One plus one makes it a reasonably priced place. Food is only chinese so not a very good range of snacks. But overall a good value for money.

Food was great. Price was astonishingly very economical. The ambience could have been better. We went a day after Diwali, when staff attendance is likely to be poor, but were served very well. Would love to repeat soon.

Visited this place yesterday. I tried the Chilli Paneer dry and Salt pepper veggies. Both the dishes were really delicious. The Chilli Paneer was my favourite out of the two. Availability of Zomato gold made the prices really reasonable. Also the place is a bar so most of the people were drinking there. The service was very slow. There was only 1 waiter for the entire restaurant, hence it was taking a lot of time for getting any attention from him.

Accurate Rating: 2.5/5<br/>After having had a great experience at The Golden Dragon in Lajpat Nagar, dropped by their branch in V3S Mall, while in the vicinity recently. It was a small outlet, with around 10-11 tables. We visited on a weekday evening.<br/>My biggest disappointment was that the service was super slow. I had to literally keep craning my neck and repeatedly glancing at the kitchen door which was right behind me, to be able to catch hold of a waiter to take our order or refill water in our glasses.<br/>The food that I've relished time and again at their other branch was nearly not the same. We ordered a G.D. Clear Soup, the non vegetarian variant without pork, Chilli Fish Dry for starters and a Chinese Chopsuey for the main course.<br/>The soup was good, loaded with veggies, chicken and prawns, and for the quantity and quality, certainly vfm.<br/>The chilli fish dry was an outright disappointment, bland and soggy, the fish was absolutely tasteless. Had we not known what we'd ordered, we wouldn't have been able to tell it was fish. Way too much of cornflour killed any other flavours that might've been in the dish.<br/>The Chinese Chopsuey looked great, only if it tasted as good too. It was ruined because of the cornflour overkill. Corn flour was pretty much the only thing that my friend and I could taste through the dish.<br/>The soup was good, but the main course and all the more the appetizer didn't make the cut for us, and to top it was the terribly slow service!

The restaurant is located in V3S mall & easily accessible from metro station.<br/>Food Quality & Flavours: we had ordered 3 dishes noodles American choupsey & cottage cheese in xo sauce. Visited this restaurant twice with my zomato gold membership. Food is good no doubt. Ambience is upto the mark. But what i didn't like the most is lazy staff. They don't listen to you properly while you are ordering. Let me explain in detail. It was only yesterday that i visited there . I ordered pan fried noodle(veg) and chicken fried rice. And i had to somewhere else also so i asked them if they could pack the chicken fried rice as i was being late. We had pan fried noodle and we left and when i reached my home and opened the box it was veg fried rice. Cost was same for veg fried rice and chicken fried rice but the thing is carelessness in their staff. Same this happened when i went for the first time but as we were having at there only so they changed the dish quickly.

The place is located in V3S Mall near the parking lot opposite Maharaja Banquet. As per it's name, the theme is designed in Chinese and Oriental. We ordered for Chilli chicken boneless and Chilly Cottage Cheese. The portion size was decent and was good for table of two. Overall satisfied with the food and service.

Bad service and low consideration with the client. Other than that, The restaurant did not accept my Zomato gold. When I asked they were rude on their answer, I just didn't left because I was with a guest.

Visited this place 2 days ago. The ambience is very nice with variety of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. I enjoyed the music and was surprised to see a nice Chinese restaurant with amazing sea food and other cuisines as well specially veg hakka noodles’s taste was exceptional . The staff was polite and was well versed with the menu.

Golden Dragon is perhaps the best place to eat Chinese food in Delhi. Over the years, the restaurant chain has managed to carve a niche for itself. And with this new outlet, it has successfully carried forward its legacy of catering authentic Chinese food. Great ambiance. Excellent service.  A great place to enjoy food with friends.

This place is WOW!! Amazing food,amazing place,amazing staff. Simply loved it. I had been there 2/3 times already and want to go again and again there to have yumm Chinese food.

The ambiance was pleasing.. I had noodles with manchurian sauce which was great in taste. We even ordered it at home.. the delivery guy was on time and delivered my food safely and hot.

