay clear of this over-priced, over-hyped place.

Baked Love has been our go to for all birthday cakes for over three years now! Their customer service is top notch - Vatsala and Sonal really go out of their way to make sure they help you with choosing the best from their menu and keeping in touch with updates. They even took a request from my father who was all the way in Chennai and delivered a cake to me in Delhi! <br/><br/>Would highly recommend the Hazelnutella cake (and honestly everything else as well - can’t go wrong here)!

Probably one of the finest bakery in town!! This cute little place has the most delicious desserts and cold coffee. Infact my 18 months old is a big fan of their granolas too. Both Vatsala and Sonal are extremely welcoming and reminded us of a quaint cafe experience in a European old town.<br/>Cheesecake, cold coffee and chocolate tarts are our hot favourites here!!

They really need to work on their customer experience if they want to succeed as a niche, high-end bakery. There is definitely potential but both their quality and approach needs to improve. If that that’s not possible, they should be 25% cheaper than they currently are, in my opinion.

Please try their hot chocolate it was super yum, topped with glazed marshmallows. You can decide between dark hot chocolate with no sugar and with sugar also.

Yesterday i went to this place with my friend, he got to know about it through instagram. <br/>To be honest I never expected a cupcake having such a beautiful icing over it to taste so delish. I literally fell in love with that cupcake the peach color that it had was intriguing. <br/>I cannot really recall the name of another thing that we had but it was something like star drop brownie which certainly tasted better than the cupcake😅. <br/>The girls over there were so polite and courteous.

Rude team bad food and prices are sky high there are other good restaurants next door as “The chai story” etc which are way more better than this place .

Best bakery I found after wengers in CP. Their Banana Choco Walnut pie is like super awesome. Its so soft that it shall melt in your mouth and so delicious. It's on a pretty expensive side but worth the money. My son also loved it.<br/><br/>Their coffee is also very good, their use fresh beans for it's preparation and you can certainly feel the difference from other coffees. Overall it's a very good bakery and a must visit place.

They were extremely accommodating with my last minute request for a gluten free cake on Christmas day. Unexpectedly, I even got a selection of flavours to choose from. The chocolate and hazelnut praline cake that I finally ordered was scrumptious.

I ordered a Belgian Chocolate and Salted caramel cake from her. And goodness was it the most amazing cake we'd ever tasted!! Infact as many as 25-30 people around us, most of whom we didn't know, couldn't keep their hands off the cake. A visual delight, a decadent cake and I am completely swayed by it! As I have also told Vatsala, I'm a permanent at hers! And so are those who might still, in a parallel world, be dreaming about the cake they tasted last night!<br/>Thank you Vatsala! This small bakery located in green park has an offer every Wednesday. Greeted very sweetly by a lady, she offered us coffee and it was actually really tasteful! There pastries, cakes and breads looked amazinggg too. Will try them soon. Went there for a quick coffee run! Wasn't very hard to find.

Some places take your breath away. You walk in by instinct and most often you are right. This cute little bakery and cafe is pleasantly located in Green Park. <br/>I walked in with the intention of a coffee and to pick up some bakery bread for breakfast. The owner was manning the counter wearing her chefs coat. <br/>She suggested I have the Mediterranean sandwich and carry away the garlic cheese bread. Both were phenomenal. The sandwich was fresh and came with a spicy mayo which was freshly prepared. <br/>The coffee was sensational. I had two servings. <br/>And days later I still recall the bread ( ordinarily I don’t like garlic bread because the garlic is never the right quantity ) being moist and totally crispy when toasted. <br/>The chef owner even gave me a taste of the salted caramel that she had made that morning. A memorable time to an ordinary day. It’s lovely to meet business owners helping inside their own restaurant , picking up plates , preparing food and dessert and interacting with guests. That’s how restaurant culture needs to be. At least with single outlet brands. <br/>Baked Love has the cutest window seating to look out of. <br/>Highly recommended and totally worth it.