As it’s not easy to find a good Chinese restaurant in east delhi. I happen to walk in this restaurant with a couple of friends of mine. I ordered ebi tempura, the marination was good and was crispy with a good flavour of each ingredient and wnet perfectly with the sauce they served the presentation was good and neat. Chilli chicken dry which had amazing spices and had a balanced taste. The staff was polite.

Stopped by to have a small bite. The interior intrigued me when I entered never expected a restaurant like this in this area. Amazing Chinese cuisine with good quality and quantity. The oil used was good. The staff was supportive and helped me place my order.

Friendly staff and serene ambience. Tried the chilli chicken in sauce with some rice, really liked it. The drinks are priced reasonably as well. Based in the mall, it’s an approachable place to go for food soon after shopping. Also nice to have a couple of drinks after a nice session of window shopping.

The ambiance was very nice with soothing music. The decor was perfect. They have variety of cocktails and mocktails with good variety of sea food. I ordered Bellini which had an amazing taste with sparking wine and pitch of peach making sure the sweetness is balanced. For food I ordered crispy shrimps and steamed fish salt and pepper. The quantity and quality of the dishes I ordered was good with nice flavor. The fish was well steamed and loved the marination of the shrimps. The service was good and I did not have to wait for long for my order. They had a good knowledge about their menu.

Location: In terms of location, this place is located at one corner of V3S mall making it very difficult to locate, the authority must put up sign boards leading to this place.<br/><br/>Food: The food is just decent, the Chinese food is sweet in comparison to the actual Chinese dishes. The noodles tasted undercooked. One of the best Chinese restaurants in East Delhi. We went there 4-5 times and they have never disappointed us. The Chinese main courses are awesome, but the appetisers are definitely the USP. Liked the interior quite a lot, people at good, quite good theme, food is somewhat a bit below the hype it generates, overall experience is ok ok.

This place almost takes 25%of your total bill as tax have a look at the bill.... Service tax is separated from service charge which they don't mention in the food menu but they also do. So guys do remember to pay a large amount more than you have consumed

Bad taste and not worth spending neither on food nor on beverages.<br/>We ordered spring rolls, they were awful, tasteless, oily and not worth spending Rs. 300/- over them. Beverages were too sweet to handle.

Ordered shredded lamb in hot garlic sauce, talumein soup and hot and sour soup for home delivery. The hot and sour soup and shredded lamb was better than what we had expected. However, the egg drop in the talumein soups smelled raw. As though it has been undercooked. Needless to say, we did not wish to even taste it.

This is the only place in the neighborhood of Preet Vihar where I can trust to get my Chinese cravings put to rest. From the spring rolls, to their chilly garlic noodles, Manchurian, chilly chicken, kung pao chicken, babycorn appetizers, honey chilly lotus stems, chilly potatoes. I've never been disappointed with them. They should increase their delivery staff though, at most times the ordered is delayed

well the place is small size with good interiors. service is good and pricing is decent but at times you can really have strange alien kind of people there who would keep on burping loudly sitting next to ur table or the person on the adjacent table might be listening to your conversation. Well i never expected or heard about this place when i first visited hence the expectations were low.<br/><br/>However, when i visited the overall experience was quite good and was not at all disappointing. A mid sized restaurant on the far end of V3S mall, good decor and good build up of the restaurant interiors.<br/><br/>Staff is alright however are not truly professional as they hardly knows about the dishes, but that's alright. The menu is long enough as they have variety of food and most of the things that i tried were decently cooked up. The portion sizes are great so don't order everything at once.<br/><br/>They have Happy hours on Indian brands all throughout the day. However, i feel the place is majorly thought off from entertaining crowd that wanna have liquor in a restaurant at affordable price.<br/><br/>All in all, a decent enough place in East Delhi

So, I've wanted to try this place since I saw it had "dragon" in its name :P But for some reason or the other I only got to go yesterday. The ambience is great if you like to pretend that you are yakuza. I mean the red velvet seats, dimmed lighting. The place was almost empty, and the waiters looked bored and tired, but no where near as unhelpful as you would be lead to believe from some of the other reviews here. The waiter suggested I take a "Kung Pow chicken with cashews" with my fried rice, but let me make a suggestion, don't take the Kung Pow chicken with cashews. It was mild and boring and cashews seemed to have accidentally fallen into the sloppy corn flour gravy rather than being an integral part of it. Also the chicken cubes were under cooked The fried rice was decent enough... But what's called seafood fried rice is actually just prawn fried rice with a little less prawn than I would have liked. It also had some chicken and egg and some mushroom slices but no seafood. Washed it all down with a Mojito which was not bad but definitely not the best Mojito I've had. And that's all. :D

I wonder wat happens to a franchise after entering east delhi.. A famous Golden Dragon chilly chicken that i ordered from v3s mall didn't match with it's sister franchises.. Not happy

Golden Dragon- You know if I could, I would chop off a few letters from their name plate and call it ''Old 'n' Rag-on''. I seek apology from all lovers of this Dilli- famous eatery, but this outlet at V3S plain sucks! Imagine extra sour hot garlic sauce, then imagine under cooked chicken, and finally gulp down some water before you imagine lumps of cornflour in your soup. Yes man, that bad!<br/>Had they served me better food, I would have gone on to appreciate the interiors for their warmth and authenticity. But given my experience, I would prefer to enjoy the interiors, sip mineral water and return home after this sight-seeing ;)

Now, now, now...Golden Dragon is one great franchise. I loved the DT Mega Mall outlet at Gurgaon and it used to be a place we frequented much. At V3S mall, I was more than happy to discover them. Chinese is something I love and Golden Dragon doesn't serve the usual Chinjabi fare...they serve good chinese at good enough prices. The Golden Dragon soup is a must try here and its a generous portion with mixed meats  Loved the honey glazed chicken wings and the ebi tempura. Opted for another house special which is the Golden Dragon special salad. Complete value for money and definitely some good chinese.

Visited this place with my office colleagues and it was my worst ever experience in any of the restaurant. Staff is not at all helping. Service is pathetic and despite prior booking of 15-18 people they did not have the ample food to serve.<br/><br/>Do not visit this place ever.........

Worst Service one can ever expect from any restaurant.<br/><br/>they took 45 min to serve a can of Red bull that to the can was served at the room temperature as the chilled can was not available.<br/><br/>other drinks Like Alibaba took 50 min to serve. when we moved to the starters restaurant ppl informed us that they cannot take any order for paneer dish as the paneer is out of stock.<br/><br/>I guess that would be the last thing any one would like to here in any restaurant.<br/><br/>the staff was not at all courteous .. would never advise this outlet to anyone :(

Golden Dragon. Visited it few times, nothing special about this joint, just a regular pub or you can say perfect sharabi adda. Normal ambiance and busy staff, service is quick though. Food is below average but you can drink a lot with some entrees, noodles are OK types, serving size are generous. Very congested area, too loud and little space to walk around the joint Just sit there and enjoy the Booze. Have two sections the first section have the seating capacity of 30 odd people and other section is kind of date area (never been to that section), packed most of the times as it is very reasonably priced. The first time I went there and I won’t believe that I am getting Corona 1+1 for just 200 bucks plus taxes( may be bit more now) during happy hours. It was like heavens (hell in general terms) for big drinkers. Do visit some time and drink to your heart’s content and it will be very light on your pocket as well. You will get extra 15% discount if you have citi bank card and 20% discount for next visit either for this outlet or some of the other outlet in Delhi, nice na.

Great environment and food is awesome

We live near the V3S mall and so visited the mall umpteenth times, had meals there on many occasions. But somehow never been to Golden Dragon. Recently a friend mentioned about it saying it seemed to be good and it stuck in my mind. So, few days back when the cook played truant and we were in no mood to cook after a hectic day, we decided to give Golden Dragon a try.<br/><br/>Location: V3S mall is just adjacent to the Nirman Vihar metro station. But the vehicular traffic on Vikas Marg at this stretch is very chaotic and there is traffic jam most of the times. So it is best if you can avail the metro services.<br/><br/>Ambiance and Decor: Nothing much to write about. It's ok.<br/><br/>Food: We had Golden Dragon mixed meat noodles, Imperial Chicken and Golden fried baby corn along with beer and fruit beer. Golden fried baby corn was not what we generally get in other chinese restaurants. We did not like it much. Imperial chicken was good. But the noodle was truly good. Generously loaded with chicken, pork, egg and so delicious. Portion size was huge too.<br/><br/>Service: We were happy with the service. The staff was polite and efficient.<br/><br/>Offers and Discount: They have a longish happy hours. So one beer was free with one ordered. Besides we were given 15% discount with another coupon offering 20% discount on next visit.<br/><br/>Price: We found it quite reasonable.