I am a fan of their products,! Vatsala and team make the yummiest and flavoursome cakes with lots of love! I have always picked up cakes from them for special occasions and have loved it each time. The taste and flavors are intact and tasty! Its a no brainer to order the Hazelnut Nutella and the chocolate nutella cake from them! They are sinful, heavenly tasty! Please please guys must try.

I ordered a cake for my best friend's birthday. The female at the store is very friendly and discussed everything in detail. We ordered a mixed berries cake on her recommendation and we loved it. The decoration on the cake was exactly what I wanted. The cake got finished in no time and the birthday girl couldn't take her eyes off the cake. Thankyou Vatsala for such an amazing experience. I ordered the Dark Chocolate and salted Caramel booze cake & paid 2800 for it.. The cake was not at all waoo it was just Okay.. Also the way both girls handle their customers is very unprofessional.. There are lot more bakery in Delhi where people can pay less and get an amazing cake like Nik Bakers and all.. i would not recommend this to others..

They have variety of things to choose from..good sweets and savoury items. Their cheese cakes are marvellous and also the granola jars. The bakery is sweet and cosy. Good for spending time or small talks with close ones.

I was searching a bakery shop to buy a cake. And i found this bakery and i ordered a half kg cake. But they were out of cakes that time. But they prepared a cute cake for my first anniversary and my gf loved it. Thankful to the lady and the owner who prepared specially for us.

They have variety of baked goods, all very tasty. Tried all along with snacks like sandwich etc. Good to pick up cakes and savories. A good place to have evening snaks and a wide variety of options to choose from.

The baked stuff aren't the best I've had in the city. Its okayish. And the place is really really overpriced. The place is really small but looks cute.

More than anything, you can always see the heart that goes into it. I've seen Vatsala grow from a home Baker to a store owner - and god knows she'll be a franchise owner one day.

One of the best Bakeries In the city. Their cupcakes are a must try. Vatsala is very dedicated to her work, and Bakes everything as if its for her own consumption. Very delegate, and committed to her work, and you can even take her opinions if you want a fondant cake, her creativity skills are amazing.

A nice little bakery store that smells of fresh brew of coffee even at night time! Baked love by Vatsala is a store with less variety but sweets that satisfy one's sugar craving soul. A pretty unusual place for a store (especially away from the main attractions of the Green Park main market) but the ample amount of parking space makes the experience great. If you're nearby and your sweet tooth's craving sugar, Baked Love by Vatsala won't disappoint.

Its a very cute outlet in Green Park. Ambience is pretty good but there is no seating. Browmousse was great. It looked so amazing and as it shows layers, every layers tastes amazing. You feel feel every layers as each hav different taste. Cold coffee was also good. Staff is courteous. Prices are decent. Would love ro visit this place again.

Ordered a customised Belgain Chocolate cake and it was delightful! Vatsala was prompt in her response and accommodative in terms of the size of the cake as well as the customisation. The cake looked just how I hope for it to be and tasted delicious! Would definitely come back for another order.

Amazing cake my requirement was for an eggless cake which generally has a hard sponge than the egg ones but her cake was moist and melt in the mouth had ordered a two tier cake one with almond cranberry and another tier of chocolate truffle the cake was the star for the evening