I ordered a takeout from this famous little chain after gazing upon it's sign like a billion times and passing right by it. But finally the day came for me to try out this Chinese paradise.<br/>So I ordered a Crispy Shredded Honey Chilly Potato Dry, Cottage Cheese in X'O Sauce - Ginger and Chilly Garlic noodles.<br/>After I finally managed to place my order over the telephone, the person taking my order seemed distracted. A lot. It took me over a 5 minute call in which over 2 minutes were spent in silence as he was busy. He finally accepted my order and when I asked him the price, he told me he'll call me back in a few minutes and the next thing I knew, my doorbell rang. Oh Well!<br/>So unpacking my delicious meal was a delight. But after opening, I was quite surprised to find the Crispy Honey Chilly potato soft as cotton. They had also packed a hot garlic gravy in it god knows why.<br/>The noodles were absolutely FANTASTIC. The best I've ever had yet. It was cooked to perfection and it blended splendidly with the vegetables. But (There's always 1) there was a lot of oil A lot!<br/>The Cottage Cheese gravy was kind of a cliche. The Cottage cheese were under cooked, but the gravy tasted fine.<br/>The Crispy Honey Chilly Potato, apart from NOT BEING CRISP were quite good. But given that they were packed in an container for over half an hour, I can give them the favor of doubt that they might have softened on the way.<br/>They could very well deserve a 4. First things first , I have decided that when ever reviewing chain restaurants , I will divide the rating points into two half's of 2.5 each . the first half for the chain , it's menus , value for money , novelty and hygiene of its offerings across outlets and the overall feel and the other 2.5 to be location specific , how it fits into the chains overall philosophy , cheerfulness and efficiency of the staff etc. So readers please be ready to see this disclaimer cut and pasted on all my further chain restaurant reviews :) , Enjoy.<br/>Now on to rating this place , on the first criteria I would rate them 2 out of 2.5 for being among the pioneers of this wonderful school of cooking called Indo Chinese . They perfected the art of cooking Chinese food in India by adjusting the flavors , the spice level and the over all taste of food to such a level that a new cuisine , so favored by the north Indian Dinner was born in the kitchens of there original restaurant opposite Panchsheel Park and also for transmitting the same flavor and feel to their various locations spread all over the city , while doing a better job of it than their peer "The Host ".<br/><br/>Now getting down to this location , I was there a couple of days ago for a working lunch with my nephew , Mayank . We were in the area , hungry and with some time on hands , when we saw this huge sighn advertising the presence of Golden Dragon , in a not so food wise exciting district . they do have a yellow chilli and a prantha place in the vicinity , but I am not a big fan of either of the places . The Yo China there is also a Fav but that day I was in the mood for something more classical and not a modern eatery .<br/><br/>The intiors are done up in there cheesy Red , mock Chinese way , the sitting is kind of cramped , but comfortable . <br/><br/>We ordered a Dlb Fried Pork , which was so delicious , tender and juicy pork cooked perfectly in a fine hot flavored sauce . This was followed by my other Fav Tom Yum soup , again a nice flavorful tangy broth , nice . For our mains , we split a American Chopsuey , Nice crispy noodles topped with a tomato based sauce , to me the ultimate comfort food , much better than the traditional Mac"n"Cheese . All this washed down with a chilled beer , which came with a buy one get one free , happy hour deal.<br/><br/>All the food served , quickly and with a non personal but efficient kind of service . Given a chance , I will surely go back again and if not for gourmet or authentic cuisine or decor surely just for the heck of it.<br/><br/>Enjoy