I'd often heard my friend talk about this venture by her sister and had also seen loads of pictures of awesome looking cupcakes and pastries on Facebook. The various themes (either decided upon by the buyer, or in some cases by the 20-something owner of Baked Love, Vatsala, herself) and the flawless execution of the themes made the cakes look good enough to eat..err...they ARE to be eaten, I know. But you know what I mean. Take a look at the pictures and you will see exactly how fantastic looking each of Vatsala’s creations is. She’s on facebook too. Go check it out.<br/><br/>Imagine wanting to do something in the patisserie field, operating out of home and doing such a good job that the clientele keeps coming back for more. I reckon it takes an awful lot of determination and true passion plus belief to see something like this through. I don’t know what goes into it but I sense even the setup must be pretty expensive and hard to maintain. Such enterprise is rare to come by and is worthy of mention, at least, if not praise.<br/><br/>And to think that she has learnt most of it at home. She did a short cake decoration course at Le Cordon Bleu, no less, though. And she invests in the best equipment possible, in order to provide an excellent experience. I am only waiting for her own studio to come up now, which she is working on too. <br/><br/>I’m not a very cakes-and-pastries person and honestly can’t even tell the difference between a Fondant and a Frangipani or a Ganache and a Galette. Truth be told, till a very short while ago, I wouldn’t even have known that there is so much variety. But I do know what a good cake tastes like.<br/><br/>So when I was in Delhi and met this friend of mine for dinner, I was pleasantly surprised to see her carrying a box full of cupcakes for me to taste. Dessert before dinner, well, whadyaknow!<br/><br/>And it was everything I expected and more. Four cupcakes, each one a different colour, each one a different flavour. I didn’t eat all four, of course, (what do you think I am), but I did eat two. And nibbled from the other two that I took back to the hotel room. And before I crashed for the night, I polished them off too, never mind the calories.<br/><br/>I know that her menu is limited but I think that is fine. As long as she does full justice to whatever she does, why should there be a reason to complain? And come on, with Chocolate on her menu (which is by far the largest flavour in cakes sold in the world) and also Red Velvet (which is the fastest growing flavour), what else could you possibly want? (Edit: A little birdie told me that the menu is no longer limited. The basic menu is just as a guideline but there are manyyyy -4Y's, yes, flavours possible. That is really great too, I think).<br/><br/>It is a pity that she doesn’t deliver in Mumbai yet, though.<br/><br/>Meeting this friend is always a wonderful experience but this visit made it sweeter for more reasons than one.

The Owner of this outlet is a friend of mine. She home bakes all the things and was sweet enough to send me a box of 6 cup cakes with Chocolate chips, Lemon Chiffon and Vanilla cakes. I loved the detailing in every cup cake and I would like to applaud her for providing me with a box full of love and temptations. I would definitely recommend her for any thing you want.

Beautiful cupcakes. The design was exactly how I wanted it to be. They were made on time without any delay. I only wish they tasted better and were less expensive because even a simple chocolate cupcake costed me 130 bucks.

Requested Vatsala to make a chocolate truffle Barbie Cake for my daughter's 6th Birthday and I must tell you very honestly that the precision with which cake was made was unmatched !! I am a very choosy person when it comes to select a place to eat at. Any place I say a yes to has alot of my R&D gone behind it. So if you aren't as finicky as me and want to spare yourself with all this exercise and in search of a place which does tasty cakes in a modern approach - then I verify Baked Love for you.<br/><br/>Cakes should not be a product of assembly line done in mass production and covered with typical white/brown cream. Cakes should be exclusive and made the way you want them especially if you are doing it for your loved ones.<br/>Over conversations with Vatsala Jain (the brain behind Baked Love) I expressed how I would like my cake to be. I ordered a red velvet cake with chocolate ganache instead of white cream chese frosting. And to complete the look some petite fondant decorations on my cake.<br/>BAMM I got exactly what I had asked her for. It was a beautiful looking cake. When cut the red colour inside the chocolate cake was a surprise for my family. The cake tasted amazing. I could taste and smell chocolate distinctly and the red cake sponge was a tasty vanilla cake. This 1 kg cake costed around 1200.<br/>In a nutshell if you are looking for exclusive cakes and have a picture in mind then this place provides you with alot of options and flavours to experiment with.<br/><br/>PS- Delivery of cakes might be a hassle and Vatsala might make you run till her place to get the order. She tries to use seasonal products wherever possible and has a strict self-imposed rule of no artificial flavouring.<br/><br/>I tried the following items from Baked Love-<br/><br/>1. Cupcakes: I had 4 flavours- Lemon, Chocolate, Funfetti and Double Chocolate Chip. The presentation was impeccable and the proportion of cupcake to frosting was just right. These cupcakes busted the myth that eggless cupcakes can never be as soft as normal cupcakes. They were light and airy and the individual flavours came through brilliantly in each cupcake. Through the cupcake frostings, Vatsala also showcased her versatility. The chocolate ganache on the chocolate cupcakes was rich, smooth and decadent while the whipped cream frosting on the funfetti cupcake was really light. The lemon cupcake had a tangy lemon curd filling and this one was my favourite of the lot as the balance of sweet to tangy was just perfect. My only problem with the cupcakes was that the funfetti one, though really cute and colourful to look at, was a tad too sweet.<br/><br/>2. Hazel Nutella Cake: I love nutella and it can instantly lift the taste of a dessert. But it’s a tricky ingredient to work with, as it’s very sweet and rich and if you are not careful about what you are pairing it with, it can make the dessert overly sweet. Vatsala showed her restraint and understanding of flavours by pairing the rich nutella with subtle vanilla cake. It was not just delicious, but also a joy to look at. The edges were trimmed and even inside, the layers were very clean. Again this cake was eggless, yet extremely moist.<br/><br/>3. Chocolate Brownies: A brownie is not good unless it is chewy and fudgy, and this was just that. A really good classic chocolate brownie.<br/><br/>4. Chocolate Mousse: The mousse had been set well, but still was light, and the flavour of the chocolate came through very well.<br/><br/>5. Cranberry and White Chocolate Mousse: Cranberry and white chocolate is a match made in heaven and though this mousse, being eggless, was a bit denser in texture compared to the chocolate mousse, the tartness of the cranberry counteracted very well against the sweet white chocolate.<br/><br/>Overall, Vatsala really knows what she is doing. She not only makes her products taste and look good, she understands flavours well. Also, she is amazing at making eggless cakes, so Baked Love is definitely worth trying!

I ordered a cake for my parent's special day! It was their 25th anniversary and Baked Love just amazed me with the beautiful piece which they did not even want to cut. It was such a beauty and tasted equally good. Look forward to place many more orders 😁<br/>P.S. : have a look at the picture!

Each product which comes out of this place is a piece made with love and it shows... Just a few days ago, I received some beautiful pastry items from Baked Love, who’s page I had been following on Facebook and Instagram. I was very excited when I finally got to try a few of the pastries.<br/>A quick review of the items I tried:<br/><br/>Lemon Cupcake<br/>A tangy lemony cupcake with a vanilla butter cream icing that melts into your mouth. If you’re a fan of baked products that contain lemon, you’ll be in paradise and if you don’t like the taste of lemons, this will surely change your mind. The cupcake is extremely soft, baked to beyond perfection. The presentation will make you fall in love at the first sight, that you might not even want to destroy the beautiful cupcake. The combination was just right. Every element was done with perfection. It wasn’t overly sweet or overly citrusy. Well balanced and highly recommended especially for the summers.<br/><br/>Chocolate Fudge Brownie<br/>These were soft, gooey, super chocolatey brownies, with loads of butter but worth the calorie intake. Best served hot and preferably with ice cream and chocolate sauce.<br/><br/>Fondant Cake<br/>This cake first and foremost was a visual treat. It was beautifully done in purple and white. For a moment I didn’t want to spoil the hard work put in to make the cake, but I eventually did. It was a chocolate cake, which was very soft and rich and the fondant frosting tasted really good.<br/><br/>Hazelnutella Cake<br/>This was a spongy and soft, pure hazelnut cake with nutella icing. It felt as if I was having Ferrero Rocher; the icing being the chocolate and the cake being the hazelnut. A delightful cake that was pleasing to the eyes.<br/><br/>Chocolate Cupcake<br/>Again, the chocolate cupcake was very soft and the icing was done just perfectly. It’s one of the best cupcakes I’ve had.<br/><br/>
